    I spent a day cutting smoked pigs into thin pieces and putting them into stone trays to air dry. There’s nothing much to it, really. I cut, and cut, and cut, and cut…


    While I cut, my mind wanders into what kind of precautions that I need to hold onto before entering the ancient door tomorrow. After all, there''s a high chance that it’ll be a dungeon. And I never tried to go inside a dungeon alone without a member of Blue Canary with me.


    Dungeon is, to say the least, a dangerous place. It’s a place where treacheries, trickery, and a lot of other eerie things happen. You might not believe what kind of horror I’ve witnessed inside to the point of wondering how I can still be up all this time, well, how should I put this. Let’s just say it’s a trade secret. Anyway, I’m rambling.

    After cutting, I put aside the bones, and the brains for slime feed later.


    Currently, the slime trench is populated by barely a hundred slimes. It’s not much, considering they only produce about four new slimes each day. And when the pig trench was still there, it consumed at least a dozen dried slime every day. That was in the past, though, and now I don’t have to worry about consuming dried slimes for a while because of the stock of the smoked meat, so I can let these slime populations grow once more.


    I finished the day by sliding down several times in the currently-on-hold gateway tunnel. I’m surely grateful for the Gods who created gravity, because man, gravity is fun. Sliding down without having to dig anything is fun.
