Chapter 15 Enjoying Yourself
One week have passed since we had ice-cream. Everything was back to normal. I spent most days on
the beach with Henrique. I was now painting more often and I was enjoying my freedom. I like sitting all
day painting and looking after Henrique it was fun. Ms. Wilson was not as rough as she used to be.

She actually cooks good food for me now but they atmosphere with us was still thick as ever.
Then there was Carter. I barely ever see him but when I did he always stole nces and me which I
noticed. I did the same. I loved his eyes and can''t help but stare at them. Carter spends more time with
Henrique, which is a good sign. Today was Friday and I really wanted to go down to the beach. I
prepared Henrique''s swimwear. Which just consist of a shorts and a wife beater. Since all my clothes
were here. I also had a red one-pieced bath suite with a blue shorts.
Henrique and I already yet eat breakfast and I was a little after 10. I wrapped a towel around my waist. I
took up the bag. I walked downstairs. I saw Henrique on the floor, he was ying with one of his beach
toys. I took him off the ground the bags still in my left hand. He held on to his toy.
Five minutester we were on the sand. Henrique was ying with his toy while I was trying to do my
best and build a sand castle and I failed badly. I stand up, walked to the water, and sat at the entrance.
I sat there enjoying the water on my skin but I still looking at Henrique.
"Come on," I gesture for him toe but he continues to y in the sand. Maybe he was afraid of the
water. "Henry, baby it won''t hurt. See" I throw some of the warm on my arm. The water temperature
was moderate, not too hot and not too cold considering it wasn''t midday has yet.
Henrique dropped his toy and walked over to me. His foot touches the walk I say him jump but quickly
made his way in my arms. Iughed and lifted him in the air. I ced him back in the water and to
throw light water on him. He giggled. I smiled at my beautiful nephew. If only he belonged to me.
I lifted him in my hands and stand up. I walked to where our bags was with the towels. I took out his
blue towel and rapped him in it. I did the same to myself then ce my towel on the sand. I took my
music box out of the bag. I turned it on. Immediately Arianna Grande Baby I started to y. I took the
towel off Henrique and started to dance with him.
I get all tongue tide and twist...

Henrique wasughing and dancing along with me. I started to sing along with the song.

Iughed and picked him from the sand and started to dance with him in my hands.
After five minutes Henrique and I sat on the sand breathless and It was only three songs.
"Enjoy yourselves, I see." The voice made the hair on my neck stand up (If I had any). I knew it was
Carter''s voice. I must be, do all green eyes beauty sound like that. I don''t think so. I look around and
there looking at me was those beautiful emerald eyes. My breath stopped at my throat. What the hell
was this man doing to me? I''ve never being lost of words with any other man In my life. What''s so
different from this one? Apart from the fact that he hates my guts. That''s mainly one of the reason I
refuse to call him by his first name.
"Yes, we are," I turn to Henrique, "Aren''t we Henry?" All he did was smiled and it revealed his dimples.
I smiled and turn back to Carter. "Is there anything you need?"
"Hmm...no, I was hoping I could join the fun." He gesture to his bottom life and revealed his beach
shorts.
I smiled and answered, "No problem I was hoping to go farther in the water but because Henrique was
here I left it alone. Maybe I can go now." I got up from my sitting position. I walked to the water and
continued walking until it was at my waist. I turned around to see those emerald eyes on me. "Thanks
I''ll be out in five minutes." I dived in the water enjoying the wonderful heat of the sun.
