Fate of the Reaper In the distance laid a man who just woken up. The man looked at his surroundings to assess a few things. But one thing still bothered him. It was that he didn''t know what his name was or where he was. He began to wonder what his name was but eventually gave up since he got no results. He lifted himself off the ground. So he left it alone. As time passed, he found more clues as to where he was. Throughout his little adventure, he found some papers that said where he was. It said that he was in some abandoned building up in Northern California but he found no information about himself. As he read some of the papers he noticed a glimpse of light shining towards him. He went towards it since it got him curious on to what it was. He inched towards it. As he got close he saw a mirror, he then went towards it. But he soon got startled and dropped to the ground. This was due to what he saw in his reflection. "Is this what I look like?" He spoke his first words since he woke up. His voice was smooth and deep. It first started as a simple chuckle but then formed to a laugh. The laughs of the caught the attention of the officers. They ran towards the man but they never expected a man like this. Fear started to cover the officers as the man stared at them like livestock. The captain soon figured who the man was. "Shit! Fuck! Get the hell out of here rookie!" Yelled the captain. "Why!?" With each step the rookies fear started to elevate. Once Strat was there he just looked at the rookie in the eyes before stabbing him in the stomach. He then twisted the blades while still inside he started to move them in a horizontal direction. Strat did it slowly so the pain would last longer. The rookie cries of pain filled the room. When Strat heard the rookies pleading for death, he felt a satisfying sensation flow through his body. It was strange but addicting. Once he was finished with the rookie, he retracted his blades and then slowly sat down on the stained floor. Be he stood back up once he heard the rookie moving still. Enemy''s POV "Surrender now or we''ll be forced to take action!" Said someone in the squad. Slowly he stood up to face the squad. The smoke of the explosion still lingered. The squad couldn''t see anything through it. Two red lights stood out from the smoke. It looked straight at them like the reaper coming for their souls. Then he disappeared, and no one knew where he went until someone in the squad dropped to the bleeding. There stood the man with blades that came out of his forearms. His eyes glowed crimson red, black smoke came out of the middle of his back. He languidly turns his head towards them. "Shoot the fucking psycho you idiots!" Shouted the leader. They lifted their guns to shoot at the man. Bullets ricocheted off the man''s body. The man was unfazed by the bullets and just cracked his neck before disappearing again. 3 people were immediately ripped apart after the man disappeared. "Hack into his system you fuck!" Yelled one of them towards their squad mate. They immediately started the process of the hacking but before he even started, he was immediately killed. The man then spoke. "I got ears you fucking idiots!" Yelled the man before killing more of the people in the squad. One of them called for reinforcements before becoming another of the victims. They started to stain with blood with each victim. A few moments later reinforcements arrived but before they even found the man, they first had an someone to short circuit his neuro-system. The man started to short out, he then dropped to the ground. He kept twitching as the whole squad surrounded him. They called for their leader over the comm''s. After a few minutes of waiting for the leader of their squad, he eventually came. Their leader walked towards the man on the ground. He crouched down to the man and lifted the man head by the hair. He attempted another attack but was blocked again. Each attempt he made was either blocked, parried, or dodged. Before the soldiers of the leader were about to short circuit Strat, the leader told them he would deal with it. When Strat saw that his slashes were no longer useful, he started to use his fist more frequently. The leader on the other hand started to get bored of the cat and mouse game and threw some of his own attacks to spice it up. Each punch that the leader threw started to make Strat bleed. Left, right, left, left right, left hook It was evident that the leader started to use a pattern of which punch he should throw. Strat never noticed this detail of what the leader was showcasing. The only thing on his mind was to kill the leader no matter what. Strat slowly got tired and ended getting hit in the face hard which caused him to drop to the ground. But the bullet infused with Dark matter only hit the ground. He then felt something go through his chest. Only a blade stood out from his chest. Blood started to drip through the opening which where the blade was. The leader only stood their shocked that he was almost bested by a pest. "Checkmate motherfucker!" Whispered Strat into the leaders ears. The leader scoffed at what Strat said. He then said, "Tell the devil I''ve sent another one to hell for you." Said the leader as he took another at Strat''s head which was successful. Strat felt something pierce through his head. A burning sensation spread throughout his skull and brain. He fell to the ground instantly. The leader turned around and shot Strat in the legs. Strat groans in pain. He then pointed it towards Strat''s head. He went towards the living room to see if there was any clue to see why it was abandoned and barricaded. But no clue was found. He checked everywhere in the base floor. From each bookshelf, cabinet, drawer, box of papers, and the closet. He went upstairs to see if there was any clue there. The only thing he saw was left over footstep mud marks. He assumed the people here left in a hurry since he saw that there were lots of it in the hall. He saw that there were two rooms upstairs one of the left and the other on the right. He first went to the left since it had a lock on it. He grabbed the lock and ripped it off. He turned the knob on the door and went inside. He was met with lots of prototype cybernetics, scrap metal, ripper table, prototype mind slot chip, medical equipment, and a computer. He also saw some scrap metal. "Jackpot~" Though Strat wanted to make some cybernetics for himself he still needed to check the rest of the buildings. He went to check the other room and found the same thing as the other room. This made his curiosity to go up. He went to the other buildings and found more of the equipment that was found in the first building. He sometimes found some questionable "Toys" and other times he found just scraps of metal. He went to the last building but he heard cries of an infant. Strat immediately went inside. He broke through the resistance behind the door. He heard the cries coming from upstairs. He went up the stairs and saw a door that was barricaded with boards on the outside. He walked to the door and cleared the boards off. He opened the door only to see a baby in a crib. Reapers Avengement When he entered the room he saw a baby crying in its crib. But what hit him first was the smell of shit. "Looks like the baby shit itself in its diaper." Whispered Strat to himself. He looked towards the closet on his right and opened it to see if it had any diapers. He found some but a note was on top of it. " If your reading this note, then that would mean the gangs in the area came and killed us or captured us for their own pleasure. I remember the thought of being abandoned when I was little. I walked up towards the baby and held him in my arms. Since the kid no longer had any parents to talk care of him. The first one I worked on was the prototype of lung implants which could help me last longer running and being underwater but I had no use for it. I threw it in the subspace where the weapons I had conquer were at. I thinking of conquering one of them for the mission. I grabbed another prototype cybernetic. When I checked it out, the biometrics on this was advanced even for this time. It had many enhancements in speed, strength, and concentration. It also had a hidden feature that could slow down time for about a few minutes. But I wasn''t able to activate it since it had a code that''ll install into the brain. I put the implant off to the side since i was going to work on it and install it into myself. I had four days which was enough for me. I went through many cybernetics and found blades that I once had on myself, eye implants that I was supposed to get back then, a metal skeletal body, leg implants, and finally the one that I cherished the most which was the second heart implant. After sorting everything and got my main implants, I started to work on them. The blades I sharpened them and fix the the connectors in them. I also made them able to release on command. With the eye implants I made them able to communicate with anything and made the visibility more clearer. The metal skeletal body I enforced them more with metals that I had and made them flexible. The leg implants were improved by adding a feature that could increase speed and mobility. When I worked with the last one I worked the hell out of myself with it. I added features like I could add half of my conscious to it so I technically sleep half of it, I also added that could improve the already fast healing I have. It took many 2 days with trial and error but I was able to put the features I wanted onto the main cybernetics. After I finished, I called the robot coded in my knowledge of how to put in the implants that I have. I laid down on the ripper table and told it to start. It first started with the blades. The robot started to cut my both forearms and then started to connect tubes for blood flow. It then started to connect pieces of the implant together to form the forearms and it then placed a replacement hand. The next implant it did was the leg implants it was pretty much the same as it did with the forearms. Afterwards it did the metal skeletal body, it first put me to sleep then it proceeded to take my skeletal body. It made me look like a blob of skin and then proceeded to put in the metal skeletal body. The robot flipped me over and proceeded to attach it as it were my spine. It put in a micro chip for it to activate. Then the robot flipped front side and did the last cybernetics. Preparation The robot then injected medication into me to wake me up. My eyes opened slowly as the light was bright in the room. I still feel the pain from the implants. I opened and closed my new hand to see if they were alright. I brought myself off the table and started to stretch. I looked towards the robot and started to give it a command. The iris of my eyes glowed red as I gave a command. "Looks like two of the cybernetics so far work. Time to test them out" I said. I then sprung the blades out of my forearms to see if they worked. I went towards a metal pole I had and slashed it. I checked his diaper if he needed a new one but he didn''t. I placed him back inside the crib and put a blanket over him. I then told the robot to contact me if the kid needs anything. Strat was about to defend himself but was ambushed by Kay from the front. He couldn''t do anything so he had to use his spine cybernetics ability. Arthur went again towards Strat to end this battle fast but he blocked his attack. Strat smashed his shield into Arthurs side. Arthur dropped to the ground. He let go of Excalibur and threw a punch at Strat in which he dodged. Strat went for an attack. Arthur blocked it. He grabbed Excalibur and started to attack relentlessly. Strat struggled with the speed that Arthur was attacking. Strat manage to block some of the attacks but others landed. The battle seemed to favor Arthur. I try my best since this is my first time. Afterwards I grabbed a new diaper and put it on David. I went to a random refrigerator, got some milk and warmed it out. I then put in a bottle and gave it to David. Afterwards I put him back in his crib for him to sleep. "Finally it''s time for me to eat!" I then saw the bloodbath out side but I left that for later. I pushed the limit on how many perks on each one of the cybernetics. I almost made myself impenetrable." Said Strat in response. Both of the women were dumbfounded by the first part but understood the second part. "One more question, why stay here if Caster City is near this place?" questioned Jennifer. " Wait... You know where''s Caster City?" Asked Strat in a flat tone. " Yeah... didn''t you know. I mean we mentioned Caster City in the beginning." Jennifer answered. "Well. Could you tell me which direction it is?" Strat questioned. " It''s 7 miles north from this place. You need a ID to enter but other than that that''s pretty much it." She said.
