 Prologue Part 1- Destination

    In a small part of a huge forest rich with different kinds of plant life no matter where you look, thirty or so brown cloaked travellers finally arrived at their destination as they collapsed to ground on a small open area of the forest.

    ¡°2 years of hell, and we actually survived!¡±


    ¡°It¡¯s all thanks to our Chief haha!¡±


    The weary travellers all laughed with great happiness some of them were even crying, they couldn¡¯t help but feel boundless of joy from escaping death many times just to come to his place.


    ¡°Ahem, everyone before we Celebrate let¡¯s make camp!¡± A hoarse voice yelled with great volume while containing his own laughter, even he was filled with joy. Finally they have made it.


    ¡°Yes Chief!¡±


    ¡°Aye Aye Chief!¡±


    Everyone yelled with loud voices still showing their excited emotions.


    ¡°Wait! I just forgot since it¡¯s been a long time but it¡¯s safe to say since were safe here everyone can take off their Cloaks and enchantment rings.¡±

    After a few moments of silence not believing what they heard, the group of travellers was even more excited than ever after hearing the chief speak. Sparing not a second to soon everyone took off their Brown Cloaks and silver enchantment rings throwing them to the ground as if they were the most poisonous thing they have ever touched.


    As everyone took off their brown cloaks and enchantment rings white light suddenly glowed in each in everyone¡¯s faces. As the light dimmed down their appearances can finally be seen. It was an amazing sight to see it was almost like a group of demigods suddenly landed here on earth, their appearances were enchanting, both men and women even kids had clear white skin that look too delicate to touch like the first snow falling down at the start of a new winter season, their faces were too bewitching it was like if god himself took upon the task to sculpture their faces, all the women had blonde golden hair that glowed as if it was a spell of light, same with a couple of the men who had blonde hair but most of the men had black hair deep black like the color of the darkest of nights, and finally looking closely everyone had slightly pointy ears almost to length of an elf.

    Everyone began to cry with smiles on their faces as they hugged each other, from seeing this


    scene and their tears of joy it shows that it¡¯s been a long time they have seen the faces of their love ones, but as they finally got to touch and feel the ones they love all the pain of running they have been through all these years disappeared like a faint bad memory.


    Seeing the tears and smiles of his clan the chief a tall sturdy handsome middle age man couldn¡¯t help but smile as a tear dripped down his face.


    ¡°Father¡± A quiet gentle voice can be heard behind the chief


    Looking behind him, tears began to drip down from his face as he saw a young small boy no older than 9 years old staring at him with tears in his eyes. The young boy had delicate features that faintly resembles the Chief but even more enchanting, with his deep black hair complementing his handsome looks you can tell as he gets older he will look even more handsome.


    ¡°Little Kai, Little Kai you look just like your mother¡± The Chief quickly hugged his son as if it was the first time they met each other.


    ¡°Father!¡± The little boy Kai hugged his father with all his might. Feeling the lost smell and warmth of his father Kai cried even more, slowly forgetting the last few years of pain he has felt that no young boy should ever feel.


    ¡°It¡¯s okay, were safe now¡± The chief quickly wiped his tears with his free arm while looking around him. Even if this was a happy moment as the Chief he still has to put off an air of toughness for his clan relied on him to be strong no matter what.


    ¡°Kai cmon now, be strong¡± The chief slowly parted from the young boy while stroking his head


    *Sniff* ¡°Yes father.¡±


    The chief stood up and moved his fingers quickly in under a few seconds in some sort of incantation on his neck; his neck began to glow lightly of a faith white light. *Ahem* ¡°Everyone I know this is a happy moment and all but before nightfall we need to get make camp!¡± The chief once again yelled in great volume as his voice echoed like as if lighting strike causing everyone to jumped, and quickly disperse.

    ¡°Kai, go to Aunt Jeni tell her to gather the kids so she can give out small tasks for you guys to do¡±


    ¡°Yes Father¡± With a respectful tone, Kai cupped his hands as a sign of respect and salute and quickly followed his Father¡¯s others.


    ¡°Chief!¡± About fourteen adults and a few youths quickly arrived in front of the Chief after organizing their kids and equipment. They formed a circle around the Chief as the center as they gave their respects like Kai did a few moments ago cupping their hands.


    Looking at his clansmen faces the chief smiled and nodded giving out orders. ¡°Drew, Bera, and Yello do a full scan around of this area while adding defense enchantments.¡±


    ¡°Yes Chief¡± Two handsome middle age men and one beautiful woman nodded, quickly cupping their hands in respect. They then began to do some sort of hand incantations around their legs. As their legs began to glow with a faint white light, they began walking into the forest then suddenly disappeared like a gust of wind.


    ¡°Ban and Taru set up camp around this area, you can use the forest¡¯s trees but try not cutting any if you can, there are plenty of dead logs lying around and we don¡¯t want to anger the Forest Lord just as we got here.¡± The chief slowly shuddered and so did everyone else they knew from past experiences that if you anger a Forest Lord you¡¯ll end up dead and smashed like a small rock in a matter of seconds.


    ¡°Yes chief Of course!¡± Quickly nodding, the two handsome man one black haired one and one blonde one glanced at each other mentally agreeing that they will not do anything stupid to anger the Forest Lord.

    ¡°Yes Chief!¡± Both Taru and Ban yelled loudly while giving each other a fist pound. After cupping their hands, they also did the same weird hand incantations on their legs as the last group did and quickly disappeared like a gust of wind as they entered the forest.


    ¡°Cassy, you¡¯re in charge of food supplies, gather three people and move out¡±

    The bright yellow light was so bright the kids from across the area couldn¡¯t help but stare in awe.


    ¡°Wow!¡± A small boy holding onto a blue robe of an older blonde woman was so excited that he didn¡¯t notice his little mouth was drooling.


    ¡°Aunt Jeni what ranking spell is that!¡± The kids around Jeni asked with much excitement as they watched the light show.

    As the light began to grow even more intense, it began to flicker wildly at the center. Intensely flickering non-stop for a few minutes the light suddenly disappeared, than with a loud boom! Like as if heavens were striking earth an intense yellow light flew up in the air transforming into a form of a phoenix!

    The yellow phoenix of light flew up in the air at great height, giving out a loud phoenix cry that echoed through the forest, the phoenix then exploded into tiny specks of light. As it exploded a huge pulse of energy rippled through half the area of the forests, shaking the foundation of the area producing a slight tremor.


    ¡°Wah!¡± The kids yelled as they all fell down from the small earthquake; only a few older kids barely stood up to withstood the tremor.


    ¡°Kids hold on, it¡¯ll just be a minute¡± Aunt Jeni said as she supported the smaller kids to prevent them from getting injured.


    After the energy rippled ended tiny specks of light were left that were floating in the air pulsing with each second with a slight ¡°humm¡± sound.


    Seeing the tiny specks of light pulsing the Chief and group signed with relief, casting a rank 8 detection magic this large took huge effort and the success rate depended on how strong of spiritual energy they can muster.


    Standing up the Chief raised his left arm and nodded with self-satisfaction. One of the tiny specks of light floating high up in the air transformed into a tiny small miniaturized bird of yellow light and shot down straight into the Chief¡¯s arm leaving a yellow bird sigil.


    ¡°Everyone good work, you can all help with the rest of the tasks of your choice.¡± The chief said while sitting back down legs crossed with eyes closed meditating to recover his spiritual energy.


    ¡°Yes Chief¡± The group cupped their hands and disappeared after doing leg enchantments.


    ¡°Wow the chief sure is powerful, even though we were supporting him we barely used 20% of our spiritual energy to materialized the phoenix¡± One of the group going into the forest couldn¡¯t help but admire his Chief by that powerful performance.


    ¡°Yes, to do an area detection this large at least requires medium light proficiency to support our low light proficiency added with an amount of Grand Magi Spiritual Energy¡± One of the older of the group gave out his own wisdom, helping the younger youths understand more of the knowledge of a Magi.

    ¡°Haha why are you all in shock did you forget what blood runs in his veins and ours?¡± The older one who replied earlier smiled and nodded with satisfaction, having their Chief as a goal would motivate them to be stronger.


    There was silence like quietness before a life and death battle then each person in the group had a faint red light shine in their eyes as killing intent was suddenly emitted in the air. ¡°We will never forget.¡± The killing intent grew stronger, causing someone weak seeing this scene suddenly faint or even worst mentally scarred.


    Nodding the older man smiled as he to emitted killing intent while his pupils turned into a deep red color like blood. Looking closely at his smile his teeth suddenly had two sharp fangs sticking out, even when his mouth was closed the fangs can still be seen; it greatly resembled of an ogre fangs.

 Prologue Part 2- Destination

    Few days passed by as the group of travellers were now settled in. The area of the forest where they were staying at was transformed into a jaw dropping scene. There were now three big wooden two story buildings in the center that resembled ancient buildings for the rich in the eastern lands long ago each and upon looking closely each and every detail was carved with great craftsmanship, a historical scholar would faint at great shock seeing this lost craftsmanship. In front of the three wooden buildings laid a blue peaceful clear lake that had people with looks similar to gods if someone would to see them say this, soaking their feet in the water laughing at each other¡¯s company or either joining the rest roasting a huge bear upon a large campfire.


    A handsome middle age man with black stubble upon his face was holding a big bone of meat while taking big bites; he twirled his fingers on his neck leaving a faint white light. ¡°Everyone meet me at the center building after lunch¡± A breeze of wind containing a whisper was sent out to all the elders.


    Nodding or either replying Yes Chief with their own whispers the elders of the clan who were relaxing or eating smiled with excitement after hearing the chief.


    The Chief twirled his fingers again ¡°Thank you for your efforts everyone, before we start searching for our ancestor¡¯s legacy we will first map out our destination then we¡¯ll send out search parties!¡±


    As the Chiefs voice echoed through to the clan everyone listened with much excitement with eyes wide open. The reason they have been running for all these years was for this moment, finding their ancestors legacy they will finally be free. No more running, or hiding, they can be at peace.


    Seeing the clans intense emotions, the Chief nodded he too has been waiting for this day for a long time. ¡°Everyone can continue with their work and since we¡¯re about settled in how about we start the children¡¯s spiritual energy training?¡±


    ¡°Yay!¡± Large excited screams exploded as all the children became very excited as they jumped up and down intensely gazing at their parents or the Chief.


    ¡°haha¡± All the elders and parents laugh and smiled from seeing their juniors and children become so excited. Ever since they started running the children haven¡¯t started their spiritual training yet. They could only occasionally swing a sword or work on their hand arts with the little time they had to spare between running and hiding.


    Smiling the Chief was filled with joy a clan will become stronger if the sprouts are willing to give it their best. ¡°Aunt Jeni I leave it to you¡±


    An older woman that had an aura of wisdom that complemented her beauty and golden hair that glowed on par with the sun nodded with a smile.


    After lunch the clan dispersed to do their jobs, some were resupplying and some were patrolling the area for hidden dangers.


    Outside the center of the buildings all the kids were standing in a line with back straights facing a beautiful woman blonde woman Aunt Jeni. Seeing their well-mannered postures Aunt Jeni smiled as she thought a bit of how to start.


    Nodding a few moments she began to explain ¡°Does anyone here know what spiritual energy is?¡±


    ¡°Its power within to cast magi spells?¡± A young cute girl answered with her tiny hand raised up

    while holding a cute smaller girls hand while using her other hand to suck her thumb.

    A young handsome youth at the end of the line no older than nine with a seemingly quiet attitude and calm face pondered for a bit and raised his hand up.

Is she sad I answered correctly? Seeing Mei so unhappy Kai couldn¡¯t help but laugh and stick his tongue out at the little girl.


    Seeing the little boy answer the correct answer she pouted, she was always praised for her intelligence by her Mother but Kai always seems to be one step ahead of her.


    ¡°haha¡± Kai enjoyed the little girls Mei¡¯s reaction, he found it to be very cute.


    ¡°Now to use your spiritual energy you must first set up a connection with your own spiritual energy. Close your eyes and try to feel a weird sensation at the center of your chest¡±


    Everyone began to close their eyes to feel their spiritual energy. Kai concentrated hard on trying to find his spiritual energy.

    Energy coursing through my body? Mhmm. Kai still concentrating hard kept trying to sense every part of his body that had a weird sensation. Huh? I never realize this before but a tiny warm feeling no smaller than a tiny rain drop flows down from my chest to the veins of my arms then legs! Is this spiritual energy!? Kai became all excited and continued to track this sensation of warmness around his body.


    As time passes by the sky was turning dark as the kids continue to train before going to bed the Chief and four other elders were standing around a table with a huge map of a forest that was marked with red circles around specific areas. The mood was very serious as they continue to emit an Aura of white glow as a small breeze of wind pass by each minute.


    ¡°Cassy, did a full search in this area, no sign of any of our great ancestors land here either¡± A handsome older man with jet black hair pointed at the north side of the map, as he did a red circle appeared.


    ¡°Me and Brune also did a search in this area, and you were right the closer we reach the center the higher ranking magical beast there is¡± An older man with grey hair next to the man who answered earlier also pointed at an area of the map leaving a red circle.

    Hearing the older man with the white beard speak the rest of the group were shuddered, at the center of the forest was the forest lord with his magical beast army if they go near that place they might provoke the forest lord.


    ¡°What do you say Chief?¡± A blonde handsome man quietly asked, hoping that they will not search near the forest lord.

    ¡°Ask the forest lord for permission!¡± The group was greatly shocked and instantly rejects the Chief¡¯s dangerous decision.


    ¡°Chief please think about it for a second, this is the forest lord were talking about¡± The blonde man hurriedly tried to stop the Chief.


    ¡°Haha, Don¡¯t worry Zuba,¡± The Chief patted the blonde man Zuba¡¯s shoulder. The Chief than walked to an open window and took sudden breath of fresh air.


    ¡°Chief wait!¡± The grouped yelled still in shocked


    ¡°It¡¯ll only take a moment!¡± The Chief laughed and quickly did a few hand incantations on both on his shoulder blades then it began to emit a faint white light, as the faint white light glow lighter a gust of wind was formed blowing in the room blowing everything around. The wind disappeared, and then condensed behind the Chief¡¯s back turning into a Light White Feathered Wings.


    ¡°Rank 6 Eagle Wings!¡±


    ¡°Chief Wai-¡° Zuba hurriedly ran to the Chief trying to grab his arm to prevent him from leaving but as soon as he was close enough the Chief jumped and flew out of the window leaving a mini sonic boom behind.


    ¡°Zuba It¡¯s useless you know when the Chief is like this nothing¡¯s going to stop him.¡± The older Man with the white beard lightly laughed and patted Zuba¡¯s shoulder.


    *Sigh* ¡°ever since we were kids that guys does not think before he acts¡± Zuba lightly laughed and shooked his head, he¡¯s known the Chief ever since they were kids, Zuba was the rational one and the Chief was always action before plans.


    The group laughed while shaking their heads, it was truly useless to stop the Chief from making any rash decisions since they have many memories of all the chief¡¯s actions these past years.


    As the night arrives with the guideship of the moon light help the living slumber, the group of elders was still in the room discussing future plans. As they occasionally looked at the sky where the chief disappeared they left a prayer for The Chiefs protection.


    As the Chief flew with lightning speed, he could not help but shiver as he senses the powerful forces around him. ¡°What a powerful forest, there¡¯s a lot of high ranking magical beasts here¡±


    A few moments fast by as the Chief continue to fly slowing down his speed a bit as he got closer to the center of the forest. Continuing to fly a wave of spiritual energy mixed with, green Qi suddenly burst from the center of the forest and slammed at the Chief with a force like a meteor falling from the heavens, it was so powerful he got slammed down back to the ground that leaving a huge crater.


    Spewing out a mouth full of blood as he slammed down the Chief quickly casted handed incantations around his body emitting a light faint glow around him, then raising his two hands up a white translucent barrier was covering him from head to toe.


    ¡°Wind Body Enchantments!¡±


    ¡°Rank 7 Wind Barrier!¡±


    Slowly standing him he braced himself for the next event, while slowly gathering spiritual energy in his two fists as it emitted a white aura.


    ¡°Who dares trespass at my area!¡± A voice boomed from the skies like a god of calamity creating a huge wind current blowing anything small backwards in great speed.


    The Chief stood like a strong boulder facing raging storm, with a calm face not looking one bit scared as he stared where the sound was coming from. Twirling his fingers casting an incantation around his neck he also shouted with a thundering voice. ¡°Forest Lord! I mean no harm to you and your great forest, I would only like a small request for my clan to travel to the end of the forest to look for something!¡±


    The wave of spiritual energy mixed with green qi suddenly increased in a huge amount like a tidal wave blowing everything around where the Chief was, but the Chief also emitted his own spiritual energy and a white glow of qi as he stabilized himself. Looking from a far you can¡¯t tell the difference from a divine being as you looked at the Chief.


    ¡°You dare command me!¡± The waves continue to grow stronger and stronger, even small rocks started to lightly float up in the air.


    This amount of spiritual energy, it can¡¯t be¡­ but it has to be with this amount the forest lord is an emperor Magi! The Chief was shocked he never thought a forest lord would be able to reach such a level, now he felt a little hesitant to move forward.


    Pondering for a minute as he continued to stand against the waves of spiritual energy and qi like an immovable mountain, a trace of killing intent started to emit from the air.


    ¡°You want to challenge me boy!¡± A nauseous killing intent was added to the mix of spiritual energy and qi causing anyone to faint or even explode from the inside if you¡¯re hit by this wave of energy.


    The Chief ignoring the waves continued to emit of killing intent, then a red light glow flashed around his body, changing the color of his pupils to the color of deep red blood and fangs sprouted from his teeth. The white spiritual energy he emitted grew brighter producing a huge of amount of wind behind shooting back at the forest lord¡¯s spiritual energy causing a stale mate at the center.


    ¡°Forest Lord I mean no harm but if you force your hand so will I!¡± The Chief looked like a raging god with red blood glowing eyes as his two fangs twinkle with white light, all around his body emitted a white glow with raging sharp winds cutting everything apart around, leaving wind blade scars.


    ¡°Ha ha today you will di-..¡± The wave of energy suddenly halted and disappeared.


    Confused, the Chief raised his eyebrow staring at the center of the forest wondering what was going to happen.


    ¡°This Spiritual energy is very familiar, what clan are you from?¡± The loud voice of the Forest lord was changed into a child¡¯s voice with no force behind it at all but with only curiosity.


    Scratching his head the Chief, waved his hand and his spiritual energy and enchantments disappeared along with his red eyes and fangs. ¡°Forest Lord I¡¯m the Chief of the Blood Moon Clan.¡±


    ¡°A descendant of the Blood moon Clan!¡± The voice of the forest lord was like a small child being surprised with a gift.


    At the same time now miles away from the forest, a wave of blue of energy was emitted in the air causing space to split apart. As the wave of blue energy grew stronger it circulated turning into a dark blue ball, growing a little bit bigger each second.


    Few moments past by as it was big enough for a person to fit through, a sudden black colored mist floated from the inside the dark blue ball, the mist continued to spew out as it floated in the air emitting a deadly feeling. Than it twirled and twisted forming a shape of human.


    As the wave of black mist continued to form a human shape a quiet voice was suddenly whispered, causing the temperature to drop as frost formed around the area.


    ¡°I finally found you Blood Moon Clan.¡±
