Chapter 101: Ah Mi 3
When the elder heard what she said, he opened his eyes.

They talked long and when the old woman left Sheri grabbed the book the old man give.

When Sheri gathered enough branches, and she jumps toward her roof and fixes the big hole. Sheri
was singing while doing it. It was a piece of cake of getting down and up on her roof.
It was already in the afternoon when she was done. She came down and gave her self a good pat in
the back. It''s not perfect, but she can see that even if it will rain not a single drop will fall inside her
house.
It was already getting dark when she decided to stop and cook for food. Looking at her rice container. It
has one cup of rice only. Sheri sigh. At her backyard, there are some vegetables that Aunt Pei nted
for her. She gathers some vegetables and made a vegetable rice porridge. She has the skill of a chief
cook. Cooking a simple and yet delicious food makes Sheri very thrilled.
The rest of the night she was focused on reading and enjoying the food she made.
