    There was laughter around Nate. Perhaps Nate’s expression amused them. The brilliant white light bathed them. The landscape was difficult to discern. After a prolonged silence, he made out the white figures of children singing along, making hand signals in perfect synchronicity. Then Nate lost his sight again, engulfed in more white light. His eyes widened. The child spirits waved their arms in a symphony of light.


    Love wrapped around him like a blanket. Many beings on the field arrived to form circles. The surrounding poetry stirred Nate into a whirlwind of elation and awe. Drummers appeared in the distance and light energy swished around Kenya and Nate. He had never felt so light. A blissful, meditative state took over him, a profound connection with the universe.


    Then the white light, the children, and the older beings faded, and silence returned.
