    So, Yulia slowly opened her eyes and noticed that Skr had ced his thumb on her lips when L


    was not looking before pretending to kiss her.

    She never expected him to not even touch her when she was worried about him taking advantage of


    her.

    Yulia blushed and said, “No way! Stop spouting nonsense now!”

    Upon hearing that, Yulia decided to ignore him as she said, “Say goodbye to your father now, L.”


    Skr chuckled and left while L looked reluctant to watch him leave.


    Meanwhile in the jeep.


    Dianne handed Skr two very intricate looking boxes and said, “Here’s the nes that you


    wanted, boss.”


    So, Skr opened the boxes to take a look. They were none other than the two most eye-catching


    nes at the exhibition earlier. They were the Star of Cullinan and the Red Dust.


    Apparently, he had told Dianne to buy them earlier. Since it was rare for him to find out it was


    something Yulia liked, he would obviously get it for her.


    As for the other ne known as the Red Dust though, he had nned to give Naomi the ne


    as a wedding gift tomorrow.


    “Hey boss, I noticed Nichis entering the same building before you arrived. I have reason to believe


    that he’s nning to do something to Madam. Do you want me to do something about it?” Dianne


    asked.


    “Nichs dropped by again?” Skr asked as his gaze turned cold and said, “I want you to follow him.


    You can ignore him if he was just ranting nonsense to Yulia. However, if he dares toy a finger on her,


    you have my permission to kill without mercy.”


    “Yes sir!” Dianna replied before getting out of the jeep and disappearing into the night.


    After that, Skr drove his way back to Ocean Hill.


    Meanwhile at Yulia’s home.


    While Yulia was watching cartoons with L, her doorbell rang.


    “Has daddy returned?” L, who was starting to get sleepy, shot up excitedly to open the door.


    “Daddy, daddy, have youe back to sleep with mommy and I?” The little girl ran excitedly to open


    the door.


    Yulia followed behind and asked, “Did he forget something?”


    However, she was stunned as soon as she said that.


    That was because Skr was not at the door. In fact it was none other than Nichs, who had a


    conflict with them again earlier that day.


    L’s smile faded away the instant she saw Nichs. She looked disappointed instead.


    Yulia cautiously asked, “What are you doing here at this hour?”

    It seemed that he had pursued Yulia for a very long time then. However, not only did he never touch


    her hand, he was not even allowed into her home. However, Skr, who he deemed useless only had


    to spend a couple of days with her to be treated so specially. He felt that Skr had not only been


    allowed to stay in her living room, he might even be allowed into her bedroom too. What felt more


    insulting to him was how unbothered Yulia seemed after knowing that Skr had a mistress. He was


    displeased when he thought about how Skr was blessed with thepany of two different women.


    He had decided that he absolutely had to sleep with Yulia and would toss her aside after he got bored


    of her. He wanted her to feel what it felt to be abandoned.


    However, as hostile as his intentions were, he did not let anything slip as he forced a sincere look and


    said, “I am here to apologize, Yulia. I was being too impulsive earlier and said some horrible things to


    you. I hope you won’t take those words to heart.”


    Since Skr was absent that night, Yulia dared not butt heads with him, so she nodded and said,


    “Sure. I will pretend nothing happened earlier today.”


    However, before Nichs could feel too happy, Yulia continued, “You can leave now and we will have


    absolutely nothing to do with each other anymore in the future.”

    Skr was beaming with joy while he sat on the couch.
