The sun will explode in 6 days. A sun to Gage, but the sun to billions of creatures who feed on its rays and live in its path. He has the power to save everyone, but should he? None of them know they’re about to die. All they know is that the sea has been a bit warmer this year. They have no concept of rising tide because the inhabited planets surrounding this aforementioned sun have no land, only water. The sun is God in the simple minds of these creatures. Sentient on a much higher level and necessary for all life. What will they do without her? Her life is worth more to them then all of their own lives. Regardless of what Gage does, the sun will explode and the lives of everyone around it will never be the same. The Spacefish will have a quick death as they burn with the sun, or be relocated into a lost, dark orbit. He will not get praise for saving them.

    The best thing to do in this type of situation is ask the group that would be most affected. He travels to the Spacefish and they say that life means nothing without the sun. They say this is what love should look like. The heat will evaporate the water they live in and then burn them all to dust.
