 Prologue ....

    Its my first time making a Fanfic and sorry for my bad english & grammar .-. its not my native language also i just went and put some random price for the computer .. well i dont know how much fast computer is ~ so yep ENJOY :3

    Paul is a NEET that already finished school with having the top 1 spot in test,sport and in kendo in every school he went , he decide not to work because it annoy him being ordered around.


    He made a pledge to himself that he wont deny any request unless its bad for him.


    Paul is in his dark room while having a chat with some random people in the internet.Someone talk about the first and new VRMMORPG called Pandora''s Box Online company''s maker of it announce that they will release 10,000 capsule for beta testing that would be sold at random gaming shops around the world.


    Paul have no idea what Pandora''s Box Online is , he was interested what capsule look''s like so he seach it in the internet , it appears to look like white big bullet shape.He search some information about the game suddenly his computer went black.


    After a few second he smell a burned plastic , he quickly check his computer and confirmed it that his computer cant be no longer be repaired.


    This book is hosted on another platform. Read the official version and support the author''s work.


    He ask for some money to his mom for his new computer, after a long talk with his mom, She finally decide to give him 6,000$ fo his new computer


    When he went to gaming store , while roaming around the store he notice a familiar bullet shape looking so he ask the cashier.


    Paul: "Uh excuse me , may i ask how much is the bullet shape looking over there?"


    Cashier:"Hm .. it is 5,000$ , would you buy it? i will charge 200$ for the delivery."


    Paul think twice and he remember someone said in the chat room that the capsule cost 5,000$ so he immidiately bought the capsule before someone bought it.


    When he got home , his mother is waiting in the door for him and said


    Mom:"Paul what did you bought in the gaming store?" While pointing at the capsule that is being carried by 2 deliverers into their house


    Paul:"Mom i just bought a capsule that is used to play the first and new VRMMORPG called Pandora''s Box Online that is being talk about in the news"


    Mom:"I see,i hope you wont regret buying it in exchange for your new computer because i wont give you another money." And his mother let him pass through the door.


    He immidiately went to his room to check the capsule , he quickly lie down inside the capsule and said " Dive In"

 Chapter 1 - The Beggining of the Legend

    Right after Paul said Dive In , He appear inside a white plain room and there is a window appear in his front

    When he opened his eyes, he see is a magical fantasy city with 4 street (North,Southm,East,West) and in the center there is a Huge floating Sword with some demonic aura within it.


    He know that he can only go out the city after a week(game time), he decide to roam around the city and notice there is many high level looking players even though it just release the game 2 weeks ago in real world ( 1 hour in real life is equivalent to 5 game time),After he roam around the city he decide to go in the library to read some more information in the game

    He got tired and decide to rest in the center square of the city, while resting a old woman approach him and said


    Old woman:"Hello there young traveller , i saw you roaming around the city , by any chance are you finding something?"


    Phantom:"Hello Im Phantom , Im just new in the city and i dont know where library is."


    Old woman:"Hooo, its quite rare to find a traveller that is finding library , most of the traveller here decide to request quest in some villager right after they got here , I almost forgot to introduce my self ,My name is Elsie"


    Phantom:"I see , i decide to go on the library to learn some information and history of this city."


    Elsie:"Hm... Ok i''ll guide you to the library.

    While following Elsie , he notice there is many NPC and Players mumbling around them , now he is so curious who really Elsie is .


    After following Elsie for a while , i gain many information about the game like how to acess your "Status Info", "Skill Info" and "Inventory" so i tried opening Status info

    After i check my status and inventory , Elsie stop at a big black old house it almost have the same size as the church . Elsie clapped her hand twice and the wooden double door of the big black old house opened up.

    As she welcome me in her library a window pop up.

    Elsie:"I see then you will be in my care for 1 week ." Elsie pointed a straight pathway to the north and say


    Elsie:"Just go straight that way and in the first corner the magic books is there ,for the history of green scarp its in the third corner of it and for the information about this world , its in the last corner.


    I walk to the direction that Elsie gave me and pick 4 magic books , 3 history books and 1 information about this world , i also picked up a big weird looking book with like 500 pages.

 Chapter 3 - The 4 basic Elements

    I started reading the magic books , i first read the fire element book . After reading for a while , a window pop up !

    There is no school today ( I live in philippines ) so i made this chapter for pass time


    Ik its short ... well its just the history of the book anyway ~ the next 2 chapter will gonna be

    After i looked at my stat with satisfying look i started to read the history book , i first read the History of Green Scarp , I turned off the notifications again so i wont be disturb when im reading , I started with the book named History of Green Scarp I, after reading it for about 30 minutes.


    Im surprised that i finished it faster than the 4 basic element books , i guess reading skill sure does help alot , after i reached the last part of the book , i turned the notification on and many window pop up!

    The swordsman,knight and wizard that have amount of 100,000 of force combined increased their moral strength when he appeared , while the demons felt fear and that cause lower of thei moral strength


    After fighting for awhile the amount of demons decrease by half while the swordsman,knights and wizard have been decrease by 1/4 , and the longer they fight they felt they are fighting stronger enemys


    They are fighting 2 days straight and the result is the human force have 25,000 left while the demon force have 10,000 left.</td></tr>

    All remaining demons shouted ALL HAIL DEMON LORD !! ALL HAIL DEMON LORD !! , after the humans heard the word demon lord they all freezed up and some even tried to flee but they cant find any place to escape , all demons surrounded the remaining humans.


    The knights and swordsman guarded the hero cause its the''re last hope , The Hero Bryce kill many demons as he can then the demon lord interrupted him and ordered all the demons to stay away , the demon lord want a duel to the death with the hero bryce.


    The Hero also ordered the remaining swordsman , knight and wizard to stay away and accepted the duel to the death that demon lord requested</td></tr>

    Sorry for the late update so i made this chapter longer than the other two history of green scarp so again ... sorry for the late update and if there is any wrong spelling/grammar just say so and i''ll edit it , and btw enjoy this chapter~

    I started the History of Green Scarp III as always i turned off the notifications so i wont be disturbed by any ding* ding* sound , i notice that the third part of the History of Green Scarp is 1/4 more thicker than than the first one and the second one . I am so grateful for having the <Reading> Skill , it helped me save alot of time , i focus in the book like the only working in my body is my eyes , my hands and the brain.


    After i finished reading the book i look for any any next part of the history but it seems its the last part of the book , to be honest i am a bit sad because i started to like the book . i turned on my notification to be atleast happy , and i am satisfied with the windows that is flooding me.

    <table><tbody><tr><td><tr><td colspan=''4''>History of Green Scarp III (Last Part)</td></tr><tr><td colspan=''4''>The Hero and the Demon Lord sword clash many times and the demons and humans was frozen that the hero and the demon lord power posses they see the ''big'' difference between they''re power . After 1 hour passed Hero and Demon Lord got lauched back by the blowing attack that they both made. By looking at the hero that have many bleed and blood while the Demon Lord took only few wounds and slash in his armor.


    The hero use holy magic to heal him self and buff him with some spells while the Demon Lord just stared at him looking down on him , the humans got a bit nervous and have a feeling of getting pushed back off the cliff. while the demons cheering with a very loud voice . They started to clash their swords again and no one able to see whats is happening between their fight so they just keep cheering and waiting them to stop


    The Demon lord use black fireball to knock off the hero and started with barrage of sword slash and all the hero can do is to parried it but some still able to pass through . the hero already know that he dont have any chance to defeat the demon lord with just his skills so he started to use his sacrificial trump card and his sword began to glow that illuminate everything in the place and poured his all power and soul in the sword and struck it in the demon lord chest and the sword started to have dark cracked place and it sealed the demon lord power with the hero power and soul in it , before the demon lord disappear he trow the sword in the city and make it large as meteor to cause many damage as it should . The war end with the demons defeat cause they''re moral strenght fall so bad that they cant movee anymore.</td></tr></td></tr></tbody></table>

    I finished cheking my Status info with satisfied look and i look at how so thick the last book. its like 3 times thicker than the history of green scarp III. i didnt turned off the notification this time so the notifications so i started to read the book.


    After reading for about 10 minutes a window pop up

    After reading for about 2 hours , i reached 1/2 of the book it have so many page and many words in each page , despite having reading skill it still took so long to finish the book , so i took a short brake and eat some barley bread and drink some water .


    I left the book and start walked around the library and i didnt notice that its already night and i''ve been stuck in the chair reading the book for about 1 day already and i want to know what other players level , so i said in low voice

    I scrolled down the leader board and i found my self that im the only one that is level one while the second to the last is level 15 , im bit embarrassed that there is a big number difference between me and the second to the last , so i continue reading after my short brake.

    After i got the sword , the center of the Green Scarp , all of the player and npc in near the center of the Green Scarp is staring at me while Jane near me jaw dropped , after a few minute Jane able to recovered from the shock and said


    Jane:"Phantom ... How did you do that? no one was able to pull out the sword ,even the other hero''s tried and still not able to pull it out the center , while you ... just get it like getting a knife that is in the butter."


    Phantom:"Its really that hard huh , no wonder im the only one that can able to wield this sword , anyway i got to go now im having way more attention that i would thought"


    Jane:"Wait! You still haven''t answer my question!"


    Phantom:"I''ll answer it next time we meet"


    So i began to walk out the center of the Green Scarp , while walking out the crowed , all of the people give a pathway for me . Weirdly there is no person ask how i pulled it out the legendary sword , they just stare at me while i walk out the crowed.


    I put the Excalibur in my inventory and began to walk back to the library , the quest still isnt finish , i''ll ask Elsi about my quest after i got back in the library.


    I finally arrived infront of the library , i knock the door and it automaticlly opened just like Elsie said , I roam around the library trying to find Elsie and i found many books in the table where i seated before , there is a note above the book and it says


    Note:"Here''s some more useful books that is about strengthening,movement and dual wielding sword so there would be no empty spot in your character and if you are trying to find me just go in the window you used to look"


    After i read the note .My plan is im gonna find Elsie first and start reading the books . So i went to the window i used to look and there is Elsie looking at the sky through the window. I tap her shoulder and said


    Phantom:"Hey Elsie , what are you looking at the window?"


    Elsie:"Oh you''re back already Phantom huh , Im just looking at the sky , it look so peaceful with a clear blue sky and bright sun , anyway how is the sword go? did you got it"


    Phantom:"Yeah , here take a look" I pulled out the Excalibur inside my inventory and gave it to Elsie.


    Elsie:"You already bounded your soul in this weapon , But its still not fully indentified , you''ll need a master indentifier , but you are on a good luck because im a master indetifier , so i''ll start identify this legendary weapon.


    Right after Elsie said that she said the last word her hand began to light up , it lasted for about 2 minutes before Elsie stopped identifying

    I guess i''ll finish the books that Elsie recommended for me before i go ahead and train my body to increase the level of my skill , since i got many skill proficiency increase it''ll be easy to level up most my skill especially the class skill. So i began to walk back to my old chair and began to read the 3 books that Elsie recommended.


    I picked up the shortest book it have like 150 page or more . Its about Dancing Swords , i began to read the book and i turned off the notifications so i wont be interrupted by ding* sounds and window poping up in my face.


    I''m reading the book for about 1 hour now , i underestimate this book . i thought it''s the fastest book i''ll finish among the three books but each page have like 100 words so it took so long to finish the book . After another 1 hour i finally finished the book and i started the thickest book among the three. Its about Dual Wielding Sword/Dagger.


    I finished the book for just about 1 and the half hour. while i finished the thinnest book among the three for about 2 hours . i now learned a lesson , dont judge a book by its thickness . I started to read the last book that is left , Its about Offensive/Defensive Stance and Training , it have like 250 page or more . it have drawing how the stances are unlike the other two books.


    It took me just 1 hour , i guess its the fastest book i read because of the image , i turned on my notification and there is sooo many windows that flooded my face.

    I entered the dungeon and it look like a cave with a few torch on some wall , i took 1 torch and get my Excalibur in my inventory and began to walk further in the dungeon , After walking for about 5 minutes i heared a few voices so i walked slowly toward the voice and i tried to look what the monster looks like .There is two green skin with a huge body and they are both equipped with double edge battle axe , i guess this is orcs , while walking slowly towards the Orc i accidentally hit a stone and it cause the orcs to notice me.


    The two orcs rush towards me while saying


    Orc1:"Human flesh good"


    Orc2:"Yes good taste human"


    When they are rushing towards me a red name appear above them and it says "Orc: Level 82 (Dungeon Monster)" There is a huge level difference between me and the orc but with my stat im quite confident to defeat it.


    First orc wildly swing the battle axe toward my neck , i immidiatly duck before the axe hit my head , i didnt notice that the second orc was already behind me , the second orc swing its axe toward my leg i didnt able to dodge it in time and it hit my leg

    My eyes widened when i saw the window , they hit like big truck in just 1 swing it took off half of my health , I immidiately heal myself and run to make some gap and i tried to calm my self and think if there is any way to defeat the orc then i remember the Dancing Sword Skill , the two orcs catched up and swing their axes wildly then i calmly dodge the swing and keep up with the flow of the attacks then use my Excalibur to deal damage to them , after i attacked the neck of one of the Orc and a damage appear "3795" , i deal so much damage than i thought then after i striked with my sword a few times , their hp appear above their name and it says "Health (8,350/20,000)"

    Im still fighting the orcs for about 3 minutes already and im still carefully dodging the hits , orcs was known for dealing huge damage and big health but with slow attack speed but in here is different they are much faster than what i heared about them . After 2 minutes i finally killed the one orc , im just hitting them when i have oportunity to strike , its much better to play safe than attacking and dying fast , after the one orc dies its much easy to kill last one because you will only dodge 1 axe rather than 2 axes.


    It took me 3 minutes to kill the last one orc and i lean down on a wall and began to calm down , its the been a long time since i triggered my adrenaline rush , when im recovering a window pop up!

    I leveled up like 23 times since its a beta test the exp gained is 200% more than normal plus the dungeon exp gain 100% that explain why i leveled up so much in just 2 dungeon mobs.


    After i regain my health , i began to walk further in the dungeon and i encounter a 5 orcs in a group , and after 10 minutes i finally killed them and rest to regain my health then continue to walk further the dungeon , It took me 1 day to killed most of the orcs , its much easy to kill them off since i remember their attack pattern and i reached a quite big door with a design on it , i think this is a boss room , I leveled up to 60 then check up my status info to distribuite my stats point , i made it 40% to vitality , 20% to Strength , 20% to Dexterity , 20% to Agility . the reason why i increase my vitality than Strength and other stuff because i want to play safe with some big health rather than dealing high damage but easy to die.

    I slowly opened the big door and its a dark room , when i step into the room , the torches around the big pillars light up and now the room is not dark any more . I looked at the Throne in the End of the room and there is a person covered with black fire sitting on the throne ....

 Chapter 12 - Black Fury Revenant

    I didnt able to update because  im busy at real life ( trying to finish all the requirements for the clearance in my school) And i  know this is a short chapter because i made this when i have a spare time so yep ~ Ik i have bad grammar and spelling (Im just a high school student) so ...     The black fire person stand up and its name showed up above him (Black Fury Revenant: Level 150 (Dungeon Boss) , I stared at the level and the name of the boss , there is a big level difference between me and the boss and i bet its ''alot'' harder than the orcs with easy to learn attack pattern.


    Before i even take a step forward towards him , he disappear in the throne and he suddenly appeared infront of my face and it suddenly slash me with its blade with its dark aura covering it almost hit me , my reflex saved me from a sudden attack so i equipped my excalibur and activated my defensive stance , all buff blessing and calm my self to activate my dancing sword skill.


    After the dodge appeared i turned off the Defensive skill and turned on the Offensive skill then i slashed the boss before it even reacts and a damage appear ''8407'' my eyes widened when the damaged appear infront of my eyes but i focus in the boss and while dodging some incoming attacks i accidentally moved my right foot and got damaged then a window pop up!

    I got paled when i finished reading the windows , the boss damage is no joke , it can kill me in just 5 hits and the <Burned> and <Slow> is made the slash more frightening , i healed my self and launched all 4 basic element skill to make the boss confused in the sudden 4 status hit him , After 4 minutes its Health finally appeared (Health : 135,872/200,000) , he''s hp i still in 50% above , and my stamina is getting low , i get a few bread in my inventory while dodging/parrying his incoming attacks and eat the bread.

    So ... yeah .... After a long freaking time ... I finally have a willpower to continue this one XD It''s haunting me before I sleep .-. . So i made up myself that before I sleep , I''ll try to  think about the ideas on what path this story would go ^.^ (Oh yeah please have mercy on my soul , I''m a person who easily get discourage) Sorry for my bad grammar/spelling , please don''t mind it .-.

    I almost forgot about Elsie ! Oh god what a horrible kind of human I am !    . After spending 3 minutes on blaming myself for forgotting about Elsie , I survey my surroundings and the light of the BOSS room still haven''t vanish. Out of nowhere a random question pop up in my mind . I wonder if it''s the quest that makes the boss room to still have a light or It''s just really normal to have it like that.


    I began to test my theory by finding Elsie inside the BOSS room and found a young girl in the side of the pillar unconscious .Her body is pale white and her lips is light pink and she have slender body , she wore a white short robe that only reach her knees.Estimating her age based on her appearance she is around 17-20. I was about to focus my eyes on her to know her identity until a window pop up!

    My eyes widened when I found out that this young girl is apparently is Elsie! , It took me 2 minutes to digest that new information that I just found out . It was just too shocking to me that the old woman that help me is the same girl that is infront of me . I calmed my mind and guess that she used a illusion magic on her self to make her look like a old woman.


    After wasting time on digesting new information i got . I picked up Elsie and start walking out the BOSS room and checked if the light(torch) is still on and yep ,after knowing that one, i continue to walk out the dungeon and after 15 minutes walking we finally reached the Library. and as soon as I reach the door a window pop up

    A bright light covers my vision and I appeared back to my room inside the capsule. 2 days passed the game and only 12 hours passed in real life, I went out of the capsule and took a nice clean bath. After washing my body I went to the mirror to check my appearance , I''m 1.82 Quite average on my opinion and I have black hair and white skin and *cough* *cough* I''m also quite handsome, I have average normal body but within inside I have above averange strength within this body.


    After I complimented my beautiful body and face , I went to the living room and asked my mother if I could borrow her laptop for a hour. She scolded me for a whole 5 minutes and finally give her laptop to me. I checked the internet and found a forum of things in the Pandora''s Box Online.

Only News and Discussion is available while Event have Soon mark . I opened the News in the new tab while i click the Discussion. The theme of the Discussion is quite light and peaceful . It was a point of view of a person in the game in the peaceful valley with full of flowers everwhere.


    *Ahem* Now let''s go back to the Discussion . The discussion used the table of the game and it totally match with the theme with being it''s a view of a person , There''s many thread and most of them ... no no no no  , I mean 90% of them is made by people complaining cause they didn''t got a capsule and whining when will it go live and so on .

First go to the backyard of the Potion vendor, I know you are confuse cause there is many potion vendor. I''m metioning the one near the Village Chief house.  Chapter 15 - News Forum

    Ik this is short but I''ll try to make it longer and this one is a rush one so that''s why it''s short. And I have a random question. Which one do you prefer?     I gave my thanks to the people who gave useful information but before that . I made myself a account in the discussion forum and it''s actually isn''t that hard for those who have capsule, All I have to do is to connect a LAN Wire in a hole that I didn''t even know that it exist. It''s all good cause they gave an instruction on the register page.


    My Discussion Forum account was made automatically and all of the information it got was probably gotten in the capsule. Now a random question appeared in my mind.... What happend to the guy who named Phatom too? Does his account got deleted? or they just made it Phantom + random stuff .... That question would probably won''t get answer anytime in my lifetime so I didn''t dwell on it too much.


    Now back to the Discussion Forum, I went back to the discussion that gave me information and gave my thanks, although there''s many discussion that gave me information, that still doesn''t made me stop from giving my thanks to all of them. I don''t have to check if it''s just a troll or not cause there would be some people who checked it first to know if it''s true or not then gave their thanks.

    Wow! I didn''t see that coming. Right after i clicked the News Forum, The Dragon Lore Inc. would actually release a update on what''s about to happend. I''m actually surprised myself cause I didn''t expect the DLI (Dragon Lore Inc.) would actually released the capsule already the next day after the beta release and just run a 1 inreal life day.  Chapter 16 - Stat Information & Combo System

    This is blantly a info dump chapter. I''ll probably... no no no definetly fail at computing the damage output (I hate math.)


    And I''m planning on Rewritting all of the chapter(Except this one).     Whoah..... That''s all I wanna say. To recieve SOOO many information within just one page. It''s gonna be a big blow if I would share this on some other people. But I''ve been a good person enough and I won''t be too foolish to share such a important weapon, It might be a insignificant information for the most of the people but for me who have the jigsaw puzzle and this is the remaining left pieces.     I already decided myself that I won''t be relying on ''System'' cause I found out that on some cases, it won''t actually reveal the whole information and it only shows 1/4 of the whole information.
