Is what I say to myself to calm down now ladies and gentlemen enjoy the CHILD OF MYSTERY Prologue/One shot. ¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª Since the birth of the planet Terraria''s Dragons, Demons and Angels and their Gods have existed always, but while angels were the light, demons were the darkness, for that reason, the gods, had said that they couldn¡¯t ever get along, so the gods and their angel servants have fought an endless war against the Demon lords and their loyal minions demons. The war was in the favor of the gods and their angels since demons were very unorganized and they didn¡¯t have gods blessings unlike angels who had their gods blessings and were fearsome warriors who followed the orders of the God of war Kamisenso. Warring all the time had it¡¯s consequences Terrarias slowly turned into the land it is known today, 6 continents, the war was mostly focused on 1 continent since Terrarias is a large planet it didn¡¯t feel weird at all using only one continent for their war. Eventually some angels, and demons got tired of the constant warring, and scattered to the other five continents, and mingled with the other races, giving birth to the elf races, demi human races, dwarves, and other races as well, but last but not least they gave birth to humans. Humans were weakest and the most short lived of the many races on Terrarias, but they had an incredible ingenuity and they could use magic which demi humans couldn¡¯t use, also they, with training, could match the strongest demi humans, slowly, but surely humans started to take over most of the continents with their great birth rate, and strength they wanted to conquer all the continents, so they entered the 6th continent also known as ¡®Forbidden continent¡¯ Humans entered the continent and were met with the sight of a war between gods, angels, demons and demon lords, humans being the power greedy beings, were slowly turned to help the demons, thus turning the war into the demons favor, but just as it seemed like the angels were doomed, they had awoken ''them'' Dragons. The dragons were enraged for being awoken, by the constant warring, they attacked all three of the races, threatening to wipe them all out, it was at that time, the gods and demon lords, and human kings, decided to meet and sign a peace treaty and fight the real threat the dragons. With the combined power of the three great races they drove off the few dragons that attacked, but in the end they suffered huge casualties, and the humans no longer were able to control the five continents, so they left the continent and the continent was completely sealed off in fear of the dragons awakening again. -What they didn''t realize that someone or something was watching the war the whole time with judging eyes.- ¡­ ¡­ Gods, demons and humans made a peace treaty, but none of the races trusted each other. Gods and demons decided that they can¡¯t live in the same realm, with each other, so they decided to retreat into their own realms. Thus gods created High Heaven their own realm. It¡¯s a mesmerizing place where there are many beautiful building and vast lakes and lush vegetation it was truly a heavenly place where the angels could rest and serve their gods. It also had a gateway that connected to the world of Terrarias, which always reminded the angels of the demons, and so they could quickly deploy their forces in case demons broke the peace treaty, and Terrarias would become a battlefield once more. Demon lords created Hell the place where demons would feel that they truly belonged, the demon lords made the hell a truly dark and feared place it had 4 different realms that all connected to each other, every demon lord created their own realm that they would watch over. The 1st demon lord¡¯s realm is a fiery lava hell it was filled with demons with high affinity to fire and/or darkness, and it was the most passionate realm where the demons fought and trained every day to become stronger. It was a place where strength meant everything. The Demon lord of the first realm had passionate hatred towards gods and their angels, since they murdered his wife. He was constantly training to become strong enough to slay the god who murdered his wife. The 2nd demon lord¡¯s realm is an freezing ice hell, it was so cold that if the 1st demon lord came there it would lower his fierceness a lot. Of course it had demons with high affinity to ice and/or water and of course darkness since demon¡¯s have naturally a high affinity to darkness. The demons in this place used it to master their arcane arts with meditation strengthening their minds and bodies in case their hatred towards gods and angels, would cause another war. The 2nd Demon lord is an cold calculative strategist, he believes that any battle can be won with his cold heart and strategic mind, he is mostly responsible for tempting humans to join the demons side. He hates the God of War with great passion, since his strategies, beat his, before humans intervened the war. The 3rd demon lord¡¯s realm is vast jungle with poisonous plants and monsters roaming about. It had the highest casualty rating of all demon realms. Demons with high affinity to earth, poison, plants and darkness were there. Many demons when they came of age were sent to this treacherous jungle, where they would have to survive for a long time, without the permission to take anything with them. The demon lord of this poisonous jungle was an extremely odd person she loved to torture and at the same time, she loved to be tortured, she would sometimes send poisonous monsters to demons who visited her realm, and watch them as they get poisoned, and tortured. The 4th demon lord¡¯s realm is an realm of pure energy and constant thunderstorm, it would be an surprisingly electrifying experience to visit the 4th realm with the light and constant lightning it seemed oddly colorful place for demons to habitat. Demons with high affinity to lightning, energy, air, weather and darkness had their homes built there. Here demons would get their inspiration for new spells, and magic, they would also build their reflexes by constant training. ¡­ ¡­ On an serene in other words a normal day in high heaven in a beautiful silver and gold palace, an extremely beautiful no beautiful wasn¡¯t enough to describe the woman who was sitting on a chair, she had luscious long silver hair, breasts that would make any man drool, hips that were perfect for child birth, buttocks that looked perfect no matter at what angle you looked at them, and a face that looked serene yet at the same time fierce her beautiful deep blue eyes would suck in anyone who looked at them she wore an pure white dress that seemed to be made by the greatest tailor to exist, she had the sweet smell of peaches all over her, she was the one and only ¡®¡¯mother of gods¡¯¡¯ Amatsukami (the god who was said to be the first god of all and at the same time the ¡®¡¯leader of gods¡¯¡¯). (Amatsukami P.O.V) I was doing paper work, until suddenly I felt something behind me, I quickly turned around and saw an odd rip in space. I first thought it was an demon¡¯s attack and instantly backed away and got into combat readiness, but what happened next was confusing to say the least, suddenly the rip in the space expanded at an alarming pace and then came an flash of light that made me shut my eyes, after the light disappeared what was left in the place of the rip was an floating, sleeping, cute baby with golden hair. I was confused to say the least so I just stared at him without moving. How did I know that the baby was a ¡®he¡¯ well it''s simple -baby ¨C> floating ¨C> naked. As I was confused I heard an odd voice, that sounded neither masculine or feminine, it said **k* c**e *f ** (extra points for the person who knows what the voice said) I couldn¡¯t hear what the voice said, because of some sort of interference from someone or something, but somehow I felt a need to help the baby. I picked up the baby, which was sleeping, and gently placed him on a bed, after I laid the baby down, someone barged inside the room it was Kamisenso the God of War, with a fiery short red hair and a handsome face and a perfectly muscled body, he looked like someone had sculpted those muscles for him they looked like he was meant to have those muscles, he had an body tight red shirt on and black leathery looking pants, but on that handsome face was a look of extreme worry, but after noticing standing there unharmed, he sighed out of relief, but This tale has been unlawfully obtained from Royal Road. (Kamisenso P.O.V) I hurried into her room, with fear of something happening to her, but after entering the room I quickly noticed Amatsukami, standing there, I instantly sighed out of relief, but then I noticed a baby... yes a baby, I was confused to say the least, so I looked at Amatsukami with an expression that said ¡®what is going on?'' Before I was able to ask she looked at me, opened her mouth and said. ¡°Don¡¯t ask me what is going on, I have no idea what happened just then.¡± Amatsukami said. ¡°But-¡° I needed to find out what is going on. ¡°I said I don¡¯t have any idea Sen-kun.¡±Amatsukami stated while rubbing her forehead. ¡°Ama-sama, what happened and what is that ¡®thing¡¯¡¯?¡± I said embarrassed that she called me with that name, I tried to calm down. ¡°Well the truth is I don¡¯t know what he is, he looks like an human, but the weird way he appeared makes me wonder what he is.¡± Ama-sama said as she looked at me.. After she explained what happened here, I was furious to say the least, I feared it was a trap, I can''t allow anything to harm Amatsukami-sama. I glared at the baby with a gaze that said ''let me slay the baby right away.'' ¡°Ama-sama you understand that, this thing can¡¯t be allowed to stay here, we must slay it it might be an demon¡¯s trap.¡± I said while glaring at the baby. ¡°No! I will not allow you to slay this baby, I will take care of it.¡± Ama-sama said while shielding the baby from my glare. I wondered why did she protect her so much? It was clearly a trap. Or a fiend. *I see¡­ I can¡¯t slay it, but it can¡¯t be allowed to stay here, what to do¡­hmm-oh! That way I can keep Ama-sama safe, while allowing the baby to live.* I thought to myself, after making sure to say the words the way that Ama-sama would understood I opened my mouth and said. ¡°Ama-sama since I can¡¯t allow that thing to stay here, for it is my job to keep you safe, from every possible harm, I suggest that we won¡¯t kill it, but we send it to Terrarias, somewhere where a human might find it, I know that you want to keep it to yourself, but that would cause worry among the angels and gods, for we don¡¯t know what it is or where it came from. You can choose the place we send it to, if you want to you can find a family for it among races in Terrarias, there are many kind people on Terrarias, it wouldn¡¯t be a hard job for you to find it a family. So what do you think?¡± I said while trying to sound as polite as possible and emphasize the words ¡®protect¡¯ and ¡®harmful¡¯. ¡°¡­Understood. I can¡¯t cause worry to my fellow gods and our angels, I will keep him until I find a place to send him. Now if you may excuse me I have work to do... keep him a secret, please¡­and thank you for worrying about me.¡± Ama-sama said while showing a lovely smile. *Success!* I smiled while nodding and immediately excused himself and left while whistling happily. ¡­ ¡­ (Amatsukami P.O.V) Few days later, the baby has kept on sleeping I was first worried something was wrong with the baby, but after confirming it was breathing and everything was okay with it, I sighed out of relief, and kept on searching for the perfect place to send the baby to. ... After a while, I found the perfect place, but I didn¡¯t have a lot of time since the place was in a forest, where there were monsters, so I needed to hurry and send the baby to the currently perfect parents for the baby, I immediately prepared the transporting magic. I looked at the baby for the last time in a while at least, I kissed him on the forehead, and gave him my blessings, blessing of love and the blessing of earth and I whispered into his ear. "If fate allows it we will meet again, I wish for your safety." ... Only a few seconds later the baby arrived at the forest and woke up immediately and started crying alarming the couple of his presence. The couple closed in while looking around carefully for any signs of monsters, after the female noticed the baby, she shouted her male companions name in a hurry ¡°Michael come here!¡± The male whose name seemed to be Michael, he looked to be a human in his mid twenties, he had a slightly handsome face, even though it was frowning currently, he was of average height, about 180cm, he was wearing an tight looking blue, sapphire shade shirt, made out of flexible material, which showed his well trained muscles, he was also wearing a greay leather vest, made out of Gargantine''s skin, for extra protection, and silver pants, he also had an golden ring on his ring finger, and on his other hands middle finger, he had an ornate ring, which seemed to be fluctuating with power, and he also had a beautiful white, ornate sword at his waist, and a large backpack. He arrived and saw the baby and asked his companion. ¡°Serane, is it just me or am I looking at a baby?¡± ¡°No it is not only you¡­ I wonder what is a baby doing, here not that it matters can you take my backpack, since I¡¯ll carry him since I need to calm him down before any monsters come here¡± The female elf who looked to be in her early twenties, but since she is from the ''immortal race'' one couldn''t determine her true age, she also is an average height of 164cm, with cute pointy ears and a beautiful face, and a slim body, she was wearing an beautiful purple dress which was cut to allow easy movements, she said to Michael while holding the baby and gently calming him down. After a while the baby settled down and fell back to sleep. ¡°Ok he has calmed down, what do you think he was doing here, do you think he was abandoned here in the middle of rank B forest?¡± Serane asked Michael. ¡°That¡¯s not an impossibility, but makes me wonder who would, abandon a baby, and why, in a forest filled with monsters? Not that it matters right now, all that matters now is what should we do? Take him with us or¡­¡± Michael asked with a slightly uneasy face. ¡°You know how I have wanted a child¡­ Well this is not exactly how I hoped for a child, but what do you say if we take him with us.¡± Serane asked with a lovely motherly smile. Michael hugged Serane from behind and whispered into Serane¡¯s ear ¡°We can always have more than one child.¡± Serane turned around to look at Michael and gazed lovingly into his light green eyes and leaned in and deeply kissed him. The kiss lasted for at least 10 seconds, before they stopped, and decided to leave the forest for now, and go to the adventurer''s guild to turn in the quest. This day the mysterious baby arrived at Terrarias. What will happen in the couples daily life what will become of the mysterious baby, not even gods know. Michael looked like an typical human holy knight, or something similar, he had two big backpacks, filled to the brim with ingredients, he was walking next to Serane, while feeling a little awkward from all the strange glances they are receiving. Seeing this Serane smirked and said to Michael. ¡°It can¡¯t be helped, after all, I don¡¯t look like a woman who just gave birth.¡± ¡°Ha-ha, ¡®sigh¡¯ let¡¯s just get to the adventurer¡¯s guild, after that¡­ Should we ask if anyone knows about this baby? Maybe leave an request to the guild for information about the baby?¡± Michael said while nodding to himself. ¡°Not a bad idea, but we should still take this baby to our house, and raise him, since I don¡¯t believe this baby¡¯s parents are going to come and demand him to themselves, and besides I kind of want to become his mother, after all he is so cute.¡± Serane said while rubbing her cheeks to the baby¡¯s cheeks. ¡°What ever you want my lady.¡± Michael bowed while smiling. ¡­ They arrived at the adventurer¡¯s guild, and received more curious looks, but since most people were busy, they didn¡¯t stare long. Michael and Serane went to the receptionist to turn in the quest, the elf receptionist didn¡¯t even show a surprised look, she just handled the job, like a professional should. After receiving money for the job, Michael gave a request to find information about the baby, he just told, them that they found him in the B rank forest after completing the job, and they decided to take care of him at least as long, the real parents don¡¯t show up. After the giving the request to the receptionist, they decided to head home, for now after all the baby was still naked, they needed to get some clothes made for him, before he suffers from cold, after all they had free time for rest of the day. ¡­ After entering their house, they immediately decided to look something for the baby to wear, it wasn¡¯t hard since it didn¡¯t need to be anything great looking, just something that will keep the baby warm. They entered the living room where the fireplace was, after setting a fire, Michael sat to a chair next to Serane, and gulped, then he said. ¡°W-Well, we have something to do, before anything else¡­ Naming this baby.¡± Michael had a name he wanted to give to him, but he felt nervous since he didn¡¯t think that Serane would accept it. ¡°Heeh, AND what do you suggest we name him?¡± Serane gave a sharp glare to him. ¡°¡¯gulp¡¯ I was thinking we should name him Rohan Michael Midoras, in honor of my great grandfather Rohan Lucifer Midoras.¡± Michael hoped that Serane would understand if he said it was in honor of his dead great grandfather, it wasn¡¯t a bad name by any means, but Serane wanted a cute name, in honor of his looks. ¡°I see¡­ It¡¯s not a bad name, but it sounds too fierce, it doesn¡¯t really fit this baby just look at him, he looks so cute. I have a better name for him, how about Lute Shean Midoras?¡± Serane wasn¡¯t going to give him a fierce warrior¡¯s name. ¡°Err¡­ b-but we should give him an warrior¡¯s name, after all he will be the son of two A rank adventurers. I mean it¡¯s not a bad name, but it sounds like a name of a milk drinker.¡± Michael said trying his best to remain calm, after all he was afraid what Serane might do to him, if he would act too inconsiderate. ¡°Ho-h, well I see where you are coming from, but I still think we should give him a name, deserving of his looks.¡± Serane had a good point, but the smile she showed, made Michael tremble in fear. At that point, they noticed that the baby was waking up, he slowly opened his eyes. What Michael and Serane breathless was a beautiful deep red right eye, and a light blue left eye. Seeing this sight Serane muttered a name quietly. ¡°Akao¡­¡± Hearing this Michael looked into Serane¡¯s eyes, and looked back at the baby, and nodded. That day the baby received his name, that would be known in heaven and hell. ¡­ The next day, Akao spent more of his time awake, for the delight of his new parents, even though they didn¡¯t know how old Akao was, they assumed he was just few days old, because he looked so small. but Akao¡¯s eyes were sharper than the eyes of a child of that age, he seemed to be eyeing everything, even though he didn¡¯t move. In the morning at 8:00 am Michael left for his job as an water god style swordsmanship instructor, leaving Serane to play with Akao. Michael was the strongest swordsman in this town, he was an expert ranked in water god style, advanced rank in light speed style, and intermediate, in earth god style. It was a great thing to attain expert ranking in one sword style, but knowing all three and raising them up to intermediate rank, was not easy job. Michael also worked as a guard, but it was only on specific days. Today was not such a day. As Serane was in home, since her job would begin in afternoon, she was playing with Akao, after seeing Akao look around sharply, she noticed that he was able to follow the movements of her hands. She decided to show a little something special to Akao, Magic, she casted a beginner ranking basic light magic spell, the chant consisted of one word, it was truly a basic spell, she chanted ¡èlight¡è-, a ball of light appeared and hovered around, it spun in circles around Akao. For the first time Akao showed a cute smile, which caused Serane to stop and hug Akao tightly. ¡°So cute!¡± She said. She fed Akao and put him to a bed made for babies and Akao fell asleep. ¡­ After Michael arrived from his job at 12.00am, Serane left for her job, as well as working as an A rank adventurer, she also worked in an alchemist¡¯s shop, she herself was an expert ranking High elf magician, so she was greatly respected around town, she knows various magic spells, but she has the highest affinity for Weather, Lightning, Nature, water and ice magic. Even though weather is a sub category for Nature magic, it was still a formidable magic, able to control the weather around large areas. After Serane left for her job, Michael picked the woken Akao up and moved outside, he placed him gently on a baby sitter made out of soft material, and started training in front of him. The reason for that was he wanted to show Akao his strength. He glanced at Akao, noticing that Akao was looking at him with a cute smile on his face, Michael started to move even faster, and doing stronger blows. After finishing training, he noticed that Akao looked like he was in a bad mood, so he thought it was probably, because he was hungry, he was curious as to why wasn¡¯t he crying, but decided to hurry and give Akao something to eat, the problem was what? He looked around the kitchen, but then he noticed a small bucket filled with ice, and the was a bottle filled with milk, and a note which said ¡®Feed Akao with this if he becomes hungry while I am gone.¡¯ After feeding Akao, he fell asleep, so he gently placed him in the bed. Like that the days went by. -1 year later- ¡°Mama, I¡¯m hungry.¡± It was Akao speaking, surprisingly fluently, even though he mixed some cute words in it. ¡°Okay, dear come here I will feed you.¡± Serane said while she was reading some books, and letters. Even though Akao was able to speak, he didn¡¯t speak much at all, because he was rather shy around others, when ever there were visitors at the house he would keep quiet, while hoping that nobody would pay any attention to him. Well his plans always failed and he quickly became the center of attention, there were surprisingly many middle aged women coming to visit, they would always comment on how cute Akao was, causing Akao, to look down shyly, which caused an even more loud reaction from the women. Most of the time Akao spent just watching and listening people, nothing eventful happened in this one year, sometimes when his parents would leave on a quest, he would be taken care by the woman next door, when ever Michael and Serane came back from their quests they would always tell him many stories, and give him toys. I went inside and was greeted by the women who had visited our house many times, this house was a little bigger than our own house, but I didn¡¯t have time to think about that, since I entered the grand room in the house where the other 2 year old children were playing, there were about 7 children playing, but when I entered, they all turned to stare at me. I felt like wanting to cry, so I just stared back while holding my mom¡¯s hand, mum let go of my hand, and gently pushed me from behind forward, I have been able to walk already for awhile, so it wasn¡¯t a job or anything to me to walk on my own, but as the other children and their parent kept on staring at me, I entered the corner of the playground and sat down. After everyone stopped staring at me, and continued what they were doing before, I finally sighed out of relief, but I still felt uncomfortable, ever since I was able to walk, I was always on constant move, because I liked the feeling of freedom, I felt bored, so I decided to try something. (Serane¡¯s P.O.V) Akao stood up, and suddenly he started doing strange movements, He was trying to copy his father¡¯s training, but he got really tired really quickly, so he couldn¡¯t do it even for one minute. Seeing what Akao was doing,I just smiled gently. I thought that Akao was too young to try the training that Michael was doing so I thought Akao would stop after trying once, but what happened next surprised me and many of the parents. (Akao¡¯s P.O.V) I stood up and started trying again, this time I managed to keep it for at least 1 minute and half. I managed that by removing unnecessary movements and keeping the image of my father doing it in my mind, somehow it feels extremely weird¡­ Like I have known these movements always. By doing that that I would be able move more fluently, after succeeding I smiled brightly and looked at mom, but after noticing many were again looking at me, I turned red and shyly looked to the ground, but I didn¡¯t stop still, I wanted to become as strong as my father, I knew by doing these movements I would one day be able to move like father, so I didn¡¯t stop, but continued doing it for a while. After a while I noticed that three people had joined me, they were behind me trying to mimic my movements, I stopped and looked at them, they just stared back, I looked more closely at them without being embarrassed, one of them was clearly a male dwarf with deep blue eyes a mischievous smile on and he had lightly tanned/red skin, one seemed to be of the same race as mother, an female elf with pale white skin and a deep purple eyes, she had an strangely bewitching smile, the last one was a cute looking human female, with silver eyes, to tell the truth she looked like an airhead, she was smiling like she didn¡¯t even know what she was doing. *I don¡¯t know why they decided to imitate me, but let¡¯s just ignore them.* I thought to myself and continued moving. ¡­ *Ugh¡­I can feel them staring at me, mom please help!* I thought to myself when I decided to boost my movements, suddenly I started moving a lot faster and smoother, still it wasn¡¯t anywhere near the speed of my father, it was really a baby speed, but I still was able to surprise the children and parents once again, *was it even possible to have those kinds of movements as a child* the parents thought. I also quickly got tired, I was lying on the ground, but I felt even more uncomfortable, I noticed that everyone were staring at me again. I groaned and looked at mom for help, but she just smiled, and waved at me, Uh, please help mom. After noticing that I was just lying on the ground, without moving the parents quickly resumed their talking, even though my mom looked worried, the children started playing again, some were even trying to imitate me, but since they couldn¡¯t walk as steadily as I could, they quickly gave up. *But¡­ Why are they still staring at me, can¡¯t they see I¡¯m tired.* I looked and saw the faces of the three children who were imitating me before. The three children walked around me. I wondered what they were doing, and then the dwarf male spoke. I guess he assumed the role of their leader. ¡°Amazing! How did you move so fast?¡± the male dwarf spoke. *Huh? How is he able to speak so fluetly? I was told that I was special since I was able to speak somewhat fluently, I guess he isn¡¯t yet able to speak as fluently as I can, but he still spoke surprisingly fluently.* I was feeling a little happy now that I was talking to someone of my age. So I decided to give as good of an answer as I could. ¡°I just kept my father¡¯s image in my mind, an-¡°¡­I bit my tongue. They just stared at me for a while, but then they all smiled and started laughing. ¡°Haha, you¡¯re funny, my papa and mama always told me to introduce myself politely, so my name is Cid, and the elf girl next to me is Lulu and the female human is called Yuna. (Yay for final fantasy). Nice to meet cha.¡± Cid surprisingly, politely introduced himself and the two females, also said their greetings. ¡°I-It¡¯s not like I was amazed by your fast movements.¡± Lulu the elf girl introduced herself somewhat weirdly, but what is this burning sensation in my heart, is this what they call tsundere? While I was contemplating this sensation, the other female introduced herself. ¡°Heey,¡± Yuna¡­I guess introduced herself? I guess I was right she is an airhead, she looked so sleepy when she said that. ¡®sigh¡¯. Oh I should probably introduce myself. This time without biting my tongue. The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings. ¡°Nice to meet you beautiful ladies and handsome dwarf, my name is Akao, it is a great name given to me by my mother and father, I¡¯m pleased to meet you.¡± I somehow said some odd words, why did I call them beautiful, and handsome? I just meant to introduce myself normally, I didn¡¯t even stutter. Yuna and Lulu blushed, while Cid grinned proudly. *Huh are 2 years old even able to blush?* *Well I guess it¡¯s fine, I should have probably called them by name, but I guess this made a more favorable impression.* I thought to myself, I glanced at my mom and she seemed surprised. Huh I wonder why? ¡°Haha, you clearly have an eye for people, I meant to ask you, would you like to play together with us?¡± Cid said while grinning, I wonder if it¡¯s natural for children this young to speak like this, I wondered I thought from my mothers and fathers words that I was somewhat special, but Cid is talking just fine as well. ¡°Err.. well okay, but what should we do.¡± I said while trying to hide my embarrassment, I thought myself to be special, but I was clearly wrong, I held my head too high, I shouldn¡¯t make this mistake again. ¡­ After that we spent time playing, until it was time to leave, I was a little tired, but I had fun, I will come again next time, I said goodbye to Cid, Yuna and Lulu, I swallowed my embarrassment and said. ¡°L-Let¡¯s play together again next time!¡± I didn¡¯t wait for an answer, but I saw Cid, Yuna and Lulu smiling, I quickly took hold of mothers hand and started walking away. ¡­ ¡­ 2 years have passed since that day, I have kept on training, and mom has taken me to play everyday with Cid, Yuna and Lulu, I have a lot of fun playing with them, Cid even calls me his best friend. I asked them one day about their parents, it seems like Cid¡¯s parents are both dwarves, Cid¡¯s father works as the main blacksmith of the town, in other words I guess he is the most skilled blacksmith in town, he proudly stated that. ¡° I have been learning blacksmithing from father and I was even called genius.¡±How envious my father won¡¯t teach me no matter how much I ask, but then I noticed he didn¡¯t talk about his mother¡¯s profession, so when I asked he just stared at me plank faced and said. ¡°Well the truth is I don¡¯t know what my mother does for her job¡­My father calls her a jack of all trades, I guess that means she knows a little about every crafting profession, I¡¯m not really sure, but I know mother has taught me, alchemy, tailoring and a bit of other crafting professions.¡± Cid says while scratching his head. I just nod my head, I have no idea what Jack of all trades means, I guess I should ask mom when I get home, next I asked about Yuna¡¯s parents. She said that her mother is the lead priestess of the church of Amatsukami, *Hmm¡­ Whenever I hear that name I always feel like I have heard It before, we have visited the church many times, but I have never really asked anything about the great god Amatsukami, maybe next time I should ask mom or dad about it.* ¡°So who¡¯s your father? Is he also a priest?¡± I asked while trying to shake the odd feeling from my head. ¡°Yeah, he is also a priest, both mom and dad, have taught me holy magic, light magic and healing magic. They never really praised me, they only said as expected from our daughter. Well they sometimes call me airhead, but I don¡¯t know what that means. I just want to help people and if I learn magic I can help people!¡± Yuna says with a gentle smile on her face. *I see her mother was that beautiful young priestess, I wonder if Yuna will grow up to be as beautiful?* I thought to myself, but I quickly shrugged those feelings away and turned towards Lulu, she looked into my eyes for a while, before showing an angry look on her face. ¡°It¡¯s not like I care about being last, but fine I will tell you since you want to know that badly.¡± Lulu says while having that angry looking face. *Really what an unique way to speak, I wonder if she hates me?* I thought to myself, after that she told me that her mother is an moon elf while his father is a sun elf, so I asked are you an moon elf or sun elf? ¡°I am an moon elf, moon elf¡¯s characteristics include a beautiful pale white skin!¡± She says proudly. *So that¡¯s why she has beautiful pale white skin, and here I was afraid that she didn¡¯t get enough sun.* I thought while eyeing her up and down. She looks really embarrassed for some reason, I wonder if I did something wrong, better change the subject quickly. ¡°¡¯cough¡¯ So what are their jobs?¡± I ask Lulu. ¡°My mother is an magician of no small talent, so she works as an enchanter and at the alchemist shop, and my father is a great magician as well, but he works as an guard and a hunter.¡± Lulu answers with shining eyes, she looks at me like a puppy expecting a treat. ¡°I see thank you for telling me. I was wondering where you got your beautiful pale white skin, I see your mother and father are talented magicians, so I expect you have also learned some of their magical skills?¡± I for some reason spoke in excessive praise, I wonder if I am sick, but well she looks happy, I will just try to hold my tongue next time. It was time for me to go home to eat, so I said goodbye, since they already knew my parents jobs, so I decided to walk home with my mother, on the way home I was thinking, why did everyone else¡¯s parents teach their children their jobs, but not my parents¡­ I had this bad feeling, but I just shrugged it off and went home. After I arrived at home, something surprising happened¡­ ¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª I hope you enjoyed this chapter, little Akao, sure is fluent with his words, I wonder what will happen next in his story, he starts to wonder something about his parents, I wonder what surprising happened at his home.
