    The atmosphere inside the car was unusually silent since the car entered the suburbs road. "How


    are you feeling?" Veronica asked Julie Tan while her eyes were on the road.


    "I''m feeling fine now, senior."


    "Your friend''s house, is it still far away?" "We''re almost there."


    Veronica continued driving as per Julie Tan''s direction and soon they entered a vacated lot with a


    simple bungalow house. Veronica showed no reaction as she parked the car on the side.


    "Senior, why don''t you go down as well for a refreshment?"

    getting down the car leaving Veronica with an amused look in her face.


    After some time, Veronica saw some movements in her peripheral view but she ignored it.


    She only turned to the side window when she heard some tapping. Seeing a slight dark-skinned


    man with obviously a well-built body outside, Veronica''s instinct heightened as she lowered down the


    car''s window.

    "Get down now!"


    Veronica heaved another sigh and opened the car''s door. After getting off, two men suddenly


    surrounded her and automatically held her arms behind her back.

    window earlier replied.


    If it''s just another woman or if she''s the same as four years ago, she might have trembled in fear


    by now.

    As they entered the house, Veronica was being pushed on the foul-smelling tattered sofa. She


    stabilized her body and stared at the young woman whose eyes held an angry look, so much different


    from the gracious expression she wore earlier.


    "Why are you doing this?" Veronica asked calmly while she silently surveyed the house inside.


    The living room where she was wasn''t that big but it was big enough to contain five people inside.


    The two men who held her arms behind her back earlier were standing rooted the locked door.


    The dark-skinned man who pped her was seated on the other side of the sofa, his eyes still


    roaming on Veronica''s body and from time to time, would smile at the woman.

    The three men took a look at the two woman on the living room before getting outside and closed

    When Veronica and Julie Tan were left alone, Veronica stared at the young woman in front who
