    “It was probably..” Jackson paused mid–sentence. “I had a terrible nightmare, that’s why I was


    shakding so badly.”

    “Was it really scary?” she asked out of curiosity.


    “I think so.”

    “I forgot about the dream after waking up. The only thing I remember is the deep fear all over my body.”


    For Jackson, hearing her call out to “Luke” was a terrible nightmare in itself.

    Jackson was about to get out of bed when he felt her tug his arm. Slightly surprised, Jackson was


    guided back into bed where she rested against his body. Then, she began patting his body as if


    coaxing a child to sleep.

    “I’ve seen kids fall asleep really fast when you pat them like this. There’s no harm in trying, right? Who

    After a brief pause, Jackson followed her instruction and closed his eyelids.
