Chapter 50 So Many Beautiful Girls
An ind far removed from the maind in East Sea was a rehabilitation ind among thirty such
inds, all belonging to Quincy’s family. The third battalion of East Region had sent Quincy and Jane
to this ind to recuperate.
Their injuries were rather severe. Quincy had suffered a lot after being hit with two bullets, while Jane
was able to survive, but due to ack of oxygen when she had been submerged in the water for too
long, her brain had suffered great damage, and she was in aa at the moment.
The moment they arrived at the ind, surgeries were carried out on them by the best doctors
avable on the ind.
It had been a week since they were staying here.
Jane was still in aa while Quincy had been given permission by the doctor to get off bed and move
around.
Quincy immediately went to Jane’s ward to take a look at her.
After receiving the news from Jane’s doctor that her situation was stable and she would awaken within
the next few days, Quincy finally felt a sense of relief. He watched Jane’s face which was regaining
colors as the days went by and shed a warm smile on his face.
He had to use a walking stick to get by around the ward. He was beyond bored after lying in bed for
more than a week. He wanted to take a stroll around the ind to blow off some steam.
The moment Quincy left the ward, two nurses responsible for Jane’s wellbeing were carrying a tray as
they stood in front of Jane’s ward. Looking at Quincy’s back, one of the nurses muttered, “Who is that
man who has left the ward just now? Mya, I have said this before, we should take turns to cover our
shifts. If someone were to inflict harm on Jane while we’re gone, we can’t bear the consequences.”
As she said that, both nurses barged into Jane’s ward nervously. They only heaved a sigh of relief after
seeing that there was nothing wrong with Jane.
“I have told you that the security on this ind is top-ss, and besides, Jane is our master’s girlfriend.

At that moment, Jane’s eyelids fluttered as she slowly opened her eyes.
