    He had to look away and he cleared his throat. ” You can leave then, but tell her I won’t be able to take care of them now. I would send them to her tomorrow ” He said and La nodded attentively.


    ” You can leave then ” Hepleted, taking his eyes off her and back to the files. La essed the numerous files in front of him that he would be tending to and she bit her lips. ” Isn’t this too much for you? ” She was forced to ask.


    Shane raised his head, a little bit suprised. He wasn’t expecting her to care. ” Um, yeah it is,, but I have to tend to them before the end of today ” He replied her. ” Oh… But you should take some rest, you know? ” She advised and he raised his brows.

    Shane watched as she walked over to the door. She suddenly stopped. She turned back to meet Shane’s gaze on her. ” You should get some rest… please ” She said and thest word came as a shock to Shane.

    It was evening already and it was time for La to leave for home. She knocked gently at Shane’s door but got no response. ” Sire… ” She called a bit loudly, knocking at the door but got no response again.
