《World Revolution》 chapter 1 - the time when world sleep My name is Reid Fraht, and i''m 15 year old this year at Nite High, Today is the entrance ceremony. While other are busy gather at Gym Hall where annual school entrance ceremony. I¡¯m now lying in grass behind the gym hall, not that I like to lazing around, but I just got extra lesson by few of my junior high school student, yes as you could say I was bullied. Well even like that they only do that because of my childhood friend Ellie Lockhart. She is the number one most beautiful girl in my junior high school, and it seems will be at senior high too. I wonder if there will be additional bullies from this new school, ohh my pitiful days to come. But as it seem that I already miss the opening of the ceremony I would just wait here till the ceremony finish and go to class, to find all the other requirement during my school progress , while waiting for the ceremony over I close my eye to enjoy the breeze in the morning , that I fell asleep. After a while I see the time in my cell phone, its indicate 11:00, where I fell asleep for 4 hours, and I don¡¯t even felt that long, but it seems I don¡¯t need to go attend my class briefing anymore since in the schedule the class announcer are until 10:30 where entrance ceremony until 09:30. So I go to my home, oh yeah I forget to tell you that my home only 20 minute from the school where the school are located around the mountain top, not that the school are far at top of mountain, there are still long way to the top of school where there are a temple for people to pray in new year and other occasion. While 11:00 are not the busiest time around here but when I walk home I couldn¡¯t find any other people on the street, so I guess not the time where many people walk around. After a 20 minute walk I found my home sweet home, where it¡¯s not my house but my uncle house, my uncle go oversea to work and he said that I could live in his house as long I could keep the house clean. Not that it would be a problem , since my parents always make me clean my room and having house to clean make me busy while I don¡¯t have any activities. After I arrived in front of the house, the white 2 story house where the first floor are just living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room. With the second floor are 3 room that when my uncle stay with his family, the farthest away are my uncle room, and in front of his room are for his children, but one way or another they don¡¯t blessed with children, and the room in front of the stair are for guess, and that¡¯s where I sleep. After having a quick shower and dressed from my suitcase, I start to unload all my clothes, yeah I¡¯m just got here yesterday where I don¡¯t have time to set my clothes since I got here at the middle of the night, so after I arrived I just change the mattress and sleep right away since I got here with train, for you that wonder why I got here so late are, I miss my drop at station at afternoon so when I wake up that I got pass the station, I got no other way than to wait for another train to my uncle place, and after I got to the station I don¡¯t have extra money to get cab and my cell phone run out of battery, and so I couldn¡¯t call my uncle or my parent to ask for pick up, and then I got no choice than to walk to my uncle house, after 2 hour walk and asking around I arrived and exhausted and fell asleep. So what I do now are tidying my clothes and my book at study table. Then sweep the floor and mop them, since the house are rather big even with vacuum cleaner it still took me two hours, since now around 13:40 I decided to get some lunch, so I go to market to find some vegetable with money that my uncle left me until my parent send me money in few day. They forget to give me credit card. On the way to the market, I see some aunties talk in groups with faces with worries, couldn¡¯t figure what they saying since I¡¯m not a sociable person I just ignore them, after a while I could see lots of debris across the road, and some blood on the street. Seems like there are big accident around here, but since I didn¡¯t see and I don¡¯t know what really happened I couldn¡¯t seems to worries about them. After a while buying eggs, rice and some tomato sausage, ham and bread I go back home. On the way back home I could see those people still talk around there and since curiosity get the best of me I go near them and try to listen to their conversation. auntie 1 : it¡¯s really strange that so many accident to happen at the same time. auntie 2 : that¡¯s right why does we couldn¡¯t remember what happen back then? auntie1 : I hope there is nothing wrong with us huh? auntie 2,3,4,5,6 : Yeah that¡¯s right¡­¡­¡­.( couldn¡¯t hear any more) Hmm it¡¯s seem there are something urgent happened? And they all experience them¡­.. what could go wrong hmm? Well I guess there is nothing I could do about that, after 15 minutes walking I got home and head straight to kitchen and cook some omelet with diced tomato , onion, ham and sausage, ooh my favorite eggs!! When I¡¯m with my mother she never let me make the dish every day, and now I could eat them whenever I want hahahaha, not that I would cook them every day thou¡­ kinda bored if I cook them every day, I guess I will moderate them. After I finish cooking I go straight to living room and watch my favorite anime that would be aired in 10 minute, but when I turn on the TV all the channel are the same, they all broadcasting news. Hmm I got to things of what aunties back then talking, it seems the conditions are much worst that I thought it is, after a while the anchor start talking and giving some video of what happen this morning, there are many accident either its car, airplane, and there are all the transportation. This really shocking with so many death count to thousand people and still counting, and it¡¯s not just here it¡¯s all over the world. To thing something could make this happen it must be something major. But to my surprise it¡¯s not like what I think, which some global terrorism. But the cause are sleep, yes that¡¯s right all over the world having mass sleep, many assumed that there was virus outbreak, and many other things and there is still no official news from government. Well seems that the situation much worse than I thought, but then when I was asleep it mean all the student at gym hall also sleep? Or it¡¯s me that awake early than other people? well I don¡¯t think I could do anything anyway, I guess I will finish my food and play some games with my uncle NtBox, yeah ntbox are newest production from gaming industries, here we could play some games where we play in another reality or another meaning are Virtual Reality, without much thing to say I get on the capsule and turning the machine ngggggggggggg ( the sound of processor) since my uncle left the capsule off before he gone, so I need to turn on again, after few second the machine goes on I see the goggle on top of the ceiling, after set the goggle to my head size, there are loading icon with percentage that quickly from 0% to 100% in just two or three minutes.

After working 2 hours John call me that there are empty spot in kitchen and ask if I want to work in the kitchen or stay outside. As I take the wooden sword ¡°you could try to swing the sword to the scarecrow, and if you need anything you could call me, and call me Rickon.¡± He said while hitting his chest and laugh and walk behind me. With my lips arched I found that I could knock the arrow far enough that I could reach the target, thou the arrow missed the mark. But for me this already a miracle. ¡°hahaha you need to train your arm so that you won¡¯t miss the mark¡± as he said while crossing his arm and lean to the wall 2 meters behind me. ¡°Is there any way to train that I could steady my arm sir?¡± I ask with my bow in hand and quiver next to wall in my right. ¡°of course there are lad! All you need to do is practice again and again, or you could strengthen your body with special course¡± he said with smile full horror that makes me felt chill. ¡®hrmm is this really a game? With him arrived at 06:30 and there are no ones that come to the school, he think he could get some sleep before the class start at 07:10. ¡®hmm with school as good as this I couldn¡¯t think why there is no people coming here, well I think I could get some sleep so I could focus study.¡¯ After five minute he finally get some sleep and having a dream about his little brother Felix Frath. In this dream is when he was eight years old when he play with his little brother that just having his six birthday two weeks ago, they played in the park near their home. The two of them are often come here with their parents, but this time their parents doesn¡¯t come but there are few adults that taking a lookout in the park so there won¡¯t be any shady uncle to take them home. After he finish wash his face, he just realize that there are no one at the school. With the time only 10 more minutes before class start, that¡¯s not possible so he decided to go to the school announcer board. Where the board filled with what¡¯s going on his school, and flyer about school activities from last year. To his surprise he found out that because of yesterday event where people get fall into sleep suddenly school decided to make students don¡¯t have to attend school for one week to see what cause mass sleep or if there any side effect. (AN: anyone could find a cool name for the sleep attack?) Feeling stupid for not attending the ceremony yesterday at the gym hall, he missed about this announcement. And with that he goes back to his uncle home. Changing his clothes with his casual clothes, he start to clean the first and second floor. After a while he decided to play the capsule again, remembering he have quest with John the restaurant owner.

Not forget to set the alarm for 10:00 so he could go and buy something to eat later. He start back in the training hall with bow and quiver in his inventory. He greet the two of them and come over their place and start helping them. And with few minutes their stand finished and could start operating. ¡°It¡¯s good to see you come before the appointed time Eiden¡± John said while tapping his shoulder ¡° you don¡¯t need to come this early tomorrow since we don¡¯t unload the stands for next couple days.¡± ¡°I¡¯m glad I could help with you preparing things John¡± I said with smile on my face ¡° and what we going to sell for this event John?¡± I ask since there are weird cooking device that I never seen. ¡° we going to sell some meat that my friend manage to hunt yesterday, this meat really nice if you could cook it fast and so we need high heat to cook it and this baby ( while patting the special stove) could do the work. ¡°Alright then, what should I do to make them?¡± I ask since I like to cook. ¡°first you need to prepare the meat to the grinder/ you could mince them with your knives, and then you will put this secret ingredient to them. After that stick it to the steel bar and we can put them into the pit.¡± He said while start to show me how to prepare the meat. ¡°Could I try it John?¡± I said, asking for him to teach me how to prepare the meat. ¡®Then he teach me to prepare it for lots of batches so when the order come what we need to do are stick the meat to the steel bar and cook it.¡¯ And after forty minutes all the preparation are finished and I was told to try make one order. ¡°Go try to put the steel bar to the oven¡± ( for some people want to know what kind of oven I talk could google Tandoori oven). When I tried to cook it and put my hand inside the oven and there are new massage shown in front of me

What I do are having the top 5, 4 ,and 3 on score board to make a guild with me in the center, where they will help me playing so now I stand in top 10, where I just got to top 10 before the school ceremony start yesterday. Having one of the biggest guild on my command. Everything seems easy. Where my party member going to the dungeons and lockout other users and letting me getting most of the kills with all the 50% kill exp will be given to the person who dealt the last hit and the rest 50% of exp split to the party member. Where the party exp setting made like that not share even. There are even 100% setting where you could get all the exp. But since Reylin, my second in command who are the best 3 player in the world told at least when I lead party need to set exp into 50%, not reaping all the exp. The reason are simple, since we compete with other guild to become number one guild in this game. Not that I complain when I could chase people that start 2 month early which 6 month game time. While spending less time than them playing? I don¡¯t have any complain to say. Since now I don¡¯t have any school to do and connected to the game and wanting to start hunt are not possible right now, since my usual party aren¡¯t online yet since usually we play when I get back from school activities. Where their heroes fight so fierce that the monster encircling their town got push into the mountain of devil around 20 minutes with horses where my guild member found the secret dungeon when he run from monster chase and fall into hole between steep cliff and having bonus exp and loot for the rest of the week. Which only 1 and half day more. I was hoping I could get to the top of 5 in next three month just for 1 year player competition. So since my guild mates still on their way to this town which will take around 4 hour game time until their arrival, I will enjoy this festival to the fullest. Where to my surprise I found my sandbag in this town, and he busy making food on the stall, I guess its suit him when his parent working for my father, and their son work in the game what a looser. So I go to his stall and ask for some food that he sell, but it seem he don¡¯t recognize me with my armor and different hair length and color where in reality like most high school student in prestige school the hair are black without any accessories for boys. It¡¯s make sense where here I having golden hair and eye color with first grade equipments. Well with him in front of me and I using Examination skill which will be given to all player upon class advance. To my surprise his level still two so it seems he is doing his first quest given level and that he got, where most people could get to level six even for people doing normal quest for two or three day. For now I will add his nick name to my enemy list so when he start going around and in any chance I meet him outside save area will kill him so he couldn¡¯t play at all. *** ¡®huff, at least I could go from covering the stand for 8 hour game time. It really unbelievable that there are so many people in game where I couldn¡¯t even have a breathing room. During my quest shift I could see there are many people only carry one main weapon, either one hand or two hand swords, dagger, bows, staff, or mace. Looks like their weapon categorize their class. I wonder what it is like to fight in the front line with monsters, clashing swords, getting hit and roaring through battles. And then what is feel like casting magic? When I read in the information windows there are few way of fighting. People with system assist, where they only need to walk near enough target and they will do auto attack and dodge with percentage of their status and equipment. Or manual fighting mode where players move by themselves and fight using their own skills , mostly people with martial arts using this mode. And I wonder what does it feel when people using magic with manual? My heart fill with excitement to what could I do. For now thou I will focus on raising my archery skills where yesterday after 4 hours of shooting I manage to get the beginner arrow mastery , to my surprise even with low status like me I could practice manual archery. Even the target are still target boards. After first day of helping selling in John stall I got some more point in fire resistance. But it seems the resistance status are hard to gain. At first hour I got 1 status and the next 2 hour I get 1 more and lastly after 5 hour I get the last point of fire resistance. Getting to the house I heating the water and preparing the ingredients and utensils. Which is bowl with strainer and pot big enough so I could put the bowl into the pot, cooking pan. And getting frustrated I start cleaning the house for 30 minutes and get back to the NTBox again, not forgot to set the alarm so I could get some shower at 5 pm. Shocked to see such cool skills from him, he laughed and shouting to his friends in different area ¡°Hey my archer class upgrade are cool, we could gather more than one mobs and kill them with my skills. On the way I saw 5 people partying to fight the wolfs and foxes with beginner clothes and there are 2 people use swords and blades and one man use shield and one hand sword which i think he was the main tank. and 1 man use bow to attract enemy from the plain, while the last one are using daggers to inflict damage whenever there are chance. for team of beginner without jobs they are doing really well. Because I could see they finish monster in just one or two minutes and they don''t stop if the shield user still have health. walk pas them i go straight to the mine and saw few people solo hunting here and there, and when i come near the mine there are 2 users that resting in front of the mine chatting. And when they see me coming they just giving me a glance and ignore me while I walk to the cave. seeing that i could get ores like this I start to mine all the vein around here. where there are so many ore vein that when i finish to the last vein i could see while walking inside the mines, and see that the first copper vein that i harvest already start to respawn. Happy to see that I could gather as many as I get i start hacking them until i fill my bag with ore, and to think that i couldn''t move with that many ore in my backpack i decided to put the bag into the inventory slot and start gathering the ores until I fill my bag, but before i could finish the last 4 slots of my inventory there are few player that come and seems angry with me. "Hey how could you take all the ore here!" he said yelling "Well I was alone here and since i don''t see anyone around I collect them all, is that wrong?" i ask confused why he angry to me. couldn''t say that i wrong and with pompous sneer he said " You need to Get out of here or I will kill you!" After few moment I saw the cave with two branch. thinking that there should be more ore vein inside i start to walk there. To my surprise at the end of cave there are magic circle like at the stone next to the wall. Walking to the circle and then the circle start shining. With few moment later i saw the different place but still inside the cave, there are few bats here and there hanging in the ceiling. I try to sneak around carefully not to wake them up, and seems work that i don''t attract the aggro. Getting into the clearing where there are big bat around there with few little red bats around him sleeping guarding him. Tried to focus on what the monster name.

Seeing that there are boss monster here with his bodyguards i couldn''t help but excited. my first boss monster but i couldn''t try to fight it. and I stay there for a few moment watching the bats sleeping. seeing there are few ore that different from ore at the front.

Excited that I could get the good quality ore here, I walk there and tried to use my pickaxe, but when I hit the ore I heard the sound of bats awaking KEAAAAkkkk With sweat all over my clothes i stop hitting the vein and turn around to see Chapter 6 underestimated Beginner I wonder if you guys would like the character status or skill that he already generate so far? or just like this/? With ragged breath he fall on the floor at first floor. Trying to manage his breath he couldn''t help but laugh about what just happen. knowing that he just barely escape with his life. learning from this experience he make a self note 1. Don''t do something stupid anymore. 2. Repeat over and over number 1. Decided that he couldn''t fill the bag with more ores he start to walk to the town, during his way back he meet those 6 people still mining. But when they heard about silver ore he stop mining in this place and the group start walking into the portal. Knowing that they wont mine in the first floor. Eiden waiting till they start walking into the second floor direction. when their indication start to disappeared from the clearing area of first floor he get back to mine in that area. while doing something in the game, users could brows the forums with the tab blurry so they won''t distract the view too much, only giving like using glasses with normal eye in small section of vision. There he could see that if monster didn''t killed they will stay in the place where the person take aggro left them, in this chase are changing level floor. This fact are well known by users because the threads used to be main topic with videos of users get into portal where they run to the boss floor so they could finish the boss quickly. but failed to kill the boss in one trip, so they told their guild mates that they need to run to the boss room with only 10% of health left. And the monster only will get back after their aggro are ended with someone death or theirs. When their guild mates come and run into next room before the portal are. to their surprise they saw horde of mobs in the last room before the portal are placed. And the second party are massacred by normal monsters. And the video become trending for a while. Of course this group of 6 also heard about the video and watch them but since Reid are level 1 and doesn''t seem like someone that could fight even one mobs without dying the don''t think of something like that. but to their surprise that when the white light dimmed, around 100 mobs are at the front of portals where they died in few seconds. Only could scream in panic and trying to change to the first floor, but when they was attacked they couldn''t change maps on battles. "HAHAHA oh how I wish I could see their faces. We are groups of pro gamers where our objective are to become number one in this new VR game. With the search and preparation of 8 months we start the game and start to proceed with our plan to get one person with every profession with maxed proficiency, Blacksmith, Miner, Skinning, Tailoring, Herbalist, Herb collector, all of other profession available will be maxed so we could have expert on each of them. And after third days i focus on the forgery leveling my blacksmith proficiency. Because I got lots of ores even with low quality I compensate them with enormous quantity. I could manage to return two times every day with bag full of copper and iron ores. When I search in the forum we could grind the level with greater quality items so many people spend less time doing mining on lower grade mine. With 9 stack full of ores I head to Fred blacksmith store. Helping him during the day I ask his permission so that I could use his forgery during the night. And Fred said its alright for me to use them, as long as the forgery could be used in the next day by them. After that I start to process the copper ore first wanting to wait my blacksmith skill leveled first before using Iron ore. Trying to remember what Fred told me the other day. I smelt the copper ore into liquid and then put the liquid into the mold. After waiting for them hardened, which I put the mold into cold water. I got my self Copper bar, after finish all the copper ore for today, I got around 25 bar of them which I generate beginner blacksmith skill. and trying to make some swords from copper.

Getting back few days before. After few moments my guild mates that will help me leveling up come and we start walk to the dungeon that he found yesterday. After one day we fight few dungeon floors where the discovery bonuses are ended, we manage to reach 6th floors. After clearing the mobs and picking loots, we are going to repair and eat food that few member in my raid could do. so we could save times from going back to the city. The raid consist of me a Dragon knight where I got the job change by accident which i will tell you for another time. 8 fire magicians 8 Ice magicians elements. 8 Knights, 10 Archers, 2 rogues, 6 Healers, 3 assassins, 1 Bard, 1 dancer, 2 merchants. having 2 merchant as the loot carrier, and the one that repairs and cooks every time the satiety and stamina dropped. where rogues and assassins become mobber which the job are pulling enemies to the place we stay , where ice magicians slows the enemy movements and fire magician giving over time damage, and archers depleting the enemy health before reaching knight position. where I get most of the kill with special skill that could stunt in 5 meters where I stab my swords when the enemy health dropped to 10% hp, and finish them with dragon rush where I run through the enemy lines stumbling them if they got into stunned status they will stumble and then finish with few stabs from behind where they will dealt critical damages securing me lots of exp. Finish repairing equipments and resting for a bit, we planning to go deeper but before we reach the portal for next level, One of my raid member found cages where there are few people locked inside. Seeing that I told them to wait for me to get some extra quest while we cleaning the dungeon. Where later we got quest to rescue few more villager in the dungeon. Seeing that we are going to clear the dungeon we accept the quest. After around 20 floor where we save all the villagers there are still few floors left where we planing to go through to kill the boss. But when we want to go inside the portal, one of villagers who got kidnaped from nearby village and town when they are going to farm, river, ect. Asking us to Kill all the Orc that nesting here, because they think the orcs will go outside when they got enough numbers. Which they do every years, hoping that we could kill all the orc so they don''t have to suffer from Orc attacks. Accepting them without much tough, after that we walk through portal. still the same area, but with few changes on the maps. Thinking that they will be the usual 8~12 monster per camp we attack where they are because the high wall make them couldn''t break through our knight walls. Thinking that it was the same was a mistake where we find the enemy dots suddenly spread into whole map even the dark map which we haven''t explored yet. And after few days defending them and having few people dies and they getting tired from playing more than one day we decided to abandon the quest. Which make the Yearly enemy raid to the town start earlier from usual. but we got 2 more in game days. Thinking if I fail the quest and the enemy will raid the town, that could damage the reputation I decided to call all the guild member to gather in Etherin Kingdom, where the festival just pass 2 week ago. **** "Huakk!!" Seeing that he could create normal quality with Iron Ore, he decided to stop making iron ingot, and creating weapons from them thinking to raise the skill proficiency into novice where he read that he could create better result with the same ingredients. working until morning he creates 60 weapons which standards where newbies player use for hunting. with only 39% left before blacksmith skill level up but the normal ingot are already depleted and don''t want to use Iron Ore to make normal grade iron ingot, he got an idea that he could melt the weapon again.
