 The night of the shots

    We begin the chapter on the night of the close murder we focus on the gunman know as Mike:


    "Hey kid sorry to do this but it was rigged from the moment your signed up"


    Matt:


    "Hope you don''t mi-"


    *Bang*


    *Fifteen Minutes Later*


    *sounds of a shovel digging into recently wet dirt*


    ??:


    "Well know what do we have here"


    *A week later*


    ?:


    "Well well well it looks like you finally woke up how about that?"


    Matt:


    "Huh"


    Matt begins to study the room he notices it looks like the room was a rundown wood house with a bunch of medical supplies around him


    ?:


    "Well good morning what''s your name?"


    Matt looks in front of him to notice a women what looks to be in her early 20''s she was wearing a Kevlar vest,along with pads on her elbows and knees,a black hoodie, and dirty tan boots


    Matt:


    "Um... My name is Matt, Matt Smith. I guess I should thank you?"


    Lily:


    "My name is Lily and I guess you should since I plucked two bullet holes out of your brain"


    Matt:


    "Well danm, so lily thanks and where are we?"


    Lily:


    "Were in my house, or I guess no longer my house since i''m going to leave soon"


    Matt:


    "Wait  what?" Matt said with a confused look on his face


    Lily:


    " Yeah I want to travel the wasteland and help people out there on the road"


    Matt:


    "Huh what do you know maybe you want to travel with me"

    They ended shaking hands on their deal of a lifetime Matt gets to have Lily follow her and Lily gets to have someone guard her and help people out on the wasteland


    Lily:


    "You should probably get dressed hers a pair of jeans and my old boots"


    Matt:


    "Thanks" He said with a embarrassed face


    Matt gets dressed and as he is about to head out the front door"


    Lily:


    "Wait I have something for you it''s a Radius"


    Matt:


    "What is this?"


    Lily:


    "It connects to your backpack and your veins"


    Matt:


    "What!?"


    Lily:


    "Don''t worry it checks how your health is and what you are carrying"


    Matt:


    "Thanks I will put it to good use"


    Lily:


    "Hope to see you in a week"


    Matt begins to step out the door when the blinding light of the wasteland sun first shows to Matt. Once the light fades to average in his view was a bar/saloon and a store


    Matt:


    "Now to find the asshole who popped those shots in my head"

 The saloon

    "Well where should we start how about the saloon, Maybe I can find answers there"


    Matt begins to shuffle a bit down the hill from the house but manages to get down it with out falling over like an idiot in front of his is a cracked down road that has not been painted within years and a beat up old pick up truck that was rusted by has bits of black on it, but had no wheels.


    "Well this is a nice town has some sights not good but some"


    As he passes the truck to his left was the general store and a bit to the right was the saloon he was heading to, on the front porch was an old African american man with a black beard,tan cowboy hat,dirty t-shirt with a leather vest on top, jeans, and old dress shoes.


    "Um sir can you tell me, have you seen a man in a suit that has two men next to his side" - Matt


    "Why I think I have before they were mean folks who didn''t have time to chat and got to the point" - Man

    Matt very happy rams inside with out knocking and a room a waits him, inside that very room was a pool table, jukebox and a few posters hanging up, to Matt''s left was the actual saloon there had a few booths and a bar as he leans around the corner he notices the bar tender which a female, a man wasted at the bar, and a lady sitting in a both


    He decided it was time.
