Introduction: Salmira is an alien from the 5th and 6th dimensions transecting our own--in our terminology she transcends godhood.  However, she is a peaceful scientist that also functions as an arbiter and lawyer.  Her lack of vision leaves her to be banished in our own dimension.  Her charge is a prison ship sent unknowningly into a blackhole where she is trapped to raise a civilization.  Her sister Salyra is later thrown into our dimension and left in corporeal form.Salyra and Salmira both have different ideas of how to handle this civilization--one seeks peace and the preservation of life, the other seeks death and destroying the old to bring the new.  Nature versus nurture in the ultimate collision of the cosmos.Notes:  This is an older fiction that needs to be reworked....
