Chapter 311 Easy to Kneel
Owen sat down in the chair andid his eyes on Hailey’s forehead which was wrapped in gauze. It was
Kyle’s work. The gauze was in the shape of a cute rabbit. Her injury was the only fly in the ointment.
She ignored the concern in his eyes and asked in a calm tone, “You’ve been investigating Joe?”
It was not a coincidence that he made it to the scene so fast. Through Sofia, she learned that Owen
had been trying to dig up Joe’s background and whereabouts. To do so, he had not only asked his
comrades-in-arms for help but also spent good money to hire a bunch of special soldiers.
