《Serpent's rise》 Chapter 1 - New start In a luxurious office a young teen around the age of 14 stood in front of a exquisite wooden desk, the young teen looked sad but nodded at the words of the man sitting behind the desk. ¡°We¡¯re moving Yin, I have some business in the capital to sort out, you¡¯ll be living there from now on, do you understand?¡± the man behind the desk said to the young teen, whose name was Yin, Yin nodded and bowed at the waist. ¡°Yes Father, I understand¡± he replied, his head facing the floor as he bowed. ---------- Lona, the biggest and most influential country in the world, the capital of this country was full of wealthy and elite people, they had the nicest cars, the best women and frivolous spending habits, this was what Yin thought when someone mentioned the capital, Varic. They had moved here a couple days ago due to his father having business here and Yin already knew he didn¡¯t fit in with the people from the capital, they were all so sophisticated and busy. Moreover, as Yin sat eating breakfast the one thing he dreaded more than anything else was starting at the Univ academy school, it was the most famous of the schools in the capital due to it being a school for the elites, anything from politicians sons/daughters to kids of wealthy tycoons, they all went to school here, and this being high school Yin was really not looking forward to it, actually, he really didn¡¯t want to go, alas it was his father''s decision to send him to this ¡®elite school¡¯, the reason? so Yin could learn life skills. As far as Yin knew, he wasn¡¯t rich or the son of a influential tycoon his parents actually never told him what they did, Yin never questioned it though, he knew they had a bit of money but compared to the elites in the capital he guessed it was a small sum. ¡°Yin! time to go!¡± a lively woman¡¯s voice blaired out, interrupting his thoughts. ¡°Okay, Nata you really need to stop yelling so much¡± he replied to the lively looking woman who stuck her head out behind the entrance door, this was Yin¡¯s attendant, Nata, she had cared for him since he was born, as his parents were rarely there to see Yin she was the closest person and his family, however, as she was only in her late 20s Yin thought of her more as a big sister than a Auntie or Mother. ¡°Hehehe, you always say that¡± Nata laughed as they walked to the car, Nata would drive Yin to school, this was nothing unusual as she was his attendant. ¡°Hahh.. you really should act more ladylike, no wonder you don¡¯t have a boyfriend¡± Yin sighed. ¡°You little! i¡¯ll have you know i¡¯m a catch! men fall over me! hmph!¡± she bellowed, stomping to the car, Yin giggled, he knew Nata was a beautiful woman in her prime, being 6 ft 1, slender, tanned golden skin, braided black hair and well proportioned assets she clearly was a catch, the reason she didn¡¯t have a boyfriend was because of her job 24/7 live in job. Getting in the back of the black mercedes Yin started his journey to Univ academy, truthfully speaking he was nervous, he heard that everyone that went there was super good looking and influential, being an average looking 14 year old he knew he¡¯d be outclassed, he had medium length black hair, green eyes and was 5 ft 6, every single fibre of his being was average. ¡°Yin, we¡¯re here¡± Nata said as she stopped the car in a giant car park, Yin nodded and opened the door, getting out of the car, as he was closing the door Nata reached out her arm through the window and ruffled his hair, ¡°Yin, don¡¯t be so nervous, have a nice day little one¡± she said with her trademark smile. ¡°Thank you Nata¡± Yin replied, feeling better, Nata always knew what he was thinking, being with him for so long she was like a big reliable sister who would always know what to do. Yin turned around and Nata drove off in the car, looking around there were luxurious cars everywhere, anything from limos to high class bentleys, they were all here. Luckily Yin had arrived earlier due to it being his first day, he had a meeting with one of the teachers who would show him around and tell him the rules and his schedule. Sighing he walked towards the enormous building in front of the car park, it was like at least 4 stories high and stupidly wide, just looking at it you could tell it was an elite school, everything was top of the range, even the rubbish bins were top class, made of shiny metal. ¡®A money drain¡¯ was the first thought that came to Yin¡¯s head, this was a frivolous school that just throws money at everything, however he had to admit it was the nicest looking school he had ever seen, no wonder all the richest and most influential families send their children here. -------- Yin arrived at the main entrance of the school, it was an extremely modern entrance, as he walked into the building, the doors opened automatically and they had air conditioning blowing at the best temperatures throughout the building, marble flooring and well lit corridors and so on. He spotted a reception area which consisted of a long counter and flat screens surrounding it, he walked up and rang the little buzzer on the counter, suddenly a fashionable looking man wearing an expensive suit turned up. Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon. ¡°Hmm, are you the new student?¡± he asked with a stuffy voice. ¡°Yes, I¡¯m Yin Ine¡± replied Yin, observing the suited man in front of him. ¡°Wonderful, I am Mr Watch I¡¯ll be helping you settle in as a transfer student, if you have any problems, report to me, come into my office.¡± he said signaling Yin to follow him into a room behind the counter, once in he sat down and motioned for Yin to sit too and then began the introduction. ¡°First of all Mister Ine, the number one rule in our school is that you must be mindful to keep our good reputation, that is more or less all the main key rule we have in addition to the normal rules such as behaviour and so on, other than that, welcome to Univ, I will be your one and only teacher throughout this year, you have been put in my class, Year 1 class 3, and don¡¯t worry I have gone to the finest universities and am educated on every subject you can think of so your education will not suffer from being with one teacher. I generally like to have good relationships with my students Mister Ine, also, be mindful that you will see a lot of famous celebrities from teen idols to famous families so I also remind you to not to make a scene if you see your favourite idol, this would be bad for both you and me. Our system works like this, we have 10 classes in each year, the class number does not matter and it is no relation to anything, it is selected at random what class you are put into, being a first year you will graduate in 4 years, you would of noticed that the building has 4 stories on the surface, these are for each grade, the fourth years at the top, the first years at the bottom, the underground floors are the teaching areas and off limit areas. Everything is free within the school, we have the finest chefs in the cafeteria, you can pick anything you want from the finest chicken to the finest fruits and so on, the facilities are also free to use whenever for students, However you will have to sign up for the club for the respective facility if you want to use it often, lets say the Tennis courts, then sign up for the Tennis club and so on.¡± Mr Watch spoke for a long time and Yin nearly fell asleep listening to everything he said, eventually Mr Watch stood up and looked at his watch (heh) and nodded. ¡°It¡¯s time to start class Mister Ine, let me show you the way and introduce you to my students and your new classmates¡± Mr Watch said, showing Ine the way through the luxurious marble floored corridors, luckily it wasn¡¯t that far, they arrived at a room which said ¡®Y1C3¡¯, as they entered the seats were already full of students, ¡®Mr Watch must of rambled on for too long¡¯ sighed Yin as he admired the classrooms once more, they were super modern classrooms, every student had touchscreen computers on their desks and the teaching station was equipped with flatscreens and all sorts of gadgets. As Yin followed Mr Watch into the classroom all the students eyes followed him, they all looked like rich kids, they wore the finest clothes and accessories and they were all good looking, this made Yin even more nervous as he felt inferior. ¡°Morning everyone, today we have a transfer student joining us, I know this is unusual as it¡¯s a quarter through the term already but I ask you to treat him well, introduce yourself Mister Ine¡± Mr Watch spoke to the whole class and then pointed at Yin, Yin grimaced but strode forward onto the teaching platform. ¡°Nice to meet you everyone, I am Yin Ine, I hope we can all get along¡± Yin said to everyone, he had a smile on his face, clearly a mask to hide his nervousness and he said the universally accepted introduction. Yin felt relieved that he¡¯d said that without messing up, as he began to relax a voice sounded out from the back of the class. ¡°Are you sure he¡¯s supposed to be here Mr Watch? he looks like a commoner!¡± a arrogant looking boy with dyed red spiky hair said, he was rather handsome and looked fierce. ¡°Pahaha¡± Yin heard the laughs of some classmates to the joke of the arrogant looking boy. ¡°I can assure you he¡¯s supposed to be here Mister Jean.¡± Mr Watch said, not berating him at all. ¡®Are you just going to let him behave like that?¡¯ Yin thought as he looked at Mr Watch, his favourable opinion slipping. Yin wasn¡¯t too surprised at the outburst of the classmate because he did infact look average and common, he expected this school to host a lot of arrogant and sly elites. ¡°Mister Ine, you sit there¡± Mr Watch pointed to a seat at the back second towards the window, Yin didn¡¯t even register the seat because as soon as he looked over he saw the most beautiful girl of his age he¡¯d ever seen, she had long blonde waist length hair, a perfect body and rare crystal purple eyes, a seemingly perfect girl, ¡®I¡¯m seated next to her?¡¯ thought Yin. He transversed through the countless stares of envy and arrived at his seat next to the beautiful girl, sitting down he noticed how many good looking people were in this class, ¡®it¡¯s a different world, the one of the elites¡¯ Yin sighed. Chapter 2 - Insisted Pursuit The day progressed fairly smoothly until lunch, the girl sitting next to him approached him. ¡°Hello Yin, seeing as we¡¯re now neighbours I¡¯ll introduce myself, I¡¯m Kiu¡± she said with a beautiful smile, he almost blanked out by just looking at her smile but returned the greeting. ¡°Kiu, nice name haha, good to meet you¡± he replied, cursing in his mind, he just messed up, who says nice name and then laugh stupidly.. she must think I¡¯m a total dork. ¡°Hehe, Yin your funny, would you like to get some lunch with me? seeing at it¡¯s your first day I thought I could become your first friend..¡± she said rather bashfully, he wondered why she was acting so forward and to even be friends with him.. --- They both walked to the cafeteria to grab lunch, countless whispers and eyes were directed towards Yin as he walked with Kiu, they were eyes of envy and disgust, he even heard one person whisper ¡®How dare he get close to the number 1 beauty, I¡¯ll kill him¡¯, this made Yin feel rather anxious.. after all, no one likes to be a source of hate, especially on their first day! Speaking of the cafeteria, it wasn¡¯t at all like a cafeteria, it was a high class restaurant in the form of a cafeteria! chefs cooking all kinds of different things at different stations were lined up, you could basically pick anything to eat and the chefs would make it for you, Kiu motioned for Yin to sit at the table and then she went off and got her and his lunch. ¡°Here, Yin, I got you chicken , vegetables and potatoes¡± she said, handing a plate to Yin who took the plate feeling rather confused. ¡°Thank you Kiu, but I really could of gone and got it myself..¡± he replied, feeling bad how she went and got the food for him, wasn¡¯t this usually the mans job! ¡°Hehe, it¡¯s okay this time, this is your first day afterall!¡± she said, happily sipping her glass of grape water, wetting her beautiful little lips. ¡°Okay..¡± he tried to squeeze out, it was like he was on a ride and the driver was Kiu.. Yin wasn¡¯t used to people this forthright, she was upfront and he kind of liked that. However, what he didn¡¯t like were all these stares he got as he happily ate lunch with the so called number one beauty of Univ, he didn¡¯t know why she was being like this with him but all he could do was accept this good treatment. ¡°So Yin, when is your birthday?¡± she suddenly asked, looking at him right in the eyes, this question took him by surprise, who usually asks this on their first meeting? ¡°March 11th, how come?¡± he asked, actually it just hit him, march the 11th was in two days! with all the moving and so on he forgot he¡¯d be 15 soon. ¡°Thats on wednesday!¡± she said, suddenly very excited, to change the subject Yin asked her a question. ¡°Yeah, are you 15 yet?¡± he asked. ¡°Yep I was 15 a couple months ago, ehehe, respect your elders¡± she replied, winking cutely. ¡°Haha, can I ask you something Kiu?¡± Yin said, seemingly slightly serious. ¡°Yes, what''s the matter?¡± ¡°Why are you treating me so nicely.. we¡¯ve only just met, you could of easily ignored me¡± he asked, looking straight into her beautiful eyes. ¡°Hmm.. well.. I suppose you¡¯ll understand soon¡± she grinned, ¡®soon?¡¯ Yin sighed, he couldn¡¯t understand her train of thought at all. As they sat eating Yin heard a commotion to the side, an angry looking red haired boy was coming this way, he had lots of people following him too, all male. ¡°You! Yin Ine! how dare you eat with Miss lacerta, you common looking scum!¡± he yelled, his voice containing arrogance and disgust as he looked at Yin. Suddenly Kiu stood up and shot a glare towards the red headed boy, her attitude totally unlike before. ¡°Ned Jean, you bastard, just because you come from an influential family how dare you act like this!¡± she said, her voice as cold as ice, Yin was taken aback, the warm and kind Kiu was now a ruthless ice princess. ¡°but..! he, look at him! he¡¯s eating with you!¡± Ned jean replied his face red from actually having Kiu speak to him. ¡°Is this any of your business? No!. I¡¯ll eat with whoever I want, is it now your decision to pick who I eat with?¡± Kiu stood her ground fiercely, the surrounding students who were eating in the hall all secretly laughed at Ned Jean who stood with a red face, unable to refute the girl who he had a giant crush on, the reason he was so angry was because the commoner who he mocked first of all ended up becoming friends with his dream girl, the number one beauty, the ice princess Kiu lacerta! anyway, why was she being so nice to him! she was usually so cold, hence the nickname ice princess! Thinking all of this Ned Jean grew even angrier, Yin Ine! this is all his fault! ¡°Fine I¡¯ll leave you today Yin Ine!¡± Ned Jean said as he stormed off with his friends, he had made a fool of himself in front of a lot of students but more importantly in front of Kiu. Kiu sat down and her face instantly changed back into that of a kind and warm beautiful girl, she sighed and carried on eating. ¡°I¡¯m sorry about that Yin, it¡¯s my fault¡± she said, her voice soft and regretful, she had caused Yin to be the subject of jealousy and envy. ¡°No, it¡¯s fine, really¡± he replied, embarrassed that he caused Kiu to get angry. The rest of the day went rather smoothly, other than Kiu sticking to him and giving him special treatment and the reactions of others then it was a busy day. Yin had arrived home now it was after school and sighed as he sat in the large living room, the TV was on and he was on his laptop, resting. Sitting next to him was Nata, pressing him for details on the school she had heard so much about. ¡°Hey hey Yin, did you see any famous actors?¡± she asked, eyes shining in curiosity, she had always loved TV dramas and movies so she idolised actors. ¡°I don¡¯t know, even if I did see one I wouldn¡¯t know Nata¡± he replied sighing, he never did like TV or movies so he wouldn¡¯t know an actor even if they told him their name. ¡°You are so boring Yin, you need to liven up, it¡¯s the time of your youth, you should be spending it chasing girls and watching TV!¡± Nata proclaimed with fabulous hand actions to match. ¡°Hahh Nata are you stupid? chasing girls? I¡¯m not a playboy! and watching TV has nothing to do with being youthful!¡± he countered, giggling at Nata¡¯s silliness, he always had fun exchanges with Nata and she knew how to cheer his mood up. Suddenly a ringing sound came out of Nata¡¯s pocket, it was her phone. Nata reached in her pocket and answered it straight away when she saw the caller ID. ¡°Yes?, Hmm, Okay¡± she said, putting down the phone. ¡°Yin that was your fathers assistant, Edward, he said your father wants to see you¡± Nata added, looking towards Yin. ¡°Okay, you coming?¡± he replied. ¡°Of course!¡± Nata yelled, standing up and following behind Yin as they made their way to his fathers office. The walk was rather long due to the odd shape of Yin¡¯s new home, they finally arrived at the end of the hall and Yin knocked on the big wooden door. ¡°Come in¡± sounded a deep voice from inside, Nata opened the door and walked in first, she always walked into places first so she could protect Yin from anything, Yin didn¡¯t know why but she always did this. They both stopped in front of a large wooden desk, the room was well lit and had an intellectual atmosphere about it, bookshelves were full of books and flatscreens were on the empty walls, in front of the desk were a couch and a few chairs. ¡°Yin, Nata, let¡¯s sit¡± the man behind the desk stood up and walked towards the couch, he was a cool looking man, at 6 ft 4 he had a well built body which showed he looked after himself, he wore a shirt which was rolled up and the collar unbuttoned and he had his black hair trimmed as well as his beard, he wore fashionable glasses that gave him an intellectual air and his eyes were green, just like Yin, this man was Yin¡¯s father, Shi. The three of them sat on the couches and chairs and Yin¡¯s father was the first to speak. ¡°Yin, you are 15 in 2 days, this is the age you are officially an adult.¡± Shi spoke, his voice calm and directed towards his son, Yin. In this country''s culture you were accepted as an adult at age 15, this dates back to ancient times when at 15 males born into clans or tribes took a test called ¡®the coming of age¡¯ test, if he passed he would become a man and official member of the tribe or clan. ¡°I know Dad, how come you called me here?¡± Yin replied, his Father didn¡¯t summon Yin unless it was important. ¡°As soon as you wake up on the morning of your birthday I want you to come to my office, this is very important, do you understand Yin?¡± Seemingly confused, Yin nods his head, ¡°Of course¡± he replied. ---- Later that Night Yin sat in his room contemplating what his Father meant, why was everyone mentioning his 15th birthday? He knew that was the day he became an adult in his family but.. Knowing there was no use thinking about it Yin went to sleep. Chapter 3 - Disillusioned ¡°Yinnnn~ wake up~~¡± the sound of Natas voice roused Yin from his sleep, it was 5:30am, he usually got up at this time, this was the time him and Nata did exercises. He got dressed into some loose sports clothing and went to meet Nata who was waiting downstairs, she was also dressed in sports clothing, looking at Yin arriving she grinned. ¡°Let¡¯s see if you can finally beat me today eheh¡± she teased, they had races when they ran together, Nata would always win, she was faster than most olympic athletes and this wasn¡¯t exaggerating! ¡°Nata you know that¡¯s clearly impossible, it¡¯s like your body was build for speed..¡± he said sighing once more, Nata was lean and supremely fit, much like a cheetah. They went outside the house, the residence they were living at was rather large, it had a forest behind it that Nata and Yin had both scoped out when they first arrived, they found a nice trail to run on, one lap around the cross country trail was 2.5 miles, they usually did around 10 laps in the morning before Yin had to grab some breakfast and then go to school. ¡°Let¡¯s gooo!¡± Nata shouted and started running off into the distance towards the trail, Yin had no choice but to follow the enthusiastic Nata. --- ¡°Pahh I always feel refreshed after running in the morning¡± Nata stretched as they sat at the table eating their breakfast, Yin nodded and took a sip of his water, he also loved exercising in the morning, it stretched the muscles and warmed them up for the day, all in all it was a refreshing way to spend the early hours of the morning. Yin thought of something and swallowed down his food so he could ask Nata the thoughts on his mind. ¡°Hey Nata, do you know why Dad wants to see me tomorrow? it seems really important¡± he questioned, Nata was also a trusted figure in their family, both his Father and Mother trusted her hugely. Nata smiled at the questions of the curious boy in front of her. ¡°Hmm, who knows, you¡¯ll find out tomorrow anyway¡± she replied, still smiling, Yin knew she knew something about it but wouldn¡¯t tell him, it must be an agreement she had with his parents. ¡°True..¡± Yin agreed with a nod of his head. After they had finished breakfast they headed to the car and went on their way to school, Nata decided to play some rock music whilst she was driving and was singing the lyrics passionately, this made Yin laugh a lot in the back, his negative thoughts about going to school were completely washed away by Nata¡¯s performance. ¡°We¡¯re here¡± sounded Nata¡¯s voice from the drivers seat, they had arrived at school, it was busier than yesterday due to it being the actual time of starting, beautiful and luxurious cars were everywhere. ¡°Have a good day Yin, I¡¯ll come pick you up when it finishes¡± Nata said, ruffling his hair out of the window and then proceeded to drive off, Yin took another look around, the one thing that caught his eye was the fierce looking red head getting out of a lamborghini, his eyes met with Yin¡¯s and a look of anger clouding Ned Jean¡¯s eyes. ¡°Oh look it¡¯s the commoner¡± Ned Jean hissed as he walked over to Yin, he didn¡¯t bother to disguise the look of disgust on his face at all. ¡°You should know this school is for the elite, how can you compare with me, the son of the CEO of UltraElectronics!¡± he yelled, boasting about his background, this was indeed a forminable backing, UltraElectronics was a leader in the electronic market, it sold anything from TVs to computers, it had hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue each year, the CEO was a multi millionaire with lots of power, Ned Jean being this mans son, no wonder no one said anything to him. ¡°That doesn¡¯t make you anymore of a better person¡± Yin fired back, he wasn¡¯t fazed at all by the anger that seemed to radiate off of Ned Jean. ¡°What did you say you little fuck?¡± Ned Jean hissed again, stepping forwards and grabbing Yin¡¯s shirt. ¡°I suggest you unhand me, Ned¡± Yin suggested as he looked around, a crowd had gathered, suddenly from within the crowd a beautiful young girl came flying out, a look of anger on her face, it was Kiu. ¡°Ned Jean!¡± She yelled, at her side was a older looking man, his face had scars all over it, this man was a bodyguard. Kiu pointed at Ned and instructed her bodyguard to do something, the older man who was dressed in a butler esk suit came running towards Ned Jean, grabbing his shirt and throwing him on the ground, restraining him. Ned couldn¡¯t even resist and lay there, his eyes seething with anger and hate towards Yin, Kiu finally arrived at the side of Yin and looked at Ned Jean with disgust. ¡°Look at you, you look pathetic¡± Kiu berated towards Ned, she hated him, it was clear to everyone to see. Hearing such words from his dream girl he went red with shame, putting his head down, hiding his face, he knew he had no way to win her over now, she disliked him a lot. ¡°Yin, are you okay?¡± Kiu quickly switched faces and asked with a warm smile, this made Yin quite wary of her, a girl who can switch faces so fast is scary! ¡°Yes I¡¯m fine, thank you Kiu¡± Yin replied, as he said thank you Kiu¡¯s face blushed slightly but Yin didn¡¯t notice this. ¡°Good, let¡¯s go to class¡± Kiu smiled, knowing Yin was alright. This reminded Yin of some temple dojo as he followed Kiu in. ¡®Hmm¡¯ he thought inside, looking around it was actually a dojo of sorts, you could smell the sweat in the air of people recently working out, as they went further inside, they came across some japanese like sliding doors that once opened let them into the main hall. Kiu went up to the sliding doors and opened them, as she did the members of this dojo came into view. ¡°Hua!¡± ¡°Sha!¡± They chanted in unison, the person at the front, who Yin believed to be the instructor was making them do a series of punches and kicks on the spot. As the instructor heard the sliding doors open and saw Kiu walk through he instantly hurried over with a smile on his face. ¡°Haha! Kiu, you haven¡¯t been to club for a couple days!¡± he exclaimed, his voice was strong and deep, looking at this 6 ft 7 giant, muscular looking man Yin observed him and couldn¡¯t help but notice how handsome he was, clearly he was any girls dream man, strong and handsome. The mans eyes suddenly turned to look at Yin, obviously just noticing him, ¡°Hmm is this the reason why?¡± he mused, sizing Yin up. ¡°Hehe, don¡¯t tease me Jan, I¡¯ve brought Yin to join our martial arts club!¡± she quipped, a smile on her face. ¡°Well you are the vice-president of the martial arts club and in charge of recruiting, good he looks quite sturdy¡± Jan said, smiling. Hearing this Yin was instantly shocked, she was nice to him just because she wanted him to join her club? So all of her niceness was just a way to lure him in?, these thoughts raced through Yin¡¯s mind, he was angry, angry at himself and angry at Kiu, she tricked him! He thought he was special! how foolish! ¡°Yin?¡± Kiu asked, Yin hadn¡¯t moved and he had his face down so you couldn''t see what expression he was making. ¡°Hahahaha! silly me! Well done! you almost got me, do you usually try and use your beauty to lure people in?!¡± he yelled, bringing his eyes up to meet Kiu¡¯s, Kiu froze, she didn¡¯t know what to say. ¡°Hey you little bastard how dare you speak to Kiu like that!¡± Jan roared, he was a violent man by nature and Kiu was his most precious person, how dare this kid speak to her like this! Yin shrugged his comments off and turned away, running off, he felt foolish that he was almost tricked into thinking he¡¯s special. ¡°H-Hey Yin, wait!¡± Kiu¡¯s voice barely managed to reach his ears as he sprinted off. ¡®Haha! of course! how could she like me? I clearly got the wrong idea, I bet that Jan is her boyfriend anyway, he¡¯s extremely handsome, unlike me!¡¯ he spoke to himself inside, berating his own foolishness to get tricked, he should of known, he wasn¡¯t special at all. The reason Yin was so angry was because he felt betrayed, last night as he was thinking so much about it he thought that it might be possible that Kiu liked him in some way, this thought made him feel excited and hopeful, all of that was just shattered by todays events. The rest of the day Yin ignored Kiu, even if she tried to approach him he ignored her, eventually Kiu gave up and didn¡¯t approach him anymore. ¡®This is for the best¡¯ he said to himself, the way Kiu stopped approaching him enforced his idea that she was only using him to make him join her club. --- After school Yin went to his car and was silent all the way home, Nata tried to cheer him up like usual but he just wasn¡¯t into it, later that evening when him and Nata were eating dinner, just the two of them, Nata tried to cheer him up once more. ¡°Hey, Yin, it¡¯s your birthday tomorrow, cheer up! Why don¡¯t you tell me what happened?¡± she began, hoping she could somehow help Yin out. However Yin didn¡¯t feel like telling her what happened. ¡°I can¡¯t tell you, it was really stupid of me, anyway I¡¯m okay now..¡± he answered, putting on a fake smile to assure Nata, however, she had known him since forever, she had spent more time with him than even his own parents, clearly she knew this was Yin trying to hide his feelings. ¡°Okay but when you want to tell me, remember I¡¯m always here for you Yin¡± Nata assured. Yin smiled at this response, Nata truly was his closest friend and what he considered the person closest to him, of course he trusted her but it was rather embarrassing, he certainly couldn¡¯t tell her! ¡°Sure¡± he quipped back, his face containing more of a real smile than before. -- The evening went by quick, it was around 9pm, the time that Yin usually bathes, in the house they had a hot spring, this was because his Father loved hot springs so they had to build one, Yin also loved them, it was relaxing and satisfying, Sitting in the hot spring calmed Yin¡¯s mind, he thought about how it wasn¡¯t worth getting angry over, he had to just forget her. Finally it was time to sleep, Yin got in his bed and after having so much happen he slept rather well.
