teeth. Tears began to well up in her eyes as she shouted, “I will kill you!”
She didn’t want to shed tears in front of Jaydon, so she pushed his hand away forcefully and rushed
out of the room.
“Alita, stop right there!” Jaydon went after her. It was a pity that he couldn’t run at the moment. By
the time he reached the door, Alita was long gone and was nowhere to be seen.

Alita reacted in this way because she realized that the ring she was holding was the ring that the
magician was wearing. S remembered that because there was a unique pattern on the ring. It would
make anyone feel amazed and that was why sh could remember this ring so clearly.
This meant that the magician was in the Lewis family’s house as well.
Such a thought gave Alita goosebumps. She felt like there was a shadow that she couldn’t see
following behind her and watching her every move.
She ran to the front of the mansion and took another look around. There wasn’t anyone at all.
