Chapter 81


    Jhazzy POV


    I know that Jewel saw my wallpaper, I really meant to change it before we met and left it on our table


    before I said to her that I will go to thefort room. I waited a few more minutes before returning to


    our table to make sure she already saw it.


    I know that she will ask about my son''s father and this is also the right time for her to know the truth.


    My month of waiting is over and I don''t want to prolong it any longer. Actually, Jewel is kind, the only


    problem is that she became the wife of the man I love so she has to get out of my way.


    After we ate we decided to take a walk first, Jewel had been quiet and knew that she was thinking


    about what she saw.


    While we were on the bench my phone rang and saw Thunder was calling, a smile shed on my lips, I


    wouldn’t have a hard time anymore.


    "Jewel just a minute. I need to take this call." I whispered to her and got up and walked away.


    When I was far away, I answered the call. "Yes Thunder?" I opened up to him.


    "Where are you?"


    "Why are you asking, do you miss me?" I joke.


    "Shut the fuck up! Where are you?"


    "Chill okay? I''m just going round and round. Why?" I ask.


    "Just make sure Jhazzy, don''t do anything we talked about. Stop talking to my wife."


    "Oh your wife? Poor her until now she still doesn''t know what you''re hiding. Don''t worry your secret is


    safe with me Thunder, but when she finds out the truth I''ll be out there. You have all the time to tell her


    the truth but you didn’t do it. " I said and dropped the call.


    After that I will go back to where Jewel but to my surprise I saw her looking at me seriously. "Jewel ..".


    "What''s wrong with you and my husband?" she asked directly, I was not surprised there and I had


    already prepared for this matter.


    “Ah, Nothing, it''s better if you ask your husband." I said


    "I don''t have time to y around Jhazzy! Answer my question."


    "I told you to ask Thunder and not me." I said..


    "Why should I ask my husband if you are already here."


    "I don''t want to interfere with the both of you because I also treated you as my friend and I don''t want to


    hurt you but you''re too insistent." I said.


    "Like what you were asking earlier, who is the father of my son. The answer is your husband  Thunder,


    that’s why he often leaves or isn''t in the office because he''s in my condo to see us. Happy now?" I


    added.


    Jewel POV


    I almost fell to my feet when I heard what Jhazzy said, I can''t quite imagine that we would have a family


    like this. Tears welled up in my eyes.

    "You want to know the truth, right? Well, that''s the truth Jewel. Your husband has a child with me, she


    got someone else pregnant." she said boldly.


    My palm quicklynded on her cheek.


    "You''re a bitch!  You made me look like a fool, that''s why you befriended me and Thunder doesn''t want


    me toe near you because you''re hiding something from me!" I shouted angrily.


    "Don''t me me! Your husband doesn''t want to tell you the truth. How painful is it to know that Thunder


    has an illegitimate child? I felt the same way when he didn''t recognize our child at first! How long I have


    waited for this opportunity Jewel you know that! I endured the pain to hide my son from other people


    while you and your son are happy! "


    "You are so desperate Jhazy, I trusted you and considered you a friend but I don''t know that you have


    other ns. I didn''t think you would be the rift in our family. Karma strikes big time!" I spoke sharply and


    ran away.


    I quickly hailed a taxi and went home. I just cried crying while in the taxi. I never thought we would


    reach this point, that Thunder would be able to fool me and worst of all he would have another child.


    I feel like they both yed with my feelings, because they knew they were hiding something from me


    but acting in front of me as an angel. They betrayed me!


    When I got home and I quickly went to our room, I just informed the taxi driver to wait for me outside. I


    could not afford to stay here at home for long. I do not know if I can still trust my husband.


    I took my big bag and put on clothes and because I was pregnant I could not lift heavy things. I acted


    fast because Thunder might have caught me.


    When I finished tidying up I sat on the bed for a while, I looked at the whole room. We had so many


    happy memories in this room, I stared at the photos of us hanging on the wall. I smiled bitterly because


    those happy shots will be just memories.


    I didn''t stay there long because the pain I was feeling was only getting worse, I couldn''t ept that my


    husband had another child and not just Storm. I grabbed the ring on my finger and slowly removed it.


    After I removed it I put it on the mini table we had in the bedroom. I also wrote a letter for my Thunder


    but I didn’t say anything about my pregnancy.


    After that  I left because I was hurt. I thought theplete family I wish would happen because we


    already have a child. You can call me a coward because I''m leaving and I won''t fight even if I''m the


    legal wife. It''s just me. I am hurting now so I can''t think what is right now andI don’t want to risk the life


    of my future child.


    My pregnancy is difficult and I don''t want our future child to be in danger just because of what is


    happening to us now. I''m leaving but this does not mean that I''m giving up and I''m going to let go of the


    family I have, I just can''t face my husband in this situation right now, but I''ll be back.


    I grabbed my bag and went out, with every step I took it was the heaviness of my chest. I can''t imagine


    that the day wille when I will leave this house again.
