Sy International.
"President, the International Business Conference''s new schedule was finally released. I took the
liberty of cleaning your schedule on the conference''s first day. All I need is your confirmation."

Secretary Ryan was informing Rawlf Sy while walking a step behind the man.
"How many days this time was the conference?"
"Three days, President. Although your presence is very much needed only on the opening day."
"Venue?"
"City M''s International Business Center, President."
Both men stopped walking as they reached a shiny ck obviously armored vehicle. They then
boarded on it and Rawlf Sy''s private driver sh bodyguard, Noel, greeted both men.
"Send me the schedule right away. And as usual, we''ll only attend the first day." Rawlf said as he
opened hisptop.
"Yes President." Silence once then engulfed the vehicle as they made their way on Spartan''s base
headquarters.
It is not surprising at all that Rawlf Sy''s presence is needed during the International Business
Conference considering the fact that Sy International is the giant among the ants if we are to talk about
the business circle in Country P.
Another thing is that it is Rawlf Sy''s Sy International that has the power and capability to control
the economy and politics of the said country that foreign investors naturally would want to meet the
magnanimous man to reestablish and secure their own connection.
It has been like that over the course of years that Rawlf himself had grown ustomed to this
tradition.
With Country P producing at least one fourth of the world''s oil supply while also making itself
independent of its own oil supply, the country had greatly developed over the years after Sy
International who was then under the leadership of Rawlf Sy''s grandfather, Roberto Sr., had struck a
joint oil exploration and venture deal with the Country P''s former President.
That said, the deal struck gold for both parties.
Unfortunately, with the corruption in its own leadership and administration, Country P had a slow
down phase with the progress but this also made Sy International, being a private corporation taking
the chance to stealthily take over the joint venture deal.
When Rawlf Sy took over years ago, as being another genius,he had brought Sy Corporation into
a vast frontier andter renamed it to Sy International proving thepany''s strong and powerful
international footing and connection.
Then suddenly, an incident from five years ago made Rawlf Sy take into his own hand the control
of the politics and economy of Country P which put corruption to stop within the country''s government
thus improving the state of lives of each citizen making the people hailed Sy International as its
"national modern hero."
De jure, there exists the Country P government with its own written constitution but by de facto, it
was Rawlf Sy who controls everything and his every word is thew in Country P.
Although only those elites who belong in high society and schrs in Country P are aware of this
system.
Normal citizens only do know the fact that Sy International is the first and currently the only local
boom in its international trade and economy.
Certainly, Rawlf can utter the line ''L''etat c''est moi'' or ''I am the State'' by a french king who thought
that being a king made him the owner of France. The thing is, with Rawlf''s case, it is the truth.
Sy International did not stop with that, under Rawlf Sy''s leadership, it entered into weapon and
armor and even gold international trade and also, with the knowledge of the few, had been keeping a
strong underworld force.
After all, before Rawlf Sy took over Sy International, he was already an overlord in the underworld
in Country P, and even had his own "kept" fair share of forces abroad.
His ''vagabond'' Persian forces are an example of that. And with another Ind that most likely
contains oil reserves newly discovered by Sy International''s research and development department, Sy
International, bringing along Country P on its wings, would soar into new heights.
