I started to feel dizzy, and then we were here.¡± I answered ¡°Same¡± Roy agreed ¡°Welcome, to our kingdom great warriors.¡± I hear a man behind me. ¡°This is the kingdom of Santaro, and we have summoned you here to help protect this kingdom.¡± ¡°From what?¡± Hataro asked ¡°The demons, giants, angels, elves and any other beings that try to attack us.¡± The man said as if it was obvious ¡°And who are you?¡± I asked adding a slight intimidating factor to my voice ¡°The king, Rangar!¡± Again, as if it was the most obvious thing in existence ¡°So, you abduct us from our world and take us here against our will and force us to fight for you?!¡± I state less of a question and more to make sure I heard him right ¡°We are not forcing YOU to do anything. We just want your help.¡± The king said emphasizing the you as if he was talking to me directly ¡°Well th¨C..." ¡°WHAT IS HAPPENING!!¡± My friend screams as if he was on fire ¡°What?¡± I ask a little annoyed As I turn around I notice that everyone has a flame around them, some have a bigger flame than others and some smaller, but in the thing that was the most surprising was that, Roy and Hataro, were surrounded in a flame that made everyone else''s seem like they were lit by a match and theirs were lit by a flamethrower. ¡°What is happening!¡± I yell caught by surprise ¡°As I said I¡¯m not asking YOU to do anything, actually you¡¯re free to do as you please, this kingdom does not need weaklings.¡± The king states as he pushes me to the side ¡°What do you mean!?¡± I say thinking he¡¯s mocking me ¡°If we find a way to send you home, you can go with them, but for now just stay still and be a good boy.¡± The king said again ignoring my question ¡°Why do you call me a weakling!¡± ¡°Haven''t you noticed yet?¡± ¡°What?¡± ¡°You don¡¯t have a flame, or in other words, you don¡¯t have any magic power.¡± He said without looking at me I didn¡¯t notice until he pointed it out but, I really didn¡¯t have a flame around me, it was actually as if all the flames in the room were avoiding me. ¡°If you don¡¯t have a flame then you¡¯re of no use to this kingdom. BEGONE!¡± As the king said that everything went black I woke up in the middle of a forest with a bag and a change of clothes. I checked the bag to see what I had but was disappointed to see that there was only enough food for three days maximum and they didn¡¯t even give me any money to buy food with. The only thing I had to defend myself was a crappy old knife. I searched for a place to take shelter, I decided that a cave near the road would be good but not so close that I could be spotted easily. I didn¡¯t want to be found by the humans of that kingdom, and I had to assume that my classmates and friends had abandoned me and joined the king, actually I didn¡¯t want to meet any humans after all, if the humans hated other species so much and I hated the humans so much, shouldn¡¯t I join the demons? And with that reasoning I decided that my goal should be to find a species I agreed with and join them in the fight against the humans, but my heart didn¡¯t want to turn against Roy, I wanted to make him join me in my quest, even tho that would be extremely difficult as he is a summoned warrior and has an incredible amount of magic power. Meanwhile in the capital of the Santaro kingdom, the warriors were learning about magic. ¡°The amount of magic power that you have is decided at birth, and your magic power potential is at most two times your original magic power amount, to increase your magic power quickly life and def combat would be the best way, but, your king has told me to make sure none of you die during training, so we will go with meditation.¡± ¡°Yes sir!¡± The class said as if they were in the military As the training of the warriors was going on the king entered the arena. ¡°How¡¯s the training going, Frodrick?¡± The king asked ¡°Slowly.¡± Frodrick said clearly annoyed ¡°Be patient!¡± ¡°If I could use my personal training methods they would be at their prime in a year, but with this it¡¯ll take at least another six years!¡± ¡°We can¡¯t risk them dying!¡± The king said loudly drawing everyone''s attention ¡°Fine, I¡¯ll speed things up as much as possible but the fastest is still five years and two months.¡± Rodrick said finally giving in to Rangar¡¯s wishes. I enter the one furthest in and throw down my bag against the wall. ¡°I really am hungry.¡± I open my bag and take out a bottle of water and some vegetables, I use my shirt as a cutting board and cut up the vegetables with my hunting knife, I open the water bottle and pour in the small pieces of vegetables, and boil it over an open flame. ¡°Even though I¡¯m in another world and these vegetables look completely different this tastes just like any normal soup from our world.¡± I say as if anyone would answer. I finish my cave made water bottle soup and drift off to sleep. A New Friend As I woke up I felt a soft fur like coat over me, for a second I thought it was all a dream but as I opened my eyes I saw the cave ceiling and a little black wolf cub sleeping on top of me. I try to lift it off of me but end up just having it in my lap until it wakes up, when it opens its eyes it tries to jump back but weeps after putting pressure on its legs, as I inspect it I don''t see any claw marks or any sign of injury. I take out some of my precious meat that I had in my bag and give it to the wolf cub. I kept walking until noon when I spotted some goblins, being aware of Lupus on my head I tried to distract them and sneak by, but before I could even try to begin my plan I heard a scream from behind me, a goblin had spotted me I turned to try and run but got surrounded by goblins. I pulled out my hunting knife and got on the defensive I knew I had to fight without letting them distract Lupus so I went for the ones nearest the mountain wall since they had the most distance from the others I managed to cut the goblin across the chest but my knife had snapped, then I was smashed into the wall by another goblins club. ¡°Am I¡­ Going to die¡­ I can¡¯t die¡­ I have to live¡­¡± as I kept repeating the same words in my head over and over the goblins kept coming closer, ¡°No, I won¡¯t die here.¡± I threw my hand forward, catching a goblins club and punching it into a tree, I took the club I was still holding and threw it at a group of goblins that were heading towards me and knocked them down like bowling pins, I kept going until there were no goblins left, and then everything went black again and I fell to the floor. As dinner went on the members of the family were talking but I just sat there eating my food feeling worse and worse as more time passed until I ate the last piece of food and was ready to leave. Then Uxor gave me more food saying ¡°You need to eat to get better.¡± or something like that but at this point I was feeling so dizzy and had gotten such a bad headache that I just ate all the food that they put on my plate until there was no more food left, I took a big sip of water and a deep breath and then the feeling of dizziness and the headache were replaced with the feeling of a warmth in my chest right in the middle. As I stood to take a weapon I realised some were in a trash barrel. I picked up a longsword and got into position to start the duel, with Dryadalis as the judge I got into a position I was comfortable in. The instant Dryadalis said go S¨­zokujin was already right in front of me I barely managed to block his attack being pushed back a considerable distance, but before I could recollect myself he was already thrusting toward my face, all I could do was deflect his attacks and try so strike any opening I could. But, even though I was losing, it was fun, the most fun I¡¯d had since arriving in this world. The only thing that came close was while I was facing death against the goblins, I felt as though everything had lost color, lost interest, everything, except S¨­zokujin. I launch at him as soon as I regain my balance from his last strike, I swing my sword toward him forcing him to block and sending him crashing into the house but before he could hit the wall I appear behind and swing my sword up from below him which barely manages to stop and he gets slammed into the roof and passes out, and before I could go to attack him again Dryadalis hits me in the neck knocking me out. Even though I said I would go to sleep I just couldn¡¯t stop thinking about how selfish the humans were in this world, but after debating what to do for at least an hour I knew that I would become the one who would destroy the humans for what they had done, not only their god but their entire country and after finding another reason for needing to get stronger I finally fell asleep. The Beginning Of Training In Hell As I was sleeping in S¨­zokujins room I was awoken by something jumping on top of me. After breakfast me and Uxor went out to the training grounds and S¨­zokujin and Lupus went toward a forest. The only instructions that I was given were to sit on a rock and focus my magic power into my muscles, even though I thought it would be easy it proved to be nearly impossible. I tried to focus on how my magic felt back then and then how it would flow into my muscles, I took a deep breath and the magic travel along side the oxygen out to all of the muscles in my body, I opened my eyes and it felt like I could choose what to focus on and filter everything else out, but before I could do anything else I passed out. After that I trained to imbue a set percentage of my magic into my muscles then after a week of nonstop training only taking breaks to eat and sleep, it was time for the next stage of training. As we made it to the forest Lupus began to explain what we were supposed to do. As we made our way toward the cave I couldn¡¯t help but get the feeling someone was watching us from a not so far distance, I decided to use the small knowledge I had of how to use thunder magic for locating enemies to see where the thing was, but I couldn¡¯t find it so I sped up my walking pace a little so that we could reach the cave faster as soon as I saw what was in the cave I grabbed Jin¡¯s shoulder and pulled him back. I open my eyes and focus only on the cave. I see a sword, a slightly opened chest with what looks like armor in it, and a tail of something furry, about the size of a human. I closed my eyes and focused on the magic and made it dark and then flowed it through me in the form of fire, I launched at the beast grabbing the sword and cutting of one of its hind legs, and severing one of the tendons on the front legs but got grabbed by the tail and thrown into the wall, I was still conscious but I couldn¡¯t use magic anymore, the beast roared as it reached out to try and cut me with its one good front paw, but before it could reach me I threw the sword toward its neck which Jin caught and severed used to kill the monster. I looked at the chest to see if there were any traps of some sort, and after making sure it was safe I opened the chest and was surprised by what was inside, it wasn''t armor, but two giant glittering stones, one pitch black, and one a greenish color. There were scales on the ground at least a kilometer long leading to a skeleton of a humongous beast. We kept training against magic beasts we encountered and used the cave with the skeleton and scales in it as our base, slowly we grew stronger and the week came to a close. When we were out training Uxor and Dryadalis came. On the way to the room with the scales and the skeleton I explained everything that happened on the first day out in the forest. After that we went back to the house where I was greeted by Lexia who jumped on to me before I could even enter the house. As I was relaxing in the bath I thought about how much Lexia had changed from when I became friends with her only two weeks ago, and one of those weeks I wasn¡¯t even here. I left the bathroom in more casual clothes and sat down to eat dinner, but during dinner Lexia wouldn¡¯t stop talking to me. I entered S¨­zokujin¡¯s room and immediately went to sleep on the bed I was borrowing. Lexia鈥檚 Friends Try To Steal Her Friend As I was training my magic control with S¨­zokujin, Uxor kept giving me weird stares as if I was forgetting something. Immediately after the conversation was over and I went back to sparring with S¨­zokujin the front door opened and three girls the same age as Lexia came in. As I was doing practice swings with my sword while imbuing it with magic, after I awhile I decided to try focusing magic in the exact same way but without a sword, I threw away the sword I was holding, got into position as if I was holding a sword I closed my eyes and tried to imbue an imaginary sword with light magic and fire magic, I did practice swings as I would with a real sword until I felt something different in my hand, it felt as though I was gripping a real sword not just air that I tried to make into a sword, I opened my eyes and looked at my hand that was gripping a white glowing fire sword. As S¨­zokujin was doing that I tried to make magic swords out of as many different combinations of magic i could, Dark, Dark Thunder, Dark Fire, Light, Light Thunder, Light Fire, Fire, Thunder, even Thunder Fire which exploded in my face but still even for a moment took the shape of a sword, but for some reason Nature just didn¡¯t want to do as I told it to. Hell鈥檚 Second Round As we ate dinner we questioned Dryadalis and Uxor about the two month stay in the forest. The next day we ate breakfast and walked to the outskirts of a forest, and just by being near it I could feel the difference in power between the monsters in this forest and the other one. As we were walking I saw an open plain to the left of us. We both got ready waiting for what was coming, I blinked once and an elf like being with pure green eyes appeared before me, I barely managed to block it¡¯s attack but I noticed that the same happened to S¨­zokujin but by a human with completely black eyes, before I could ask Jin anything the elf was already in my face again trying to attack. I started to use Nature magic to increase my perception of what was going on, but my enemy felt like pure nature magic and Jin¡¯s enemy felt like pure dark magic, but I couldn¡¯t think about it since the elf wasn¡¯t letting up it¡¯s attacks, I replaced the fire magic in my sword with dark magic to make the strongest sword I could even though I know only could use Nature and fire magic to strengthen my body, I launched at the elf as I switched from a defensive strategy to an offensive one but before my sword could reach him he jumped and kicked me towards the woods, I stuck my foot in the ground to spin and use the momentum from the kick to launch at him again, I swung my sword at him and blocked his counter attacks, but no matter how much I pushed my magic power I couldn¡¯t push him back. As my magic started to run out I deactivated all the magic I was currently using except Nature, I placed my hand on the ground and tried to borrow power from it, but the magic I could take couldn¡¯t change form from Nature to anything else, so I had to try something that didn¡¯t work during training, I tried to replace the dark magic I used to gain incredible strength with in exchange for my sanity with nature magic in hope of a similar result, and just before the elf could cut my neck, I felt a similar feeling as what I was hoping for inside my body, I guided the borrowed power with the help of the magic that I had left in the form of fire magic. As the feeling of power spread through my entire body in the blink of an eye it seemed as if the elf¡¯s attack stopped, but when I looked to Jin he was still fighting, I looked at my hand and noticed that it and the rest of my body was engulfed in a green light I punched the elf in the chest with all my strength and it turned to leafs that blew away. I looked up and noticed that the sun was rising as if we had been fighting for almost an entire day. I turned around as I sensed another enemy, it seemed as if we were gonna be here for a while, this time it was a giant being composed of dark magic. S¨­zokujin¡¯s perspektiv: (Fight one and two) As I fought I got more tired as the fighting continued, I looked over at Loki¡¯s battle and noticed he was punching the elf he was fighting while surrounded in a green flame, I shifted my attention back to my enemy I realised Loki was replenishing his magic by taking it from somewhere else, I lowered the amount of magic I was pouring into the sword while still trying to have it maintain the same shape, this time as I struck the human the blade turned a bit darker and more powerful and my magic reserves were filled with dark magic, I took this magic and tried to do the same thing that Loki did when he went berserk, but instead of using dark and fire magic I used dark and earth, this resulted in an armor like shell to appear around my body and as the human struck me I felt pain but not nearly as much as before, plus the armor was taking magic from the enemy to repair itself which also made my sword stronger, I swung my sword and cleanly cut of the humans head and steal all of the magic it had. I turned around to help Loki with his new opponent but was stopped by a beam of light that I just barely dodged. I looked up to see a winged humanoid made completely out of white light. I tried to use the dark magic I had stolen to make wings and close the distance, but no matter how much magic I poured in the wings wouldn¡¯t appear, I even tried to use fire magic with the dark magic but that didn¡¯t even work and just drained my magic. I had to take the light magic the angel like being had to fuel me since I had wasted too much dark magic trying to make wings, I poured nature magic into my legs and leaped toward the angel, I only managed to slice a little bit of her hair, but that was more than enough magic to try and make wings out of, but for some reason, instead of listening to me the magic replaced the magic in my sword and made it consist of only dark and light magic, but the dark magic would run out in another ten minutes so I couldn¡¯t waste time on this fight, I jumped again slicing the angel hundreds of times trying to sever its wings, and as I landed I felt something on my back and I heard something fall to the ground behind me, I looked back to see the angel turning to dust on the ground and wings sprouted from my back, I decided to save the dark magic I had left until another enemy with dark magic came so I could replenish it, I looked to Loki and saw him still fighting and I also noticed it was around seven in the morning. Loki¡¯s perspektiv: (Fight two and three) As I was fighting the giant, I looked back for a moment and saw Jin standing over a pile of white dust in a black armour without a helmet, holding a sword made out of white and black magic, and had white wings out of his back, but then the next moment the giant smashed me into the ground, I rolled over to dodge it¡¯s next attack, but I had to find a way to fight without running out of magic, I decided to let the nature magic do as it wanted without guiding it with my own magic, as my magic replenished, I felt the nature magic go wild inside my body, trying to connect to nature and get more magic to help my body grow stronger, as this happened the green glow around me intensified it shifted from just surrounding me into actually fusing with my magic, it felt as though what nature was feeling I was feeling too. I saw myself fighting the giant from the view of every tree, every piece of grass and all the leaves that was flying through the air, the nature magic was like an extension of myself, as if it was just an extra arm, as I looked into my own eyes through one of the leaves that was flying in front of me, when I saw my own eyes it was as if you could see all of nature in them, I narrowed down my view to only the things that saw the giant, I dodged an attack that came from behind me and threw a pole made out of pure nature magic at the giant, I poured all the nature magic I had into a single attack and punched the giants head making trees explode out of its neck, as the giant fell it turned into birds that flew into the forest. I knew a new enemy would soon appear so I absorbed as much magic as I could from the trees and plants as I could without hurting them. Since I was connected to the forest I felt all the pain it felt, and as I completed the absorption of magic I felt something coming towards me, I jumped into the air. As I landed I saw a little white fairy that had its arm outstretched as if it had just tried to shot me, but since it was made out of pure magic I realised that it was the next enemy, but as I tried to attack it with nature magic the magic just left my body, I fell to the ground after the pain of having nearly all the magic in my body sucked out, as I stood back up, I knew that the only way I could win now was to use the berserk mode by letting the dark magic run wild, but I also tried to stay conscious so I could stop it immediately after the test was over by having a bit of my magic be light since it seemingly negated all other magic as long as it didn¡¯t try to steal it, as the dark magic spread I focused on staying somewhat in control while still keeping some of my magic in reserve so I could consciously restore it while still fighting, as my body went berserk I formed swords for the monster I had become to use as it saw fit, but even with the incredibly powerful attacks of the berserk mode that dark fire magic causes I couldn¡¯t hit the fairy. I tried to grab it by getting my consciousness back from the dark magic, I forcefully took nature magic from the forest and mixed it with dark and light magic and poured it into one massive unstable attack that the fairy couldn¡¯t dodge, I threw it and as the attack connected it immediately exploded launching me into a nearby tree, right before I fell unconscious I absorbed nature magic and let the forest control my actions, putting all my faith into it while recovering my magic. S¨­zokujin¡¯s perspektiv: (Fight three) I tried to attack the wolf but none of my attacks absorbed magic, it was almost as if the nature magic was not letting the light magic touch it, I switched to fire and earth magic which managed to damage it but not absorb any magic, so I decided to just use my own strength without having anyone else''s magic mixed in, I launched at the beast using the exact same moves that Loki used during the first time we were forced to survive, I kept slashing but the wolf kept regenerating the places that were cut, I tried to cut of one of the legs but right before I could the wolf slapped me away. I tried to do the same thing Loki did by stabbing the ground but this didn¡¯t give me any magic power, it was almost as if the ground was taking my magic and giving it to the wolf, I tried all of the magic I could to try and hurt the beast, but nothing worked until I was using light magic and stabbed the sword into the ground to get up, this made the wolf scream in pain and fall to the ground, I walked to the wolf dragging the sword through the ground as I got closer, I took my sword of light and stabbed the wolf through the head. The rest of these two months continued like this, one enemy appearing after the next not giving us any time to rest or even eat, this made us tire out almost twice as fast since had to give our body nutrition by using nature magic, for me this wasn''t a problem since I just absorbed magic from the trees, but for Jin this made it hard for him to fight since he couldn¡¯t use nature magic for anything other than keeping himself alive, but after we had survived for about fifty days, all the magic from the beings we had killed began collecting where the barrier was, we both got ready and as the being appeared it was a giant with the magic power of everyone we had killed in one monster. Now that the barrier was gone I could absorb magic from the entire forest, not only the area within the barrier, and for Jin he could fight without saving the power he took from the other enemies to use against the next, and as the battle went on he wouldn¡¯t run out of magic since he could just take it. But as I tried to attack it seemed as if the nature magic retracted right before contact just as when I fought beings made out of light magic. As Jin was holding the giant of I was trying to control the dark magic he gave me, I took some nature magic and tried to let the dark magic and the light magic I myself created, follow, the light magic didn¡¯t want to mix with the nature magic, so the dark magic took charge and made a cloak around me and made the source of the nature magic a big circle on my back and the source of the light magic a smaller circle on my chest right above my heart. The final test As the cloak took form I poured a stream of magic into both my hands, one stream from the nature magic on my back, and one stream from the light magic circle on my chest. I formed two swords, both keeping their shape thanks to the immense source of dark magic. I started running up the legs of the giant slowly making my way to its shoulder. As he put it on his back his armour changed shape, his wings grew to the size they were at the beginning of this battle, and his armour got green flames seeping through the gaps in the armour. I jumped from Jin to the arm of the giant which I had been trying to cut of, while I was doing that Jin was trying to fly around the giant and cut it from all sides so it wouldn''t be able to counter attack, but just before I cut the arm of the giant split into two human sized monsters that had magic power equal to us at this point. We both took on one each, but these monsters were smart, they cut the cord connecting me and Jin and made it so we couldn¡¯t take magic from them, and the nature magic in the forest was running out, so we had to beat them with only the magic we currently had. We fought for days wearing the enemy down but also ourselves, we also got tired quicker since we had to turn nature magic into nutrition. After a while I had to replace the dark magic that was disappearing with my own magic so the light magic I was using disappeared after six days of battling, but after another four days I managed to defeat my enemy by trapping them with nature magic and using all the dark magic I had left to blast a hole through the thing turning it to dust, I went to help Jin who was fighting using only fire and light magic, since the fight had gone on so long he had also run out of magic, he only had light magic left since he didn¡¯t need his wings while facing this foe. As I jumped in, instead of attacking the enemy I gave all the magic I had left to Jin in hope that he could pull something off to defeat his enemy. Right as my magic entered him his sword turned a black and white color and growing in size, he swung it at the monster cutting it cleanly in two, after that we both were completely drained falling forward completely out of strength. As we got home me and Jin immediately sat down at the dinner table, waiting for food after not eating for two months straight, and after twenty more minutes of waiting we were greeted by so much food it could feed a kingdom, or the two of us right now. The Third Level As I laid in my bed I couldn¡¯t stop thinking about my classmates who were still in the human kingdom, I knew I would have to fight them, but what would I do if I faced them now? I had gotten stronger but not nearly as strong as they were in the beginning, and if they learned how to absorb power from living beings then they would be unstoppable. As I woke up the next day I felt weird. I left Jin¡¯s room and sat down at the dinner table but couldn¡¯t help but notice that everyone was looking at me and Jin. Five minutes later we were in a field just outside the house and I was in my disguise. As Lupus jumped at me I thought it would be just like fighting an ordinary wolf, but Lupus was smarter, quicker, and stronger than an ordinary wolf, not to mention he was able to use magic. I was forced to heighten my senses to be able to know where he would strike from, but his incredible speed made it nearly impossible to block, and so the day continued, us getting pummeled and then going home not eating anything, just sleeping. On the next day we went immediately out to where we were yesterday, and the training started immediately, I tried to put up a fight with the knowledge from yesterday but I was still drained from training so I was running on fumes the whole day trying not to pass out, and so it continued, us getting pummeled and then going home to sleep just for the same thing to happen again. But on the tenth day, I didn¡¯t sleep, instead I sat on the floor of the room absorbing magic trying to use it to replenish my own magic, and during the training the next day I was back to the amount of magic I was at on the first day, but I still felt like I could fill the bag with more magic, but during that days training I still couldn¡¯t put up a fight, it seemed as though I was getting pummeled harder then before, but I continued with this strategy until one month had passed and I still couldn¡¯t land a blow, but Jin still couldn¡¯t restore his magic no matter how hard he tried, so when we were in his room and I sat and meditated he asked me a question. And so the training started paying off more, while sparring we used our own magic, but at night we used the magic I absorbed from the plants to give our bodies energy. As the battle started I knew I had to save as much magic as possible, so I only used enough magic so that my body could still fill up the source even though it was extremely slow. Lupus rushed at me with a barrage of attacks, I deflected and counter-attacked, but the damage I was inflicting was being healed by his magic, and I was forced to use more magic than I wanted to. I needed to cripple him for long enough that I could go talk to Jin. I cut off a decent chunk of his front left leg and a cut in his back leg before I enhanced my speed as much as I could before appearing next to Jin and pulling him a decent distance from the other two. The battle continued and I could feel Lupus magic flowing into me from Jin, but I also felt the nature magic in the area depleting. I realised that after this month we would have to switch area to do this again. I used the dark magic that was flowing to me from Jin to make an attack that would hold back Dryadalis while I changed form from pure nature magic to a half-and-half kinda form, my body was surrounded in the same green glow but my blood vessels were black and my eyes turned black with only a blood red iris that signified that I was still in control, as the attack disappeared I launched at Dryadalis with a slash filled with all the strength I had, but to my shock, I saw him block it with a single finger. As I tried to get up I noticed that he was surrounded in the same green cloak that I had, but when he wore it he seemed to be a hundred times more powerful than before, I tried to get up but was hit by Jin who was also blasted away, I turned to look at Lupus but saw him covered in black steel. I launched at Lupus for the second time, but this time I knew that he was serious and that I couldn¡¯t hold back even a little even if I ran out before the six months were over, I used my sword and filled it with light and dark magic, but it seemed as though he grew stronger from it, I tried to think back to when we fought the two pieces of the giant during the test and how they did it, but no matter what I tried nothing worked, and after another month and a half of fighting I ran out of magic and was starting to near my limit and pass out, but before that, I let the nature magic take over, I let nature guide me as I tried my hardest to stay awake, my body started to move on it¡¯s own, dodging on it¡¯s own, even manipulating my magic on it¡¯s own, but after I let this go on for a while the nature magic became unstable, so I took back control and let the nature magic return to its original host, but I used the magic I had left to keep Lupus in place as I manipulated the grass to do as I wanted while I punched Lupus with my own pure strength which was nothing to scoff at. This kept going for days, maybe even weeks, after a while I lost track of time, and after what felt like years the grass was holding down Lupus without me needing to do anything, but I was getting tired and I decided that the only way to really grow stronger was to let my magic run wild, and see how far my strength can push Lupus, and I felt like Jin was thinking the same thing, and so when there was exactly one month left of the battle me and Jin got back to back and I made both our magic powers run wild by manipulating my dark magic to enter him for long enough that he would feel the side effects, and after that we switched opponents for one last time and ran wild. As I went berserk my magic over flowed and the dark magic made the black cloak reappear with a new ferocity that did not exist any of the other times that I used it, and all of the nature magic in the area came to me willingly and strengthened the cloak further, after what felt like no time at all, the month was over and I passed out because I had overused my magic, and the same went for Jin. The Final Day And Departure As both me and Jin pass out we make eye contact for but a moment, but this was enough for us to know what the other one was thinking, ¡°We have gotten stronger.¡± that was the last thought that we both had on our mind before hitting the ground. When I woke up to the smell of food I sprang up from the coach I was resting on accidentally kissing Lexia on the forehead. After approximately ten minutes of searching I found the place, I ran there at full speed and stopped a man who was harassing a woman. An Unfortunate Beginning As we walked along the road we eventually arrived at a crossroads, I had already analysed the path we needed to take so this wasn''t a problem, but Lupus seemed to have other business. As I made it to the town I slowed down just before entering waiting for Jin. When he arrived he had already activated his disguise and looked as human as I did, we entered the town and looked for a place to stay. We entered and were greeted by the smell of alcohol and sweat. I went to the counter and asked if we could stay the night. We entered the room and immediately went to sleep. When we woke up we immediately left for the road, but after barely making it a kilometer we encountered a little kid who was hurt. I kept walking for approximately four hours until she fell asleep, I kept walking until about six in the afternoon when I decided to camp out since I didn¡¯t have a disguise for Luna. I laid her down in a tent near a campfire while I trained a little, but for some reason I felt uneasy as I practiced swinging my sword, the last time I had felt the same feeling was back when me and Jin was in the forest alone for the first time, but the magic emitted from this monster was so strong that I couldn¡¯t make put an exact location, I closed my eyes and tried to look through the eyes of the forest but for some reason could I not absorb the nature magic in the plant life. But this time I didn¡¯t fall face first into the ground, I managed to catch myself using my own magic in the form of thunder magic to increase my speed and reflexes, I jumped into the air and placed Luna on the ground as I landed. I turned around while activating a light magic version of the nature mode, but since this was my own magic it wasn''t nearly as efficient as the nature magic version only lasting about half an hour and if I activated the triple magic cloak it would only last five minutes since I didn¡¯t have the near infinite supply of nature magic nor the magic that Jin would constantly be stealing, and even with the cloak that Dryadalis gave me increasing the time limit it would still only be seven minutes and thirty minutes. As I turned I felt a sharp pain in my stomach, I looked down seeing a knife held by a muscular hand, I looked up again and saw three men carrying Luna into a van. As I regained consciousness I found myself in a cave of sorts with my wound bandaged up. I tried to stand up to go after Luna but as I stood up I felt myself getting dizzy, and I fell back on the ground. I ran for what felt like an eternity before finally arriving in front of a large house, but as I arrived the nature magic I had absorbed started to diminish and reverted to the first stage that I unlocked during the final test, and the stage that I could replicate with my light magic. As I sat down in front of the house to try and replenish the nature magic I had lost I felt something odd, it was almost as if my dark magic was reacting to the magic in the air around the house, I didn¡¯t know why but I realised that there was no nature magic around the house which meant that there were no living things near the house. I closed my eyes and tried to feel Luna''s magic since I knew that all living things had nature magic, even if they couldn¡¯t manipulate it. I searched for what felt like an hour until I felt the magic signature of the man who had stabbed me. I rushed off in the direction it was coming from but as I arrived at the location I found an identical building still with no nature magic near it. This continued for a while until I ran out of patients. I knew that something was going on, with all the dark magic in the air and the repeating of the same thing over and over. I sat down and started to absorb the dark magic in an attempt to stop the weird illusion I was trapped in. As the dark magic was absorbed into my body I used thunder magic to keep a tight seal on it until all the dark magic was gone, I opened my eyes and saw the old man with his hand on my forehead. I kicked the doors open as I absorbed all the nature magic in the area in an instant. All Hell Let Loose As the doors fly off their hinges and slam into the wall I instantly target the humans and cut their head off, I continue running too every floor until I reach the third basement floor where there aren''t any humans but demi-humans and elves with collars around their necks with some weird symbols. I try to run past them but I get grabbed by a tall wolf man who absorbs the nature magic right out of my body, I try to get loose but as I do all the nature magic I had absorbed had already been taken from me. As I try to stand up I just fall to the ground because of the sudden loss of magic power. I use the dark magic that the old man from earlier used to put me in an illusion to use dark and thunder magic but it doesn''t work and I¡¯m once again slammed into a wall. I try to use the dark magic at all but fail. I can¡¯t even use it to go full power while in the state I¡¯m in, I finally try to use the pure dark magic in the same way that I use pure nature magic, when I¡¯m in nature mode stage one. And that works, noy only that but my cloak reacts and keep the magic around me and doesn''t let it drive me insane like when I use berserk mode, with this I blitz all the slaves and break the collars, after I break the giant wolf mans collar I leave the dark mode stage one, and re-absorb the nature magic and re-enters nature mode stage two. I finally reach the bottom floor where I find Luna and the men who kidnapped her. I walk up to the cage that Luna is in and turn it to ashes with a single tap. I turn around to face the kidnappers and immediately as they see my face I stop their hearts with a single nature magic needle. I pick up Luna who is unconscious and place her in a cave alongside all the other demi-humans and elves I had freed, I then turn to face the man who stood behind me. As I dodged all of the old man''s attacks I noticed that his form had shifted slightly, and his power had increased exponentially. I absorbed nature magic and stacked the old man''s dark magic on top of it as I pulled out my other sword and started to fight with both of my swords at once. I knew that I had to go full power to even stand a chance against this monster he had become, so I started to focus, I focused on mixing all of my magic with the nature magic and dark magic I had absorbed, I knew that the cloak would make sure that the dark magic would hold it¡¯s shape so I let the cloak make sure the pure dark magic kept its shape while I let the light and nature magic find where they wanted to be. This made the dark mode stage one power get amplified by the nature and light mode stage one, this led to a power nearly as powerful as my triple magic cloak but half as draining, this meant that I could keep this up for about fifteen minutes. I tried to strike his face to wake him up from his rampage but as I slashed his face the only thing that happened was a little scratch that was healed instantly. I fought like this until there was only five minutes left on the transformation before I was totally dried out, and so I focused I absorbed all the nature magic in the area, so much that the flowers that was only a few minutes away from blooming would need to wait for at least another week, and as such I entered nature mode stage two alongside light mode stage two. This shortened the timer to just above five seconds, and with each second I cut off one of the old man monster''s lims. 5 seconds left, I cut off the back left leg. 4 seconds left, I cut off the right back leg. 3 seconds left, I cut off the right front leg. 2 seconds left, I cut off the left front leg. 1 second left, I cut off his head. And I kept going, brutally murdering all the wolf men, even the humans who were just watching weren¡¯t safe from my rampage, and when I was finished there were only the children and Luna left alive. I powered down and started to leave, not saying anything to Luna or the other demi-humans. I kept running for a while until the oni masked man showed up again.
