So, I have finally finished editing this beast (hopefully thoroughly) and released it for your viewing pleasure on amazon kindle.  I''ve been through two editing passes with my editor, Josiah Davis of JD book services.  He seemed quite enthusiastic about the whole thing, and wrote me several times about how funny he thought the book was.
