《Heaven's Rebellion》 Dream Roman was getting bombarded by countless plasma bullets, he swiftly activated the plasma blast control, and a massive blast of pure plasma exited his golden mecha from all its pours, the plasma blast and the countless plasma bullets clashed fiercely until they nullified themselves diffusing back into the world. Roman took at look around himself seeing that he was surrounded by well over two hundred sleek black mechas which all had identical designs of each other. Roman quickly identified them as one of the enemy empires elite assassin groups, they ambushed him right as he was returning to the main base as he just finished a reconnaissance mission. Leaving his train of thought Romans first objective was to somehow survive the sticky situation he''s found himself in. He firstly activated his weapons as the left arm of his mecha turned into a over 5 meters long sword of plasma that seemed like it was able to cut through anything while his right arm transformed into a heavy powered plasma rifle. After the assassins failed their opening attack they all began to rush towards Roman however he was quicker as his golden mechas feet turned into plasma boosters and every time Roman activated them he could move at ridiculous speeds. Roman plasma boosted to the nearest assassin and slashed vertically with his plasma sword splitting the assassins mecha into two while killing them in the process, he also shot with his rifle which pierced through mechas effortlessly, every single one of Romans plasma bullets hit the chest of the mechas as that was where the person controlling it resided. Roman killed incessantly, every bullet he shot a life he took, every mecha he slashed was a assassin dead, however even with how dominantly he was fighting he still had to constantly use his plasma blast to defend against all the bullets that kept bombarding him and he also had to release high powered plasma bombs which popped out from his mechas waist whenever he got himself surrounded. As Roman kept fighting he kept hearing an almost ethereal voice whispering in the back of his consciousness, however he ignored it lest it distracted him from the life threatening fight he was currently in, however the voice kept getting louder and louder. The unintelligible murmurs began to get clearer and clearer. "Le ...¡.. wa ... up." "Leo ¡ wak ¡. up." "Leon wake up!" After Roman heard the final scream the world suddenly froze, all the plasma bullets flying at him came to a halt, the chaotic sounds of destruction turned silent, while all the assassins froze. Roman felt everything get more and more distant until his eyes opened. This book''s true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience. "ah, it was a dream." Leonard muttered quietly to himself while taking a quick glance at his bedroom that he shared with the other 9 orphans, it was a large plain room with 10 old looking beds placed against the walls, each individual bed had pillows stuffed with hay and blankets which were just thin pieces of white cloth; this is where Leonard has been living ever since he got transmigrated 6 years ago. Leonards gaze eventually landed on the person who woke him up, Jack. Jack had brown hair and eyes with average height for his age, he was of similar age to Leonard who was nine (although Leonard got transmigrated 6 years ago he had taken over the body of a child who was already three at the time of transmigration which makes him 9 in present time) and as Leonard was the only person similar to Jack in age in the orphanage Leonard was his closest friend. "Finally! Your awake, I''ve been trying to get you up for a good minute now, get ready the director is nearly done setting breakfast." Jack said with a clearly annoyed expression on his face. "Alright I''ll get ready in a second." Leonard replied quietly while shooing Jack away with his hand, although he felt hungry Leonards mind wasn''t on the breakfast but the dream. ''Ah, I''ve been dreaming of my past life more and more frequently lately, I remember this specific dream was the time I fought back against the 250 elite mecha assassins, although I nearly lost my life multiple times in that battle I eventually persevered managing to kill the majority of the assassins while the remaining ones turned tail and ran, though my mecha was far more superior as I was using the sacred treasure of the Eldred family however the sheer number of assassins is something only the most skilled mecha users could triumph over no matter how powerful the mecha was. After that battle I solidified myself as one of the strongest mecha users on earth and that also solidified my position as heir to the Eldred noble family, though this doesn''t matter anymore, I am no longer Roman Eldred, no longer one of the strongest mecha users of earth and no longer heir to one of the most ancient and esteemed noble family to ever grace the planet earth. I am now a humble orphan, one without fame nor acclaim without strength nor wealth, I am simply Leonard.'' Leonard''s expression soon turned solemn at the thought, oh how much he yearned to return back to earth, in fact a probable reason on why Leonard was getting more and more dreams on his past life was because of his intense desire to return back to his old life and every day he lived as Leonard his desire to return strengthened, in fact it was even transforming into a crazed obsession, Leonard spent all his free time trying to collect knowledge on this new world to see if he could find a path which could lead him to returning and he found hope of return. This new world was one unlike his old, in this world there was magic, dragons and everything mystical, Leonard''s hope was that if he somehow mastered this new power he could find a way back to his old life. Stopping on that thought Leonard realised he was thinking too much and that he was going to be late to breakfast. Leonard got up from his bed and changed out of his nightwear, which was just some of his old clothes that had holes in them and put on some clean clothes on and after washing up Leonard headed to the dining hall where the whole orphanage had its meals. Newspapers Leonard soon entered the dining hall, which was just a plain room with a long rectangular table. There was no decorations or anything of such in the dining hall, in fact the whole orphanage just had the key essentials for living as spending money on anything else such as decorations was money the orphanage didn''t have. Sitting at the table was all the orphans and the director who were all about to eat, it seemed Leonard was the last person to come, but it was nothing new as Leonard was often the last to wake up in the morning, the reason for this was because Leonard often struggled to sleep at night, he just had too much on his mind, constantly thinking. "Look who finally decided to join us." Morten exclaimed loudly, Morten was a preteen boy with long brown hair that came down to his ears and brown eyes with a hint of yellow around the pupils, and for some reason Morten was always slightly antagonistic to Leonard. Leonard ignored his jeering and found his seat on the table with Jack on his right and Joseph on his left, Joseph was a boy a few years younger than Leonard and he was a quiet and sensible child. As all the orphans were talking and chatting with each other Leonard stared at his breakfast in front of him it was a piece of bread with a bowl of soup which was made with vegetables and a little bit of meat. ''Life as an orphan is a lot easier then I once thought, all the books I read before transmigrating always depicted life as an orphan to be horrid with being constantly malnourished and living in cramped and dirty areas but my life in this world as an orphan is pretty tame, although much less lavish then my past life I still get given adequate amount of food and a clean safe place to sleep, though a large part of the reason orphans in this world live with much less suffering was because of Hannibal Heavenborne, he was an extraordinary man who rose to power only a couple decades ago, he started as a dirt poor orphan that lived in abject poverty facing unending troubles. however around his teenage years he was discovered to posses an extremely powerful physique, the Heavenly Order quickly took Hannibal away from his orphanage to train him to be a powerful figure among their ranks and Hannibal got stronger at a very rapid pace. In only a couple decades Hannibal had became a very important higher up in the Heavenly Order, he was also given the surname Heavenborne only given to the most respected in the Heavenly Order and after that Hannibal used the extreme amount of authority he had in the Heavenly Order to offer funding to every orphanage in the Heavenly Orders circle of influence, greatly improving the living conditions of orphans. Hannibal is one of the only people I deeply respect, for even after being showered with the nigh endless amount of resources and attention from the Heavenly Order he never forgot his roots. Leonard, escaping from his thoughts began to slowly eat his food ignoring the other orphans conversations. Jack nudged Leonard with his elbow to get his attention. "Hey Leon you wanna play with me and the boys on our street, I know you always decline but bro, you don''t know what your missing out on." Jack asked Leonard in an almost pleading tone.Enjoying the story? Show your support by reading it on the official site. "Sorry Jack but I think I''m going to visit the public Library after finishing breakfast." Leonard replied apologetically, he, in fact didn''t mind Jack even though he was a little annoying at times, Leonard always declined Jacks offers for two main reasons, the first was that Leonard was mentally in his thirties and stupid games that little kids use to entertain themselves were simply not entertaining at all to Leonard and the second, more important reason was because Leonard hated wasting his time on anything except further advancing his progress on finding a way back home. "ugh, I knew you''d say that, the library might as well be your second home from all the time you spend there." Jack, annoyed at Leonard stopped talking to him and focused on eating his food quickly so he could leave and play. Leonard felt relief wash over him that Jack cut the conversation short, as usually when Leonard declines Jacks plans to play games it would end with Jack giving Leonard a tiresome rant on why he''s so boring and to have fun once in a while. Once breakfast was over, everyone dispersed to attend to their individual tasks or interests, Jack left to play with the other neighbourhood children, the usually silent director who owned the orphanage went on to do some work, the only caretaker the orphanage had went to care for the toddler and infant orphans. There was also other orphans who went to do their own interests, Leonard himself left to go to the library but before that he had something he had to do. Walking out the orphanage Leonard first went to meet up with someone he had a long term deal with, after walking for a few minutes Leonard arrived at a park and spotted a boy around the same age as Leonard, the boy was sitting on one of the benches with some newspapers on his lap. After spotting the boy Leonard made a beeline to him, after all the whole reason he delayed his library visit was because of the deal he and the boy had made a long time ago. When Leonard got close enough the boy too saw Leonard and started to wave at him. "Leonard its always a pleasure to see you, come sit next to me, we need to read these newspapers quick since the last time you were too engrossed in it spending too much time, causing my parents to scold me for being late in delivering their newspapers." "Alright Nick, I promise I wont spend too much time looking at the newspapers." Leonard replied while sitting adjacent to Nick. The whole deal that Leonard had with Nick was actually something that began when they were much younger. Leonard had helped Nick get out of some major trouble, and Nick feeling indebted asked Leonard if there was anything he could do to help him out, Leonard seeing if this kid could even help him asked many questions and then that was when Leonard found out Nick buy''s newspapers in the morning to deliver to his parents, so Leonard made a deal with Nick that just before Nick gives the newspapers to his parents he would let Leonard have a quick read of it. The reason Leonard didn''t just outright buy the newspapers was because he had no money, as he was still a child and an orphan on top of that Leonard simply had no income to buy anything. "Alright lets quickly read." Nick said, looking slightly impatient after Leonard sat next to him. As Nick flipped the newspaper so the frontline could be seen Leonards gazed intensely at it with an unreadable expression plastered on his face. On the other hand Nicks expression turned strangely Zealous after seeing the headline. "Ha would you look at that, the Heavenly Order caught and executed another of those vile otherworldly demons." Otherworldly Demon ''An otherworldly demon, that is what this world calls people like me who had originally been from another world but got transmigrated here. For some reason the Heavenly Order absolutely hates otherworldly demons and the second they discover one the Heavenly Order immediately executes the otherworldly demon. Since the Heavenly order is the strongest organisation in this world once you go against them you have essentially gone against the world as they have incredible influence all over the world and that is why it is important that I keep my identity as an otherworldly demon hidden for as long as possible. Though if I want to begin the path of magic and cultivation my identity as an otherworldly demon will eventually be discovered since the Heavenly Order and some other powerful people and organisations have mystical methods which can discover if someone''s soul is not from this world. Every time I hear of an otherworldly demon getting killed I feel slightly indignant as I''m sure just like me those other otherworldly demons didn''t chose to get transmigrated, they probably had been forced into this world just like me and now they''re getting killed for something they cant even control, but its best to keep my frustrations to myself, at least until I get powerful enough where even the Heavenly Order cant threaten me. Leonard, breaking away from his daze replied half heartedly to Nick. "Yeah, I guess they did huh." "You bet it, you know that if you don''t kill an otherworldly demon while they''re still young when they grow up they will wreak havoc across the world, killing thousands if not millions of people in the process, I heard that from my mum who heard it from her friend who overheard it from one of the priests of the Heavenly Order so you can trust that its pretty truthful." Leonard kept nodding to Nicks ranting, if Leonard had to name some things he disliked about Nick it was that when Nick was talking about a subject he was particularly passionate in he wouldn''t stop talking about it and it just so happened that this time time the subject that Nick was passionate about was otherworldly demons. "Right I think we''ve spent to long talking about otherworldly demons, lets quickly read through the newspapers before you get scolded again by your parents for being late." "Yeah your right, I don''t want to be late again haha." Leonard and Nick began to look through the newspaper but other then the headline on the front page there was nothing else particularly interesting talking about things such as if Hannibal Heavenborne''s child who is just about to become a mage, talking about if they will carry the same amount of talent as Hannibal and other things such as countries worsening relationships to each other and overall just boring things, so after finishing the newspaper which talked about big events that happened around the world the two boys opened the local newspaper that talked about things mainly happening in the city of Dunstan which was the city that Leonard was currently residing in. The local newspaper wasn''t so interesting either until Leonard found an advert posted by the viscount who owns the city, apparently for some reason the viscount is recruiting people aged 10-13 which is around the prime age to start being a mage or cultivator, and the job is to be a trainee guard. Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon. Leonard felt a wave of excitement rush through him as after he saw the advert. ''This is going to speed up my plans by a lot, my original plan was to become a well renowned scholar and using the money and influence I would get from being a scholar I would attempt to find some methods of training magic or cultivation because it seems like in the country I live in unless your a noble or have connections to a noble finding techniques to cultivate is impossibly hard but now with this opportunity I don''t have to go through years studying. No matter what, I cannot let this opportunity pass by!'' Nick looked at Leonard''s excited expression and shook his head slightly. "You shouldn''t get your hopes up, being even a trainee guard is a very lucrative job and probably every kid in the city will attend the interviews, even the children from knight families and merchant families will come to try become trainee guards so unless your better then all the kids in the city I suggest you don''t even try." The way the viscount is checking to pick the best candidates to fill the role of the guard trainee will be all the kids who applied will be tested and only the kids who performed the best will be hired by the viscount and Leonard was pretty confident in himself that whatever the test was about he would easily come on top against some kids, even if they had all the training in the world. Even though the minimum age requirement was 10 years old and Leonard was currently 9 that wasn''t a problem as the test was happening on August and Leonard would turn 10 on June and it was currently May right now so not only does Leonard have around 3 months to train he would also be 10 by the time the examination arrived. Leonard suddenly shivered as a sudden thought arrived in his mind, ''this is too convenient, what''s the chances that an opportunity to train magic arrives nearly the exact time I turn the minimum age to start training, my luck cant be that good can it? Either this is all a big coincidence or something eerie is happening unbeknownst to me. Though even if this is something predetermined that someone or something planned I cant let such a big opportunity pass me by as this might be a once in a lifetime chance.'' Leonard forcing himself out of thoughts replied to Nicks discouragement dismissively and quite half heartedly. "Yeah I''ll keep that in mind Nick." Leonard saw Nick as a rather pitiable figure. He could sense that Nick had also harboured dreams of becoming a trainee guard, but those dreams were crushed by his lack of self-confidence. More importantly, Nick lacked the drive to pursue his ambitions. Rather than stepping out of his comfort zone, Nick chose to stay in his safe, predictable life. To justify his inaction, he would convince himself with thoughts like, "Thousands of kids will take the exam; what are the chances it will be me?" or "Why bother? It''s not worth the effort." Nick didn''t just give up on his own dreams¡ªhe also tried to discourage Leonard from chasing his. Leonard, however, disagreed with Nick''s outlook. He firmly believed that even when the odds are stacked against you, it''s worth pursuing your dreams. After all, if you never try, you''ll never achieve anything. Even if you fail after giving your all, at least you can say you faced your ambitions head-on, without regrets. However Leonard didn''t bother telling any of that to Nick as quite frankly he didn''t really care too much about Nick or at least Leonard didn''t care enough about Nick to try change his perspective and view of life. The rest of the newspaper had nothing else that interesting in it and so Leonard and Nick quickly finished it and split to go to their own destinations, Nick to go to his parents and Leonard to the library. Training Usually when Leonard went to the library he would spend his time reading things such as history, literature and just overall things that would help further Leonards goal into becoming a scholar, but now Leonards goal has changed, he''s planning to become a trainee guard. Naturally the books he''s reading will adapt to the goal he has in mind. As Leonard speedily walked through the sparsely populated streets he suddenly stopped in front of a very large building with a sign which read ''Public Library'' Leonard entered into the library and walked to the receptionist handing her his membership card to allow access into the library. The receptionist took a glance at the card and seeing it was Leonard who was a regular, didn''t do any further inspections and let him though into the main room where all the books were. Even though memberships to the public library costed money Leonard still had one since the he just used the directors card and since the director barely visits the library anymore he practically just gave Leonard his membership. Instead of doing the usual and going to the literacy section of the library Leonard instead went to the section that held all the books about martial arts and such. ''Even though I had mastered multiple martial arts in my previous world to help with mecha fighting such as Kick-boxing, Muay Thai, Sambo, judo and many more as well as a basic mastery with all weapons. The only problem is I haven''t been in a fight in over 6 years which has inadvertently caused me to forget a lot of techniques in martial arts as well as the fact that this body is much different from my old body as my reach is much shorter. What I need to do is rejog my memories by reading about various martial arts unique to this world and outside this library I need to train my body so it can handle long intense fights and train my coordination and program basic muscle memory in this body and only after I have done all that will I have complete confidence in my ability to become a trainee guard!'' Leonard looked through the endless amount of books and picked out a few that piqued his interest and began reading, not stopping until hours had passed and more and more people began to enter the library as it was becoming later in the day. After noticing the influx of people entering the library Leonard took that as his que to leave, after he was finished packing up Leonard left the library and walked back to the orphanage to begin the second part of his day. Unlike in the morning when the streets were sparsely populated now as Leonard was walking back he could see the streets were much more packed as carriages were going back and forth on the roads and he could hear the shouting from shops as the shop sellers were attempting to advertise their goods and services saying things such as "Buy one get one free!" and "Mangos on sale for only two copper coins." Pushing and shoving through the nigh endless amount of people Leonard quickly reached the orphanage. The orphanage had a little fenced off backyard around 5 meters wide and 10 meters long, though it was barren with only dirt and mud inhabiting the backyard. However it would serve Leonards purpose, he just wanted a private area where he could train and not be disturbed by others and he would also rather not let people see how truly skilled he was in martial arts. Though Leonard didn''t deem it that important to hide his skills but he deemed it more convenient, at least currently to keep his skills hidden. As Leonard entered the backyard he began to practice all the Martial art moves he had read in the library as well as the ones he could remember from his past life to build some muscle so he could unleash moves more automatically without thinking to much and he also practiced to build a better connection with his body and get rid of all the clumsiness as he kept tripping over his feet and was overall very uncoordinated. If you were to compare Leonard now and Leonard in his previous life it would be night and day.If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. Please report it. Back in his previous world, when Leonard used to train he could flow into his different martial art moves seamlessly, he would move as elegantly and smoothly as a flowing river and yet each one of his strikes would carry immense power. Leonard practiced his martial arts for a couple of hours, taking regular breaks in between, as his stamina was still quite horrible. He trained by imagining he was fighting a shadow opponent, unleashing all his martial arts on the imaginary adversary. Leonard even envisioned the shadow opponent dodging, weaving through his attacks, and counterattacking. This method was the second-best way to train, just behind fighting real opponents. However, this approach wasn''t something everyone could replicate, as it required a strong imagination and mental flexibility not to mention you needed to be very knowledgeable in martial arts. When Leonard deemed he had done enough martial arts practice today he went onto the third and final part of his new daily training regimen, that was building his body. The first part of his regimen was to gather further knowledge of martial arts, the second part of his regimen was to put the knowledge into action and build his body''s stamina and the third and final part was to strengthen his body using calisthenics. Leonard began to do multiple variations of press ups to train his chest, triceps and shoulders, then Leonard began to do crunches and sit ups to train his abdominal muscles and obliques after that Leonard went inside the orphanage and began to do pull ups and chin ups on his dressing rack as that was the only place where there was a pole he could grab on, and that trained his biceps, forearms and back and then Leonard finished training the majority of muscles in his upper body. Leonard went back to the backyard and began training his lower body''s muscles by doing various variations of squats that trained his quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves and other minor lower body muscles they also slightly further trained his abdomen and lower back muscles. Leonard finished his calisthenics work out around when the sun began to set. He was left a mess after finishing the first day of his training regimen, Leonard could only lay on the dirt in a puddle of his own sweat. The entirety of his was body sore and Leonard didn''t have the energy to lift himself off the ground. ''I accidentally trained too hard, I got so in the zone I didn''t notice how intense I was training. My body hasn''t ached this much since before my transmigration, given how much my body''s aching I don''t think I''m capable of training the next few days, not that it would do my body any good anyway as rest days are just as important or even more important then training, as that''s when your muscles heal and grow, though that methodology may become invalid with the addition of magic to the mix but currently I''m still a normal human so I have to adhere to the rules placed on my mortal body. Though thinking about it I quite enjoyed the training, it felt as if I was letting off some stress that I had continuously accumulated ever since I transmigrated to this world.'' Right after that train of thought Leonards stomach grumbled in hunger, Leonard was so absorbed in his training that he completely forgot to eat, but he wouldn''t make that mistake again as having enough food was vital when training your body as if you just trained and didn''t eat enough food not only would you recover slower but your muscles would grow much slower. Leonard forced himself up struggling intensely before walking to the kitchen where he found two plates of cold food placed on the countertop, as he didn''t arrive to eat lunch or dinner with everyone else they had kept his food here to eat later. Leonard quickly devoured both his lunch and dinner, after finishing his meal, he forced himself to wash himself up before collapsing in his bed. Although it was dark outside, it was still a little too early to sleep at the moment but Leonard was too exhausted to care about such things and quickly fell into a deep slumber, he slept immediately, without the usual thoughts that kept him awake at night, this was a night unlike other. Training (2) Leonard awoke from his sleep with pain bombarding him, every muscle in his body was screaming and Leonard just stayed still for a couple minutes simply observing the pain with no other thoughts clouding his mind. After snapping himself out of his self induced daze Leonard tried moving his body but every movement amplified the pain tenfold. He struggled to move upright into a sitting position on his bed ignoring the torturous pain. ''I knew I would be sore after that extreme workout I put myself though yesterday but this is just ridiculous, I can''t even bend my arms. It seems I have overestimated how much training this body could handle, though now that I think about it the amount of soreness I''m feeling is completely logical after all I''m just a 9 year old boy currently along with the fact I''ve never trained before in this body this amount of soreness is understandable, I don''t even think I can walk to the library in the state my body is in.'' Leonard took a look around his room and saw that he was the first person to wake up among the orphans and looking through the small window they had in the ceiling he could see it was still dark outside with the sun just beginning to rise. ''I should do some gentle stretching until the others wake up, I actually forgot to stretch before working out yesterday or I probably wouldn''t be feeling as sore as I am now but better late then never.'' Leonard began to do some very light stretches making sure not to go to hard lest he damages his muscles further. At first the stretches were very painful and his body was tight but as he got blood flowing through his muscles the soreness slightly eased and his body becoming less tight. ''There is actually various benefits with stretching, if you do it before training it will make you less sore post training and it can also help with recovery as well, not to mention it helps with flexibility as I noticed yesterday when I was training in martial arts that I couldn''t properly preform some of the more complex moves due to my lack of flexibility but that flaw can be easily resolved with consistent stretching.'' Leonard continued stretching until the sun fully arose, and around that time the other orphans began to wake up as well. Noticing this Leonard finished up his stretching and began to move his body around slowly and although he was still very sore he could at least walk around now. After getting out of his bed Leonard washed himself up and changed into his regular clothes and since he got up early he choose to go to the kitchen and and help make breakfast. Since Leonard usually always is the last one to wake up he never helps in the morning and since he didn''t really have anything better to do since he couldn''t train or even go to the library due to his extremely sore body he might as well help. You could be reading stolen content. Head to Royal Road for the genuine story. Walking down the barren hallways of the orphanage Leonard quickly spotted the kitchen and already found caregiver Lily cooking up breakfast, she was the only one the orphanage had as they couldn''t afford anyone else but she did her job well. Noticing his presence caregiver Lily carried an incredulous expression. "Leonard you''re almost never one of the first to wake up, in fact the sight of you up so early made me doubt what I was seeing at first." Caregiver Lily said, her tone still carrying hints of disbelief. Leonard laughed at the absurdity of it all, he wondered to himself, had he really been sleeping in so much that the sight of him up and about this early could garner such an exaggerated response from Caregiver Lily. "I guess you could say I''m trying to change my ways." Leonard replied with a small smile on his face. "I actually come here to ask if you need any help with preparing the breakfast for everyone as I''ve got some extra time on my hands." "Having some extra help would be delightful, I''m almost done with the cooking so would it be alright if you just set the plates and cutlery on the table?" Caregiver Lily answered, pleased to have some helping hands. "That would be no problem at all, I''m already on it." Leonard began to slowly take the plates and cutlery one by one slowly from the kitchen to the dining room, he still felt very sore but getting some light walking in wouldn''t hurt. After Leonard had set the table for everyone he saw Caregiver lily walk in with a big pot and place it in the centre of the table, that would be where everyone would pour the soup in for themselves, after setting the big pot she also began to bring in a large amount of bread for everyone to eat with their soup. With a job well done Leonard was the first one to sit by the table and he patiently waited for the rest to arrive so he could eat. Leonard did not have to wait long before everyone arrived since after preparing breakfast practically everyone was awake and getting ready. After everyone arrived they had all began to start eating. Leonard and jack talked a little however soon breakfast was finished and Leonard patted his stomach in satisfaction as he had ate considerably more then he usually would, probably because of all the strenuous exercise he had done the day before. As everyone began to leave the table Leonard went back to his room, he chose to not go to the library as it was quite a long walk to the library and back and it was best to give his body as much rest as needed. Instead Leonard meditated on his bed and began to look back and revise all the information about martial arts he had gathered the day before and also reflect on all the mistakes he had committed whilst training the martial arts. This continued for the whole day except some breaks he took to eat lunch and dinner as well as doing some light stretches and just walking around his room here and there. By the time Leonard finished his reflection and revision the sun had already set. Leonard began to wash up and get ready to sleep but unlike the day before he went to sleep around the same time as everyone else. As Leonard closed his eyes he put himself in a sort of meditative state where little to no thoughts would go through his mind and very quickly he fell into a deep dreamless slumber.
