“I don’t like such a possibility at all.”
Sophie promised that she’d never forget me, and it’s because I trust her that I’m allowing her to do this.
Sean handed Tristan a ss of red wine.
“Since you trust Sophie that much, rest for a while. All we can do right now is wait for her news.”

“Who am I to you?” he could not help asking.
A frown marred Sophie’s countenance.
“Have you lost your mind. Nichs? Who are you to me? Do you need me to answer that? Aren’t we
going to get married soon?”
Words cluded Nichs as surprise, delight, and excitement swept over him like a tidal wave.
He felt that everything he did had been worth it.
“I love you, Sophie!” he gushed emotionally.
