    Larissa checked the time on her phone. It was after 9 pm now. It would take Kevan at least an hour to

    anywhere.” He then hung up.

    Staring at the dimming screen, Larissa did not know what to do. Lucas inched over and asked, “So? Is


    he stilling?” His eyes were filled with anticipation.


    Larissa said dejectedly, “Yeah, he’sing.”


    Lucas whooped in delight, and he actually jumped up with joy. They sat together in the car, and less


    than half an hourter, a Maserati arrived with a roar. It attracted a lot of attention from pedestrians.
