    “Good boy,” Felix replied, a faint smile gracing his lips.

    toward his son? Why was he being affectionate and saying ‘good boy’?


    “Uncle Felix, I’ve booked a restaurant for us. I will brief you about Joshua’s condition when we are


    having dinner,” Cynthia


    said.


    Felix agreed. “Alright.”


    For the rest of the journey, Felix carried on an intermittent conversation with Joshua. Regardless of
