Sam shook his head one more time at the dress Chloe was putting on..

    He walked out of the female’s section and away from Chloe’s hearing reach..


    “What is it? haven’t I told you that I’m noting back home?”


    Bryan’s movement halted, he stared at the back of the person a few metres away from him who was on a phone call..


    “Sam where are you?e check this dress out! I think it’s perfect!”


    His brows collided, that was Chloe’s voice, he watched Sam tuck the phone into his pocket and hurried back in.

    A hall was unusually bubbling, the entrance was graced by different fleet of cars as everyone stepped out in their morous outfit ready to witness the big day..

    The grand hall was transformed into a luxurious celebration space adorned with intricate crystal chandeliers,vish floral arrangements, and opulent drapery in a soft champagne hue.

    Chloe grabbed a ss of red wine from the tray of a waiter passing by..


    “I changed my mind.. I wanted to witness this day and watch it happen right in front of me, you invited me personally, it’d be impolite if I don’t attend”


    She raised the ss to her lips when she saw Lora approaching them in hurried steps, thetter flung her hand around Bryan’s arm possessively..


    Lora shed a fake smile at Chloe, thedy who took the spotlight from her..


    “It’s good to see that you made it.. you’re about to witness our beautiful day.. please eat and drink as much as you like, you know opportunities like this doesn’te up everyday” She sneered obviously mocking Chloe..


    Luckily for Chloe, Sam came back to her side, he took her hand gently and ced it on his arm..


    “Excuse us Mr Alexander”


    Bryan’s jaw clenched as they left his presence, not only was he annoyed that Chloe came to witness this engagement but also because that dude came along with her as his date..


    Lora patted his arm gently “Forget it Bryan.. it’s about time”


    Bryan sneered and pulled away from her grip harshly..
