Sahil''s POV
Manu excused herself and went into her room after dinner. I wanted to go to her and talk but decided
against it.
One step at a time would be better.
I thanked Sandhya bhabhi for the marvellous food and her help. If she had not talked to Vikram, he
would have beaten me to a pulp.
Vikram hugged me and said,
" All the best bro, don''t hurt my sister again or I will kill you. " I smiled and nodded.
I came back to my ce. It was a beautiful evening spent with her.
Manyata''s POV
I came back home and went to my room to change into somethingfortable. I washed my face and
changed my clothes. It was a simple Kurti with cks.
Just then I heard some noise. Bhai sa seemed to be shouting at someone. Then I heard bhabi shouting
I ran towards them but was shocked to see my furious brother punching Satan. Bhabhi was trying to
stop him and was pulling him away from Satan.
I was shocked, what was Satan doing here? He said he wanted to talk to me.
But why?? What was there to talk about??
I didn''t want to talk to him but he was adamant that he would not go before he talks to me.
Bhai didn''t want me to talk to him either but bhabhi wanted that we should talk, So I agreed.
He got me white lilies and the biggest pack of Rocher Ferrero. But I didn''t want anything from him.
He offered them to me but I refused to take them. He ced them on the table.
I wanted to p him again for behaving so cool but bhai had already punched him very hard. His face
had a cut and nose was bleeding.
I felt bad for him. So I asked him to follow me and then gave him a first aid box. But that stubborn man
refused to clean.
I did it for him. I am stupid, it should not have bothered me but I could not help it. He was smiling like
anything... Idiot.
He even flirted and winked at me.
I wanted to hit his head with something but did not, as I respected the rtions between his and my
family.
He kept looking at me with so many emotions. Why was he doing all that??
I asked him to leave but he apologized for what he did or said and told me why he agreed to the
wedding.
He wanted another chance but I could not trust him again. I could not share him with other girls. I didn''t
want to get hurt, so I refused. But he kept insisting that he destroyed the papers and hence we were
married and he wanted another chance.
Bhabhi came to my room and asked him to join us for food.
Bhai sa looked very angry and took him to study to talk.
I was getting very tensed but bhabhi said that she talked to Bhai sa and he is rather calm now.
I asked her why did she invite him for dinner? She said that she could not let things get worsened.
Bhai and Sahil came back after about 15 minutes and were absolutely normal by then.
What was happening?? I kept looking at them.
He ate as if he had skipped many meals. And then he actually epted the fact that he did.
Why did he skip his meals???
Bhabhi served him more food with the instructions to have at least 3 proper meals in a day.
I felt very awkward when bhabhi called him Kanwar sa. He grinned at that as if he loved it.
I excused my self and went to my room. I didn''t want to talk to him.
After some time I heard him go. I tried to sleep but could not sleep. I kept thinking about his sudden
appearance.
Why did he want that second chance?? I would not give him a second chance to hurt me again.
I would show him that I am not brainless or spineless. He said that I was good for nothing... Why does

I got up and after my daily routine, I went to the kitchen to help bhabhi to prepare the fast and lunch
and saw the flowers in a vase in he got for me and choctes on the dining table.
" Bhabhi, why didn''t you give it back to him?? "
" Why should I ?? He got them for his wife... "
" Bhabhi !!! Please... "
" He has feelings for you Manu... Please give him another chance. "
" I don''t know bhabhi... I don''t want to ... I don''t trust him. I felt humiliation when he sent me that letter.
He left me alone to handle all the things on my own. I handled my parents and his father while he just
vanished. "
" I understand that Manu, but people do some mistakes, but it takes a lot of courage to ept your
mistakes and try to mend them. "
" I don''t know bhabhi... You are right but... I am scared that I would get hurt more if I give him another
chance. I would be attracted to him and he would be back to his old habits. "
" As far as I can see, he is serious. Or he would not havee here to face Vikram''s wrath. Vikram
punched him thrice, but he did not hit back. "
" I am very confused bhabhi... I don''t trust him. "
" Take your time... See for yourself. There is no hurry. " I looked at her and after a few seconds nodded.
" But I am not going to forgive him easily. "
" As you wish dear... Make him work hard to win your heart. But give him a chance. "

" Ok so what do we make?? "
" Anything bhabhi, my friend Mohit loved the food so much yesterday. But it was too much bhabhi.
Even after we both had our lunch, it was still leftover. "
She shook her head and we prepared the food and then we all went for our work.
I reached Mohit''s office at around 10 AM and my assistant Sonia was already there. Mohit came shortly
and greeted me.
Sonia and I did our set up and Monisha had alsoe and was getting ready.
The dresses which were selected were disyed there.
Monisha wad ready wearing one of the dresses with makeup and hairdo.
I started clicking the pictures and just then my phone buzzed.
It was not in my contact book. I picked up the phone.
" Hello?? "
" Hi... "
" Yes?? "
" Oh god, you said yes... Thank God... Thanks a lot, my dear wife. Where are you? "
" Hey !!! Hold on... I did not say yes to anything... I was asking you to speak."
" Where are you? "
" I am working... "
" Where?? "
" Why?? "
" I want to know... "

" Because I want toe and see you. "

My phone buzzed again but I switched it off.
I tried to concentrate on my work.
By the time it was 4 PM. My work waspleted. I rxed for some time and had ate lunch with
Mohit.
He had been kind of busy today as he has been working non-stop since he came and then ordered
pizza when he got hungry and insisted me and Monisha to join him.
He was so happy to have the lunch prepared by bhabhi and got back to his work.
I confirmed his assistant Harry to make an appointment for Piyali but he said that she was not avable
on the next day
So I asked him to call Kabir and Wasim. He nodded and I said bye to Mohit and Harry and I drove back
to home.
I reached home and was a bit surprised to see that that Bhai sa and bhabhi had note back till now.
I was wondering what happened when thendline started ringing.
I picked up the phone, it was bhabhi.
" Hello?? "
" Where were you Manu ?? Even your phone was switched off?? "
" I was working and he was calling. I mean I was getting disturbed so I switched it off and forgot to
restart it... What happened bhabhi?? You both are not back? "
" We forgot to tell you that we were nning to go out for dinner today, then your phone was switched
off. Now be a good girl, get ready ande here, I will send you the address. Check your phone. "
" But bhabhi, I am very tired... You both please enjoy... "
" I am not in a mood to argue. Get ready fast ande here as soon as possible. Please wear

She disconnected the call. I restarted my phone and saw that bhabhi sent me the address of the
restaurant.
I took a quick shower and wore a simple yet elegant dress, applied some makeup and drove
there.
