    Hello everyone, the author here. Im hoping you will like my Fan Fiction and i will like writing it. The prologue will be expanded later on after few chapters or when i ran out of ideas for the new chapter.

    PROLOGUE


    Old man around the age of 80 woke up hearing beeping sound of the hearth monitor and breathed with a help of ventilator. You could see he was tired, very tired. The reason for it all was because of the people that came to him every day and night asking who would be the next president of the empire he had built.


    O ''How shameless of them to bother dying old man, day and night without stop. Do they have no hopes of me getting better?''


    O "Hey, come in here" said the old man. Right after it you could see young man in his 20s come into to the room.


    O "So have you given my request some thought?"


    The young man looked up and said "Yes" in quite manner.


    O "So what do you think? Can you do it?" asked the old man with very tired expression in his face.


    Y "I will do it..." said the young man unwillingly.


    O "Thank you, im sorry for doing this to you. I know that you know this is going to be hard..." said the old man.


    O "Could you give me that letter to me?" said the old man pointing at the open letter on of the table close by.

    As the young man handed the letter to him. He could see the old man writing something on it. He knew what it was, on it was his name saying {The next President of Nexus selected by me the former President of Nexus shall be}


    O "I know how bad other people will react to my decision, but i know you can do it. You are not like the backstabbing, lying leeches"


    O "Take this and leave, when you come back i will most likely be dead" said the old man handing the letter to the young man.


    The young man left the room quitely bowing as he left.


    O "Finaly i can get some rest" said the old man and closed his eyes and the hearth monitor went flat leaving *beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep* sound.


    It was complete darkness, the old man felt rested. It was a feeling he had never felt, all of sudden he could hear some sound. He couldnt make out what it was, he didnt have time to because he couldnt breath.


    He paniced for split second but stoped, thinking ~is this how i die? unable to breath...~ but then suddenly as it came it was gone.


    He opened his eyes wondering what had happend. To his surprise it was no longer the hospital he was in and was carried by a giant woman, no the woman wasnt giant it was that he had became smaller... somehow.

    He was very confused, flood of questions poured into his head.


    ''Where am i?How are they so big. No, how did i become so small in few seconds?Wasn''t i about to die?''


    After few seconds he calmed down and took a look around as to figure out what happend to him. He saw worried faces of the four woman looking at him. One of them was on a bed sweating alot and the other two helping her while one of them held him with her hands softly.


    He looked back wondering who they were, as he was looking around he saw himself in the reflection of the window.


    He was in form of a baby... he was in shock for a while after which he calmed down and thought of every possibility


    ''Hmmmm... Can it be they transplanted my brain into infants body?...No that cant be possible, i cant remember  that kind of technology ever existing even if it did, i don''t think my brain will fit into this infant body or can it be that they connected my brain to one of the VR pods? No, it''s illegal to a point if you did connect someones brain to VR whoever did it would be put in jail for life and any of their partner as well. I don''t think there is anyone willing to take that kind of risk just for me.'' So it went on for few seconds where he thought of every possibility.


    As he was thinking, he heard the four woman talking with bit worried face. One of them said "M**+e %e is mu}e" as it was getting easier by seconds to understand what they were saying one of the other woman said "I guess he is gonna have it bit harder than the other" and sighed.


    "Oh dont be such a downer, it might just be temporary. Use little bit of healing magic on him. It might fix it" said the youngest looking of the 4 woman.


    ''Magic? ...can it be that i was reincarnated? Interesting, very interesting. I wonder how it works.'' As he was catching up onto what was going on around him the older women who was holding him gave him to the women that was laying on the bed with tired yet happy expression.


    He was in the sweaty hands of a woman that seemed to be his mother.


    ''Well hello you must be my mother, hmmm.. this girl looks around age of 30''


    As he was doing to much brain activity in his new infant body, he felt tired and fell asleep.


    He had a strange dream, in pure white? No, was it pure black? It was his old body looking back at his now new body but he wasnt in any of the body but was looking at them from third person prespective. He noticed someone else looking at all of them, it was very funny scene which was his old and new infant body looking at each other while he was looking at them while being observed by something at the same time.


    When he woke up he was inside a cradle that was white colored which was very soft to lay on, with corner of his eyes he noticed a young girl looking back at him. He looked smiling at the young girl that was looking at him, as he did the girls mouth turned into a smile brighter than the sun and ran ''out of the room. ''who was that cute little girl'' wondered


    Soon after, the girl came with a woman who was tired with happy expression from yesterday saying "Mother look, look! he smiled at me", he figured they must be his sister and mother so he sent another smile at the woman.


    Both his sister and his mother were smiling with smile that is thousand times brighter than the sun and picked him up and started hugging and playing with him, even though he was over 80 year old in consciousness he didn''t mind it,


    because he had never been spoiled or receive this much love in his previous life, soon after the older women from yesterday came into the room and said "Madam please rest little bit more, you just gave birth" bowing her head.


    "No. Im fine, looking at my son gave me all the rest i need" said his mother still smiling like the thousand suns.


    It was very nice and warm feeling. He liked it and was smiling when a man in fancy looking clothes came rushing into the room almost shouting.


    "Where is my son!"


    "Dear you need to calm down a bit or else you will scare your son" said his mother.


    "Come" said the man in excited voice lifting me up and looked at me for few seconds after which he carried me out of the room with my mother, sister and the old maid following after him with unwilling look on their look.


    As i was being carried to somewhere, i got to look around little bit. I saw this worlds technology was not advanced at all, i would say it was around the medieval era or so, from the little i got to see.

    The house was at size of a big mansion with two floor and basement, from time to time we would bump into some maids and guards in which they would bow and greet us.


    After while we arrived in what seems like a basement with heavy old looking door. We went down bit more after entering through the door and came to stop in front of an mirror. It was large mirror, at least 2 meters tall. The man or should i say my father? carried me closer to the mirror and said.


    "Mirror mirror on the wall, come forth to my dearest wish in which you are bound to do." as he finished the last word the mirror started to ooze out black goo. The black goo that came out of the mirror took a humanoid shape and kneeled in front of the man.


    The humanoid looking goo said "What is it that you call me for. Human."


    "New blood of mine has been born, so i wish for you to put protection on him" Said my father and showed me to the humanoid looking goo.


    "Is that so?" said the humanoid shaped goo and got close to me after which he put some kind of marking or tattoo behind my neck and said "It is done, no kin of mine shall harm your new blood." and slid into the mirror where he came from.


    "If we are done can we leave this place? I don''t like this place." said my mother with the two behind her nodding in agreement.


    We went up, out of the basement with the heavy old looking door closing behind us and the maid that was with us took my mother to her room for her to rest in which she pouted and went unwillingly with my sister following after her.


    My father was still holding me in his hands and was walking around the house and showing me around and talking to me happily when one of the butler came and told my father that a merchant is waiting for him.


    ''Father... it was still kind of strange to call someone who a lot younger than me father. I wish i knew his name, it would make it so much less awkward for me.''


    We went out of the mansion, going through pretty big garden arriving at house by the fence. It was designed with smooth design without any fancy decoration. You would get official work feeling from it, which i liked.


    When we arrived at one of the room in the building we met with the merchant that was waiting for my father.


    "h-huh? Ah! hello sir Isaac it is my pleasure to meet you. I heard you had a new child is that him?" said the merchant bowing with little bit of anxiety on his face.


    Seeing that i thought ''So his name is Isaac is it? good to know''


    "Yes, and you don''t have to bow so much, sit what have you come for?" said Isaac


    "a-ah, yes sorry." Righting himself and said "I have come here today to ask for financial backing from you" said the merchant trying to not divert his eyes from Isaac


    Isaac told the maid that was standing in the room to take me back to my room and handed me to her.


    I was once again in my room, laying in the cradle. It was very relaxing which i liked a lot and soon after i fell asleep, so went few days of my life without being able to move freely and in back of my head i could feel my curiosity clawing wanting know more about this new world.


    In the morning maid would come in to see if i have released the valve to the canal of eternal youth and give me milk to drink in bottle, staying till midday taking care of me and leave changing with the older maid that was there when i first opened my eyes. From time to time my sister or my mother would come and play with me, my mother would pick me up and softly hug me almost always making me fall sleep, i don''t know why but i feel so... relaxed and rested with her hugging me.


    On the other hand my sister would come into my room giggle little bit while looking at me and talk about everything that comes into her mind from what she ate to how she is learning healing magic from the old maid that takes care of me after midday or talk about a boy who was our older brother and that he had gone to some sword master to learn control and some.


    I learned from her that the old maid taking care of after midday is called Braia, it was kind of strange name to have but i didn''t mind that much. She was around the age of 50 with small build that sports brown red skin color.


    Day after day i my muscles were gritting better, i hope i can walk soon.

    I had just started to walk in turn amazed everyone in the mansion because how many 6 month old would start walking, specially to the library which made Isaac very curious of me, he even made one of the maid permanently follow me where ever i went.


    I would go to the library to read history books and some books about magic which i could understand perfectly fine even though i didn''t even learn alphabet of this language.


    I didn''t care much of about other people around me because of the first few weeks of being unable to move made my curiosity clawing at my consciousness even stronger making me want to read any book i found, the library was large... which made it even worse because of how i almost didn''t leave the library unless my infant body couldn''t take it or my mother would come into the library with worried face and held hugging which worked like magic for making me fall sleep.


    This went on for around 2 month where i almost had finished almost every book but not all, only the ones that was left were the books with some kind of seal. You couldn''t force it open, nothing worked at all at least in my infant body.


    This is what i have learned from reading all these books.


    First of all this world is called Delhi, there is magic in this world and monsters of the wildest dreams. There is mana in everything, from the pebble on the road to the bird soaring in the sky.


    Monsters were just creatures that grew up in mana dense places, it looks like mana is able to change DNA and property of things. Higher the mana density is the larger the change of the creature and dangerous it gets. Mana densities were categorized to be Low, Medium, High and the one the only Source.


    Low mana density places would be springs, deep in the forest and more. If spring has a low mana density in it, it would get some kind of property randomly, most of the property would be good for any creature that drank from it but sometimes only rarely it would be poisoned by the mana.


    Low density in deeps of the forest would enhance any creature living in it making it faster, stronger even sometimes smarter. These 2 were most common of the low mana density spots.


    Medium mana density places would be almost same as the low mana density places but bit stronger. If it were to be spring, the spring would give off some kind of aura plus the random property which is stronger as well.


    Deep into the forest with medium mana density, the creatures living there would be very smart to point of starting small race and some but it was still rare.


    The theory is that almost every races were making of places with medium mana density, one of the most recent and extreme example was the new race called Red Goblin. They were usually used as slaves and badly treated.

    The high mana density places, they would be mostly in caves, dungeons and far away from any known city or was it that cities were built far away from them because of what they did to the creatures living in it.


    They made them a lot stronger, a lot more vicious driving most of them insane or so to say.


    It made them beasts of nightmare. One creature from high mana dense place could wipe out a small town and army, i guess thats why cities and towns were far from any known high mana dense places.


    Source is how its known, it didn''t do anything but just have humongous amount of mana.


    Its known for how it has seemingly unlimited amount of mana.


    Some say that Source is where all of mana come from and if you control the Source you would control the world.


    So did some people, blinded by power it possessed building cities or even nations but sadly the dragons would come and wipe everything by the Source, which made it even more harder to do anything with it.


    Once race of dwarves tried to build nation on the Source, they were successful at least for little while. Thats when the dragons came and wiped the floor with them, hunting almost every dwarf on the Delhi. Thats why the dwarfs started to live underground afraid of the dragon threatening their very thread of life.


    One day while i was trying to figure out how to open one of the sealed books my mother came with Isaac and the old maid into the library. Sitting me on the chair looking me straight into my eyes asking "My boy you understand us?"


    In which i nodded, mother almost fainting turned her face with flabbergasted expression toward Isaac screaming "OUR SON IS GENIUS! WE MUST NOT WASTE IT! I WILL GO FIND THE BEST TEACHER IMMEDIATELY." and rushed out of the room with the old maid, leaving Isaac behind. (Small reminder Isaac is our MCs father, it didnt sit well with our MC to call him father so he just calls him by his name)


    Isaac just sat there pondering. "How many of the book have you finished"


    "Almost all of them" i said


    Which turned his already shocked face more shocked almost making it to the point where it looked like he was having stroke.


    He just sat there quite, unable to process what he had just heard. A infant not even 1 years old has almost finished every book in his generously big library... it was unbelievable if it wasn''t for the case that the infant was his child and was right in front of him.


    This news spread through the mansion like a bullet even reaching people outside the mansion, most of them didn''t believe it at all and thought they were doing some kind of pr move.

    <h2>CHAPTER 3 Headache</h2>


    Mother is still searching for a suitable teacher for me, looks like it will take some time and Isaac is gone. He must have went somewhere, i haven''t seen him for over week now,


    Not much has changed except mothers unending questions, mostly about which books i have finished reading and the contents of the book.


    Surprisingly i remember almost everything perfectly must be because of this infant body, the bodies learning capacity is at max when one is young. Oh i forgot to say, i turned 1 year old just yesterday.


    It seems like birthdays aren''t celebrated like they do in my previous world.


    Yesterday i got named, the name is Arthur. I asked mother why i was named whole 1 year after my birth day. She said at age of 1 you give name to the children, at age of 5 you celebrate child''s birthday with a big party of sort with a lot of guests and that age of 10 the child chooses what he or she wants to become like if you wanted to become healer you would go and get taken as disciple in some church and if you wants to become sword fighter you go to battle school or get taken as apprentice under a sword master. These were the usual ways.


    At age of 15 you are no longer child and is counted as young adult and is allowed to start working, get married and almost everything an adult is allowed to do, but most of the times people stay with their master or church till age of 20 and is really allowed to stretch their arms and leg as far as they want.


    One day when i was taking a walk around the mansions garden soaking in the beautiful scene with the maid Isaac told to follow me wherever i go, fainted all of the sudden.


    I got the first person i can find and told her what happened and rushed her to the unconscious maid in the garden.


    I was bit worried for her, she seems to be very ill. I asked mother if she will be okey " Its okey, don''t worry about it. She will get better soon, i called in a doctor, so go to bed" she said hugging me softly and telling another maid to take me to my room.


    It was day later that i was starting to sweat a lot with a huge headache, that felt like my head was going to explode. I think whatever happened to the maid must be happening to me, maybe when we were in the garden we caught it together, i thought.


    Luckily doctor was here and was treating the maid when i fell ill as well. The doctor came to conclusion that the maid was mana poisoned and the same thing has happened to me... or so he thought.


    To get mana poisoned one must drink from the spring effected by low mana density in bad way or eat something effected by it.


    Curing mana poisoning was easy, just cleans the body of the person poisoned with ones mana. It was done by driving every mana out of the persons body with ones mana, just with that you would recover from it in few minutes with your natural mana filling the body again.


    The maid was cleansed of the poisoned mana and had recovered but not me, every time they did mana cleansing it would get better, but not for long. The doctor and mother were panicking trying to figure out what was wrong.


    They searched the garden for the cause of the mana poisoning but found nothing.


    The mana cleansing was done correct, that was proven by how the maid recovered from the mana poisoning.


    It went on for a while and finally doctor said that it wasn''t mana poisoning i was having, but very rare case of having to much mana for my body to handle. Only C rank mage or higher could do anything about it.


    Mother told one of the butler to take the fastest horse and leave to the Mages Guild in the city to get highest ranking mage there, so he did. When he arrived after 1 or 2 hour later with a highest ranking mage he could find, the head of the Mages Guild of all. Mother quickly dragged the old mage to the room i was resting in.


    I was in even worse condition than before, the old mage was baffled at what was happening in front of him.


    People with this affliction would die not even reaching age of 1 and was amazed that i had survived till today only getting effected now.


    It turned out that i was the reason that the maid was mana poisoned, it happened so that my body was leaking the mana to protect itself unconsciously and because the maid followed me everywhere she was intaking fair share of my mana to herself every day.


    The older i became the more mana i was leaking out and at last the maids body couldn''t take it anymore and got mana poisoned, because there is still limit to how much mana my body could leak by itself there was always mana bottling up in my body and i got ill off of that mana bottled up inside my small body.


    Figuring that out the mage told everyone to get out of the room, mother did so with very worried face almost crying.


    The mage opened the window and put me by it, while laying his left hand over my small chest and pointing his right hand out to the sky through the window.


    He started using flame thrower spell which spewed out fire like flame thrower, it went on for couple of of hours.


    When it was finally done the sun was starting to rise from the horizon, the old mage told the people outside that it was done and that they can come in.


    So did mother rushing into the room while crying, trying to hug me when the old mage told her its not over yet and that if they didn''t do anything about it, because how he forced my mana open to turn it into an spell which in turn released the bottled up mana in my body. I was now releasing mana unconsciously and not just leak it, that would make me potential walking high mana density zone.


    Before the old mage opened my mana forcefully, my body was only leaking that of low mana density in small area. That was the reason why the maid got mana poisoned.


    He told mother that he will go back to the Mages guild and get something that will help me little bit and that he will put spell that slows down my naturally high mana output.


    The old mage left to get what he said from the Mages Guild saying that he would be back as fast as he can and using air magic he flew off to the direction of the city in blazing speed.


    When i opened my eyes i could see couple of maids and some butlers in back of the room and mother crying few steps away from me. I looked at her crying face, my chest felt like it was under pressure of kind and almost made me cry as well but i knew better and told mother "Please, mom don''t cry. I will be okey" in turn made mother cry even more, so did i.


    In my previous life, i could count the times i cried on one hand and here i was crying like little snot. I cried for little while and stopped looking at my mother crying, it didn''t sit well to cry and make mother cry even more so i stopped.


    It felt like something lifted from me, it felt good... it was not so. The thing lifted from me was the seal put on me, so i started to pump out enormous amount of mana.


    The maids said "Please madam we need to leave now and wait for the mage to return" but my mother crying didn''t want to, so the butlers and the guards lifting her up carefully and left the mansion.


    I thought ''Well this is stupid, i get another life but it gets wasted like this?'' bit upset. Second after second my mind was fading away so was the surroundings around me, the wooden decors to my room started to rot the windows cracking and shattering.


    The whole mansion was starting to rot away and some parts started to collapse not being able to support any weight with its rotten condition.


    That was it, that was the last thing i remembered when i suddenly woke up in the dream i almost forgot about. It was the same place of pure white, no is this pure black? I couldn''t tell and yet again there they were my previous body with my new body but this time my previous body was holding my new body like that of when old man meets his grandchild for the first time.


    It was a nice scene yet sad, it gave me conflicted feelings. I remembered the being that was there before and looked around for it, to my surprise it was right beside me, turning its head towards me. I couldn''t really see it but i knew it was there and it didn''t do any movement but i knew it was looking at me.

    I thought i might have died but i knew i was alive, i didn''t know how but i just knew. After little while the ... place i was in started to shake violently and i was pulled out forcefully by something.


    The first thing i heard before opening my eyes were that of the old mage shouting "WE ARE ALMOST THERE! DONT FALTER KEEP CHANTING HE IS ALMOST BACK! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO. NOT. STOP." and i opened my eyes.


    What i saw was the face of the old mage with dead beat face and some people behind him, some laying on the ground breathing loudly as if they had ran a whole marathon and most of them just standing there almost falling sleep.


    I just noticed where i was, it looked like someone had dropped not so small bomb in the place. Everything was charred black except the old mage and the people behind him.


    The old mage lifted me up wi his hands and started to walk passing the heavy breathing people with black with golden lined robes, soon after the heavy people in robes started follow after me and the old mage.


    Walking for few minutes we arrived at the house by the fence from way back when Isaac came to talk with some merchant. There i saw mother with all the maids, butlers and the guards.


    Seeing me mother ran towards us and hugged me and started to cry again, i told mother "See I''m okey now, so please stop crying mother" hearing me mother sniffled little and wiping her face stood up bowing at the old mage and said "Thank you! thank you so much for saving my little flower" and almost started to cry again, righting herself she said "I Lucia Liafael shall be forever in debt for what you have done for us, please tell what you want and if its in range of my grasp i shall do it" and bowed again.


    "No no its fine. What i did was for good of all people and i didn''t do it to receive anything, what i would like to do is that i would like to take your son as my apprentice" the old mage said.


    To his words everyone was shocked, he was head of the Mages Guild and never took any apprentice at all. Mother said "Yes i will do so gladly, knowing my son is in good hands. Now lets leave to the city, we need to settle in to the castle"  and everyone started to move.


    Mother, the old mage and i was in the carriage, everyone else was on a horse or was sitting in some cart behind and in front of us.


    The guards made circle around everyone and we set off to the city arriving after few hours. It was pretty big city with the castle we were heading in the center of them all.


    The walls surrounding the city was very impressive with well maintained look and guards positioned on top of it every few meter and the we went through the gate, the guards stationed at the gate stopped us but seeing the carriage we were in and the banner that was on it let us through bowing and apologizing for not recognizing who we were.


    When we entered the city we met with curious eyes looking our way and some people bowing, seeing that everyone else started to bow at our carriage.


    Mother told the maids and the butlers to go to the castle and get ready mean while we would go to the Mages Guild to drop off the Head of the Mages Guild. Seeing our carriage and the guards, one person from the Mages Guild came out with 3 other following him, one man, one woman both around age of 30 and one small girl clinging to the women.


    The old mage stepped out of the carriage and waved goodbye to us and entered the building with the 4 people that came out of the Mages Guild.


    So we headed to the castle, after few minutes we were there. It was very large castle with grand entrance. Arriving there i was showed to my new room and changed to new clothes, the one i had was very dirty and torn here and there.


    After arriving at the castle we spent few days getting used to the castle and so on, it looks like Lucy is learning from the church of this city and would come to the castle from time to time and keep me company.


    This family wasn''t just rich but was the ruler of this city, so i guess that would make me some noble or of the kind. I didn''t care much and was happy that i got huge library to read new books in again, this castles library was as large as the mansions library but was bit bigger.


    The days of me reading books non stop begun, again. The books in this library was more about magic and the known creatures on this world.


    How magic worked was simple, to put it simple you use the mana in your body to materialize any of the main elements, the elements went like this Fire, Earth, Water, Air, Arcane. Light and Dark were just personalty of kind, if fire with light personality were to be cast it would do more damage to undead or if you cast fire with dark personality it would be more damaging to live things and be harder to put out.


    There were ways to change the main element, first and the easiest were to use the element with Arcane element, for example Water with Arcane could freeze the water and make ice or make it vaporize and make mist of kind and so on.


    The second and the harder way, was to combine elements without Arcane element, to make the result naturally, for example Fire element with Water element to make the mist, to make it you had to control at least 3 element at same time.


    Control the 2 main element you are using to great different element and to control the element that was being made by the 2 element. Combining element with Arcane element, you would be only controlling the 2 element you were using. The element being made in process would be controlled with the Arcane element.


    That was the reason why almost everyone used the first method more widely. I didn''t want to try using magic, i knew i was capable because of the huge mana I''m supposedly harboring.


    I didn''t because i did not know what might happen, using something while not knowing what it would do was very stupid. Anyways i would be taken as apprentice under that old mage so i can afford to wait a little for a safer introduction to magic.


    In mean while i can study more about this world and its way of life, there is right now Humans, Elves, Dwarfs, Orcs and Beasts civilizations that have founded their own country and are recognized as the main races. The minor races were Red Goblins, Fairies, Salamanders and other small and new races that are treated badly by most.


    Every main races had minor factions inside them. Humans were Black skinned, Red skinned and the White skinned. Elves were High elves, Dark elves and the normal elves.


    The dwarfs were divided in to The dwarfs and the halflings. The dwarfs lived underground mostly under big mountains. The halflings did live under ground but no so far down as the dwarfs and had features like that of small child.


    Orcs were depended on their location Sargur Orcs located at Sargur forest region, the Halh Orcs from the Halh mountain region and some other, they all looked about same but still had different like Sargur Orcs having little bigger ears and leaner build to Halh orcs having flat face with bigger rougher build. They would be in almost unending wars agains each other.


    The beasts were divided by what kind of animal they looked like so they were divided in many small faction but still mostly lived in harmony with each other.


    The minor races weren''t much studied so there were not much about them, in the books.


    Isaac arrived after few week and is taking care of the destroyed mansion and us. I''m getting used to the castle and nothing much is happening, oh and I''m going to finish the books in the library in couple of months id this keeps up, so i told Isaac if he could get me more books to read in which he said "Don''t you worry, i have already dealt with that" and patted me on my head.


    Soon after the rebuilding of the mansion was done and library in the mansion was moved and now had its own building beside the mansion, i was very excited.


    The new library was huge, it was almost as if Isaac had moved every single book in the world into this library, it was as big as the mansion and had endless books for me to read. Isaac told me that i would be starting my apprenticeship with the old mage after i hit age of 5, so right after the party.


    Mother told me that i could only read as much as i want if i studied about ethic and manners from the teacher coming to the mansion soon, of course i said yes. I didn''t loose anything and it was easy enough.

 CHAPTER 4 Daily life

    Hio, the author here... so ... yeah... Im sorry for the long looong wait, i have a lot of things going on here. I can only write while on the buss and to the school or... in the toilet and similar places.. so.. yeah. Oh! yeah! im starting to draw what the characters in my fiction looks like in my Faxlim''s badly drawn art thread... i may or may not take drawing request later on when i have more free time. Well i hope you like this chapter   :blush:  sorry for the short chapters  :s


    CHAPTER 4 ''Daily life''


    Arthur had just woken up, it was still morning. He was sitting by the window waiting for the sun to rise, he did so every morning. Sitting by the window and just staring at the world outside till he had something to do.


    He liked how calm it was, he enjoyed it while it lasted, knowing there were much to do and much to overcome in the future. Right now he had to train himself and soak in as much knowledge and experience as he could.


    He spent most of his time in the library Isaac had built for him, he was very thankful to Isaac for building such big library. He thought ''Being born to a rich family really does make difference, in my previous life i wouldn''t ever dream of living this relaxed life style.''


    Arthur remembered how he stole and begged from people passing by just to get something to eat, as he got older he would work in some factories or work on building site and get paid meagerly pay, just enough to throw something down his throat.


    One faithful day he got offer that would change his life. Well... we can talk about that some other time.


    Right now he was in heaven, he had caring family he lived happily with, nothing to worry about. The only thing he worried about little bit was his and his families future, what trouble it held.


    He knew he would meet with difficulties in future that he might not be able to handle, that was the reason why he was trying to learn and train his body as much as he could before anything happened.


    Unknowingly to him, he was accumulating a lot of rumors around himself, from child with god given intellect to being with dark gift from the devil. They were nothing but rumors, no one outside the mansion were allowed to see him, the reason being. Normally the kids of high class are introduced to people outside for the first time would be on his or her 5th years coming party.


    Where  there would be a big celebration with many high class people of society.


    Arthur knew that and he wanted to get on the good side of as many high class people as he could, in turn it would help him a lot in the future. Having connection is never a bad thing to have, more the merrier.


    He would spend around 2 hour every day for the manners lesson, the ethics class was just like little test where they would see if the kid had any kind of sociopathic tendencies.


    They would ask "Arthur what would you do if you saw injured little kitty on the ground?"


    "If mother or Isaac allows me, i would help the little kitty"


    "Okey, so Arthur what would you do if you..." and so on.


    They didn''t seem to have any problem with his answers and would nod their heads in response from time to time.


    In the manners class they would tell him to straighten his back while walking and to not look down or stretch his head forward, to always greet the people you have met for the first time politely, how to talk with certain people and how to talk with the others and almost everything else.


    He didn''t mind, he needed to learn this world customs to not offend people and it was still fairly easy and didn''t take much of his time from reading books and experimenting with little bit of magic from time to time.


    The experiments he did were nothing major, he tried to get the feel of magic before anything else but kept it to the minimum.


    From time to time only for slight seconds he could see what looked like strange colored smoke like thing but it was to bright and would blind him right after so he couldn''t study about it that much.


    Arthur didn''t want to cause any unnecessary injuries with his experiments to his small body that would effect him for rest of his life and anyways he was going to learn under someone who has massive amount of knowledge in just 3 years, in mean time he would learn as much as he could that would help him a lot with his future and the studies under the Head of the Mages guild.


    Unknowns to him, in one of the rooms in the mansion, there were two people talking with each other about him.


    "Honey... why wont our son call me father? T_T"


    "I guess its in the blood, darling"


    "But... but, he could at least call me father once."


    "I wonder why. He calls me mother and Lucy sister without any problem. I think because you are busy all the time and doesn''t spend much time with him, that he is growing away from you. I think you guys should do something together"


    "What should i do? I have no idea what he likes. at least i know he likes books but there is so much you can do with it."

    "There isn''t much i can do, i have meetings i have to attend to." said Isaac


    "Thats it! He can follow along in your meetings, Arthur is a good boy so he wont be causing you any trouble. Why don''t you take him along in some of your meeting?"


    "Honey you sure? I mean there isn''t anything from taking him along, but he is just 3 years old."


    "And how many 3 year old do you know that spends almost every second of their 3 year reading books? and doesn''t cry or cause any trouble?"


    "Okey... i guess he can come along in my next meeting."


    At the time Arthur was as usual sitting in the library reading book when Isaac came in and said "Arthur do you want to follow along father on his meeting with important people?"


    Arthur was pretty happy that he got such opportunity so early and nodded happily at Isaac.


    "Okey then we will be going tomorrow, get good sleep okey?" said Isaac and left the library closing the 2 heavy door behind himself.


    Arthur finished reading few books before he went to bed earlier than usual to prepare for the tomorrows journey.


    He was very happy to get to go outside, it was kind of opportunity to study what its like outside, he only saw outside only once before when moving into the castle inside the city after he destroyed the old mansion


    and there was still that Isaac was letting him follow along in his meeting with some people.


    Arthur didn''t know much other than Isaac was meeting with some people to talk about something, longer he thought about it more impatient he became.


    Catching himself acting like kid, he thought to himself ''Now, now calm down a bit... there is no need to get impatient, after all its tomorrow.'' and taking deep breath calming down and started reading the book he was going to take along in his journey before sleeping.


    He was woken up by one of Isaacs personal butler, telling him "Young master, we will be leaving soon." and leaving the room right after Arthur woke up.


    Arthur got up, put on his clothes for the travel and took one book he had just started reading the night before. It was called Delhi and was mostly about the different climates and terrains that existed on Delhi. The book was pretty thick and looked funny when 3 year old child holding it and carrying it around.


    It was tingling the adventurous spirit sleeping deep inside of him, whispering to him ''look how interesting i am, come explore me! Discover my hidden secrets!''


    Well its not like he could say he really heard it, its just that he got that kind of feeling while reading the Delhi. He didn''t really like it, all that exploring and adventuring romance. Arthur liked stability and security more than the thrill of taking risks and going on adventures to who knows where, doing who knows what.


    He didn''t pay much attention to it and headed to the front of the mansion where there was carriage guarded by bunch of guards waiting for him with Isaac already inside.


    He got into the carriage greeted Isaac and took a look around, it was always good to mark the people that were around you.


    There were 10 guards dressed in good looking armor with the Liafael family crest which was a kind of old design beast inside a round rim with few spirals going out.

    2 people handling the horses that will be pulling the carriage and 1 of Isaacs personal butler inside the carriage sitting facing Isaac in the carriage.


    The butler was the butler that woke up Isaac in the morning today, when Arthur entered the carriage the butler nodded at him slightly saying "Young master" in quite voice.


    The inside of the carriage was bit fancy with its reddish black tan and felt good to sit in, comfortable.


    Isaac looked at Arthur seeing the book he held, asked him "Son, do you like the book?"


    Arthur answered letting his book down a little "Yes, its very interesting. I like how detailed it explains the different terrains and different climates that exist."


    "Ah, good! I knew you would like it. When i was few years older than you i used to read it and it was one of my favorite books right under the Encyclopedia of creatures. Oh boy is that a read. I will find one for you when i can.... so yeah"


    "Yeah? i would appreciate that Isaac."


    Isaacs face showed little bit of disappointment but quickly returned to normal when one of the guard told Isaac "Sir, we are all ready to leave."


    "Ah, good let us leave then" said Isaac


    The carriage went straight to the front gate leaving to the east, with the mansion becoming  smaller and smaller
