Chapter 3: Emergency Meeting
Moon Base
As humanity continued to advance over the centuries, so did its technology. Cities flourished, civilizations evolved, and the knowledge of the cosmos expanded at an astonishing rate. Yet, with progress came a growing risk—one that Hritwik had long anticipated. The possibility of being discovered loomed over him like a shadow, a danger he could never ignore.
Despite Earth''s rapid technological progress, Hritwik had successfully kept their spaceship hidden, buried deep where no human eyes or instruments could detect it. It had remained inoperable for centuries, too damaged to function after their desperate escape from Helio. But now, as human engineering reached new heights, he had finally restored it.
Once fully repaired, he activated the ship’s advanced camouflage systems, ensuring it remained undetectable by any known technology. With utmost secrecy, he piloted the spacecraft away from Earth and toward the Moon.
Hritwik had long feared that remaining on Earth without an escape plan would be reckless. He needed a failsafe—an outpost beyond human reach, a place where he could monitor the stars and anticipate threats before they arrived. So, he built a hidden base on the Moon, a silent sentinel watching over Earth.
The lunar base was equipped with state-of-the-art sensors, capable of detecting any movement near Earth''s orbit. If something—be it a foreign spacecraft, an anomaly, or even an approaching celestial body—drew too close, Hritwik would know immediately.
He was not willing to leave his fate—or his siblings''—to chance.
And tonight, standing alone in the control chamber of his moon base, he observed the vastness of space through the panoramic viewing screen. His eyes narrowed as the system flagged an anomaly—a presence he had not accounted for. Something was out there.

His heart clenched as he stared at the readings.
He needed to call an emergency meeting.
The Call
After receiving Hritwik’s message summoning them for an emergency meeting, his siblings were immediately filled with unease. In all the centuries they had spent on Earth, Hritwik had never once called for an emergency meeting—not even during times of global crisis. For him to break that pattern now, and in the middle of the night no less, meant something was truly wrong.
Each of his sisters felt the same chill of anxiety. They knew Hritwik better than anyone—how he had embraced his human identity, how he had built a life of solitude and purpose, and how he had become one of the wealthiest and most influential men on the planet. If he was shaken enough to call them, then whatever had happened had to be serious.
Countless thoughts raced through their minds.
Had someone discovered their secret?
Was Hritwik in danger?
Was the past they’d all buried finally catching up to them?
None of them had answers—but they all knew one thing: this meeting could change everything.
Gathering
Hritwik teleported back to his penthouse on Earth, his mind racing with every possible way to counter the threat he had just discovered. As he stood by the floor-to-ceiling windows, staring at the city below, he knew that this peace was fragile. It always had been.
Hours passed, and finally, his sisters arrived, their expressions filled with worry.
"Hritwik, what’s going on? Why did you call an emergency meeting?" Selene asked, concern evident in her voice.
"You’ve never done this before," Aurora added. "Not once in all these years."
Hritwik took a deep breath, steadying himself. "Everyone, calm down. I need you to listen with a clear mind."
His siblings exchanged uneasy glances but remained silent, waiting for him to speak.
"When humanity advanced their technology, I repaired our ship. It’s not as good as it was before, but it’s fully functional now. It can travel through space again."
Lyra crossed her arms. "And that’s the emergency?"
Selene shot her a sharp look. "Lyra, have some patience. Hritwik, please continue."
Hritwik nodded. "I never told you all about this before because we were safe here. We built lives for ourselves on this planet. We couldn''t have hidden like this anywhere else, so I saw no reason to bring it up."
Aurora narrowed her eyes. "Then why tell us now?"
Hritwik''s expression darkened. "Because I always feared that one day, we’d be found. And if that happened, it wouldn’t just be us in danger—it would be this entire planet. That’s why I built a control center on the moon, a place where I could monitor space and Earth’s orbit. I needed to know if anything unknown was approaching."
Lyra’s breath hitched. Panic flickered in her eyes.
She stepped forward, her voice urgent. "Are we in danger? Did our uncle find us?"
Hritwik''s gaze hardened. "No," he said gravely. "It’s not our uncle." He paused, letting the weight of his next words settle in.
"It’s the Zoltron. And they’re coming for Earth."
