    After sensing the hostility emitted from thedy boss, Secretary Ryan managed toe in


    between her and the new recruit.


    "She''s thedy boss, Miss Zhang . Go back to your desk", Secretary Ryan said sternly. Surprised


    and sudden hatred filled the woman''s face which didn''t pass through Veronica''s sight. Uh- oh, it seems


    like another person is in trouble.


    The woman carefully looked over Veronica before she bowed her head and returned back to their


    seat.


    This daring act of the newest recruit raised an eyebrow from the rest of her fellow undersecretaries


    and assistants.


    After the little disturbance, Secretary Ryan led and opened the door for Veronica and she went


    directly inside Rawlf''s office.


    She instantaneously hovered her sight all over the ce and after seeing her target who was


    having a nervous toothy grin on his face, Veronica smiled sweetly then said,


    "Rawlf, cover Baelfire and Baelfair''s eyes."


    With fast reflex, Rawlf did as his woman asked of him and the second he did so, trying to flee, Edward


    was caught by Veronica and,


    "ck!"


    A loud and painful punch on his lower abdomen made Edward drop to the floor.


    Secretary Ryan who was having the full frontal view of everything felt like dropping on the floor as


    he tried to cover up his shuddering body.

    On the other hand, Rawlf having to witness this was having a conflicted emotion. The jealousy he


    felt earlier for this younger brother of his woman now turned to pity. Indeed, that punch was too painful

    Rawlf also felt proud of her.


    Veronica then strutted to sit on the sofa and after settling, she looked directly on Rawlf''s eyes and

    The cubs, after finally able to see clearly once again, hovered their sight and after seeing their ever


    beautiful and gorgeous mother, they brightened up.


    "Mommmyyyy!!!" The twins shouted and then rushed their cute, chubby bodies on their mom.


    Veronica, who had missed her children so dearly, just let out a deep sigh before widely opening


    her arms to wee the cubs running with their sturdy feet towards her.


    "Careful!", Rawlf warned after realizing the speed of the children, he was afraid might hurt


    Veronica. She was not feeling well yesterday and Rawlf was afraid she''s still feeling unwell today.


    Before the cubs could make it on their mom, Rawlf was faster and lifted both in his arms once


    again and safely delivered them in their mother''s embrace.


    Seeing the cute pout on Baelfair''s face, Rawlf chuckled. "Mommy is not feeling well so be careful


    okay, baby girl?"


    Both the cubs nodded their heads the instant the words from their father dawned on them.


    All they could do was to carefully nuzzle on their mother''s bosom to smell her familiar scent which


    the cubs love so much and hugged her carefully.


    "How are you babies? Mommy missed you so much!"


    Veronica gently cooed them both as she kissed each on their lips. "We mished (missed) you


    mommy!!" The twins said in unison.


    While her woman and their cubs were having their reuniting moment which should have been his,


    Rawlf just stood while unknowingly having the sweetest smile on his face watching them with a


    contented heart.


    His woman.....


    His cubs....


    His love....


    His life....


    His family.


    Rawlf has never felt too protective that he was already thinking of what to do to secure the safety


    and well-being of his family.


    Yes, his family.


    The family he never expected to have, yet, the family he will treasure the most in his lifetime.


    Seeing this intimate moment of his President and his not so little family, Secretary Ryan took the


    initiative to leave them on their own while also having this smile on his face.


    However, his smile instantly vanished when he was out of the President''s office and looked directly


    at the desk of the new recruit.


    "Someone needed to be reminded of her ce", Secretary Ryan thought as his intent became


    obvious to the rest of his staff.
