    The taxi driver stared at Jonathan in disbelief. He was afraid that he would get scammed by thetter.

    Jonathan could not help but burst outughing once more. What the hell? What kind of logic is this?


    “By the way, what would you like to eat, Mr. Lawson?” Monroe asked awkwardly. He was not used to


    using such formal terms.


    Jonathan felt awkward, too. “Monroe, you can just call me Jonathan.” After pondering for a moment, he


    said, “Let''s eat beef stew.”


    “Sure!” Monroe said.


    He then brought Jonathan to a restaurant that sold beef stew. It was half past two in the afternoon, and


    there were not many people in the restaurant.


    After Jonathan and Monroe went into the restaurant, the waiter immediately walked over to escort them


    in.


    Jonathan asked, “Is there a private room avable?”


    “Yes,” the waiter replied.


    Jonathan said, “Please lead us to a private room, then.”


    “Of course, sir!” the waiter replied.


    The two men trailed after the waiter and entered the private room. Jonathan immediately ordered,


    “Please get me some yogurt and a bottle of water. Also, please serve some food staples first. Kindly


    serve it to me within two minutes.”


    The food that Jonathan requested was ready-made. As such, when the waiter heard his words, he


    simply nodded and went out.


    Two minutester, a cup of yogurt, a bottle of water, and some bread wereid spread out on the table.


    Jonathan pried open the cup of yogurt and ate it in one gulp.

    He did not think that Jonathan could eat much.

    Jonathan immediately ordered meatballs, eggs, beef stew, and many other dishes.

    The waiter did not say anything more. He turned around and left.


    Jonathan immediately turned to Monroe and said, “Monroe, please help me purchase a phone. I don''t

    Monroe replied, “Sure!”
