Chapter 7 Dare Not to Stay Rashly
"Pre...pregnant?" Colin hit by this shocking news. He had just been woken up for nearly four hours, the
news totally destroyed his calm.
The nurse said with regret, "One of the twins has stopped the fetal heart, but it does not affect the
development of the other. She just needs to have a rest these days. Don''t be so worried."

poured a cup of warm water and passed it to her, "Do you feel any difort?"
Harriet shook her head and drank the water. She felt much morefortable. "It was probably I had
not enough rest in the past few days. I am sorry that you have to look after me as you just wake up

"Harriet, it''s not true." Colin was also not good at concealing, and gave the list to Harriet. "The doctor
said that you are pregnant with twins."
Harriet was choked and seemed to be frightened with a frozen smile, "Colin, are you kidding me?"

"Harriet, don''t be sad." Colin thought that she was upset about the dead fetal heart, holding her hand to
heart. As long as you take a good rest during these days, your baby will be fine."
"Colin, I ..." Harriet had no rosy lips since she knew about the pregnancy, trembling and trying to tell
him the truth, but when she saw Colin''s concerned eyes, she dared not to do it.
In her rtionship with Wesley, he was the buyer and she was with him for the money.
If Colin knew she was doing such business, he would be furious.
And she was pregnant now!
Colin didn''t know that Harriet was hiding so many secrets. He thought Harriet was sad to lose a child,
and he keptforting her, asking her "Where is brother-inw, should I call him over?"
He thought that the brother-inw should know about his wife pregnant.
"He…he is on a business trip abroad, being very busy." Harriet squeezed a smile, and said lightly, "It is
not a big deal and we shall not need to bother him."
"What''s not a big deal?" Colin frowned and was upset, "If he had taken good care of you, you would not
lose a child. If I meet him, I will definitely teach him a lesson!"
Harriet ripped her lips.
She was afraid that Colin would ask her more about her rtionship with Wesley if he got pissed off.
She just rose up other topics to try to get rid of such possibility. Thanked god that Colin did not had a
sharp mind currently and didn''t find out her n.
After pushing Colin to back to his ward, Harriet went to the obstetrics and gynecology department
again.
She remembered very well that every time she used a condom, confusing why she would be pregnant.
The female doctor said, "Condoms cannot guarantee 100% contraception. Please take care of the
baby right now. You said you had that irregr menstruation and the typical symptoms of pce cold,
which could make you hard to get pregnant. If you don''t want the baby, you won''t have a chance next
time."
The doctor''s words echoed in her mind and made her dizzy.
If she had a normal boyfriend, she would have the baby born, but she and Wesley were not a couple.
She wouldn''t dare to keep the baby even though he would like to have it.
But she was not quite healthy. If she had an abortion this time, she might lose the chance to get
pregnant again when she was married.
