 Cloven story: a tale of new friendly foes

    Meet Cloven, a 16 year old boy that doesn''t seem to remember the past. He just woke up and was Surrounded by some villagers of Sundawn laying down flowers, and now a couple of days later he goes around doing tasks for the villagers meeting new people along the way while trying to find out his past.


    One evening Cloven was just finishing helping out Lisa when a little kid came up to him with uncontrollable sobbing. ¡°She''s back at it again. Ruby took all of the town''s money and doesn''t want to give it back¡± the boy said, grabbing onto Clovens pants leg. Cloven doesn''t know where Ruby is, but he knows that she''s dangerous and shouldn''t be messed with at all. After all, he is unarmed and doesn''t have experience dealing with someone that big. He was going to say no and walk away, but the kid crying made him a little bit mad at this ¡°Ruby girl¡±, so he said yes. The kid wiped away his tears while jumping in joy ¡°Yay Cloven will save us all!!¡± the boy said while running away ¡°Are you sure?¡± Lisa asks ¡°Ruby is not one to mess with even if this is a huge deal¡±. Cloven looked at Lisa with an ear to ear grin ¡°Don''t worry Lisa. As long as I Cloven the town''s helper is here I will bring back the stolen money, and besides I alright have a plan¡± Cloven replied while seeing if Lisa would understand, but the look on Lisa''s face is the face of I don''t trust you at all.


    Back on Ruby ship She''s, and her crew was looking for her missing pocket watch when Cloven appeared with it in his hands. ¡°Are you looking for this?¡± Cloven said while swinging the watch from side to side. The robot''s eyes turned red ¡°where going to destroy you!¡± one robot said ¡°drop the watch!¡± another added, but all Ruby did was sigh while clapping ¡°So this is the great village protector Cloven more like the great theft. ¡°Hey this all started because you were the one who stole!¡± Cloven snapped back, but it doesn''t seem to have an affect on Ruby, but instead she ignores Cloven and have all she does does is have a side conversation with her robots then she turn back to Cloven ¡°Ok kid the joke is over you either hand over the watch, or face the consequences¡± Ruby said with a not so serious look on her face it almost seem like she looks at this like she doesn''t care. ¡°Oh yeah well I got this¡± Cloven pulled out a sword, and pointed towards Ruby, but it was to heavy for Cloven to carry which cause him to drop it, and for Ruby fake eye to come out she tried to catch it, but her efforts were futile as the fake eye went to the ground.Support creative writers by reading their stories on Royal Road, not stolen versions.


    Chaos begins as Cloven tries to pull the sword out of the ship and Ruby along with her robots tries to find her fake eye ¡°this is all your fault kid¡± Ruby yelled while looking ¡°how is this my fault when you''re the one who took the money from the villagers¡± Cloven yelled back. After they both got things together they looked at each other ¡°uh I didn''t steal anything like that, but you must be talking about Ruby the robber¡± Ruby chuckled while putting the fake eye back in her eye socket ¡°but you didn''t say that the first time I brought it up?¡± Cloven asked when he pulled out his sword, but again because it was heavy he fell back ¡°Yea boss he did say something earlier¡± a robot added ¡°mm my hearing must be failing as well¡± Ruby said while trying to clean out her ears. Cloven got back up and noticed the ship was headed towards some rocks ¡°we''re gonna crash!!¡± he yelled while looking at Ruby ¡°I didn''t even know that¡± she laughed ¡°if I had had my watch I would have been able to avoid this¡±. Cloven pulled out the watch and open it just to see an alarm going off about turning North 5 minutes ago then he tried to grab the wheel, but it was too late as the ship hit the rocks everyone on the ship got sent into the water


    Meanwhile Lisa was watching from far away eating popcorn. ¡°I had a feeling something would go wrong¡± Lisa mumbled as she got up with her popcorn and went down there.

 Brittney story: Trash girl on the run

    Meet Brittney, a 17 years old girl cleaning up trash all around the world of Evergreen. Once she was a princess, but then she ran away from home and found a broken shovel which she fixed.


    Dear little sister


    Isn''t it crazy that I''m writing you a letter with a pencil and paper?! It''s been 3 years since I''ve seen you, and I learned so much here so let me start from the beginning, and I can get you caught up with everything.


    I was so lost at first as in really lost. I didn''t know what to do in the big world of Evergreen, but remember when I said I don''t like trash well after I found my shovel and started scooping up trash, I became more and more interested in trash and sometimes I found that really strange.


    I met a lot of people here like


    I met a boy named Cloven that is around the same age as me, and he helps the people of Sundawn with their task though the day, but he gave me a very hard time with my job because for some reason he loves picking through my bins at the end of my shift which causes me to have to clean up again. He said it''s to help him look for something, but I find it really annoying because I have to be the one to clean his mess up, but I do hope he finds what he''s looking for.Unauthorized duplication: this narrative has been taken without consent.     Next is Zackery, and he''s also the same age as me, but he''s very very smart. He is the head of 9 order corporation, and yep you heard that right, the corporation that keeps the stories around here up and running, and he was the one who taught me how to read and write. I know what you''re going to say ¡°Brittney you ran away from your story. Be Careful because you may get caught¡±, and I say I know about that problem, so that''s why I told him I''m already living out my happily ever after, so I don''t get captured.


    Then it''s Lisa. She''s a popular engineer at Sundawn, but I don''t really know a lot about her, only that she designed her flying broom, and no she''s not a witch she''s just a nice lady who wants to make things like her flying coffee cup for example. And finally I''ve met Alice, a crazy scientist who lent me this pencil. She was very hostile at first trying to keep people out, but now she still keeps people out, and isn''t as hostile as when I first met her, so this is good progress.


    I know that this letter wasn''t long, but to make it up to you I''ll come back to get you as soon as I have enough money, so stay strong little sis because I''m coming for you.

    Brittney looked at both Alice and Robo only to see them both knocked out asleep, so she got up, folded the letter in three and went to the Overfallen post office to get an envelope and a post stamp. After a couple of minutes getting the letter together it was ready to get sent off. Brittney dash to the mailbox and drop the letter off then she ran to Sundawn for a trash emergency, and as she was running she notice trash around Cloven as he looked through it all and found some marbles ¡°Found your marbles Ms. Lu!¡± Cloven yelled while running towards a vegetable market. Brittney sighed and walked over to the trash and started cleaning it up ¡°I''m so getting Cloven for that¡± Brittney mumbled.
