In the living room...
Edmond and Alicia were sitting at opposite ends of the couch.
He held an ice pack to his face while she folded her arms across her chest with an angry
expression on her face.
"How did you get in here anyway?" Alicia asked.
"Your password was pretty easy to guess."
"If you don''t leave right now, I''ll call the police."
"We''re legally married."
"So what? Even if I can''t sue you for trespassing, I can sue you for assault."
"Well, given the current situation, the judge will only rule in my favor on the domestic violence
charge."
Alicia was speechless.
Despite being beaten up, Edmond wasn''t angry. Instead, he had a yful expression on his face
andzily said, "My mom wants us to have a child."
Alicia took one look at him and said, "You have so many other women out there. Do you really need
me in this?"
"Being an illegitimate child is not an honourable thing."
"That''s easy. You can make your illegitimate child mine legally. Then the child will be legitimate."

Edmond looked at her with interest. "You''re so open-minded about everything but me."
"Except for sex with you, I''m totally open about everything else."
"Why?"
Alicia replied with a raised chin, "Because you''re dirty."
Edmond still wasn''t angry and grinned as he replied, "You y around too. Seriously, you think I''m
dirty?"
"I think any man out there is better than you."
"Why?"
"Edmond Agos, I hope you understand that everything between us is just a temporary arrangement.
When the time is up, this will be over. You don''t have to turn an agreement into something real."
"Are you offering me another deal?"
"No, no matter how much money you offer, I won''t have sex with you."
"You''re scared."
Alicia didn''t want to continue this conversation.
"Are you leaving or not?"
Edmond didn''t ask any more questions and casually put down the ice pack, then left Alicia''s
apartment.
Alicia went back to her room, unable to sleep, so she went to the study to do some business.
Grace sent her a message asking if she had slept. She replied that she was up.
Then Grace called her.
"Hey, girl, you want to go out for a drink?"
"No, thanks."
"Edmond, that jerk, just called a group of hot girls into his private box as soon as he arrived at the
bar. It''s outrageous! Alicia, would you like me to arrange for a group of cute boys toe to your
door?"
Alicia was now getting a headache every time she heard Edmond''s name.
"Don''t mention him. He''s too annoying."
Grace was surprised and said, "I do remember that you two were very close in college! Back then,
everyone said you two were going to get married. Who would have thought that all of a sudden he
would have so many flings around him and you would treat him like an enemy."
"You have a false memory. I never had a good rtionship with him."
Grace was silent for a moment, then suddenly screamed.
"Sh*t! Edmond''s party in that private box ended so quickly? Oh my, it looks like he''s really impotent!
Say, are you so angry with him because of that?"
Before Alicia could say anything, she heard amotion on Grace''s side.
Then Grace suddenly screamed and someone grabbed the phone from her. Then Alicia heard a
woman speaking arrogantly on the phone, "Hello, Young Master Ed wants us to dere war on you.
Starting today, we will have a girl every day to help your husband cheat on you. Every day, I mean
EVERY DAY! Just wait for it! Hahaha..."
Immediately after that, a group of women''sughter came from the other end of the phone.
When Grace snatched the phone back, she was furious.
"This is outrageous! Girl, listen to me, even though you didn''t win his heart, you can''t let him be
smug! Starting today, I am going to send you different hot guys every day. I will make Edmond
Agos, that impotent jerk, feel inferior!!"
