    Marilyn shoved the remaining cr ackers into her mouth while turning her head. She was avoiding Lewis’

    He looked at her before telling Marilyn, “Order four meals from tomorrow onward. You can eat


    upstairs.”

    She hadn’t swallowed her cra ckers. A few crumbs slid into her throat while she was talking. She began


    coughing because of it.


    Frowning, he handed his credit card to Larissa. “Your lunchtime is extended for another two hours.


    Grab something at a nearby restaurant.


    It’s on me.”


    Although she tumed the offer down, she epted the suggestion for the extended lunchtime.

    Blue Star Tower was located in the prosperous area of Westonia. There were a lot of restaurants in its


    vicinity.


    Larissa chose a restaurant from Marilyn’s suggestion. They upied a table that was in a quieter.

    to Mr. Logan Junior? I bet he won’t let it slide that easily.”

    business.”


    Marilyn became brighter because they were not in a serious atmosphere, hence the appearance of her

    No one watched them leave, so no one knew of their whereabouts.


    “Where have you guys been? Why are you back only now?” asked one of the curious colleagues


    Marlyn replied coldly. “We were helping Mr. Logan Senior with something.”
