    Lilian and Alexander did not appear at supper, and Danie became concerned. Paloma was overjoyed when she joined them. Later, she would


    inquire of her stepmother about Lilian and Alexander''s current circumstances. When they were so in love, it was difficult to believe they were siblings.


    "Ma, I didn’t officially introduce you to my future father inw," Danie said after they hadpleted their supper and were left with only mango floats


    for dessert.


    "Yes, Marcus, you bring him here. Paloma said, "Invite your father over.”


    Marcus and Danie exchanged puzzled looks because they felt Paloma was already aware of Philip''s existence when she invited him to join her


    meeting with Lilian and Alexander.

    "Is Gerald dating anyone?” Danie delighted as she learned that her buddy had finally made himself essible on the market.


    Marcus grimaced at Danie for being overjoyed that the guy hade to visit. despite the fact that he was apanied by a girlfriend. “However,


    where have they gone?” He enquired.


    "They were simply ying with Sky in the living room," Edwin said.

    He went behind Danie as they made their way to the living room, where Gerald was waiting. "You appear ecstatic that he''s here," Marcus observed


    "Certainly. Itis not every day that he pays me a visit," she responded.


    His nostrils rose as he verified Danie''s delight at Gerald''s arrival and glowered at her, but his scowls melted away as he came face to face with the


    woman Gerald had brought in. “Alicia?” How did she learn he was in Oslob?


    Alica smiled warmly at Marcus and walked up to him to properly wee him with a kiss! Following the kiss, she smiled triumphantly.


    Danie''s eyes widened in surprise upon witnessing such event in front of her! She looked around to check if she was only imagining things. but the


    people around them had the same reaction as hers. When Marcus freed himself from the other woman''s clutches, she red at him.

    Marcus followed and he kept on exining, but she was not an idiot! Danie was skeptical when Marcus informed him that he was not dating Alicia

    chest as though she was in desperate need of her! "Do you believe I''m a fool?” She yelled and scratched the man''s face!


    “Dani, put an end to this!" Marcus attempted to evade Danie''s strikes, but Danie transformed herself into an amazon warrior.


    "So, tell me who she is?” How did you be acquainted with her? Did you maintain contact with her in order for her to be aware of your


    whereabouts?” Her mind was still racing with questions, and she desired to ask him everything! She was so enraged that she felt as if her heart


    would explode or she would burst into tears at any minute! However, before she allowed her tears to flow, she would obtain all of the information she


    could from Mareus.


    "All well, but may we discuss it privately?” He suggested to Danie that they go inside their room for further privacy. Quarreling in the living room


    would just provide fodder for staff rumor, and Ortega''s men may be watching right now!


    "Follow me," she murmured as she took a step forward.


    Danie smacked Marcus and even kicked his knees as soon as they entered the seclusion of their chamber. She vowed she would refrain from


    kicking his crotch, but the temptation to kick him remained, and she instead targeted his knees. "Tell me now," she pleaded.


    "She also worked on the farm with which I was assisting. "We were simply coworkers," he stated.


    “Coworkers do not kiss, Marcus." She brought up a point that the man had almost certainly overlooked in his attempt to rescue himself.


    "I was oblivious to her kiss earlier!" He reasoned, but Danie''s angry eyes remained fixed on him, as if he were a criminal under investigation.


    "However, she kissed you? You have failed to adequately exin it to me!" Danie was bing irritated as she snapped at Marcus.


    "I''m not sure! I truly have no idea, Dani. I''ve already made it obvious to her that our rtionship is finished and that she should refrain from showing


    herself to me again.” Danie was enraged when he blurted out the partial truth regarding Alicia. Sne was much angrier!


    "So you''re admitting that she was your ex-girlfriend?" She enquired


    "She was not, she was not. We did not have a connection in the manner in which I described it previously," he responded.


    "Howe you told her to stay away if you had no rtionship with her?” I''m not sure I get your point. You are a deceiver!" She used him of lying


    once more.


    Marcus sighed deeply as he considered a better way to convey it to Danie in a way that would not insult her. "The woman waspletely fixated


    on me, Dani. She enticed me into doing it with her, but it urred far too recently, when I left here. "At the time, you were still pregnant,” he said.


    To be sure, she could contemte it, but what about the times he returned to the farm to discuss his resignation with his employer? "I couldn''t contact


    your phone for three days after you returned to the farm to tender your resignation. What transpired? Did you spend any quality time with her as I


    waited for you in vain?" She yelled at Marcus and resumed her assault on him.


    The farm was frantic at the time, and he didn''t have time to charge his phone. He was frequently exhausted when he returned home after working

    He shivered at the prospect of Danie addressing or questioning Alicia. "Or perhaps we could choose a wedding date to prevent Alicia from stealing


    me away from you,” he said.


    "Do you believe a wedding ceremony will deter her? If I were in her ce, no ceremony could prevent me from taking what is mine, and in some


    ways, she and I are so simr!" She reacted.


    He was not pleased with her reaction. Since he requested her hand in marriage and she replied yes, there had been no date established, and he


    began to wonder what was preventing the woman from establishing one. "Howe Dani?” He enquired.

    Danie allowed his mouth to rule hers and closed her eyes to taste his kisses’ deliciousness. "I love you as well,” she answered as soon as his


    mouth released hers.
