    Chapter 94 The Truth


    When the meeting was over, Betty returned


    to her office. During her lunch break, she hesitated and came to Jessica’s office.


    “Jessica,” she said, “Can I ask you something?”


    She was a senior journalist with more than 10 years of working experience. She used to work for a


    newspaper, butter she was tired of collecting and writing news stories formunity journals, so she


    came to the magazine as an editor.


    “What is it?” Jessica asked.


    Betty bit her lip. “I wanted to ask you about the Martin family kidnapping ten years ago.”
