《The Tables》 Prologue - Death of Silence Prologue - The Death of Silence Bright lights of searing white whisk through the sky parting the clouds and revealing the vast worlds and heavens. Men angrily clashing weapons, as blood and sweat are spread across the fields, drop their weapons with a clash and reverberation that causes a thundering noise that spreads across the fields deafening one''s ears, but then everything then drops to a silence. Silence that is gentle and expressive, yet domineering and authoritative.Silence that shows no mercy for any man, and shows no distinction between nationality, idealism, nationality. A silence that lingers in man''s thoughts, and drives one to madness. The silence that a man shows once there is no life in him, no spirit, no soul, just¡¡..nothing. As the skies part men begin looking up with overwhelmed expressions that quell aunty sense of pride, or fear. An individual swirled with rays of golden amber light surrounding them, creating a saddened gentle expression begins floating down looking upon the world. Their face is sculpted with the ruggedness of a square face yet, their eyes express a gentle embrace with their warm amber golden eyes. Their face is clean and bright like porcelain as if recently sculpted by an artist. The body, while looking feminine in nature, embraces a style of muscular structure that men envy and women desire. Men continue gazing upon the individual, astonished that any being can embrace a perfect appearance as this. All of sudden a man begins to scream out in pain. The agonizing scream begins again but in the opposite direction of another man. Another begins to scream, and then another screams again and again until the field is encompassed with men screeching in pain. Individuals begin crouching in pain, calling for loved ones, praying to gods, desperately looking for any individual to help them survive with the pain. The narrative has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident. The pain is unbearable, screams of burning insides, pressure that are cracking bones, organs dissolving within their bodies. The screams and shouts from each pain are not the same for each individual. Some shout in pain, but some shout in horror and fear, and their minds corrupted and no longer can maintain their hold on reality. As the shouting and pain continues men begin to collapse one by one, thud after thud as they fall to the ground mimicking the sounds of someone marching in place. As the thuds eventually stop, left on the field are two men. They both continue to gaze at the golden individual as he floats and gently steps down to the ground as if he is ensuring his step to the ground does not awaken any of the dead. ¡°Why Cause this atrocity!?¡± shouted one of the men ¡°We fight in your honor, We killed in your honor, we conquered in your honor!¡±. The other individual begins to ask ¡°No we are the ones defending your honor, we are upholding what you have taught us!¡± the other man pleaded to the individual ¡°What have we done to disgrace you unlike these dogs of men here¡±. ¡°You watch your tongue!¡± barked the other man ¡°You are nothing but the scrum of society, you have no respect, no nobility you are even lucky we have let you lived this long¡± ¡°I will slit your throat where you stand right now¡± ¡°Try if you can,¡± said the man and they both drew their swords. As the man begins swinging their swords the individual looks at them, with a sorrowful and defeated expression as someone would give to show true disappointment in the actions of others. The man''s eyes begin to drop tears from his eyes as they gently caress his cheeks, he has no sound or words, but then turns his head and body around walking away from the two individual men. Both men then begin to scream in agony and pain, until they both collapse to the ground and their collapsing bodies are the last sounds that reverberate around them. The golden man then says ¡°Finally silence¡±. 1 - The Market Plan 1 - The Market Plan The breeze whispers through the woods, scuttling the leaves as the sun breathes down on the city. The city bustling with carriages and merchants passing through the cobble stoned roads, people yelling through cloth covered stalls shouting to all who listen and willing to buy their goods. The sound of change rattles through the air as merchants pass money between themselves and buyers, and the sound of voices raised continue as individuals work to haggle between the markets between one another. However in the dark corner of the market, behind the stalls lies a scraggly, dark skinned individual with brown hair that reflects hints of red in the right sunlight. ¡°Tyrus, what''s the plan?¡± asked the scrawny kid in tattered clothing, and behind him lie two other individuals. One was a larger individual by nature, but his malnourishment in himself was showing as the the bones from his ribs could be greatly seen, and the other a girl with dark black hair that covered her eye but once close expected could see the signs of a large scar across their face. ¡°Plans simple Del. All we need to do is one of us to distract the fruit vendor by stealing one item and then we snag the rest as he is chasing the one person.¡± ¡°And who do you think is going to be the person to do that!?¡± snarked the girl with dark hair ¡°Well Bri, since you keep claiming to be the fastest, why don''t you go ahead and do it. Also if you get caught the guards will go easier on a girl¡± ¡°Yeah by going easy you mean lock me up and try their way with me¡± said Bri spitting in the direction of Tyrus. I thought you said I would be able to outrun them all¡± ¡°You are your not gonna get caught, but you gotta make sure to run them through the path we have practiced¡± ¡°Well your ass isn¡¯t in the sight of both the fruit vendor and guards¡± Del said sulkingly too Tyrus As the individual kids are talking a bell that chimes across the city signifying the next hour, and many individual stall keepers are start to slowly begin putting up there signs and restocking there merchandise ¡°Dumbasses it''s now or never¡± Yells Bri ¡°Dammit Del are you going or not?¡± asked Tyrus ¡°Tyrus go yourself, I''m not risking my ass. I''ll lead the rest of us to grab the rest of the loot¡± ¡°Fine, make sure you remember I get first pick of the loot when I meet back up with you¡± Tyrus says as he begins walking slowly over to the fruit vendor''s stall.
