    Chapter 6 Exceptionally Harmonious


    Mu Zhi drank half a bottle of wine. In a drunken stupor she fell asleep.


    In the middle of the night, she woke when she felt there was someone in her room. She was about to


    sit up to check who it was but was toozy to open her eyes. So instead, she listened to the sounds of


    someone showering in the bathroom. When the sound of running water came to a stop, she found a tall


    man standing before her.


    Mu Zhi opened her eyes slightly and whispered, “Honey.”

    As she was speaking, she wanted to sit up to give him a kiss.

    Lu Jinye smiled and pulled her into his embrace. He stroked her hair a few times before letting her go


    and went into the bathroom.


    “If you were truly jealous, then today I should invest in a lottery ticket. I’ll be sure to strike the grand


    prize.”
