The baffled Vananeru replied, “I don''t understand why you asked me something like this. Besides, this

Mabel exined, “That''s because your father, Master Methendriel, has caught a demon like this and
wants to execute it. I''m sure you have heard of it before. It''s called cacodemon.”
There, she paused briefly before continuing, “Cacodemons are the king of demons; they have been
foretold to bring cmity upon the people of Thymion. As the holy master, your father has the
responsibility to eliminate demons. To him, he''s just carrying out his duty. However, from the
perspective of the cacodemon, not only has it done nothing wrong, but it has also saved my life once.
In fact, in order to save my friend and me, it gave up resisting and allowed your father''s subordinate to
