Being a Hero is Not for Everyone
The city of Oasis was once a miracle city, a bastion of innovation and economic growth after the end of the second dark ages. But times have changed, and it has since become home to all manner of violence from gangs and corrupt law enforcement to supervillains, zombies, and giant monsters. But in this nightmare city there is hope in the form of superheroes, pillars of justice ran by the United Nations Superhuman Collective. These brave heroes fight against crime and monsters. This story is not about those heroes, but about the lives of young superhumans, who for their own reasons, have decided that being a hero is not for everyone.Note: non-litrpg progession in a world with various superhumans. Mostly action and drama, 2 (so far) MCs. Will include graphic violence and sensitive topics/themes (drug abuse, gang violence, depression/self harm, mental illness). The story will not be super gritty but these themes will come up. Also, the view(s) of the mcs (or any character) do not reflect my own, I give them certain views to better fit their life and motivations
