《Herothion》 peace contract CP 1 A World of Seven Continents The world consists of seven continents, each with its own unique terrain and power, ruled by a sovereign. These continents are: 1. The Continent of Fog [Fog]: A land shrouded in perpetual darkness, where no light penetrates. Its inhabitants live in constant fear, surrounded by an atmosphere of dread that cloaks every corner. Ghosts and wandering spirits are prevalent throughout, earning it the nickname The Continent of Ghosts. It is ruled by the enigmatic king, Thowarnos. 2. The Continent of Mountains [Mountains]: This continent boasts the highest peaks and most elevated terrains in the world, where mountains touch the clouds in majestic scenery. Legends abound of dragons guarding ancient treasures, hidden within its deep caverns. It is ruled by the king, Louis. 3. The Continent of Forests [Forest]: An expansive green land stretching beyond the horizon, teeming with all kinds of trees, from ancient giants to small tangled shrubs. The flora here is unmatched in diversity. Deep within the dense forest resides a unique human lineage known for their long lives and profound wisdom, perfectly attuned to the rhythm and secrets of nature. It is ruled by the queen, Lumen. 4. The Continent of Deserts [Desert]: A vast expanse of golden sands under a blazing sun, where life exists in its harshest form. The desert features massive sand dunes and dark underground tunnels filled with blood and haunting secrets. This continent is notorious for its deadly sandworms, making survival a constant challenge. It is ruled by the king, Thalinus. 5. The Continent of Fertile Lands [Fertile]: A paradise of life and abundance, where freshwater rivers weave through green plains, and prosperity thrives. Here, livestock graze over vast lands, and comfortable fortified homes offer refuge from the heat of summer and the chill of winter. Symbolizing wealth and prosperity, this continent seamlessly blends nature with a flourishing way of life. It is ruled by the king, Wishard. 6. The Continent of Islands [Carrots]: Composed of numerous isolated lands surrounded entirely by water, this continent holds a unique charm. Known as the land of fish and merchants, it is a hub of global trade routes. Goods, gems, and metals flow through its ports, making it a vital connection between the seven continents. Due to its strategic location, it is considered the heart of the world. It is ruled by the king, Fansit. 7. The Continent of Monsters [Monsters]: A merciless land drenched in blood, where everything begins and ends. It is a continent of corruption, destruction, and unrelenting violence. This inhospitable land is filled with all manner of chaos, surrounded by the great walls built by the six sovereigns to contain its evil. This continent is ruled by the strongest¡ªthe king, Minalost. --- The Prologue:If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it. A thousand years ago, the world was a vastly different place, where humans and monsters coexisted peacefully, with no walls dividing them. The seven continents were allied, and treaties of peace signed by their sovereigns ensured safety and prosperity for all. Back then, everyone believed that this peace would last forever. However, Reese, the minister of the Monster Kingdom, held a different view. He rejected the notion of equality between humans and monsters. To him, monsters were far superior¡ªsmarter, stronger, and more deserving of dominion. Reese believed that the only place for humans was under the control of monsters, serving as their slaves. Despite his grand ambition, Reese lacked the power to overthrow King Minalost, the first Monster King. Minalost was a wise and dignified ruler who respected treaties and valued peace with humans. Knowing he couldn¡¯t seize the throne by force, Reese resorted to scheming in the shadows, using deception and corruption as his weapons. Reese secretly recruited soldiers and mercenaries, sending them across the world to commit atrocities. They massacred villages, burned towns, and plundered cities in the name of the Monster King. Innocent lives were lost, and chaos spread like wildfire, fueling hatred in the hearts of humans. Rumors began to circulate that the Monster King had broken the peace treaties, plunging the world into turmoil. News of the monsters'' crimes reached the rulers of the six other continents. They felt the peace was irreparably broken and ordered the extermination of all monsters living on their lands. The situation quickly escalated into a full-blown war as human armies hunted down every monster they could find. Once the monsters were eradicated from their lands, the six continents joined forces and launched a massive military campaign against the Monster Continent, determined to eliminate the threat at its source. At the time, King Minalost learned of the approaching armies. Horrified by reports of atrocities committed in his name, he sought to avoid dragging his people into a war. He sent emissaries to negotiate peace with the human rulers, but they responded by killing the messengers¡ªa declaration of war. With no choice left, Minalost prepared for battle. What he didn¡¯t know was that all the destruction was the result of Reese¡¯s betrayal. When the human armies arrived on the Monster Continent, Minalost led his troops to confront them. He met the six human rulers on the battlefield and cried out, "Why have you brought war to us? We have never broken the peace!" One of the rulers replied, "We are here to avenge the people your armies burned, Minalost!" The king tried to explain, "These crimes were not committed under my orders!" But their answer was cold and unwavering: "How can we trust a monster?" With no room for dialogue, a bloody battle ensued. Blood flowed freely, and corpses piled high on the battlefield. Although the humans were numerous, the monsters¡¯ sheer strength made the battle devastating. After suffering massive losses, the humans realized they couldn¡¯t win in an open fight. The rulers of the six continents proposed a deal to Minalost: "We are willing to end the war, but on one condition¡ A wall must be built to separate the Monster Continent from the rest of the world¡ªa wall with no doors or gates, trapping the monsters inside forever." Though devastated by the outcome, Minalost agreed to the deal, desperate to end the war at any cost. A colossal wall was built, reaching high into the sky, made of the strongest materials in the world. Thus, the Monster Continent was isolated, and no one was allowed to enter or leave. After the war, the truth about Reese¡¯s betrayal came to light. Furious, the monsters turned on their treacherous minister, igniting a brutal civil war that raged for centuries. Over a thousand years, the Monster Continent remained trapped behind the wall, consumed by its internal strife. The scars of Reese¡¯s betrayal lingered, and peace became a distant memory. --- The Present: In the heart of the war-torn Monster Kingdom, Okays, a hybrid child born of a blood-drinking monster after a millennium, came into existence. To protect him from the hostile monsters who might seek to kill him, his father hid him carefully. For ten years, Okays lived in hiding among monsters, training in combat and survival. Even as a child, his strength surpassed those around him, thanks to his human lineage and his monster mother. --- Power: In this world, power is embodied in blood. Both humans and monsters can use their blood to forge weapons, launch attacks, and create whatever they desire. This formidable ability, however, isn¡¯t universal; it requires talent and years of training to master the art of crafting weapons from blood. But blood is not infinite, and using it comes at a high cost. There exists a rare and terrifying ability: the power to control blood that does not belong to the user. This allows one to manipulate the blood of others¡ªwhether human or monster¡ªto create anything. Additionally, it grants control over all external liquids, such as water. Only four legendary figures in history have possessed this ability, making it both revered and feared. The protagonist, Okays, is born with this dual ability, known as Bloodwat. At the age of ten, his mother discover ed his extraordinary power to manipulate all forms of external liquids. To be continued... Birth of a hero CP 2 After his birth, Okays lived hidden from the monsters because he was a hybrid, hated by the world. However, his mother, Arlina, gave him hope for life¡ªhope to leave the monsters'' continent. Arlina: My son, don¡¯t lose hope. There are many humans and creatures in this world. Maybe you will find someone kind to you beyond these walls. Okays: (looking at the walls) Do you mean behind those massive walls? Arlina: Yes, my son, behind those walls, where there are humans like you. Okays: (in a sad tone) But, mother, it¡¯s so high. How can I leave? You told me before there are no gates in these walls. Arlina: (placing her hand on his head) Don¡¯t worry. When the time comes, I¡¯ll tell you how to get out. Okays: (with a smile) Will you come with me then? Arlina: (with a sad look) My son, remember, monsters cannot leave these walls due to the king¡¯s orders. Okays: But I¡¯m also a monster. How can I leave then? Arlina: (with a sad expression) Let me tell you. You¡¯re a hybrid, part human and part monster. Your father was human, so you can leave. Also, you cannot reveal yourself here, because if they find out you''re a hybrid, they¡¯ll do terrible things to you. They hate humans. Okays: So, mother, do I have to leave without you? (with a sad face) No, I can¡¯t go without you. Arlina: You must leave when you turn twenty. You only have ten years left. Okays: Do I really have to leave? Arlina: You¡¯re still young, my son. When you grow up, you won¡¯t be able to live here, hiding like this. So you must leave. Okays: (with an excited face) I¡¯ll take you with me. Arlina: (with a sad look) I hope that happens. Years passed, and Okays trained to control his blood power. He also had a unique ability, Bloodout, which allowed him to control fluids externally. However, he didn¡¯t yet know how to use it. He focused on his physical training, internal blood energy, and studied the language of humans outside. This book is hosted on another platform. Read the official version and support the author''s work. Years passed, and he turned eighteen. Only two years remained until his departure from the walls. This was the worst time for Okays, as Arlina became very ill due to aging and the burden of carrying him for a thousand years. Her strength was greatly affected, and she lay on her deathbed in her final years. Arlina: (coughs) Okays, are you here? Okays: (rushing to her) Yes, I¡¯m here. Arlina: My son, I don¡¯t think I have many days left in this life. Okays: (with a sad face) Don¡¯t say that, mother, please. Arlina: I¡¯ve lived long enough and gave birth to a beautiful child like you, but I couldn¡¯t give you anything else. Okays: (shedding tears) That¡¯s not true. You gave me life, and you gave me hope to leave this cruel, war-torn world. Hang on a little longer, mother. We¡¯ll leave here soon. Arlina: My son, you have a long life ahead of you. Just promise me one thing: try to live a happy life when you leave here. (coughs) Okays: Please, mother, stop talking like that. I promise you, you¡¯ll be fine. Arlina: How I wish to see you grow, my son. And with that, she closed her eyes peacefully, leaving behind a world full of hardships and sorrows. Her only gift in this life was her son, Okays. Afterwards, Okays buried her in a nearby forest. He returned to their home to clean it and found a letter with a large box inside his mother¡¯s room. The letter was for him. Letter Content: When you read this letter, my son, I may have already passed away. But I still live in your heart and soul. So don¡¯t give up, and live your life to the fullest. I wanted to tell you something in this letter that I couldn¡¯t tell you when you turn twenty. It¡¯s the way for you to leave here. Go and find a man named Taris. He will help you. Just tell him you¡¯re my son, and he will help you. When you leave this place, wear this mask and cloak I put in the box. They¡¯ll hide your hybrid appearance. This is all I can do for you. I truly wish I could have been a better mother to you, but I¡¯m sorry for giving you such a harsh life. I¡¯m truly sorry. I love you, my son. Okays collapsed in tears after reading his mother¡¯s sad letter, feeling lost between reality and emotion. But he continued his training and learning about the other continents. Two years passed, and the day for Okays to leave the walls finally came. But before he could leave, he needed to find Taris to learn how to escape. He wore his heavy clothes, cloak, and the mask his mother had given him, then left his home. He stood in front of the door, remembering all the beautiful and painful memories of this place. The walls of the house carried the echoes of his laughter and sadness. Every corner told a story from his childhood. He bid farewell to those memories, which had been an inseparable part of his life, determined to step into the unknown. This was the first time in his life that he would leave the forest where he was born. He set out toward the monster city, Darkis, with a heart full of anxiety and anticipation. He left the forest, which was surrounded by dense trees, and headed toward the city. The forest was on top of a high hill, and from there, he could clearly see the city with its colorful lights, as if it were a heart beating with life. He began descending toward the city, and as soon as his feet touched the ground of Darkis, the sounds of monsters surrounded him. It seemed everyone was cautious of him because of the mask he wore, which symbolized hostility and strangeness. He began asking the monsters about Taris, but their looks were filled with suspicion and fear. ¡°What do you want?¡± they asked, and Okays tried to show that he meant no harm. The monsters exchanged wary glances, as if silently consulting each other. The air of the city was filled with astonishment and excitement, as Okays stood in the middle of it all, feeling out of place, as though the forest he had left behind still surrounded him with its memories. After a long search, he found a person on the street and asked about Taris: Okays: Excuse me, may I have a moment? Stranger: What do you want? I don¡¯t have much time for someone who smells so unpleasant. Okays: (sighs) I¡¯m sorry if I disturbed you, but do you know Taris? Stranger: If you mean the old man Taris, yes, he lives (points in a direction). Anyway, that old man is already senile. Okays: (talking to himself) Why does he sound so angry? Oh, thanks. Stranger: (with an arrogant look) Just get out of my way. Okays reaches the place the stranger pointed to and finds an ol d, abandoned house. He knocks gently on the door. A little girl emerges. To be continued... Hope Interview CP 3 A knock on the door, and a little girl answers, staring at him with a strange expression. Girl: (Cautiously) Who are you? Okays: Sorry to disturb you. Is Mr. Taris here? Girl: (Still cautious) Yes, this is his house. Who are you? Okays: I¡¯m Okays, son of Erlina. Do you know her? She told me to come here. Okays calmly removes his mask, and the girl becomes even more wary. When she sees that he¡¯s a hybrid, she panics and slams the door in his face. Okays knocks again. This time, an old, strange man opens the door. Old Man: Hello. Are you Erlina¡¯s son? Okays: (Could this be Taris?) Yes, that¡¯s me. Nice to meet you. Old Man: Come in, and you can take off your mask. I know you¡¯re a hybrid. Okays: (Cautiously) Alright, I¡¯ll come in. So, where¡¯s Taris? Old Man: (Yawning) That¡¯s me. Okays: (Just as I thought) I¡¯m sorry I didn¡¯t recognize you. Taris: (Laughs) How could you? You¡¯ve never met me before. Okays follows Taris inside the abandoned house, only to find the interior completely different from the exterior. The walls are lined with ancient books, and the air smells of herbs, creating a sense of comfort and calm. Stolen from its rightful place, this narrative is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings. Taris leads Okays to the living room, where he sits on a worn yet comfortable chair. As Taris starts talking about mysterious matters, the little girl brings a cup of black tea known in the Beast Continent as Thawudh Tea. Girl: (Smiling) Here you go. This tea will give you strength. Okays takes the cup, feeling its warmth in his hands. He takes a sip and notices the unique flavor¡ªa blend of bitterness and depth that gives him a sense of energy and clarity. Taris: (Smiling) This tea is one of the finest here. It will help with what you need. Okays sits, filled with anticipation, eager to uncover the purpose of this meeting. Taris: So, Okays, what brings you here? Okays: My mother told me to come to you for help. Taris: About your mother¡ªwhere is she? I haven¡¯t seen her around lately. Okays: (Lowers his head slowly) She¡¯s gone. Taris: (A deep sadness crosses his face) I knew this time would come. She was a good friend. Silence fills the room. Taris looks up at the ceiling, his eyes glistening with tears. The atmosphere grows heavy as memories flood his mind¡ªmoments of laughter, conversations, and how Erlina was always a source of hope for everyone around her. The world outside grows quiet as the room is engulfed in profound stillness. Okays feels the ache of loss but knows that his mother¡¯s memory will live on in his heart. He also understands that he must continue his journey. Taris: So, what kind of help do you need from me? Okays: My mother told me to come to you to find a way to leave this place. Taris: You mean leaving the walls? Okays: (Nods) Yes. Taris: Forget it. There¡¯s no way out of here. Okays: (With a sad expression) Please, just think about it. I¡¯m sure my mother believed you knew of a way. Taris: Alright. If it was her last wish, I¡¯ll tell you. But it¡¯s an old story, and I don¡¯t know if it¡¯s true. Okays: That¡¯s fine. Tell me. Taris begins his story: ¡°300 years ago, I heard of a beast that tried to escape the walls. It failed, of course, but the story says it used a creature capable of flying very high. If it used it, why didn¡¯t it succeed? Because above the wall, there are beasts that prevent anyone from passing through. But the bird it used was a rare one, appearing only once every century, called the Valley Bird.¡± Okays: (Excited) Where can I find this bird? Taris: I just told you¡ªit appears only once every century. Okays: Are you sure it doesn¡¯t have a specific place where it rests? Taris: I don¡¯t know about that. The Little Girl: (Interrupts their conversation) Grandpa, are you talking about the bird that¡¯s on the hill over there? Taris: (Annoyed) Kalira, why are you interrupting the adults? Okays: It¡¯s fine. Tell me, what bird are you talking about? Taris: Alright, alright, I¡¯ll tell you. The bird is on the hill, but I didn¡¯t want to mention it because it¡¯s very dangerous to go there. Okays: Don¡¯t worry. I can handle myself. Kalira: I¡¯m sorry, Grandpa. Taris: It¡¯s okay. You¡¯ve ruined my reputation anyway. Okays: I¡¯ll head there now. Taris: Oh, are you planning to leave without knowing the way? Okays: (Embarrassed) I didn¡¯t think about that. Taris: Yes, you¡¯re definitely Erlina¡¯s child. (Laughs) Kalira! Kalira: Yes, Grandpa? Taris: Go with Okays and show him the way. Kalira: Alright. I was going to the hill anyway to pick Thawudh leaves. Okays: Thank you. Taris: Be careful. The mountains are very dangerous. Okays and Kalira leave the house as Taris watches them with concern. They reach the intended hill and begin ascending it. The trees are dense, home to v arious small beasts. Suddenly, they hear a noise among the trees. Kalira hides behind Okays. To be continued... The sarachels CP 4 On their way to the hill: After hearing a sound between the trees, Kalira hid behind Okays. The place became very quiet, with only the sound of the light, cold wind and the rapid heartbeat of Kalira. Okays was looking around among the trees, but he didn¡¯t see anything. Okays: (mockingly) "Has my guide become scared now?" Kalira: (embarrassed, proud) "Hmm, who told you I was scared of that sound? I just wanted to protect your back from any danger." Okays: (laughing) "Alright, no problem. Let¡¯s keep going." They continued their path between the trees towards the hill where the bird was, but as they walked, silence spread again, and this time there were sounds of footsteps, either from beasts or someone inside the forest. Suddenly, some small-bodied creatures with long legs emerged from between the trees. They were called "Tree Beasts" or "Srahil" (Screechers). They were known for their high speed and fought with small knives. Okays had never seen these beasts before. He was nervous and scared. His legs felt weak, and the number of beasts was overwhelming. Kalira collapsed on her knees, thinking it was the end.You could be reading stolen content. Head to Royal Road for the genuine story. Okays stood bravely, though he felt afraid, and made a sword from his blood, standing in front of these many beasts. The beasts attacked swiftly, and Okays was wounded with every mistake he made. But he fought hard and killed many of them, though his strength was fading. The beasts were still numerous, and at this point, Okays thought about giving up. A voice in Okays'' head: "Are you giving up now? Do you think this is the end? Do you think this is all you have? Are you still weak after all these trainings? Do you want power? Do you want to win? If your answer is yes, scream my name!!! Bloodwat." Okays had no other choice. He screamed the name. Suddenly, the blood of the beasts he killed began to gather in the air, forming a huge ball. Then sharp threads emerged from inside it. Every time these threads moved, they killed dozens of the Srahil. They killed and killed, turning the green place into a red valley. The Srahil were all gone. Okays stood on his feet, stunned by his own power, but he lost consciousness for several hours due to exhaustion and the loss of so much blood. Kalira took care of him under the shade of a tree. An hour before sunset: Okays woke up, his head aching from using so much of his power. His hands were numb from losing so much blood. Okays: (in pain) "Are you alright, Kalira?" Kalira: (with a weak voice) "Worry about yourself. I''m fine. If it weren¡¯t for you, I¡¯d be dead right now. I owe you, Okays." Okays: (in pain) "I needed to fight to protect myself. I¡¯m really glad you didn¡¯t get hurt. Let¡¯s go to the hill where the bird is." Kalira: (angrily) "You can¡¯t even move your feet, and you want to go there? Let¡¯s rest tonight. It will be dangerous to move around in the dark." Okays: (in pain) "Yes, you¡¯re right. Let¡¯s rest here." They started a small fire and covered themselves with large leaves, sleeping there for the night. The next morning at sunrise, Okays woke up, feeling more energetic than the previous day, eager to go to the bird¡¯s nest on the hill... To be continued... The bird CP 5 The sun rose, and Okays was excited to reach the hill and meet the bird. Okays: (mockingly) "Kalira, you sleepyhead, wake up! Morning has arrived." Kalira: (yawning) "Is it really morning? I feel so exhausted because of what happened yesterday. And who are you calling a sleepyhead?" Okays: (laughing) "Alright, alright, let¡¯s get moving. We have a lot to do today." Kalira: (stomach growling, embarrassed) "I think we should get something to eat first." Okays: (smiling) "Alright, that sounds good. I¡¯m getting hungry too." They continued their way through the trees, finding some edible fruits along the way. After eating, they moved forward and neared the top of the hill. When they reached the summit, the sunlight was blindingly bright, and in front of them lay the entrance to a cave¡ªor perhaps the bird¡¯s nest. Okays: (curious) "Should we go in, Kalira?" Kalira: "I don¡¯t think we have any other choice but to enter." Okays: "Alright, then let¡¯s go." Okays and Kalira entered the cave. It was pitch black and sent chills down their spines due to the cold air coming from within. As they ventured further, the darkness began to lift slightly, thanks to the glow of crystals. Going deeper, they found themselves facing a massive bird¡¯s nest. Okays: "I think this is where the bird lives." Kalira: (nervously) "Yes, I¡¯ve seen the bird enter here several times." Okays: "Do you know when the bird usually returns?" This story originates from Royal Road. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there. Kalira: "It always comes back at sunset." Okays: "Alright, then let¡¯s wait here." Time passed, and as the sun began to set, they heard the sound of something massive approaching the cave. The two quickly hid behind a large rock as the enormous bird entered. It was golden in color, with crimson feathers on its head that resembled dark blood. The bird moved toward the nest and settled there. Okays: (whispering) "What do we do now?" Kalira: (scared, whispering) "I don¡¯t know. I thought you had a plan." Okays: (whispering) "You¡¯re the guide. Think of something." Kalira: (thinking) "Hmm¡ Well, I heard my grandfather say once that this bird responds to pure blood. That¡¯s all I know." Okays: (mocking) "So, are you the one with the pure blood?" Kalira: "This isn¡¯t the time for jokes! I don¡¯t know, but we can try." Okays: "What do we do then?" Kalira: "You need to approach it quietly and place your hand on its head." Okays: (grumbling) "Why do I have to do it? You should go." Kalira: (angrily) "I won¡¯t do it, not even if it¡¯s the last day of my life!" Okays: (laughing quietly) "I was kidding. Fine, I¡¯ll go." Okays began approaching the massive bird quietly, his nerves and fear building up. However, the bird remained calm. He slowly placed his hand on the bird¡¯s head. A voice echoed inside Okays'' mind: "Are you Master Maldis?" Okays: "Did I just hear a voice in my head?" The voice continued: "Are you Master Maldis?" Okays: (thinking) "I think it¡¯s the bird¡¯s voice. It¡¯s speaking through the blood. But who is Master Maldis?" The voice replied: "He was my previous master, Master Maldis. So, you are not him, but you share the same blood that he had¡ªBloodwatt." Okays: "Wait, that name¡ªBloodwatt¡ªit¡¯s the same name I heard when I was in danger yesterday. What is this? Who is this?" The voice explained: "It¡¯s not a person; it¡¯s a power called Bloodwatt. It¡¯s a dangerous force that drains the humanity of its user. If you¡¯re weak, you¡¯ll die after using it just once. However, you seem fine, which means you might be the fifth person in history to wield this power." Okays: "Wait, wait! You¡¯re saying that the thing I used yesterday is a dangerous power that drains humanity? And that I¡¯m the fifth person to have it? What do you mean? Also, what is this power exactly?" The voice responded: "Calm down. Let me explain. I am the servant of the previous four legends who wielded the Bloodwatt power. The last person to hold this power was my former master, Maldis, but he disappeared a long time ago. I don¡¯t know if he¡¯s still alive. As for what this power is, let me tell you an ancient story¡" (The story of Morana and the origins of Bloodwatt continues...) --- After hearing the story, Okays asked: "So, it¡¯s a sad and painful story. This power came from a demon, and the demon¡¯s name was Bloodwatt. So, the voice I heard yesterday was its voice?" The voice confirmed: "Yes, it was him. But he is very dangerous, and you must learn how to control him properly." Okays: "But you didn¡¯t explain why it drains my humanity." The voice answered: "Because this ability was meant for monsters, and you¡¯re not a monster. You¡¯re a hybrid, but you resemble humans more. That¡¯s why this ability is dangerous for you. Also, this is the first time I¡¯ve seen this power choose a hybrid like you." Okays: "Oh, thanks for the information. Also, I came here because I need your help. You¡¯re the only one who can assist me." At that moment, Kalira approached, her expression strange. Kalira: "Okays, are you alright? You¡¯ve been standing there talking to yourself for a while. Are you okay?" Okays explained to her about the bird and who it was, but he d idn¡¯t tell her anything about his power or the other details¡ªonly about the bird. To be continued... Back [Torrance] CP 6 Inside the Cave After Okays told Kalira what he had heard from the bird and how it communicated with him: Kalira: (surprised) "Are you saying this bird talks?" Okays: "Yes, it speaks through blood, as I explained to you." Kalira: (in awe) "I''ve never heard or seen anything like this before! Did you ask if it wants to help you?" Okays: "Not yet." Kalira: (sighing) "Then what are you waiting for?" The voice of the bird in Okays'' head: "Yes, tell me, Okays, what do you want from me? I would be happy to help you." Okays: (seriously) "I want to get out of these walls, and I need your help." The bird: (annoyed) "Why do you always come to me for this purpose?" Okays: "Because you''re the only one who can help me, and I''ll give you what you want in return." The bird: "Even if it costs you half of your life?" Okays: (with a serious face) "Yes, if that''s the price of my freedom." The bird: (laughs) "You''re very serious! Do you think I''m a demon who takes human souls?" Okays: (sighing) "I thought you were serious." The bird: "Alright, alright. Since you''re talking about giving something in exchange for my help... what do you think about becoming my friend?"Unauthorized use: this story is on Amazon without permission from the author. Report any sightings. Okays: (smiling) "Of course." The bird: "My master disappeared long ago, and I haven''t found anyone to talk to. I''m happy to meet you, my name is Torrance." Okays: "Nice to meet you, Torrance." Kalira: (looking at him suspiciously) "Are you sure you''re okay? You''re talking to a bird, and it doesn''t talk." Okays: "You really don''t believe me?" Kalira: "Of course I don''t believe it. Maybe it will get hungry and eat us." Okays: (looking at Torrance) "Are you going to eat us?" Torrance: (looks at Kalira) The voice of Torrance in Okays'' head: "Tell her to place her hand on my head." Okays: "Kalira, come closer and put your hand on its head." Kalira carefully approaches and places her hand on the bird''s head. Voice inside Kalira''s mind: "Hello, miss, I¡¯m Torrance, nice to meet you." Kalira: (in awe) "H-H-Hello!" Okays: "Do you believe me now?" Kalira: (raising an eyebrow) "Well, I didn¡¯t say I didn¡¯t believe you... but I did say it¡¯s strange!" Torrance: (laughs) "It''s been a long time since I''ve talked to anyone. It¡¯s definitely fun." Kalira: "So, will you help us, Torrance?" Torrance: "Of course! Okays promised me he''d become my friend." Okays: "Shall we leave now?" Kalira: (hesitant) "Wait! I want to come with you." Okays: "You can¡¯t. You¡¯ll make Taris worry if you leave without telling anyone. And we don¡¯t know what we might face out there." Kalira: "If I wear a mask like you, no one will know I¡¯m one of the monsters. Let¡¯s tell my grandfather first what happened." Okays: (looking at Torrance) "Wait here. We¡¯ll come back later to leave." Torrance: "No need for that. I¡¯ll come with you." Okays: "But you¡¯re too big. You can¡¯t come with us like this." Torrance: "I forgot to tell you... I have a smaller form." Torrance shrinks into a small bird and speaks in a normal voice. Okays: (amazed) "This is amazing! How did you do that?" Kalira: (sarcastically) "Have you decided to become edible now?" Torrance: (embarrassed) "What?!" Kalira: (looking away) "I was joking." Okays: (laughing) "You got scared! So how did you do that, Torrance?" Torrance: "This is a skill I learned from my master. It¡¯s one of the flying monsters'' abilities. It allows my body to expand or shrink, but I can¡¯t speak normally when I''m in my large form." Okays: "This is amazing! So, is this your true size?" Torrance: "Yes. Now I can go with you. Shall we leave?" Okays: "You seem really eager." Torrance: "It''s been a long time since I last went to the city." They finally left the dark cave, heading towards Taris'' house in the city. Torrance: (speaking during the journey) "Okays, are you sure you want to cross these walls?" Okays: "Yes. I promised my mother I¡¯d get out of here and look for my own life." Torrance: "Alright, I¡¯ll accompany you. But let me warn you... there are huge monsters guarding the walls from above." Okays: "I know that. I think we¡¯ll have to fight them." Torrance: "Don¡¯t underestimate them, they¡¯re really strong. If you want to leave safely, you¡¯ll need permission from the king." Okays: "I don¡¯t think he¡¯ll give me permission. And if they find out I¡¯m a hybrid, they¡¯ll execute me." Torrance: "That¡¯s bad... we need to find another way out." Kalira: "We¡¯ve arrived!" Kalira opens the door, followed by Okays with Torrance perched on h is shoulder. They enter the hall, and Kalira heads to prepare some tea and bring her grandfather Taris. To be continued... Kalira [Warmth] CP 7 Taris'' House Kalira returned with her grandfather and brought tea, some sweets, and cake. Taris: (with a calm expression) "I¡¯m so happy you two are back safe." Okays: "It was my responsibility to protect her, so I had to bring her back." Taris: (smiling) "Thank you. So, did you find the beast?" Okays: "Yes, of course. It¡¯s here with us." Taris: (surprised) "Where is it? I don¡¯t see it. Is it outside the house?" Okays: (looking at his shoulders) "It¡¯s this." Taris: (laughing loudly) "Do you mean this little bird?" Torans: (loudly) "Excuse me! Are you referring to me as the little bird?" Taris: (astonished) "Oh, it talks." Okays: "Yes, his name is Torans. He¡¯s huge, but he can shrink to this size when necessary." Taris: (astonished) "I¡¯ve heard of this before, but I thought it was just a myth." Support creative writers by reading their stories on Royal Road, not stolen versions. Okays: "I didn¡¯t expect him to shrink either. He was really huge when I first met him." Taris: "So when will you leave, Okays?" Okays: "Well, I was planning to leave immediately, but there¡¯s a problem." Torans: "What is it?" Okays: "Your granddaughter Kalira wants to come with me, but I don¡¯t think it¡¯s in her best interest." Taris: (smiling) "So, that¡¯s the problem. It¡¯s okay. She¡¯s grown up now and knows what she¡¯s doing. If she wants to accompany you on your journey, that¡¯s her decision now." Taris calls Kalira. Kalira: "Yes, Grandfather?" Taris: "Are you sure you want to accompany Okays on his journey?" Kalira: "Yes, Grandfather. I want to see what¡¯s behind those walls, and also how the outside world is." Taris: (smiling) "You¡¯ve really grown, my granddaughter. Well, I won¡¯t stop you from leaving, but remember, Kalira, there¡¯s no place for beasts like us out there." Kalira: "It¡¯s okay, Grandfather. I¡¯ll wear a mask and scarf like Okays, and everything will be fine." Taris: (sighs) "I don¡¯t think so. Did you forget that you have horns on your head? How do you plan to hide them?" Kalira: (crying) "So, do I have to live here alone? Endure this miserable life full of blood and killing?" Taris steps forward and embraces Kalira in his warm, loving arms. Taris: (speaking softly) "It¡¯s okay, Kalira, it¡¯s okay. I know you¡¯ve suffered a lot from losing your parents, Kalira. I¡¯m really sorry I didn¡¯t realize you were feeling this bad. Forgive your silly old grandfather." Taris places his warm hands on Kalira¡¯s face and wipes away the tears flowing from her eyes. Kalira: "It¡¯s okay, Grandfather. It¡¯s not your fault. It¡¯s my fault because I was born inside these walls filled with evil." Taris: "It¡¯s not your fault, Kalira. It was our fault, us adults, when we turned this lovely world into one of destruction, a world that once carried love and kindness between the beasts, now full of hatred and anger towards us. It was our fault, so don¡¯t blame yourself, my dear, my granddaughter Kalira." Kalira calms down a little. Torans and Okays look at them and remember the warmth of family. Okays truly wishes this warmth existed in all families around the world. Taris: "If you¡¯re determined, fine, there¡¯s a way to hide your horns." Kalira: (excited) "Really? What is it?" Taris: "You just need to learn it. Beasts used to use it before the walls were built to blend in with humans. It¡¯s not very difficult, but it requires focus. Are you ready?" Kalira: "Yes, I¡¯ll learn it." Taris: "Alright, the ability is to focus all your blood¡¯s energy on your horns and draw them in. Don¡¯t worry, your skull won¡¯t get crushed. Just try to pull as much of it in as you can. It¡¯s okay to leave a little out; the mask will cover it." Kalira: "Grandfather, I don¡¯t know how to do it." Taris: "It¡¯s okay, I¡¯ll teach you, but you¡¯ll need a lot of focus and a few days." (Taris looks at Okays) "Will you wait?" Okays: "It¡¯s fine, I¡¯ll wai t for her." Taris begins teaching Kalira. Four days pass. To be continued... The beginning of the journey CP 8 Taris'' House After four days, Kalira had mastered the ability to control her horn, while Okays continued training with his power and trying to control it, but he didn¡¯t know how to master his other ability, "Bloodout." Okays: "Torans, do you know anything about how to use this ability?" Torans: "Hmm, I don¡¯t know much about how to control it, but all I know is that this ability requires a strong will and a steady mind in order for you to control it." Okays: "Is there anything else?" Torans: "Hmm, I really don¡¯t have many details about how to use it. All I can say is that you¡¯ll have to discover a way to control it yourself." Okays: (sighs) "Okay, I really don¡¯t know, but I won¡¯t give up and I¡¯ll find a way one day." While they were talking, Kalira approached. Kalira: "Is there something fun you two are talking about?" Okays: "Oh, hey Kalira! How was your training with your grandfather?" Kalira: "Yes, I¡¯ve mastered it! Do you want me to show you?" Okays: "Of course!" Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Report sightings. Torans: "Yes, hurry up, I¡¯m tired of seeing your face covered by that horn." Kalira: "Okay, I¡¯ve decided, I¡¯ll eat this bird the next time I¡¯m hungry." Torans: "I was just joking!" Kalira focused, and her horn began to shrink, becoming much smaller than before. Okays: (astonished) "You look beautiful without your horn." Kalira: (embarrassed) "Well, that¡¯s for sure, I look beautiful no matter what." As they were talking, Taris arrived. Taris: "Yes, you look very beautiful." Okays: "So, Kalira, are you ready to leave?" Kalira: (excited) "Yes, definitely!" Taris: (serious) "Well, it¡¯s time to say goodbye." Kalira: "Don¡¯t worry, Grandpa. I¡¯ll try to live my life to the fullest, and I¡¯ll come back one day to tell you what happened and what we found out there." Taris: "Look at you, my granddaughter, how much you¡¯ve grown! Well, let me prepare some supplies for your journey." Taris went and brought a bag full of food, water, and some essentials for the adventure. Then he turned to Okays, placed his hands on his shoulder, and told him: Taris: "I ask you to take care of Kalira." Okays: "I promise, I won¡¯t let anything harm her." Taris: "She¡¯s a bit stubborn, but she¡¯s a good girl. I¡¯m sure you two will get along together." Okays: "Don¡¯t worry too much about Kalira, I¡¯ll take care of her. Now, I¡¯ll get ready to leave." Okays and Kalira wore the cloak and mask, took their bags, and got ready to leave. At the house¡¯s gate: Taris: (serious and worried) "Be careful on your way. Try to stay out of trouble. And Kalira, try to get along with Okays." Kalira: "Don¡¯t worry, Grandpa, we¡¯ll be fine." Okays: (smiling) "Well, it¡¯s goodbye, Taris, you¡¯ve done a lot for me." Kalira went to her grandfather and hugged him, then they left. Their journey began with reaching the walls, which were two days'' walk away from the city. But their journey took only one day, thanks to Torans and his ability to fly. They arrived at the massive walls, which were bigger than they had expected. They descended to the ground. Torans'' voice inside Okays'' head: "Are you two ready to go up? Or do you want to rest today? The sun will set soon anyway." Okays: "Alright, we¡¯ll leave tomorrow. We need to prepare for the battle above the walls anyway." Kalira: "Yes, let¡¯s spend the night here, and we¡¯ll go at sunrise. We don¡¯t know what awaits us up there." The sun rose, and Okays and Kalira woke up. Okays: "Good morning, Kalira." Kalira: (yawning) "Good morning." Torans: "Are you both awake?" Okays: "Yes, should we move now?" Kalira: "Yes, but before we go, let¡¯s eat something, after all, this will be our last breakfast inside these walls." Okays: "Alright, let¡¯s eat." They ate the food that Taris had packed in the bag and got ready to leave. They clim bed onto Torans¡¯ back, held onto his feathers, and he began flying upwards. To be continued... Over the wall CP 9 The Castle Step... step... step.... With each step, the atmosphere around him becomes ominous, filled with fear... He heads toward a throne, shrouded in mystery and stained with blood, a symbol of his dark majesty... Surrounded by guards and leaders, all bowing their heads before him... He sits on his majestic throne, with an imposing aura... Minalos: (in a cold voice, commanding tone) I¡¯ve heard someone¡¯s been meddling around the walls. Have you found him? One of the strongest guards of the kingdom steps forward. 1. (White): The strongest in the ruler¡¯s court after the king. 2. (Thanos): The second strongest in the ruler¡¯s court after the king. 3. (Ban): The third strongest in the ruler¡¯s court after the king. 4. (Thia): The fourth strongest in the ruler¡¯s court after the king. White: (bowing his head respectfully) Yes, Your Majesty. I sent some guards to bring him to you. Minalos: (glancing at him with cold eyes) Were you waiting for me to tell you what to do? White: (looking at the ground, terrified) I¡¯m sorry, Your Majesty. I heard about him yesterday, and I sent my guards as soon as I heard, without delay.Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings. Minalos: If you cannot resolve these matters before I tell you to, you should pass your position to your brothers. I¡¯ll overlook this failure this time. Bring him to me before sunset. White: Understood, Your Majesty. Minalos: Leave now, all of you. If I don¡¯t find this lawbreaker before me by sunset, prepare to place your heads before me. They quickly exit the king¡¯s hall. White: (muttering angrily) How dare he insult me over a damn parasite breaking the laws? Your reign won¡¯t last long, you damned king. White rushes out with his guards and heads toward the walls... --- The Walls Okays and Kalira, riding on Turans, began rising upward after flying for over half an hour. Finally, they began to see the end of the wall. They reached the top, and the wall was enormous, with a very foggy atmosphere. Okays: We¡¯ve arrived. I don¡¯t see anything here except fog. Kalira: I think it¡¯s because we¡¯re above, in the clouds. Turans: (in a calm voice) Be careful, I see some people ahead. Okays: I think they are the wall¡¯s guards. Should we fight them? Turans: Definitely, they won¡¯t let us pass peacefully. Kalira: (frightened) Look, something huge is coming towards us. Okays looks and sees an enormous creature heading toward them. The creature arrives, huge in size with a terrifying voice, and speaks. Creature: How did you get here, and what are you doing? Okays: (feeling fear and awe but holding his ground) We just want to pass the wall peacefully. Creature: (laughs loudly) An enemy from where you came from? Before I cut you down and throw you off here, no one is allowed to pass these walls. Okays: (creates a weapon from his blood) You can¡¯t make us retreat now. We¡¯ve worked hard to get here. We¡¯ll pass by force if we need to. Creature: (laughs) This is fun. It¡¯s been a long time since I fought anyone. I¡¯m getting bored. Show me what you¡¯ve got. Okays: Kalira, retreat. Turans, take her with you. Turans: Retreat, Okays. This is not a beast you can fight. Okays: We have no other choice but to fight him. We¡¯ve come this far, and there¡¯s no turning back. I won¡¯t give up here. The creature grabs his huge axe. Creature: Listen to me, boy. I¡¯ll give you one last chance to retreat. Okays ignores his words and charges at him quickly with a swift strike of his weapon. The creature grabs Okays¡¯ weapon with his bare hands, strikes him with his axe¡¯s head, and throws him away. Okays falls with one blow, but he doesn¡¯t lose his courage. He creates another weapon from his blood and charges again. The same thing happens again; the creature grabs his weapon and throws it away with another strike. Turans: Stop, Okays. Let¡¯s retreat. We can try again later. Creature: Stop, boy. You¡¯re no match for me. Don¡¯t kill yourself. Listen to what this bird says. Okays: I can¡¯t. We won¡¯t get another chance like this to cross. I¡¯ll kill this beast no matter what. Okays closes his eyes and calls upon his other ability, Bloodout... Bloodout... Bloodout... It doesn¡¯t activate. He tries again and again. Okays: Why won¡¯t it work? Why isn¡¯t it responding? What use is this power if it doesn¡¯t activate when I need it? Damn it, damn it... He creates another weapon from his blood and rushes toward the creature. This time, the creature was about to kill him, grabbing his axe and striking toward him. As the strike came, a person rushed in, grabbed the creature''s weapon with his hand, pushed it back, and with his other hand, pulled his own blood and formed chains that bound Okays, Turans, and Kalira. To be continued... Over the Wall 2 CP 10 Somewhere Deep in the mountains, in an ominous old wooden hut, dimly lit by a single candle, an elderly man awaits his time of death... He sits on his worn-out chair, eroded by time...A carrier pigeon arrives, carrying a message from a distant land... The message reads:"The fifth heir has awakened within the sea of blood and the cursed lands." Old Man: "I''ve waited for so long. He has finally awakened. I can die in peace at last." He turns toward the darkness in one corner of the hut, smiles, and says:"It is time for you to let me go so I may die alone." A being emerges from within that darkness, smiling before vanishing... --- Above the Wall After the man appeared, stopping the beast and tying up Okays and his friends, the beast immediately knelt before him, begging for mercy... Beast: (with a fearful look) "I¡¯m sorry, my lord. I didn''t mean to trouble you. I tried to stop him, but he insisted on fighting me. I am truly sorry, Lord White." White: (coldly staring at him) "Are you this weak? You couldn¡¯t kill a boy this feeble?" Beast: "I am sorry, Lord White. I truly am." White: "Your work here is done." White pulled out a spear forged from his own blood, pitch black in color, and stabbed the beast in its heart, killing it. Okays lost consciousness due to exhaustion and the blow he received from White. Kalira: (shouting) "Who are you?! What do you want?! Let us go! Leave us alone!" Thaurance: (whispering) "You should calm down if you want to stay alive." White: (glancing at Kalira with disdain) "Shut up, girl, unless you want to lose your head." Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon. Then, he captured Okays, grabbed Thaurance and Kalira, and threw them off the wall after tying up Thaurance so he couldn''t fly. He then took Okays with him and disappeared. --- The Castle Okays slowly opened his eyes, every part of his body aching. He began to look around and found himself inside a grand hall, surrounded by many guards. Before him sat a man whose mere presence instilled fear, and all four elite guards, along with the highest-ranking individuals in the castle, were present. Okays: (muttering to himself) "Where am I? What happened to me? What is this place? Did I leave the walls? I can¡¯t remember what happened after that person rushed toward me..." Okays slowly turned his gaze toward the man sitting in front of him and spoke in a voice filled with tension:"Where am I?" He attempted to stand, but one of the guards behind him struck his knees, causing him to collapse onto the ground, leaving him with no choice but to kneel before the man in front of him. White: "Your Majesty, this is the parasite who attempted to escape over the walls. He is now at your mercy." Minalost: (with a cold face and a sharp voice) "Lift your head, boy." Okays raised his head and looked at Minalost, seeing a man with a massive build, dressed entirely in black, with a crown upon his head. At that moment, Okays realized he was a king, and upon noticing the horns on his head, he knew he was the King of Beasts. Minalost: (commanding tone) "Remove your mask. Let me see the face of the one who dared to defy my laws and attempt to cross the wall." Okays removed his mask, and the moment he did, whispers of astonishment spread through the room upon seeing his hybrid nature. Minalost: "If I hear another whisper from any of you, I will tear your mouths apart." (Then, turning to Okays) "So, hybrid, tell me¡ªwhy did you attempt to cross the walls?" Okays: (standing again and gathering his courage to speak) "Is that really a question, Your Majesty? Do you truly not know what is happening outside? No one sleeps peacefully at night because of the screams, and no one feels safe sending their family outside! And you ask me why I want to leave these walls? Every home loses someone every day to hunger and war, and you ask me why I want to leave?" White: "Silence, you insolent brat! Show some respect when addressing the king!" White swiftly approached Okays and placed his sword against his neck. Minalost: "White, if you act without my command again, you will never see the light of day." White: "I apologize, Your Majesty." Minalost: (smirks and looks at Okays) "You are bold for a hybrid. But you say you want to leave because of the war? Do you want to know who started this war? You humans! You do whatever suits your interests and see others as soulless beings, unworthy of freedom like you. This war will not end until the strongest stands above all." "And you... a filthy creature caught between both sides. Half-human, half-beast¡ªyou belong neither here nor there. You should simply die." "That is all. Also, for violating the law, you will be executed in seven days." "Take him away from my sight..." To be continued... The contract [Bloodwot] CP 11 The Castle "Take him away from my sight. He will be executed in seven days for breaking the law." Okays looks back and shouts, "I won¡¯t give up now! I¡¯ll survive this, just like I¡¯ve survived everything before!" He begins resisting the soldiers, fighting them even though his hands are tied. But the number of soldiers is too great, and he is completely surrounded by them and many strong warriors. In a moment of despair, everything vanishes before his eyes. The world around him transforms into a sea of blood, with his legs submerged in it. A sinister voice comes from behind him. He doesn¡¯t know who it belongs to, only hearing the words: "Do you want help?" Okays turns around. Okays: "Who are you? Where am I?" The mysterious voice: "That¡¯s not the right question. The real question is, who are you?" Okays: "You brought me here, and now you ask me who I am?! I need to get out of here¡ªmy friends are in danger!" The mysterious voice: "Do your friends matter more than yourself?" Okays: "Yes. I wouldn¡¯t be where I am now without them." The mysterious voice: "(Laughs) Then it¡¯s fine. What if I take your soul in exchange for saving your friends?" Okays: "That¡¯s fine. If that¡¯s the price to save them, I¡¯ll pay it. I was the one who put them in this danger." The mysterious figure smiles and steps closer to Okays, standing before him and gazing into his desperate, pleading eyes. The mysterious voice: "(Laughs) I will help you, but you must sign a contract with me. I saved you before so that you wouldn¡¯t die prematurely, but this time, you must help yourself and make your decision. Sign a contract with me, and you will gain power." Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon. Okays: "Who are you? And when did you help me before?" The mysterious voice: "I am your power, your demon. I am Bloodot. Have you forgotten that you used me before?" Okays: "Were you the one who helped me on the hill? Then why didn¡¯t you help me on the wall?" Bloodot: "(Laughs) Because I knew you wouldn¡¯t die. So, do you want power this time? Sign the contract." Okays: "What kind of contract do I need to sign?" Bloodot raises his hand, revealing a rolled-up parchment and a dagger. He hands them to Okays. The Contract "You will gain my power in exchange for selling me your soul. I will be your servant, at your call whenever you wish. You will not die young like other humans and beasts. You will suffer alone in this world, and when you finally give up, I will devour your soul. The stronger you become, the more of your humanity you will lose. In the end, you will be empty inside, like a puppet." Bloodot: "If you want power, just cut your palm with this dagger and place your blood on the parchment." Okays: "I don¡¯t care¡ªjust give me the power. Take my soul whenever you want." Okays cuts his palm and presses his blood onto the parchment. The moment his blood touches it, the parchment vanishes, and everything returns to normal. The Castle Okays stops resisting. The guards grab him again and force him to his knees. He hears Bloodot¡¯s voice in his head whispering: "If you want me to kill them, just say my name." Okays calls his name, and his body begins to change. A horn emerges from the middle of his forehead, his eyes turn red, his pupils become pitch black, and strange markings cover his body. He has taken on the form of a demon. In an instant, sharp chains burst from his hands, slicing through the guards like paper. After killing them, he draws their blood and shapes it into a barrage of arrows, launching them at the remaining guards until every soldier around him is dead. Only the king and the four royal guards remain. White steps forward, saying, "Not bad, kid. Where did all of this come from? Where were you hiding it all this time?" Bloodot: "(Laughs loudly) If you¡¯re talking about the boy, he¡¯s asleep now. How about you entertain me for a while? It¡¯s been so long since I fought someone strong." White: "I don¡¯t know who you are, but you seem quite confident. My lord, do I have permission to kill him?" Minelost waves his hand, signaling, "Go ahead." White removes his cloak and steps toward Bloodot, forming a sword from his own blood before charging at him with incredible speed. He slashes at Bloodot, but Bloodot doesn¡¯t even flinch¡ªhe blocks the attack with his bare hands. Bloodot: "Is that all you¡¯ve got?" White: "(Smirks) Not bad. You blocked my attack, but that was just a warm-up." Bloodot: "(Laughs) I expect much from a royal servant." White: "You talk too much. I don¡¯t know who you are, but I¡¯ll cut off your head and hang it in the middle of the city." White pulls out another sword and unleashes a flurry of attacks, but Bloodot blocks them all effortlessly while smiling. Bloodot then draws a strange sword and attacks White. The sword cuts through everything as if everything were mere paper. White steps back. White: "(Sighs) You¡¯re persistent. Do you think standing there without moving will make you win?" Changing his fighting style, White forms blood shields around his body and moves faster than before. He launches a powerful strike at Bloodot, and for the first time, Bloodot doesn¡¯t block it¡ªhe is pushed back. White: "What happened to your arrogance?" Bloodot: "(Laughs) That¡¯s the least I expect from a royal servant. Is that all you¡¯ve got? Let me show you what it means to face a demon." When Minelost hears him call himself "the demon," a memory resurfaces¡ªthe demon Bloodot, the power of the first Beast King. White: "Are you the last of your kind, or what? It doesn¡¯t matter. You¡¯ll disappear now." Bloodot begins gathering the blood from the surrounding corpses, shaping them into countless swords floating around him. He then launches them all at White. White blocks the swords, but there are too many, and they begin to wound him all over. While White is preoccupied, Bloodot darts between the flying swords and lands a devastating blow, sending White flying backward. To be continued¡
