 1. Prologue (edited)

    "Sorry Saint, but I have to do it."


    Says a muscular man holding a giant sword above his head.


    "Don''t worry child, you are only doing your duties, god will forgive you."


    says an old man around his seventies.


    He is Saint, a pure one at that. He never did anything wrong his whole life,


    he''s never hurt anybody willingly, not even insects. But now he is being


    executed for saving someone.


    Two days prior, when he was walking down a path near the forest just


    outside the town,


    he spotted a man bleeding and almost unconscious, so he helped him using his


    healing magic despite knowing that the man he saved was demon. Though demon


    he could not watch a soul die in front of his eyes. But it just so happens that the demon


    was being pursued by Royal Knight but due to Saint''s healing the demon, the demon escaped. So, the healer was arrested for helping a demon by Knight and today was


    his execution.


    Though the Saint felt that his life was relatively boring when compared with others but


    he was still happy with the fact that he was respected by towns people. And he accepted his punishment without any resentment or regret because he lived his life the way he wanted; by helping people around.


    The executioner asked him a last question: "Do you have any last words, Saint?"


    The Saint looked around the square at thousand of towns people who came for his execution, and almost every single one of them were watching him gloomily and with sad eyes, but the Saint smiled a brilliant smile and said "I''ll just say that may everyone lead a happy and healthy life."


    With his final words spoken, the executioner swung his sword albeit reluctantly.


    With his life taken, everything surrounding the Saint turned dark. And when Saint opened his eyes in this darkness, a memory flashed through his mind.


    A memory of a blackish brown haired boy with black eyes in a different planet than his own, of a planet called Earth. The boys life, how he grew up, his love for fantasy novels, his parents, friends, girlfriend, and how he died of cancer at age of 30 amidst crying parents, family, girlfriend and relatives who were trying to console them.


    But the Saint knew better, he knew that this was his memory of past life. He lived two different lives, or that he at least remembers, in two different ways but without regret and among someone shedding tears for him. He was truly happy even if his soul were to disappear he would still be happy.

    But the scene infront of him abruptly changed. Now he was not in any dark place but was in room which glowed in golden light. He was surprised momentarily because in his first death he was taken to hell for few years for punishment then after atoning for his sins, he was sent for reincarnation by angels.


    But this time, he was in some room basked in golden light with gold walls with some black curved lines in wall. Thinking this situation as funny as he remembered from his experience in novels from his first life, he smiled.


    "Oh! you are rather calm and even smiling in this situation as expected of a Saint."


    sounded a rather ancient voice.


    "I am extremely sorry my lord, I found the situation rather funny like those in novels from my old world." replied the soul of Saint.


    " Hmm you even realized I am a god? and even remembered your previous life indeed your soul became strong and not even intimidated by my presence, must say I am impressed." surprised, asked the god.


    "Of course and thank you my lord. If I may be so presumptuous to ask why was I graced the presence of a god?"


    "Straight to the business? well not like I care. I am father and ruler of all gods and because of your saintly works, you are going to get five of your wishes fulfilled before your next reincarnation.So, you should think and answer me what you want."


    This revelation got him startled and he started thinking. He lived two lives in two different styles, one somewhat introverted and things what he did in first life was fun, second life though somewhat boring he lived among people, so now he wants to live a life with both mixed fun and among a lot of people, he wants friends, girlfriends and a family but he will forget his life in next reincarnation. So, he decided he will mix it all up, his fantasy dream of first life which he could not lead in first life along with experiences of second life. So he said:


    " My lord first I want my previous two lives memories intact, second; I want every single language in multiverse to be comprehensible to my soul, third; I want to be born as strong demon with endless stamina, vitality capabilities as physical traits, fourth; I want to at least be attributed to space, darkness, lightning magical affinities and last but not least I want strong regenerative and shape-shifting abilities as demon traits." said the saint.


    "Hmm... okay. Now you will be sent to your new world."

 Chapter 1 Demon prince

    chapter 1: Demon prince


    After the blinding flash of light subsided I was once again in space filled with darkness, where something is beating rythmetically. This place I assume may be my mother''s womb. My body feels rather weak, I guess I am still a fetus. With nothing to do in this place except sleeping and thinking, I got bored after maybe few days. When I remember my past life, I would always feel at peace and relaxed when mediating so I thought might as well do it and started mediating.


    While passing days in such fashion with absolutely nothing to do I noticed my body grow bigger and little stronger with each passing days. After what felt like ages of waiting, the fated day came. That day I felt some unknown force pushing me out of this dark space.


    After frantic pushing and screams of my new mother for hours I felt my head come out of that dark place into light. After forty minutes or so of pushing and screaming did my body finally come out.


    Because my body being small I could not immediately open my eyes but I felt someone drying my wet body with soft cloth and saying in old voice:


    "Congratulation My Queen, it''s a boy."


    ''hmmm queen? Then I must be prince, huh? demon prince doesn''t sound bad.'' I thought.


    "huff...  Is he huff.. healthy?"


    I heard a weak, tired and concerned voice asking, which I am sure belongs to my mother. After asking such, I think she fell unconscious because I could hear sleeping like sound.


    I tried to open my eyes which I barely managed, (it being too bright after being accustomed to darkness for a long time). I looked at lady who had black hair with white mixed in it. She has black eyes with dark skin. She checked on me and frowned before saying:


    "The baby is healthy but he is not crying like a normal baby."


    ''Hmm since I want to have lots of fun in this life why not start right away?'' I thought. So, while old lady was looking at me intensely I looked at her right in the eye and instead of crying, smiled.


    This startled her to no end, she almost dropped me to the ground.


    ''Hey granny watch out'' I thought.


    Although she regained her balance, I kept on smiling at her.


    At this moment, I could hear something like door opening sound. My head was opposite to where my mother was so I could not see her but door was right in front of me so I darted my eyes toward the door, from where a hulking man nearly seven foot tall entered into the room. Seeing me in old lady''s hands, the man smiled a bright smile. This man had purple short hair, two pitch black horns protruding from extreme sides of his forehead going upward and curving at red tip. His eyes golden while slightly dark skin tone. He ask the old lady in happy voice:


    "How are baby and Queen Lilith?"


    His voice woke the lady from her stupor and hastily replied while bowing:


    "My King, Queen gave birth to a healthy boy b-but this child, instead of crying like normal children, is smiling."

    Hearing this, the King rather my father frowned first but then his frown turned into grin and said:


    "Haha of course, he''s my child, he would be cheerful one."


    During the conversation he arrived near us and the lady handed me to father. He looked at me then turned toward the lady and asked:


    "How''s Lilith?"


    "Oh, I forgot due to unusual behaviour of baby. I will check right away."


    She replied and proceeded toward mother.


    My father too turned toward mother so, I got first chance to look at my mother. She looked around 20-30 unlike my father who looked around 30-40. She had red flowing hair disheveled because of labour. She had her eyes closed so I could not see it but her skin was fair and white. She was sleeping on big bed, something was on her back below her and a slender long rope like thing was also there.


    ''Wings and tail?'' I thought.


    The lady quickly checked on mother then turned to look at my father and said:


    "Queen is also in normal condition. She is unconscious from exhaustion."


    As she was saying such mother''s eyes trembled slightly and after a second she slowly opened her blue eyes. She looked our way and weakly smiled.


    "Richard, Let me hold my child." She said.


    My father went over to her and handed me to her. She looked at me with a smile enhancing her beauty by a level.


    "I am your mother, my child."


    In return to her introduction I smiled back. At first she showed a surprised expression but she immediately smiled back. Suddenly the old lady interjected with a question:


    "My King, My Queen what shall be young prince''s name?"


    "Oh Rolda, I almost forgot. What do you think Lilith?"


    Asked, my father.


    "Hmm how about, Lithius?"


    Said my mother looking at me. I looked mother in the eyes and once again smiled to give my consent. Seeing me smile my father laughed and said:


    "Hahaha looks like he likes the name, so be it. His name will be Lithius Richard Grace."


    Though the situation was happy, I felt hunger well up on me so I cried a little. My mother looked worried.


    "Maybe he is hungry." Said Rolda, the old lady.


    "Are you hungry?" asked mother smiling at me. I stopped crying and smiled at her. Everyone was surprised at first but mother giggled and took out her breast and feed me.


    After happy meal was over, before this I always mediated instead of sleeping, so for once I decided to sleep peacefully.

    Sorry for spelling mistakes on prologue, I forgot to check and edit before posting. But I don''t think I will check it though, mistakes are bound to happen especially from a rookie.(well, basically because I am a lazy bum he he)

 Chapter 2 Becoming a familiar

    Guys, you may ask where''s his childhood after reading this chapter. That will later because it is mostly every other novels stuff with slight changes in between. So I will release them with suitable conditions later on.

    Chapter 2: Becoming a familiar


    Light flashes. When the light subsides, I am standing in a magic circle with some runes engraved on it, which is used for familiar summoning.


    My gaze shifts from circle to my front, there is a girl standing there with a small black wand in her hands. She has beautiful blue hair, modest breasts, excellent curves and fair skin. She has a pleased smile on her face maybe because familiar summoning of her was a success. All in all she is a beautiful girl, with some shine in her black eyes. I look at her and smile then run toward her with a lightning speed all the while, this poem by famous writer underhanded from some novel flashing in my mind:

    And there you stand,


    Carrying a magic wand,


    Placed in that fair hand,


    That moment, at that place, I freeze,


    What magic did you use? my heartbeat seized?


    Look at you, you look pleased,


    That smile reached my heart and gave a tug,


    Beating frantically rose and breathing became rugged,


    There was an impulse to hold you in a tight hug,


    No way, this chance, I am going to miss,


    Like lightening I rush,


    with shocked expression she stands as is,


    I hold her by the waist and plant a kiss.


    And I did exactly the same. I held her by her waist gave a deep kiss. When I was busy kissing, I saw a knight with silver armour rush toward me with his sword unsheathed by the corner of my eyes. He arrived in few moments, all the while I have been kissing her.


    He went for a stab on exposed left side of my stomach, but I gave her a slight push and jumped two steps back. But he pursued me with horizontal slash, I moved to my left leg,  left side of body along with it, missing the slash by hairs breadth. Looks like he is good knight because he immediately followed with upward swing, I rocked my upper body backwards to miss the swing, but he persistently followed with downward vertical slash. This time I jumped few metres back and shouted:


    "Wait. What are you doing?"


    It''s been 4 years that I have born as a demon and today I came to this world as a familiar because I was bored in previous world.


    Now I say I am four years old but I look like 16. Demon world had a rule that one can evolve when they are 7 years for first time and when you are 15 for second time or you should have enough mana and knowledge for two evolutions. I belong to latter.


    I had my first evolution when I was 1 and second, 2 and half years later when I was 3 and half. And I have to wait for another half year for suitable person with similar mana signature, suitable conditions and enough mana to summon me. I really did not care about conditions though. Well she still did not have enough mana, I had to help by providing my mana to her, so she cannot properly control me, well that''s a good news to me.


    To summon a familiar set of conditions must be fulfilled. The master and familiar have to have similar mana signatures, second; the master''s conditions should be acceptable to familiar, and third: master should have enough mana to summon the familiar or to make it clear the amount of mana in master or summoner should not be too low relative to familiar otherwise familiar will not be willing to serve the summoner.


    I am however different. I was desperate enough to leave if first condition was met. I didn''t care what condition was imposed by master I accepted readily. For third condition, I provided my mana for her made certain tweaks to familiar summoning circle and used my space magic to let myself be summoned as a familiar. So here I am.

    "no, what were you doing to young miss?" shouted angry knight.


    "Well, sealing the contract." I said, showing the glowing circled tattoo with a weird shape in middle which shows familiar contract have been established.


    He eyed the now dimming circle and asked:


    "Was that necessary? I have seen many familiar summoning but never have I seen a ritual like that."


    This time voice came from another side of room from a man in 40 with blue short hair, black eyes and fair skin in silver robe. He resembled the summoner girl.


    "Well, I am Lithius, a demon. And yeah, that was necessary because she did not have quite adequate amount of mana to summon me , so I had to help her a little and kiss was necessary to complete the ritual." I said.


    "And why would you help her? Also, you don''t look like a demon, instead you look like a human?" asked the silver robed man.


    "Well I was bored in demon world. I look like a human because of one of my abilities." I replied. I had shapeshifted into J***** Depp in his 20-30. Quirk of remembering past life. hehee


    "I am your master Anna, this is my father Duke Lucas Hasling, and that is knight captain of our house Gerard. And what would you have done if summoner was a boy?" said, otherwise silent master of mine, introducing herself and everyone in room. To her question everyone''s attention ones again focused on me. She had a playful smile on her now which replaced till now remaining shocked, bewildered expression of hers.


    "Well, I had to ask for summoner to drop a drop of blood on my contract circle." I replied with a shrug.


    "Why didn''t you ask her to do that?" aksed somewhat angry Lucas.


    "For first; she is beautiful, it''s waste to ask her for blood instead of a kiss, second; if there is peaceful and pleasurable way, why go for painful one, and third and main reason; I don''t like unnecessary bloodshed." I reasoned.


    Ho ho ho when I said that, their faces were worth watching. Their jaws were dropped and their faces said ''one small prick and one drop of blood is bloodshed for you? are you even a demon? you are just a pervert, are you not?'' After a while Anna composed herself and started to giggle which turned into full blown laughter. Her father''s face was saying ''looks like we got another mischievous person in family''.


    After a while Lucas and Gerard composed themselves, then Lucas asked:


    "Can you show us your true form?"


    "Hmm.. why, yes." I said transforming into my original form.


    They showed surprised and satisfied expression for my demon form.


    In my original appearance I had purple hair, two pitch black horns protruding from sides of forehead going toward sky but transforming into curved golden tip going slightly backward, well my head butt will surely injure people. I had pitch black wings coming out of my back and my long black tail was going downward with furry but sharp red tip. I was wearing black robe with golden linings here and there, which looked good on my white smooth skin. Inside the robe I had a leather armour above thin clothes.


    Nodding to my appearance, Lucas said:


    "Please follow me, we have matter to discuss."


    This is the first time he used a polite tone with me. Previously, he may have thought I would harm them or maybe because I was a simple demon familiar of her daughter so, he may have thought it was not necessary. Though his tone was not rude, it was not particularly polite either. I nodded to him, so he turned around and started walking out the door. Gerard motioned to Anna so she followed suite and I followed after her and Gerard followed only after closing the door behind.

 Chapter 3: Intense stare

    Chapter 3: Intense stare


    So here I am following Lucas out the summoning room.


    At front is Lucas taking us through broad hallway, lit by some mana stones which is embedded on walls. Following closely behind Lucas is, his daughter, also my master Anna. She is slightly behind Lucas, besides him in such a fashion that I can see both their backs. I am following them atleast from 1 metres distance behind them. And to my immediate right is Knight captain of Hasling house, Gerard.


    Well I am 1m behind them for a reason. I noticed a peculiar sight which interested me to no end. The peculiar thing is swaying, well to be precise swaying of Anna''s slightly bigger butt for her age of 16. They were moving in rythematically like they following some tune of some song. And that friends was a sight to behold.


    *doin* moves to right *doin* moves to left: 1st round,


    again *doin* moves to right *doin* moves to left: 2nd round,

    .


    .


    I kept staring at her butt for around 50 rounds then she finally realized what I was doing and she got slightly angry but said nothing for the time being, maybe she is slightly used to these kinds of stares. But unfortunately for her I am not the one to give up, I persist at what I do, so kept at it though I know she knew. She would slightly turn back every now and then and would get more angry every time seeing me so persistent and busy intensely staring. It was as if there was some sort of intense staring competition going on between her butt and me. It was as if one would loose their life if stopped. My eyes were virtually glued to her butt.


    And did I mention even Gerard was sneaking peeks at her butt.


    Oh she looks more angry this time looks like she realized that I was aware of her knowing about it but I still kept at it. He he he seeing her angry is fun.


    And after around 70 rounds Lucas also seems to realize what is going on. And after 85 rounds looks like Lucas cannot keep his calm.


    Lucas'' POV:


    Oh Lithius is perversely staring at Anna''s butt and she looks unusually angry, why? I cannot get it. I mean she keeps getting such glances at times so she is somewhat used to it. Hah youth.


    I look back at him for second time. This bastard. Now, I know why she is so angry. He is not glancing but staring at her like his life is depended on it and he is not even blinking his eyes. And moreover, he knows that we both know that he is looking at her unblinkingly but he still pretends he doesn''t know. This bastard. I yell at him:


    "LITHIUS, what do you think you are doing?"


    For the first time he breaks his concentration from Anna''s butt and looks at angry Anna and me. He is giving clueless look on his face and asks:


    "Umm.. what do you mean? I don''t understand. What did I do? You both look so angry."


    ''shameless bastard'' I thought. And before I could retort Anna shouts sounding extremely angry.This mischievous, always smiling girl, I have never seen her so angry:


    "Why were you staring so intensely at my butt and even after knowing that both father and me have realized that you were looking."


    His reaction to this retort left everybody speechless, jaw dropped, bewildered, surprised for at least a minute with disbelief written all over our face.


    First his expression shows that some realization dawned on him and he replies smiling:


    "Oh you were talking about that. well first I was thinking how I can help master but my eyes fell on master mesmerisingly swaying butt then an enlightenment dawned on me. So I was helping master train."


    This bastard, he is absolutely shameless. He sounds as if he''s done nothing wrong, he is not guilty for anything.


    "How is staring at someones butt without even blinking an eye a training. or Are you training her to know what abuse feels like?"


    I snap at him.


    He shows momentarily angry expression at this. Then he looks annoyed and then he frowns.

    "What do you take me for? some perverted demon? let me make something clear to you. I come from extremely noble demon lineage. I have seen many kinds of butts and in different shapes and sizes. That too naked. well little extra information I have spanked some of them too. Now coming to Anna, I was helping her train to feel different kinds of gazes and let me tell you result for feeling perverted gazes was a success. Now next one will be feeling killing intent. Let me check result of this training. How many perverted gazes did you feel and name different person who had those gazes and how intense were they?"


    "Three to be exact, one was you, Lithius, second Gerard, and third father. You were most intense to be exact you were staring the whole time, Gerard was peeking glances from time to time and when we stopped to have this talk, father glanced a few times. But I would have known that without your so called training."


    replied my daughter. But I swear I did not peek. Well I am embarrassed.


    "I did not-" I could not complete my sentence because of Anna''s glare.


    "See my training produced excellent results." says Lithius ignoring Anna''s last line, he looked as if he did not hear the last part. And he looks extremely proud.


    *sigh* Anna and I both sigh. well nothing we can do if he is so shameless.


    "*sigh* well lets go to hall room." I say sighing for second time and Lithius still kept staring whole way back. sighs were constantly escaping our mouths. And Gerard was beet red from embarrassment the whole time, he did not even leak a voice.


    Back to Lithius:


    Hohoho that was success. In demon world a girl''s father saw both his daughter and me in bed naked but I still managed to get away from that situation (and her father was even thanking me at last), compared to that, this is nothing. well I will explain that situation in detail some other time because we arrived at a gaint wooden door which is 8ft tall and 4ft wide. If you are curious, we arrived here after exactly 348 rounds hehehe.


    Well, lets continue the story shall we. Lucas then opened the door and entered, Anna followed him. Me and Gerard followed suite.


    The room was grand to say the least. It was spacious. Two large couches are placed adjacent to the fire place which can been seen from the door. A small table is placed in between couches. Some kind of blue fur is placed as carpets which compliments by creating contrast to silvery golden walls.


    There in one of the couch is boy around 8-9 who has face similar to Anna, but has a red hair instead of blue. Boy looks cute as he looks at us.


    Besides him is a women around 30-35. She has red hair like boy, or should I say boy inherited it from her, white spotless skin and black eyes. she is wearing some white dress. She also looks up and smiles. She looks beautiful.


    "This is my mother Angelina and this little boy here is Ronald, my brother. And mom, Ronald this here is my familiar Lithius, a demon." Anna introduces.


    ''what is this, Anna? is it always your responsibility to introduce people'' I thought but quickly smiled and said:


    "Nice to make your acquaintances Lady Hasling and young master Ronald." with as bright smile as I could muster because I follow principles of "first impression is last impression". Don''t laugh guys, I am serious here.


    Lady Hasling stands up smiles and says something I am not too clear about that.


    Anna''s POV:


    Mother stands up and says with smile, I follow her gaze:


    "Nice to meet you too Lithius."


    My fuse is blown instantly. This bastard, he is staring her breasts, and he looks like he will drool any moment. I WILL KILL THIS BASTARD.


    Gerard''s POV:


    *sigh* I didn''t get any dialogue this chapter though my name is tarnished in the chapter.

    Chapter 4: Matters to discuss = useless talk?


    I stopped staring because being excess is never good. Ahh Anna is glaring at me.


    After few minutes their entire family seats on the couch on left of me where Ronald and Angelina were sitting. I on the other hand tactfully seat on couch on right hand side. Thinking if there''s a matter to discuss than It is better to face the person talking.


    Lucas turns toward Gerard and says:


    "Gerard, you may leave now."


    Gerard first looks toward me then faces Lucas before bowing and saying:


    "Yes Duke, I take my leave."


    He then turns and walks away. Now, Lucas looks at me for a while, I however remain calm, and says:


    "This is an important matter so, I hope you take this matter seriously."


    "What are talking about Lucas, I am always serious. I never fool around." (me)


    He looks at me seriously trying to convey his seriousness, but I return his stare looking indifferent. He then sighs at my unyielding attitude and starts to speak:


    "This matter concerns Anna. Our family is duke family. Though we have serious influence in this country of Zenith, we have many different enemies as well...."


    Then he starts to prattle about different things. Seriously he is making me bored. So, I will tell you lot about it in summary.


    Well the thing is , in this planet called Zeon many kinds and races of people live. Well most of them you know as dwarves, humans, elves, beastman etc (different kinds of girls to seduce for me yay.) .But there is no demon kingdom, all the demons here are summoned familiars, who when their master dies will be sent back to their original world. The children from different races awake their magic at the age before they turn ten or after nine , that is almost true for everyone. And when they turn ten, children are sent to study in schools which teaches about basic and intermediate magic. They have to study there for either six year or till they become 4th circle mage. After that comes advanced academy where they are enrolled between age of 16 to 18.


    Now this country or empire whatever you call it, is called Zenith like I said before because it is situated in north eastern part of planet Zeon. This is sole human kingdom. I won''t say about boring things like total geography of world. I will tell that later when I roam around the planet to search different kinds and races of girls. Ah scratch that, I mean to say, I will tell you about it when I go adventuring.


    Now back to discussed matter. Anna has graduated from basic and intermediate course this year and she is a fifth circle mage, which is considered extremely good because advancing to higher stages is increasingly difficult the higher you advance. Many cannot even become 4th circle in 6 years of study.


    So, Anna will be going to the Paradise Island academy, which is considered best in whole planet. People of every races attend that academy. It is situated to east of this country in a big Island called Paradise Island which entirely belongs to the academy. Though safety of students is very good in academy but in academy assignments like when they tasked to go for hunting, or when going to or returning from academy many people may attack her as their enemies will be waiting for opportune moment to strike. So, Lucas is basically asking me to protect Anna well.


    Sigh this long boring talk just to tell me that. Even if he didn''t tell me I will never let her die because if she dies I will have to return to demon world which I am absolutely not willing, at least not before I see girls of different races. So, my reply is:


    "Don''t you worry Lucas. I will protect her well, as of now she is mine. And I always protect what is mine."


    """What?""" All three of them shout except for Ronald who was busy playing.


    Fufufu expected reaction.


    "Uh... I.. I mean that she is mine responsibility. Yeah, I absolutely mean that. I forgot the word ''responsibility''. S-so-sorry for startling you." I replied all flustered, stammering and embarrassed. (Acting of course).


    "oh... Okay?" replies Angelina awkwardly.


    Oh! she almost bought it. But Lucas and Anna are staring daggers at me. Ho hoho did they think I will be afraid. Well unfortunately for them I remain calm and indifferent. So they both sigh.

    "Normally familiar are summoned at the start of year in advanced academy but for her safety and because she is already 5th circle mage we let her summon you. Because after you are 5th circle there is almost no complications in summoning a familiar without an experts help." Adds Lucas.


    "Oh, Is that rare?" I reply as if surprised.

    "Okay. So, when are we leaving?" I ask. I am little impatient to meet different races of people. And experience first hand what happens in magic academies in fantasy novels like higher noble boy using his power to force a lower noble girl whose family is working for his family into marrying him, or tournament in academy to determine strongest or fights in cafeteria etc. but since I am here, I will handle them, my style. Hehehhehe this will be fun.


    "You will be leaving in two days." says Lucas.


    "How long will the journey be?" Maybe I get to fight some bandits or maybe assassin. A rampaging magical beast will also do.


    " It will take 20 days to reach port town of Faragas. From there you can hire a flying magical beast or you can take a ship going to Paradise Island. I think it will be safer to take ship." Says Lucas.


    "Hmmm thats good then. We will leave in two days. Ummm can we eat something, I am little hungry" I reply.


    "Okay, we have not ate as well, let''s go to dining room." says Angelina.


    We head out the room go to dinning room. After a while maids bring our meal. There were many things which looked tasty. So, we started dining.


    ''I forgot to ask an important thing because I was too excited'' I thought.


    "Umm, Can I ask a question?" I ask.


    "It''s not a good manner to talk while eating. You can ask later." replies Anna.


    "Okay" I say and start eating.


    After dinner we again went to hall but Ronald was sent for sleep. Three take left couch and I right, like before. Then I ask:


    "How long does it take to graduate from academy?"


    "Oh, I forgot to mention, it takes 5 years or one can apply for graduation if one becomes 7th circle mage or 7th tier warrior." Says Lucas.


    "There are warriors as well." I inquire.


    "Yes, there are. Like Gerard, he was a 7th tier warrior. Me and Angelina are 9th tier mage." says Lucas.


    "So, that means mage are ranked 1st circle to 9th circle and warriors 1st tier to 9th tier?" (me)


    "Yes, warrior are proficient in using weapons and mana to strengthen their body and weapons, while mages specializes in controlling their elemental attributes which are fire, water, earth, air, light, darkness and lightning. While mages are good at long range attacks, warriors specialize in short range fights. But that all starts to change after 7th stage because warriors can then use mana attacks for medium range attacks and after warriors crosses the threshold of 9th stage and enter king stage they will also be able to use elements and their proficiency increases in further stages. So, mages also start learn weapon techniques after reaching 7th stage to better protect themselves in latter stages and not be in too unfavorable condition. but before that stage they are vulnerable to sneak attacks so it is better to summon familiar in early stages to bond with them better and also, that helps in fighting at earlier stages with other warriors and also in case of magical beasts. so almost all mages have familiars." Explains Lucas.


    "I see." I mutter.


    "But our Anna here is different, though she became 4th circle mage 1 and half year ago, she did not quit school to join advanced academy but stayed within school to learn warrior techniques and to become proficient in using weapons. So, she is not only 5th circle mage but also 3rd tier warrior." says Angelina, seemingly proud of her daughter.


    "If your questions are finished then I think we should proceed to sleep." says Lucas.


    "Okay, let''s go to our room Anna." I say excitedly.


    "Our room? What do you mean?" says Anna confused and annoyed.


    ''hmmm did I say something wrong?''


    "I mean we sleep in same room, right? To bond better." I say.


    Anna smiles mischievously and replies:


    "Normally, yes. But I am not sleeping in same room with a pervert like you."


    "Absolutely true. We don''t trust you on that matter." supports Lucas.


    I will be damned. Did I blow my chance with my own hands? No, that can''t be true. I should not give up. I will never give up.


    "Ahh, you hurt me. I come from an extremely noble demon lineage, I told you before. How can you be so cold hearted to such a gentlemanly demon?." I say with a sad and hurt expression.


    "That won''t work." (Anna)


    "Absolutely won''t." (Lucas)


    I turn toward Angelina for support but she is also smiling mischievously.

 Chapter 5: Demon mode

    Uhh, This is longest chapter I wrote. It took time.


    I think it quite good, so, enjoy if you like the chapter. If you don''t say it, but don''t expect too many to change, because almost nothing will change except my mistakes.

    Chapter 5: Demon mode


    After they showed me my room, I went to sleep.


    Next two days, I spent them rather uneventfully and was extremely bored, well except for few spar with Gerard. We are on par with each other when I don''t use magic.


    So, this morning was the day we were leaving for academy. Me, Anna, Lucas, Angelina and even Ronald were present outside the castle gates. There was a carriage and a squad of ten knights, leading the group was Gerard. Other knights except Gerard were 5th or 4th tier warriors. Except them there were two 6th circle mages as well.


    "Do well with studies and become an excellent mage Anna and make us proud. Also protect Anna well Lithius." said Lucas.


    "Take this bracelet, Anna. It has function of storing things and your luggage has been places in it. I have omitted my mana signature from it so infuse small amount of mana to bind it. It has a space of about 10 ¡Á10 feet, so there is relatively large space. you can store things necessary for you and don''t have to burden yourself carrying them. Also it can fit the owner when worn so, you don''t have to worry it falling from your hands. It is also extremely sturdy even Immortal will find it hard to destroy it." Said Angelina, giving a silvery bracelet with small blue gem studded in it.


    Anna accepted the bracelet and infused small amount of mana in it. Then wore the bracelet with tightened to fit perfectly in her white wrists. Then she smiled and said:


    "Don''t worry, father, mother I will study hard and become a powerful magician." She turned to Ronald who was still yawning as it was relatively early in morning and said:


    "Little brother, Sister has to go to academy now. Be good and study hard when you join school next year. So, goodbye for now."


    "Will sister not visit when it is time for me to go to magic school?" asks Ronald.


    "Maybe, maybe not. so I am saying early on." said Anna, and proceeded inside carriage.


    "Okay sister, bye." waves Ronald.


    As I was turning to go inside carriage, Lucas calls out to me.


    "Lithius, you have to protect her well."


    ''Ah, overprotective parents are annoying.'' I thought. But said with beaming smile to assure him:


    "Of course, I will."


    I entered the carriage. The knights and mages were on horses. After we were inside carriage, Gerard ordered carriage to move. So, we waved behind to Duke''s castle and left it behind.


    Ho ho ho adventure begins. Will it bandits, assassins or beasts? Anything is fine. But no use getting hyped over it on the start of journey. So I opened the curtain of carriage to look at town. There are many roads, people are running around the streets, many vendor are selling foods, fruits, weapon shops are also there, restaurants etc.


    While I was looking around I remembered something.


    "Anna, Can I ask something?"


    Anna who was also looking outside the window looked towards me.


    "Yes." she said.


    "Um what is the name of this city?" I asked.


    "Eh?" She was really surprised when I asked the question. After a while she replied:


    "Rose Lawn city. What were you doing these two days to not even know city''s name?"


    "Well, I was extremely busy. My schedule was fully packed." I said.


    "*sigh* This is Rose Lawn city, the capital of Zenith empire. Hmm Now that you mention it. I didn''t see you much of these two days. I heard you were sparing with Gerard and besides breakfast, dinner and lunch I never saw you so, I thought you were visiting city. Now it is clear you were not, so What exactly were you doing?" says Anna.


    Should I say it or not. Hmm I may get some info so, it will be useful for next time.


    "Well, I was waiting for you mother to use bath, so I could pe- uh spy on her."


    Whoa she look like she will eat me alive. I smile as if clueless of her anger.


    "Don''t worry, she never came to the bath. By any chance, is your mother infected by a disease where she cannot take bath?"


    "She did not but I did go for bath." says Anna.


    ''hehehe'' She looks like ripe tomato now. She is too furious.


    "Oh don''t worry about that, I have no desire to watch cleaning lotion being applied to the just budding breasts."


    Hmm she looks little less angry but she is still angry with displeasure mixed in it. Oh it''s that isn''t it? disappointment for not being attractive to opposite gender.


    "Don''t worry, Your breasts are promising too. I will be forced to spy on you in a year or two." Well, This is the most I can say.


    She was even more angry for a time being. But after sometime she seemed confused whether to laugh or be angry. She just sighed after a while.


    "Well, you will never find mother in bath and I will be cautious too."


    ''You can try but I will still sniff you out.'' I thought.


    After saying that she peered outside. It seems we have already crossed the city in some sort of road and city walls could be seen slight distance away.


    We travelled whole day that day and camped at night. The second day was also uneventful but this night we slept at an inn in small town called Fera. Rest of days were spent travelling and camping. After five days of travel I grew anxious because there were no bandit attacks, no assassins and not even single magical beast. At this rate this will be a boring journey. So, I looked out the window and saw Gerard. So, I asked:

    He looked at me for a while before answering:


    "This is main road so, there is extremely less chance to encounter bandits, and magical beast near this road are cleared mostly by adventurers so, there are extremely less magical beasts."

    The journey was really boring. There was nothing to do all along the way except to watch forest plains, or a town or city in a two or three days. These professional knights were all too serious so, it was no fun talking with them. And road was too smooth to hit a bump and for me to utilize that chance to grope Anna''s butt.


    But after 15 days of uneventful travel came a change. We entered a big forest along the road which was twenty minutes distance from a small village. And after traversing along the road for almost an hour an angry roar could be heard form deep within the forest. After looking for few minutes where the angry roar came from a silhouette of a woman with a child in her hands can be seen. She was shouting for help. I went outside the carriage to look at the situation.


    When middle aged woman came near, we could that she was wearing poor clothes which were torn due to running in forest. In her hands was a boy around age of ten. Gerard asked woman:


    "What happened?"


    The woman frantically replied:


    "My son and I are from village before this forest. We came to collect firewood near forest but he ran off and got lost. After searching for five hours, I finally found him near this edge of road in forest but a cub tiger was trying to attack him so, I panicked and hit the cub with rock I found but it hit cub''s head and got a serious injury and roared in pain. Then, came that angry roar.So, I ran for help. please help us." She begged while crying.


    At this moment I could sense a beast and extremely strong one at that. We have no time for chat. I thought beasts attack would be fun but this time I have to be serious and I am still not sure I would win.


    ROARRRR


    Another angry roar, it must have found the cub it will be upon us in 3-4 minutes.


    "Gerard take this woman and go back to village. I will take Anna away. I can only buy you at most 10 minutes, then I have to take Anna away. So, leave and fast. Even if we all fight it, it will still annihilate us before we can kill it."


    "But-" Gerard hesitated. I understand why? but I cannot have his way. I am already bored and I don''t want to ride five more days in carriage because it is boring. The fact is I can save them in an instant if I want. But I don''t want to. So, I absolutely cannot have his way. You may think I am evil for using this situation for my fun selfishly. But, I am demon and demon are supposed to be somewhat evil, still I am not totally abandoning them.


    "GO. You know I can fly. So, it is easy for me to stall for time and also to escape. So, why risk anyone''s life. And only five days of journey is remaining and I can travel it in a day." I reasoned.


    He still hesitated.


    "We don''t have time. I and Anna can escape but you all will die."


    "Go Gerard. Lithius is right." said Anna while walking down the carriage.


    "Okay, Be safe little miss." Gerard said after a little hesitation. After all he knows that this beast is frightening. I mean we can feel it''s power all the was here. It was 9th tier beast. So, one knight took the woman and other the child and rode toward the village fast.


    Now, I can finally have some fun. But I have to be cautious otherwise I will die. Time to release Depp mode and enter demon mode.


    Anna''s POV:


    This is the first time I have seen Lithius so serious, but still there is some excitement and anticipation in his eyes.


    After Gerard and others left Lithius turned toward forest where angry roars were coming from. But I am still looking at him. He looks cool when he is serious.


    Right in front of my eyes he starts to change. First to change was his hair, it turned purple slowly, then his foreheads skin color changed from reddish white to milky white. Then small red horn could be seen in each edges of his forehead. But they did not remain small, the horn started to grow. It was pitch black, it grew skyward nearly 8 inches, and that half inch of red tip looked slightly curved. Then upper corner of both his ears grew slightly tipped. His eyes turned golden. His skin was turning milky white. His nose became slender, his lips thinned. Then protruded small black wings on his back, but it grew until it became at least 3 feet long outstretched. They perfectly contrasted his white skin. Then out came a red tip of a tail then grew into five feet long black tail with red tip. His height also became little tall, at least 6 feet and inch. He looked powerful.


    ''Hmm his black robes with golden lining are magical. They adjusted to his change?'' I thought.


    He took at least a minute to transform slowly, truly mesmerising me. At this moment a roar could be heard and that too, near. He turned to look at me and smiled before saying:


    "You are my ticket to this world so, stay safely in my portable house."


    "Eh?" I was too confused by his word to even say *I can help*, when the scenery abruptly changed. I was standing in a green plain. I could vaguely see that this plain was stretched for a kilometer, and after that there was nothingness. It was not black but I could sense it was nothingness. And I was near a medium sized house. This must be portable home he mentioned so, I entered the house. There is nothing I can do other than wait.

 Chapter 6: The Fight

    This chapter took more time to write than last time.


    I tried to make fight as clear and as good as possible.

    Chapter 6: The Fight


    I slowly transformed myself. I knew Anna was looking at me. She was looking at me with amazed eyes. Hehehe I totally impressed her.


    I turned toward her and said smiling:


    "You are my ticket to this world so, stay safely in my portable house."


    After saying such, I sent her to my dimension house, which I have created using space magic. It is convenient really, I can even control the flow of time there to 1:10 ratio.


    I then turn where roars are coming from. After around half a minute, a white beast emerged from forest. It was not totally white but bluish white. It was 6 feet in height. It was a tiger. Specifically, Ice tiger, it was called.


    After it came out, it''s sky blue eyes locked onto mine. It''s eyes shone with anger and ferociousness.


    "Hello, umm.. mmmh... Whitey, I am Lithius." I said with a grin. It observed me for a moment but did not reply. It made a face like questioning ''who is whitey?'' but it''s eyes were still angry and it absolutely did not reply.


    (A/N: I dont know how tiger made that face. if you want to know ask MC.)


    Now you may be wondering if tiger can talk when I say it did not reply. By that, I meant it did not even roar back.


    It made a stance as if ready to pounce at me. I also became ready. Then it lunged at me, I also made a fist to deliver full power punch and leapt at it.


    BANG


    But I was a tad slow because even before I could land a punch, it''s backhand side of claw landed on my chest. I flew through the air while spraying blood from my mouth.


    BANG


    I flew across the road and hit a tree. My body was aching in pain but my regeneration power was no joke, still flying through the air, my body had already started regenerating. If it was someone other than me that single blow would have stopped their heart.


    "Alright, that was a good warm up, Whitey. Now, time to get serious." I said.


    Looking at me standing right up after that, even the tiger was surprised. It''s bluish nose twitched.


    I once again leapt at the tiger and it did too. But this time, I elongated my right hand with shape shifting ability and punched right at it''s ear. A muffled sound rang but the tiger did not stop it''s pounce and hit right in my chest but this time with claw.


    BANG


    Once again I flew through the air and once again hit the tree. This time my clothes were ripped and I had a claw mark in my chest but that wound was closing rapidly.


    It was clear that the tiger was far stronger than me. And why would it not be? I am only at 7th tier while it is a ninth tier beast.


    This time however, whitey jumped at me as soon as I stood up, claws stretched.


    "Alright", I muttered, and appeared directly above it''s head, using teleportation and did a front flip in mid air and kicked it right in the head. A small sound rang out, it was not impeded in the slightest but it''s right claw still managed to hit me right in the chest and made a big wound.


    BANG


    Thud


    I fell directly to ground, right where tiger was incoming due to my kick, ready to pin me down with it''s claw wide open. I did not even have time to grimace in pain. I hurriedly teleport 10 metres away because if it managed to pin me down, I would surely die.


    "Ah, you are good whitey. You managed to hit me back even though I had surprise factor. Now I will take out my weapon." I said.


    ROAR


    This is the first time it talked after seeing me. But I did not care. I summoned my weapon from dimension house. Immediately, a 2 metres long pitch black stick appeared in my hand. But it is not exactly a stick. This thing is made up of some mysterious metal. It can take any shape I desire by using small amount of mana. This thing I had taken from treasury in my father''s castle which belonged to my mother''s ancestor. No one used it though it is indestructible and useful because people usually practise one weapon and one style, use their time to grow familiar to that weapon and execute a particular set of moves of the style. And there are weapons of their choices which can give huge boost to their power but in case of my weapon only one special property can be given to it when bonding with it. And that ability should be able to be used by owner.


    If it is still not clear think about it this way, suppose your weapon of choice is a sword and you practise a certain sword style. Now although, my weapon can change into sword, why would you pick it, if there is a sword which can boost your power by large margin. And this thing will only give you a ability which you can already use. It''s simply waste.


    But that was not the case for me because I had great adaptive capability. I could quickly adapt to any situation and condition. When my weapon teacher knew that after trying me out, he told me that I should not practise a particular technique but instead I should use time to familiarize myself with weapon of my choice and develop adaptive fighting style so that I can fight the opponent of any style because my style helps me adapt to opponents fighting style and helps me parry, counter attack or attack easily. So, I should train my strength for dominating opponent, flexibility to counter any type of move and speed for faster and timely reaction. So, my weapon can also be anything so, what better than a thing which is indestructible and change shape according to my will. So, when I saw and heard about it I thought it was made for me.


    I turned the stick into a spear with a sharp tip and immediately teleported near tiger''s neck but it''s reaction was fast, when he saw me disappear it immediately jumped forward extremely fast. I missed it''s neck but still struck it''s back. I could not penetrate deep though, due to it''s though hide and fur and also because it hit me with it''s hind legs at shoulder so, I went tumbling back. Small red trickle of blood could be seen on it''s side above tiger''s right hind legs.


    Now we were right in middle of road along length of road and our carriage was parked on left side of road. Tiger pounced claw stretched and me reading the spear to stab. But when we were about to collide the tiger side stepped to right and tried to claw me but I blocked with my spear and at the same time used my tail to attack. It''s sharp tip slashed right below its right eye producing thin line of blood. I was also flung to the left because I blocked it''s powerful strike. I was about to hit the carriage but at the right moment I teleported to top of carriage. Tiger turned to look at me with angry eyes because I injured it albeit slightly. I smirked and said:

    Tiger pounced but this time jaws open. I flew back from top of carriage gliding with the help of wings. I could feel mana gathering in it''s mouth when it saw me gliding back but I was late to react when I try to stop flying to fall to ground faster but an ice spike still hit me in left shoulder and I was sent flying from impact but before I could hit the tree I stabilized myself with the help of wings. I took out spike from my shoulder and my wound started healing immediately. If I had not stopped flying then that spike would have hit me right in heart. I would not have died but I would be too weak to fight against tiger for a while.


    I looked at tiger and said:


    "Ahh, Whitey, you are too ferocious. Abruptly using magic like that."


    It was still looking at me with angry eyes.


    "Alright whitey, magic for magic, -dark blade-." I said.


    I condensed a blade made of darkness and sent flying at the tiger but it immediately formed an ice armour around it''s body. When the dark blade hit it only small line was seen in it''s armour.


    -dark lightening step-


    I created this technique by fusing shadow step and lightening step to use as agility technique where you could move extremely fast without any sound. It uses less mana than teleportation.


    I arrived in front of tiger extremely fast. The tiger deflected the spear using it''s claw and sent extreme cold through the spear toward my hand. The spear was covered in ice in a blink of eye and extended toward my hands. I hastily retreated so that tiger cannot send more mana. But it jumped from carriage to pursue with open mouth and formed five feet long ice spear and sent it to impale me. I flew high up to evade the spear.


    It lands down on ground and I also came down. We stared at each other for few seconds. Then I throw the spear toward the tiger but it dodges it easily. I rush toward the tiger and it jumps at me but when we are close instead of punching it I fly above it and take the spear and rush 8 metres away from tiger. I turn back to look at tiger but it is also looking at me. I run a short distance and hurl the spear once again but this time after flying short distance it disappears and directly appear near it''s neck but tiger still reacts faster and spear slightly lodges itself at tiger''s stomach but spear is only able to penetrate ice armour and slightly into stomach. This time though It was not me who teleported only the spear as I can only teleport objects 1 metres around me. It was special ability I gave to spear. I can use my mana to teleport it from any distance as long as it''s bound to me.


    I did not want to give up this opportunity so I teleport in front of spear and try to push the spear further into tiger. Tiger''s reaction is still faster, tiger side steps as soon as I touched the spear and spear came out of tiger''s stomach. I was too close to tiger so I teleported away.


    At this moment, a loud bang could be heard above the tiger and it raised it''s head to look what was happening. Two, 2 feet large dark clouds containing lightening had struck each other and a meter long, 1cm wide lightening bolt came crashing down giving the tiger no time dodge and was struck by it. Though effect was not large because it was clad in ice armour it was almost paralysed for a second. So, I teleported above it, changed spear into big heavy twenty thousand kilogram hammer and let it fall on it''s spine but tiger still moved slightly and hammer only crashed in tiger''s rib.


    CRACK


    This time I could deal a major damage, a rib bone cracked due to weight. Though I can make my weapon''s weight up to fifty thousand kg, I did not because If I did I could not have time to release the hammer and I, myself would be crushed under it.


    ROAR


    Tiger let out a painful roar. But I still underestimated it, still in pain it was able to strike my chest though I was rapidly retreating.


    BANG


    I flew through the air and hit the carriage. I hit one side of carriage which was instantly destroyed but I continue to sear through air and hit other side of carriage.


    BANG


    Splinters were sent apart, whole carriage except for wheel, floor and driver''s seat were destroyed but I continue to fly and only come to stop when I hit a tree.


    BANG


    It happened too fast so, I did not even have time to stabilize myself. I only came to realize I was struck to chest when I hit the tree and after shaking my head to fight dizziness. Every single cell in my body was roaring in pain.


    ''It would be dangerous to continue the fight, I am too low on mana because that thunder move uses too much of mana, also due to all the teleportation I have been doing. And I even have to protect my heart from being invaded by coldness sent by whitey in that last strike by providing a layer of mana.'' I thought.


    "Sorry, Whitey. I have to go now, I am low on mana. I don''t want to die unnecessarily. You should also return to check on your cub. If fate has it we will meet again." I said to angry tiger. Then disappeared from it''s sight. I could still hear it''s angry roar. It at least have been 15 minutes, Gerard and other also should have reached quite far.


    I appeared within my Dimension house. I appeared behind house, near pond. I sat down cross legged, closed my eyes and started to recover my mana and dispel the coldness. It took me near an hour to be recover mana. After my mana was at peak condition I opened my eyes. Though I say one hour but it is near this pond where time is 1:10th faster than outside. Outside this Dimension and house in here only six minutes have passed because here I can even manipulate time. Like I said earlier I can make it 1:10th time faster or slower.


    Time here is basically same as earth: 60 sec, a minute: 60 minute an hour: 24 hour a day, but 6 days a week: 5 weeks or 30 days a month: and 12 month or 60 weeks or 360 days make a year. This is year 4526 A.W. ( after war), 12th month, 22nd day. There are no name for month, days of weeks etc. They are counted with numbers, like months are said as 1st month of some year , or 2nd month of some year and so on. For days it is, 1st day of 1st week of 1st month, 2nd day of first week first month and so on until 6th day of first week of 1st month. Then it will be 1st day of 2nd week of 1st month and so on. You should get the idea. It looks complicated to write but if you think about it, it''s really simple and also easy to understand.


    I get up from my place and walk toward house, where I can sense Anna is.

    I walked into the house, in the spacious hall was Anna, meditating, sitting on the floor closed eyes in a corner. I went to a couch in the hall. Though hall is spacious, there is nothing much here, a beautiful black couch with golden covers, a good and sturdy study table and two chairs for table.


    The couch was on right after entering and table and chairs on Left top corner opposite of door and near a small window. There are three rooms accessible through the hall. On left and right side were doors leading to two bedrooms. And if you go around the couch straight at opposite wall on right side of room was a door leading to a kitchen.


    After few minutes of my arrival, Anna slowly opened her eyes. She looked at for a while before asking:


    "Are you alright?"


    "Perfectly fine." I said smiling.


    "What kind of tiger was it?" asked Anna. Though she knew it was a tiger and it was powerful but she did not know which species of tiger it was.


    "Ice tiger." I replied nonchalantly like it was no big deal.


    "Ice tiger? That is 9th tier magical beast if it''s adult, sometimes even King stage. You fought with it for fifteen minutes, and did not die. You don''t even have a scratch.     "Alright, I promise. I won''t say to anyone that you are a prince but what about all demon familiars? they will know sooner or later." said Anna.


    "It''s fine, they cannot reveal information about other demons, about their power or position of demon world. They can only provide information to their master or any other people only about things others familiars have done in this world. And every familiar has same position, their status in demon world doesn''t matter after being summoned here. Demon world''s rule does not apply here." I said.


    "Alright" said Anna and went to room on left side.


    I headed to my room on right. ''Oh here''s my emperor size bed. I missed you'' I thought and jumped on bed.

    Next day I wake up and head to hall. When I reach the room, Anna is already there sitting on the couch.

    "Here we go flying" I yell and start flying along the road, but high enough so that not much people will be able to spot us. After flying for at least half an hour at top speed we clear forest and come across the green plains. Ah it''s a sight to see.


    "Lithius, I remember now, So, why am I flying out with you, when I can be sitting inside your portable house?" asks Anna.


    "What are you talking about? Don''t spout nonsense." I yell. Ah, people below on road are taking fighting stance and readying their weapon, upon hearing my yell. Someone is finally looking toward sky after few second. Thank the gods, I already passed. Or maybe no, I take back that thanks, god. Even if he spots us, it won''t matter.


    Anna is looking at me shocked, at my sudden outburst.


    "Well, I mean, you would certainly be lonely inside and don''t always get the chance to see such beautiful sight right? look below, wow what a heavenly sight. To say exactly today is 23rd day of 12th months, students should report on academy by 29th day starting from 26th of this month. Opening ceremony is on 30th and class officially starts on 1st day of 1st month of next year which will be year 4527 A.W.


    We move toward the area where good inns are, we got direction from guards. We quickly find a inn called ''The Fragrance'' which had a restaurant on ground floor and rooms in upper 4 floors. Unfortunately, 2 rooms were available despite city being crowded. ''Not a good inn is it? Otherwise, only one room would available. Web novel style. Ah, reality is cruel.'' I thought.

I open water on basin by applying mana in it for cover and after a while take mana out of it to close. When she hears the water close she has determined look on her, looks like she is resolved. Her change in expression was fun to watch.


    After that I open the door and walk into the room with a smile hung on my face. She also shows a hollow but trying hard to show a lustful smile. She was trying to say something but I directly kiss her. She had a bewildered look on her face. But I kept at it, after a while she started responding.


    ''Good start'' I thought.


    I separate from her and she also lets go but reluctantly.

    Von must be muscular leader.Then, his somewhat rough voice sounded:


    "No, our mission failed. When we went to the young lady''s room, she was not there. Did you see anything out of ordinary from guard?"


    "No, he was with me the entire time. And he was panicked and worried in the morning. He said it should be reported to his master as soon as possible." Lucy sounded urgent as well.


    "That means someone beat us to the punch. She is from a high class family. Someone other than our employer must have given another organization a job similar to ours. But, how did they take her away without us noticing anything?" said the voice of Von.


    ''Hmm , this is typical talk, nothing fun at all.'' I thought. Then I got an idea.


    "Alright, nothing we can do. Lets head back t-" the leader stopped in middle of talk because a letter came out from Lucy''s necklace seemingly out of nowhere.


    The room was quite dark so, I appeared in a corner using stealth technique using my darkness magic. What was about to happen won''t be fun if their faces were not seen.


    When the letter came out they were extremely surprised. One of the subordinate picked it up and gave it to his leader while saying:


    "It is addressed to you."


    The leader opened the letter and out aloud:


    "To the leader of this group and it''s members. I thank your your organization for such a beautiful present as Lucy. I enjoyed her t-t-throughly. Please tell your higher ups that I sincerely thank them that they provided me with such cute and lovely girl to spend the night. P.S.: Sorry  Lucy, job is job. I am sure you understand.     Their expression were sight to behold. They seemed surprised, then shocked and further angry, again bitter and even more angry.

    I returned to my dimension and with dimension still linked with the portal on Lucy''s necklace, I laughed. I laughed so that they can hear. I could have appeared before them and dealt with them and it would have been interesting to see their reaction but I controlled myself because next time we come to city they will try again, I am sure and that would be even more amusing.


    ''Haha they must be looking around for source of laughter with an expression like monkey searching for food.'' I laughed even more thinking that.


    Anna was also grinning widely. I closed the link and said:


    "Alright, lets go Paradise Island Academy."


    I took Anna by waist sprouted my wings and tail, came directly over ocean bay and started flying in the direction of Paradise Island Academy.


    "Looks like Academy will be fun." said Anna while looking at me.

    After flying for two hours, a outline of large island can be seen in horizon. There are many people flying in same direction as us while riding flying beasts.


    After flying for another hour. Maybe others could not but I could clearly see the academy. It was huge or massive to say the least. I could not even see the the total of Island. I must say this island must be as big as a small country with population of a hundred million. So, it is a big island. It looks like it is sort of rectangular. I can see whole of breadth because I am at least an hour of flight away from island.


    But not all of it is academy. I see a river crossing across whole breadth of island. It is cleanly separating academy area and forest beyond that river. May be they are two separate island. It is bizarre to say the least. I mean where do you see an area filled with buildings in small hills and by their side is green plain fields. Both are mixed here and there. There is plain there and immediately after that is a hill and plain again and again hill. It''s like hills are placed in plain fields. After that you can see tall man-made wall. After that there is river bisecting the island though unsymmetrically. And after river you a big forest with towering trees. Bizarre, truly bizarre, yet it looks beautiful from high up in the air and from far.


    As we kept nearing the Island, a big board made of earth with two of their pillar''s supporting the board planted on top of two separate hills consecutive to each other, can be seen. The massive earth board is painted white with purplish golden words written on them, which read "Paradise Island Academy".


    There are different areas seemingly separated from each other by cluster of trees. In areas where there are no trees there are hills, fields and buildings. And by no means are these areas small. There are many different buildings in each areas. There is a slightly bigger hills on each area that are bigger than most hills in same area and on top of that hill is a board similar to academy''s sign board but many times smaller. And a area in middle of academy part of island only has one large building. The board atop the hill in that area reads: "Administrative office area" As we are already relatively closer so, I cannot see other areas clearly though. So, we headed straight toward academic office area. We land on that area and there are many people out there already but it''s not crowded. Because it is first day for registration there are still more days for registration.

    Anna said that the representatives of different academy visit cities to recruit students and if they are satisfied with students only then they give invitation to that student. The procedure is completed after coming to academy. Anna got invitation from Paradise Island academy in recruitment process in city of Roselawn. And academy only accepts 200-300 students each year.


    We went into to office building there are four counter with about 10 people in each line for registration. We also joined a line and after few minutes it was our turn.


    The middle aged registration lady gently smiled at Anna as I was looking from behind her. Anna said without giving the lady chance to speak:


    "I am here for registration."


    The lady smiled and said:


    "Alright, give me your invitation letter."


    Anna took her invitation letter out to the lady. She checked the letter and gave a piece of paper to Anna and said:


    "Fill your information here."


    Anna took the paper and filled the paper with information using a magic pen. And handed the paper to the lady. The registration lady took it and read it. She looked surprised for a second. After fully reading she looked at Anna and said:


    "You have a familiar. Can you summon him for a second?"


    "He is here." said Anna while pointing towards me.


    "Eh? but he looks like a human." said the lady.


    I grinned and sprouted wings, tail and bigger sharp nails. I didn''t want to show my true form. The lady looks surprised.


    "Oh, he can hide them. Alright, go to first year area, and go to office there and give them this in reception. You can look for this place''s map over the counter near that door. And be sure to attend first year welcoming ceremony on 30th day which will be held on arena for first years." said lady while giving a piece of paper


    We nodded and left. We took map from the counter and went out the building.


    I looked at map, this academy is too big. This is detailed map of academy. The area I saw are for different purposes. Each year has separate areas, and there is paved road joining each of these areas and is separated by cluster of trees in between areas. The first year area is in north east direction. These areas surround academy office area which is in middle. The area adjacent to 1st year is 2nd year and so on. They make almost a circle and academy office area is like centre of this circle.


    We head in direction of first year along the road. After walking for about forty minutes we arrived at first year area. Only this area is so big, how big would total academy be. There is separate building for each stage classes. There is one building for 4th stage students, 4th stage means both 4th tier warrior and 4th circle mage. Likewise there is a building for 5th stage, 6th stage and even a seventh stage students, boy''s dormitory, girl''s dormitory, cafeteria, teacher''s office, a huge arena, a football field sized four training areas and another office for first years. This is only for 1st years, there are similar facilities for other years in their respective area. And classes are separated by which affinity of magic you have. Anna will be attending water and air magic classes.


    We arrive in front of office. It is small one storey building. We entered. There in office was slightly old lady who had few white hairs, was sitting in counter. When we approached her, she looked at us and said:


    "Alright, give me the paper you got from main office."


    Anna gave her the paper. She looked at it carefully before writing things on register she had with her. After her work was over, she looked at us and said, giving a key to Anna:


    "You are allocated room number 405 of girl''s dormitory number one and your familiar is to stay with you. Alright boy give me your paper."


    "Hmm.... But I don''t have any paper. I am just her familiar." I said pointing at Anna. The old lady was surprised when I said that. Ho, at least her lazy poker face changed.


    "But you are a human." said the lady.


    I do same thing I did in main office. The lady was again surprised. Then nodded. Anna was smiling the whole time.


    We went out the office and toward dormitory. There were four six story building near each other. We went to the building written 1. We went to fourth floor and went to fifth room.


    In each floor there are five flats. We opened the door and went in, there is small hall room and a door to left and right. There was another door straight ahead. I went to door straight ahead and opened it, it was quite a big room with a bed and study table and chair. The left door opened for bathroom. The right had a relatively small room and one bed was there, this must be familiar''s room. There was study table as well. In hall there was a small four person couch, right next to door on familiar''s room and another two person''s couch next to door of student''s room. Two couches made a L shape.


    We sat on couches. And she said:


    "What should we do next three days? And we have to send a letter home about our arrival."


    "Hmmm.... for now we go eat lunch in cafeteria. Then stroll about the first year area, eat dinner, sleep. Tomorrow we go to Academy city. And don''t worry about letter home. I can personally send the letter, you just have to write one." I said.


    "Okay", she said and we went to cafeteria.

    Chapter 10: Trembling multiverse


    Anna and I are walking toward the Academy city through the forest on paved road. Academy city is approximately 10 kilometres away from main academy. This city is built here so that students could have easy access to things they want for daily necessities and is built quite far so as not to disturb study.


    In this city those businesses or merchants are allowed to do business who are approved by the academy. So, the city is also under academy''s control. Though the city is not that big, it still has almost every thing a big city has. There are at least 200 to 300 students in every year so, there are at least 1000-1200 students in whole academy and each student has one familiar, then there are about 400-500 teachers, there are also instructors, office staff, other staffs, workers and some staffs families are also living on Island, and as it is one of big academy many people continuously visit the island and sometimes they need to stay here and there are also the people doing business here so, city is quite crowded and business has florished here.


    The city is also similar to different areas of academy. The city is also surrounded by forest similar to those areas in academy. The way through the forest feels so natural and atmosphere around here is also refreshing.


    After walking for almost one and half hour the forest starts to thin and buildings of different shapes, sizes and colors can be seen. After few minutes we enter the city. I say city but the place seems like market place. The residential area is beyond the market. So, business area are in one part and residential area in separate.


    We are just visiting and we can buy something if it catches our eye. We are basically just strolling around. I bought some sweets because I like them. If you are thinking about monetary policy of this world then let me tell in brief. There are five types of money value and are all coins. They are 1st tier coin, 2nd tier coin, 3rd tier coin, 4th tier coin and fifth tier coin. 100 lower denomination coins are equal to one upper denominations above one level. To make matters simple, just look at this:


    100 first tier coin = 1 second tier and so on and so forth.


    If you can make 5-10 second tier coin a month then you can easily settle down with an average looking women (beautiful women have more demands "apparently" so, I am not sure in their case) and can have two kids in two years and you will have enough money to give them simple lifestyle. So, guys, if you make that much then find a girl and settle down. Just advice though, it''s your choice.


    "is that you Anna?" When we were wandering about, a sweet voice calls to Anna.


    "Lisa?" says Anna.


    A girl 5ft 8 inches tall, that is almost same height as Anna, is walking towards us with smile plastered across her face. She has a long blond hair tied simply on back, reddish shade of white skin, glowing crystal blue eyes and wore a elegant blue dress which suited her well. And her figure is clearly in my strike zone, that means perky round breasts which still makes an outline in her slightly loose dress and good sized butt.


    "So, we are both attending same academy? This is good." says the girl with a sincere smile.


    "Yes" says Anna.


    "Your friend, Lisa?" in comes another sweet voice. What, is today sweets day? I buy sweets, then hear a sweet voice and now comes another. I look at voice''s direction. She looks exactly same as Lisa only more mature, more elegant, more aged, slightly bigger breasts, and bigger butt. Whoa, second one on my strike zone.


    "Yes, mother. This is my friend from school, Anna. And this is my mother, Elle Trag and my father, Ross Trag." says Lisa pointing at the woman and a man beside her. If you ask why I didn''t say anything about the man, that is because I absolutely didn''t notice him till now. His looks is handsome but can''t hold a candle against me. He looks noble, brown hair, fair skin and black eyes.


    "Nice to meet you. This here is my familiar, Lithius." says Anna pointing at me. What I was doing till now, you ask? I was busy giving gentle, noble and manly aura by Anna''s side. So, basically, I was giving noble gentlemanly aura with serious expression.


    "Nice to meet you, my lord, my lady and young miss." I say with serious but polite tone. Anna is giving me suspicious looks.


    "Nice to meet you too, Anna, Lithius. You familiar sure is polite, Anna." says Elle.


    "I am not worthy of your praise, my lady." I say with voice oozing with seriousness but with a gentle smile on my face.


    After that they started talking about various things about, life, school and academy which I was not much interested in.


    "By the way Anna, which dorm room you are on?" asks Lisa.


    "Room 405 dorm 1" says Anna.


    "Ah, Lisa is in room 502 dorm 1. I would like to ask you to look after her though this girl is troublesome." says Elle.


    "Of course, but you are right." says Anna, while Lisa and Ross look confused. Well, what Elle means by troublesome is that Lisa is a bit of an airhead.


    "Ah, because of Ross, I got a defective product." says Elle jokingly and both Elle and Anna laugh, while Ross looks embarrassed because he is also an airhead. Lisa is still contemplating about what they are talking about.


    "My lady." I say to Elle, all serious.


    "Yes" says Elle still laughing.


    ''Hehehehe, let''s see you still laugh after this'' I think and say:


    "If lady doesn''t mind, next time I can serve the lady. Quality of product is guaranteed."


    Ho ho ho, she looked confused first. Alright, let it sink, sink, sink. There you go, Elle and Anna both became speechless and dumbfounded. Ross and Lisa are still confused by what I said.

    I took a sweet out of my pocket and literally, aim at Lisa''s open mouth and throw. And bulls eye. It went straight into her mouth. All four of them are looking at me dumbfounded.

    That was totally worth it. I smirk. If you are thinking that their reaction was a bit exaggerated then think about it. A man all serious, curteous and polite suddenly says something like that with a straight face. You will be shocked to death.


    "*sigh* I am sorry. Should have known. This is his true character. Ah, and here I was thinking why is he so polite. I am really sorry. Let''s meet in dormitory, Lisa." says Anna and drags me away from people who cannot even reply back and are standing still, in that place.


    "Ah, you are a troublesome fellow." says Anna.


    "Hmnp, you were clearly enjoying too." I refute.


    "And that is what makes it worse. Alright, I am hungry. Let''s go eat." says Anna.


    "Alright"


    We find a restaurant and enter.

    Alright, not some random girl but a new female characters POV:


    Me and my friend were eating in restaurant, when two people enter restaurant. One girl with blue hair, black eyes, fair skin and 5.8 ft tall. Other, a boy with honey blond medium sized hair, black eyes, 6ft tall and handsome. He looks at my friend and their gazes meet. His black eyes flashed golden for a moment. Then they sat down on table, ordered food and started eating. The boy is at looking at my friend, she is beautiful and my friend is also looking at him.


    My friend started eating strangely while staring at boy. She is sucking the bread and tearing it off viciously like it is meat. People start noticing but my friend and the boy are looking at each other without care and my friend is eating her food in strange way and she looks angry.


    They boy too looks angry. *Bam* He slams the table, the girl besides him shudders but he stands up and shouts:


    "Alright, I understand. You are trying to seduce this handsome young master here. I admit I am seduced. Let''s go to forest."


    He comes over, takes her hand and runs off.


    "Ah, n-n-no I-I-I- " My friend stutters but he doesn''t listen. Everybody in restaurant give dumbfounded and confused looks including me and girl. We just watch them leave, but the girl that came with boy shouts after they are out the door.


    "What are you doing, Lithius?" and runs after them.


    ''eh? golden eyes? Lithius? so, that was Lithius?'' I think and run after them.


    At that moment whole of Zeon trembles.


    Meanwhile, somewhere at some place in some space.


    A being is speeding with anxious looks on her face. She looks extremely beautiful. She has large white wings. Yes, she is angle. She is heading somewhere while thinking.


    ''What is that old man doing, fluctuating his energy this way. Whole multiverse is trembling due to that. Two nearby planets were destroyed, fortunately though, there were no life forms there.''


    She arrives at a space and vanishes. She reappears in a white room with golden linings. She hears a loud laughter. The power of laughter makes her soul shudder. The cause of trembling of multiverse is also this laughter. She hurriedly said:


    "My lord, God king. P-please control your laughter."


    The laughter slowly subsides. And an ancient voice rings out, quite cheerfully, seemingly in good mood.


    "What do you think will happen to a pure saint''s character when he is reborn with old memory, Rara?"


    Rara, the angle was confused by her lords sudden question but still replied:


    "He or she, even if not live as saint but will still retain their character. they will be gentle and loving character."


    "Ho then look at this. Remember, he was a saint who was rewarded by myself." says God King and shows Lithius''s last four years main moments.


    After two hours, Rara was laughing her ass out.


    "This is truly hilarious, my lord. Such change in character and in mere four years. So that was why you were laughing?" says Rara. She was truly happy for her lord who hadn''t laughed this heartily in billions of years. Two uninhabitated planets were nothing for it''s cost. She would still be happy even if 20 inhabitated planets were destroyed.


    "Alright Rara, copyright this in my name and inform all gods that we have an entertaining footage for them. The price of footage will be 2 billion of their followers are to pray to me once." says God King. This is business of gods. They sell entertaining things they come across by making a footage. It cannot be shown to other gods. Only the buyer and his/her followers can look at it. Every god will be willing to pay a suitable price because their life is boring with nothing to do.


    "But lord, isn''t that a bit expensive. I mean, last most entertaining footage was sold for 500 million of buyer god''s follower''s prayer." says Rara hesitatingly.


    "Hmnp, those and this cannot be compared. Go. If they can''t and don''t want to buy it than they won''t. And also if some minor or upper god wants the footage then they can get it for loan but interest will be 15% per 100 years." says God King.


    "Yes, my lord." Rara vanishes after saying such.


    "He he he there will be lot of profit this time." says God King with glee.

    Chapter 11: Reminiscing the past

    Me and this beautiful girl are laughing near the Academy city. Yes, this girl who I "dragged out" of the restaurant are laughing our hearts out. This place was trembling minutes ago, maybe because of an earthquake.


    This girl who I dragged out the restaurant has beautiful black hair tied in ponytail which is reaching a little lower than her shoulder. The hair is neatly tied showing ears which are slightly tipped at top making it longer than humans but slightly shorter than elves''. Her skin is bluish but still looks beautiful, showing her red eyes prominently. She has long slender nose above lips which have slight color of red almost as if pink. She had nice height of 5.9 ft slightly shorter than mine.


    As I was laughing and admiring her beauty, Anna walks to our direction and says angrily and seems confused:


    "What was that? People even stopped eating due to your shameless acts."


    "Ah, This is my friend from over demon world. Our splendid endeavors are quite wide spread in demon world. Her name is Riyur. And Riyur, this is my master Anna Hasling." I introduced them both.


    Before they could speak another figure comes out of trees. Fortunately for you guys, it was a girl. If it was a guy, I would not have bothered with him. And even more fortunate was I because she was extremely beautiful. She had long wavy black hair, black eyes. Her skin was not too white but still did not seem black. Thin brow just above her eyes making her eyes even more prominent which were just above beautiful neither short nor long nose. Thin faint red lips breathed air in and out seemingly because of running after us. She had height of 5.7 ft.


    Her figure, how do they say without making it perverted, ah right. Her figure was extremely well endowed, every curves were in their respective places. Her aura radiated gentleness but her eyes looked strong-willed. So, though gentle, she was by no means timid. And what made her even more beautiful was that smile of hers. I cannot think of a way to explain it. Just think, a well placed smile on a beautiful face which is inherited by a well endowed body. She was truly a heaven''s gift to mankind.


    "Alright, You are given the post of my fourth wife, though I thought of having only three, but you made me squeeze out one more post." I said serious and this time I was almost 75% serious. No matter how you look at it she is wife material. Beautiful and gentle but strong willed.


    When I said such she had bitter expression for slight moment but she immediately smiled and said:


    "Truly, you are exactly as I have heard."


    "I am truly happy to live up to your expectations." I said proud.


    "Lily, I think he was almost half serious this time." said Riyur with a smile.


    "What do you mean half serious. Me, opening a spot for forth wife is extremely rare. You should know that. I was 75% serious. Alright, Lily what do you say?" I asked with a smile.


    "Alright, though late, I will still introduce you guys. As you must have guessed, he is Lithius and this beauty over here is my master, though she likes me call her friend, Lily Camperon." interjected Riyur.


    "Nice to finally meet you, Lithius. I have heard many of your so called splendid endeavors. I am little curious though, how did you manage to get here? Riyur said that a royal family member cannot be summoned. Though she said you are you and you will find a way out of demon world." said Lily smiling widely.


    I was about to open my mouth when Anna suddenly yelled:


    "Don''t leave me out of it. And how come I have never heard about your mischiefs. And what is this business about not being able to be summoned? When I asked him why I have never seen demons of his kind, he said that royalty will not be willing to serve."


    "Oh, this bragger did not tell about his stories? Alright, let me tell you some on our way back. I assume, you will be returning as well. If we do not go back now, it will be late if we start listening to his stories." said Riyur.


    "Alright" both Lily and Anna said and nodded leaving me out of their discussion. And we headed in the direction of academy.


    "Alright, I will start with a incident that happened when he was eight months old. I also have only heard about it because I had not met him yet at that time." said Riyur and continued " At that time he was only eight months but he was already known for simple mischiefs within palace and this was his first greatest mischief."


    "He was truly gifted, he had already mastered walking and talking when he was six months old. So, to help him evolve quickly the queen hired a teacher to teach him about demon world and important knowledge like history of demon world, about how we demons evolve etc. It was a female teacher. One day, when she was teaching him, at end of lesson he said to her that he was hungry...

    "Teacher, I am hungry, please feed me." said Lithius.


    "Hmm you go look for your mother to feed you." said teacher.


    "B-but teacher can feed me. or is it teacher doesn''t like me?" said small Lithius with tears forming in corner of his eyes.


    "Ah, it''s not like that but teacher cannot feed you." said teacher coaxing.


    "Eh? but teacher''s milk is bigger than mother''s so, it should have more milk, right? Teacher don''t have to lie to me, you just don''t like me, I am not stupid kid anymore." while tears streaming down his cheeks.


    (Present)


    "...teacher tried to feed him feeling guilty though milk won''t come out but he said he was joking and ran off while smiling, leaving behind stupefied teacher. Only after that was he know as prankster." said Riyur. Both Anna and Lily were giggling.


    "After that there were many small incidents like that but they were not so important. After four months of that incident I evolved when I was 1 year old. After that I could use both my innate skills: space magic and shape shifting. Around that time I started to learn weapon techniques. Because I got a weapon which could change according to my will, I started learning to be adapt in all kinds of weapon because I did not learn any specific weapon skill, I only learned how to get familiar with every weapon and use as if it were part of my body. I also learned hand to hand combat."  I explained.


    "Right, but why are talking about that. I will tell you girls on what condition we met." said Riyur to girls.


    "It was after he had undergone first evolution and could use his skills. His mother has a brother who has extremely good relation with Lithius because both of them are lecherous, which comes naturally from their blood. His Uncle Ray has a wife and many concubines. His wife is extremely beautiful. One day, his wife, Sara and him were flirting in their bedroom which they often do, even in public. The door of the room suddenly flung open and in came a man who was also his uncle. His recently arrived uncle sees another him sleeping in his wife''s lap. They were all stupefied because their aura was also similar which can be used to differentiate individuals who can shape shift. Turns out, the person on Sara''s lap was Lithius. He was somehow even able to change his aura to make it similar to Ray''s."

    "And I was there at that time so, I hurried to see what happened and learned of it. I am his aunt''s sister but Sara likes him better than me." says Riyur pouting at last part of story.


    "That is where me and Lithius met. After that we both became friends extremely fast because we both liked to prank others. One time in throne room, discussion places between generals and king was going to take place. Lithius opened a small portal in each generals'' chair beforehand. Then, when they arrived at room and proceeded to sit in their chair, he quickly teleported an egg at each their chairs except for king because he would immediately know if it was space related magic and more so if used in his own seat but he did not know of ones in generals'' seat. So, when they sat down, immediately popping sounds rang out and we ran out the room laughing." said Riyur.


    "Even after he did such things they did not mind, instead they were laughing when scolding him." said Riyur "You may say because he is a prince but people in imperial city whom he pranked after changing his shape were shocked and a little angry at first but they would not mind much. Later, all of the people in city knew that their prince was the prankster then even more so. There were some who even seemed proud. That was because they were all light hearted pranks and because his pranks did not cause any damage to them. Instead when they thought about it, it made them laugh." said Riyur.


    "And what was that about not being able to be summoned?" asked Anna.


    "That is simple, the future King and a member of royalty cannot be summoned as a familiar. First, they will not serve anyone except their demon gods and there is a rule that says the person to inherit the throne to demon world cannot be summoned as any form of servant." explained Riyur and I nodded.


    "So, how come you are troubling this world?" said Anna and all three of them looked at me.


    "Ah, Royal house of demon world is ''house of Grace'' with space manipulation ability, first general''s house is ''house of Ras'' with mimicry ability, second general''s house is ''house of Regal'' with energy absorption ability and last general''s house is ''house of Bett'' with shape shifting ability. And my full name is Lithius Lilith Bett." I said.


    When I said so, Riyur nodded but Lily and Anna made confused faces.


    "He is basically saying that he disowned name of Grace house and took the name of Bett house. So, now he cannot inherit the throne so, the rule will not apply to him. That means, it is not that royalty could not be summoned but only people with name of house of Grace?" Riyur explained for girls and asked a question.


    I simply nod my head. Suddenly, Liliy asks surprised:


    "So, you are no longer a prince?"


    "Nonsense. As long as my mother is queen, I am still a prince. I simply am not a crown prince. Ah, my sibling should be coming in a month or two and he/she will inherit the name of Grace house to rule the demon world. I will just help when there''s trouble. My grandfather may want me to become general but I will not. Uncle is there for that." I say grinning.


    "When I was in demon world, you were still waiting for second evolution. When did that happen?" asks Riyur.


    "Six months after you left and after six months of that I got myself summoned." I said.


    "That means you had your second evolution when you were three and half years huh? you are a monster." said Riyur.


    "May be. But still meeting you here. There are many planets where demon summoning or familiar summoning is done and we ended up in same planet. There are billions of people in this planet and our summoner happened to be in same academy. What are the odds?" I said.


    "True. This must be what they call fate." said Riyur.


    "You were summoned a year ago, means you are second year student?" I asked Liliy.


    "Yes" she replied.


    Talking in such manner it felt as if time passed by quickly and we arrived at academy so, we have to separate here but Lily said:


    "We are at dormitory 2 room 203 at 2nd year area, come visit us if you have time."


    "Of course, we will. You can drop by dormitory 1 room 405 if you want, in first year area" said Anna.


    ''Hmm they already became friends.'' I thought.


    After we went separate ways. Anna remembered something and asked:


    "Oh, I forgot something. What was that wife business about being fourth? That means you already have three wives?"


    "Ah, no. It''s like this, my mother said she will find first wife for me and no one except my mother''s choosing can be my first wife. It was something I promised my mother before she gave me permission to go after girls before second evolution, which is normally not allowed. Riyur kissed up to mother for appointing herself as my second wife after I told her that I intend to marry only three wives. We will be partners for long time and I will make sure of that so, I left the third wife''s position for you." I said grinning.


    Anna was surprised and shocked at what I said and yelled:


    "What? You were serious when you said you planned only marrying three wives? I don''t believe you"


    My budding grin suddenly withered. This time, I was surprised. She was shocked because I said I will only marry three wives not because I left a spot for her to be third wife. What is the world coming to? I am being trolled by a 16 year old girl and she is grinning like an idiot at my shocked face as if she has won a whole world.


    "Hmnp, don''t grin like an idiot, third wife. And yes, There will only be 3-4 wives" I said sincerely and seriously. She was surprised when I said that so sincerely.


    ''don''t worry shock is coming too. Hmnp, trying to make a fun out of me'' I thought but said:


    "rest will be harem members." and grinned.


    ''Hmnp, now you are tongue tied making an idiotic face.''

    Chapter 12: Logan


    After that we went to the cafeteria for dinner and after dinner we went to our room for rest.


    Next day came as any other day and only tomorrow will be opening ceremony so we still had a day to rest. After we returned from breakfast, Lisa came to our room and girls started having their chat, so called girl talk. So, I decided to take a look at forest behind the academy.


    I told them, I was going on a stroll and went out. After I neared edges of first year area, I start to fly in the direction of the wall behind the academy. To go out of the academy to the forest permission from guards in the wall is needed for safety reasons. So, after flying for about 20 minutes, I came to halt about 10 metres away from wall because if I go any further, a type of sensing magical device will inform guards that someone is approaching. So I directly teleported away 10 metres outside wall because dealing with security personnel will be annoying.


    I landed inside the forest after crossing the river. There was a large bridge in the river over it''s span of about 250 metres.


    This forest is known as Paradise Island forest. Here trees are of towering height with large trunks of about 10-20 meters diameter, some were even 50 meters in diameter. Grass were also growing widely and wildly.


    Many warriors and mages too came to this place for practice or for selling beast materials for living. These people directly came here by passing the academy area because they did not have the permission to enter that area. So, many adventurers and wanderers came to this forest.


    I was walking deep into the forest and occasionally ran into some 5th or 6th tier beasts but did not engage with them because they were too weak for me. I would occasionally rest around some trees to look at the forest and observe.


    I was sitting at a protruding root of a big tree when I suddenly felt something strong walking in my direction. I stood up looked at the direction where I felt the presence. After waiting for few minutes, I could finally see a silhouette. It was a wolf. It was Blue wind wolf. It is about 3 metres long and 1 and half meters tall with blue furs. This is a wolf which has strong attribute to wind and also has small water attribute. It is 9th tier magical beast but looks like it has only managed to reach this stage recently. It''s main strength is it''s absurd speed unlike Ice tiger who has strong defence and strength. Also it was not at peak of ninth level so, I should manage somehow because I have teleportation.


    The wolf glared at me and howled but I will not be affected because this is not a type of pack wolf. It is trying to intimidate me but with the strength of my soul it is simply nothing for me.


    After a second, it directly lunged at me. Whoa, it is fast though I managed to activate teleport but still my cheek got a gash. So, you can imagine how absurdly fast it is. My wound close instantly. The wolf is staring at my closing wound. I immediately change into my demon form and summon my weapon. I recently named it ''Part'' because it should act as a part of my body when I wield it.


    This time both wolf and me attack each other. ''Part'' is turned as spear and it is coiling and going straight for the wolf''s neck but it managed to dodge the attack efficiently. But I turn the tip of Part as blade and slash at wolf to follow suit. But it jumps to the side and dodges. It sends a vertical wind blade my way but I side stepped to dodge. At this time, it lunged at me and sent me flying across 10 meters. A large part of my shoulder was torn off but it was regenerating rapidly but pain was still unbearable.


    Well, I am trying to kill this wolf for it''s mana core. It is extremely suitable for Anna because she also has wind and water attributes. Though anyone can absorb mana from it''s core but people who have same element will be able to absorb it in half the time of people with other elements and energy obtained will also be more compared to others and also will be more pure for same element. Also people who are in bottleneck for same element attribute will have it easier to break through to next level, for people below King stage. So, it is extremely valuable for people with wind attribute. So, it will be extra effective for people like Anna with both wind and water attribute.


    I turn towards the wolf and attack with a dark blade. It dodges to side but I have already shoot out a lightning bolt so, it was going to hit it mid air. Unfortunately it is wind attribute wolf so, it manipulates air and dodges but still is grazed at side. But lightning bolt is not bladed attack so it did not have much effect. I tried to paralyse it with that bolt but was unsuccessful.


    But just as it lands, I teleport at it''s side and slash vertically. It still tried to dodge but this time I manage to cut open a small part of wolf''s skin and flesh. It sent a wind blade horizontally at me but I am too close to wolf. I did not even have time to activate teleport so, I place my weapon horizontally by turning it into a long stick. The impact sent me flying and my four fingers of both hands were chopped. I came to stop when I hit a tree.


    "Ahhhh...."


    The pain of eight fingers being cut is unimaginably unbearable. I let out a scream for the first time. Part falls off of my hands. The wolf is coming straight for me. I send numerous dark blade and lightening blade it''s way. But it swiftly dodges and comes at me. My fingers are still regenerating so, when it''s jaws were near my neck, I directly teleport away towards it''s back and launch a kick at it''s back. This time it was wolf that was sent flying.


    Part teleports to my hands. My fingers have almost regenerated, at least I can hold Part in my hands. I quickly turn Part into a spear and throw it at the wolf. The wolf tries to dodge but Part teleports and hits the beast''s right hind leg and tears off a large part of it''s flesh.


    "Awooo...."


    The blue wind wolf lets out a ear piercing painful howl. At least now it''s speed will be manageable.


    It is glaring at me angrily. It sends large amount of wind blades in every direction to not let me teleport easily and hoping one of wind blade to hit me when I teleport. I teleport but to one higher branch of a nearby tree, out of the wind blade''s range. Blue wind wolf stops it''s attack and glares at me from below.


    I jump down steadily with the help of my wings. It does not attack me but keeps looking at me descend. I recall Part and it appears in my hands.

    The wolf uses wind to manipulate it''s movements and is still coming at me fast but now it''s speed is slower than before. I also jump at it by turning Part into a spear. The wolf hits the side of the spear and deflects the spear. And hits my chest with it''s claw and tears off flesh in that area. I was sent at least a meter back.


    ''Damn it, it hurt. but it is fun this way.'' I thought.


    My wound is closing visibly. I turn my weapon, Part, into a glaive (or naginata in Japanese and guandao in Chinese). It is basically a weapon with long blade as top and long pole as it''s handle. It has a long reach and cuts like sword. It is easy for instantly changing the direction of weapon or in short it offers quite a bit of dexterity and is also flexible for use. Also it is good for both attack and defence. But there is small change as opposed to those weapons. My blade is not curved like glaive but is sharp tipped. It is a bit difficult to handle but still it is good for me because I have grown familiar with it.


    I run toward the wolf with both my hands clutching pole part of Part. The wolf seeing me attack, lunges at me. This time too it hits the flat part of blade and deflects and comes at me. But this time around, I turn sharp part of blade toward wolf and slash horizontally while drawing the weapon back because wolf is moving toward me and if I don''t draw the weapon back while slashing at it, it won''t hit the wolf effectively. The wolf jumps back and misses the slash. I rotate the weapon in my hands and perform an upward slash by extending the Part outward. This time wolf dodges to the side and sends three wind blades consecutively at me.


    I immediately slash horizontally at first wind blade. I let go of the bottom part of pole which was being held by my left hand, with the momentum of slash and parry the second wind blade with pole part of Part, while at the same time side stepping to dodge the third wind blade.


    The wolf is already coming at me. I rotate the weapon once in my right hand, clutch bottom part of pole with left and parry wolf''s claw with pole. I withdraw my weapon downward as soon as it parries wolf''s attack. The wolf tries to jump back but my speed was lightening fast so, lower part of it''s stomach gets an unsightly cut. Blood was flowing out of the wound. Wound though large, still was not fatal. But if it continued, it will slowly weaken due to blood loss.


    The wolf looks extremely angry. It must be thinking ''how can I lose to mere 7th stage demon. I am 9th tier for fu*k''s sake.''


    This way, we exchange several blows, but it is mostly physical attacks because concentration is important for magical attacks. I got hit many times but my stamina, vitality coupled with regeneration helps me greatly as I only get weak magically but not physically. My physical traits are my greatest weapon.


    As the fight drags on, the wolf is getting more cuts and gradually growing weaker. As the wolf hits the pole side of Part, I was sent a meter back. I jump further back to increase the distance between us. The wolf is already weak and fatigued. I only need one nice hit to finish this fight.


    So, once again, I turn Part into spear. I throw it at wolf with all my might. The wolf dodges but it is weak so, it only tries to side step. The spear teleports and rushes toward wolf''s neck and I teleport near spear, catch it and thrust the spear at wolf''s neck without giving it a chance to escape.


    When nice part of spear is inside wolf''s neck, I turn Part into trident with two outer protruditions slightly curved and pull Part out. Part comes out bringing along a large part of wolf''s neck. I jump back.


    The wolf falls down with a whimper as the last sound it ever uttered and breathes it''s last breath.


    I look at it''s fallen body for a moment and turn Part into a sword and cut open it''s skull. There is a bluish green crystal there, tainted red with blood. I crouch down and take out the mana core.


    "May your soul rest in peace. Well, although your memory will be wiped. Your body may have died but your soul lives."


    ''Can''t say sorry though. If I did I would be a hypocrite because I may have chosen not to kill you.'' I thought.


    I got up and the instant I got up, I could feel something shooting toward me from my back side. But before I could dodge or teleport, I could see a sword protruding from my chest. I, surprised, turned only my head back.


    There I saw a human with short brown hair, black eyes and slightly dark skin tone looking back at me while grinning. There was a satisfied smile on his face. He was about 40 years old. He opened his mouth to say:


    "Good demon, you killed this wolf for me even though you are only 7th tier/circle mage and warrior. I have been stuck at 8th circle for a long time but with Blue wind wolf''s core, I can finally break through. I know you can regenerate which is quite strange but you have wasted a lot of your mana so, you cannot regene-...."


    May be I could have listened if he was a beautiful women but a middle aged man talking from so close while his breath hitting me felt disgusting. So, I pierced his throat with my tail and brought him in front of me. I gripped his neck with my hand and said:


    "You saw I can regenerate but still you came attacking me and in close combat at that, with your 4th tier warrior skills when you are 8th circle mage. You might have had a chance if you utilized your mage skills. Looks like you are wind mage from speed of your attacks. But you thought that my regeneration is mana produced skill but you are wrong, you know? It is my physical trait, I don''t need mana to regenerate. Do you know what my physical trait signifies?"


    I slowly pulled out sword from my back with the help of my tail. Large amount of blood was flowing.


    "Well, let me simplify what my physical trait signifies for you. It basically means, I am a fucking living Wolverine."


    He gave a confused look.


    "Oh, how foolish of me. This just complicated it for you. Whatever, who cares if a dead person is confused or not." I said and pierced his heart by his own sword, which was carried by my tail. He was dead so, I threw him away.


    "I don''t like bloodshed and you shed too much of my blood. Still, may your soul rest in peace." I said, looking at the man''s cold body while storing the core and Part in my dimension and teleport back to dorm room.

    Chapter 13: Acting


    I directly appear in hall of our dorm room. Anna and Lisa are sitting in couch and are still talking.


    ''Uhh how can they talk so much?'' I thought.


    Anna and Lisa stop talking when they see me and look my way. They are both surprised as they see my torn clothes. I have yet to change them. I have many magical clothes which can adjust size but I don''t like to wear the ones which can automatically repair themselves because they take tiny amount of my mana to repair themselves. Though small amount, it still may hamper sometimes in fights so, I choose not to wear them.


    "Did some girl''s boyfriend beat you black and blue?" says Anna, looking my way.


    "No, it was someone''s son." I say jokingly.


    "So, why are you like that?" says Anna again.


    I take out the greenish blue crystal mana core and give it to her.


    *gasp*


    Both girls gasped when they saw mana core.


    "Th-that is a-a-at least eight tier magical beasts core and looks like it''s wind attributed. It should cost somewhere around 40-50 3rd tier coins if sold to wind mages." says Lisa stuttering. As expected of merchant''s daughter, she even knows it''s value. It is indeed expensive.


    "That is for you, Anna. It should help you progress quickly." I said to Anna.


    "Where did you go? I don''t think my father gave you that much money. From your looks, it seems you fought with a beast to get this." says Anna while clutching the core and looks serious.


    "Oh I just went to Paradise Island forest and came across 9th tier Blue wind wolf. So, I got that for you." I said nonchalantly.


    "Though I am happy and thankful to you, what you did was dangerous." says Anna, all serious.


    "Oh, is that budding of love, I am seeing. It looks sweet." I say joking and smiling.


    "Yeah, right. I am totally head over heels for you." says Anna sarcastically while grinning.


    "Thank you, Lithius." says Anna smiling.


    "Eh, you two love each other?" says ignorant Lisa, who was sharp when it came to prices and she looks totally clueless when it comes to emotions.


    "Totally."


    "No, that was a joke."


    Me and Anna both reply at the same time, immediately. Lisa looked confused at first because of our contradicting reply. But she remembers the market incident and says smiling:


    "You like to joke around, don''t you?" to me.


    "Of course, I do. Life is unpredictable so, you should enjoy every moment." I say.


    "But you don''t look like you do it because of that." refutes Anna.


    "Whatever. Lets go eat dinner. I did not even eat lunch." I say.


    We head to cafeteria and return to our room after dinner.


    Today is the day of welcome ceremony for first years. Ceremony is going to be held on first years arena. Ceremony is held 3 hours after sunrise.


    We are heading toward arena along with Lisa. There are four entry/exit doors at arena but only one is opened for students for today. Only first year students can participate in welcome ceremony.


    The arena is at least size of a big football field. There are temporary seating arrangements on field, not on permanent viewer seatings of arena. There is a stage set up facing the seatings. There are many students here and some are still coming. There must be 200-300 students this year.


    We find three empty seats and sit there. There are students and some students have their familiars with them. But number of people with familiars are few. There are both mage and warrior students. Warriors cannot summon familiar even if they want because of their low mana capacity.


    You may think, if most warriors have low mana capacity then how can they rival mages. To make up for that weakness, warriors temper their body. They also increase amount of mana in their core, what little they can. They constantly purify their mana. They also practise to control their mana effectively because they must constantly feed mana to their body. If mana control is not good then it will affect their body in negative way. So, warriors move to higher stages by physically tempering their body, feeding mana to strengthen their body, purifying and increasing amount of mana in core and effectively controlling mana.


    The welcome ceremony has started. A middle aged women with brown hair and blue eyes walks up to stage and says:


    "Hello, students. I am Rigul Mercan. I am a fire mage and one of the teachers for first year students. To welcome you all, today we have vice principal of our Paradise Island academy, who is a king stage expert. His name is Fayer Ricter."


    After introducing the vice principal, she walks out of the stage. A man of age about 50 walks up to the stage. He has a stern face with slightly visible scar on his left cheek. He has grey hair with few whites mixed in, clear black eyes with sturdy looking body with a straight posture. He scans around the arena and says:


    "We welcome all of you to our Paradise Island Academy. I am Fayer Ricter, vice principal of this glorious academy and you are new students. You are still buds but after years of careful nurturing of teachers, you will turn into beautiful flowers and make our Paradise Island Academy even more glorious and proud. This is what other teachers and I believe. I believe you will all conduct according to academy rules while in academy. I wish you all a bright future and welcome you all."


    After giving short welcoming speech, he walks down the stage. Rigul again walks up to the stage and says:


    "Alright, you will go to notice board in front of administrative office, in this area, to look at which class you are assigned to and you will all get a magical device informing you of your class schedule from a teacher. Ok, now you can go one by one."


    After Rigul''s announcement we go to the notice board. Anna and Lisa are both placed in Wind mage class as expected. Though Anna has both Wind and water attributes, her primary specification is wind. So, it is not unexpected. But there is a difference, in wind class, Lisa is in 4th circle class while Anna is in 5th circle class.

    We go to building for wind attributed students. It is four storey building. First two floors are for mages and last two for warriors. 4th circle and fifth circle classes are on ground floor. Me and Anna go to 5th circle class while Lisa goes to 4th circle class.


    We enter a big room but there are only 5 students including Anna and I am the only familiar. The other four are, 2 boys and 2 girls. We wait for around ten minutes when a women in her thirties comes into the class. She has green hair and blue eyes with pointy ears. She is wearing blue dress and is slightly taller than me. She is an elf. She looks at us and says:


    "Hello. I am your teacher for 5th circle classes. My name is Regis Madella. Alright, introduce yourself and I will give you a magical device which will inform you of your classes."


    As she says this a boy with cat ears, brown hair, cat like black eyes, robust body and my height, stands up. He has handsome features.


    "Hello everyone. I am from cat beastmen tribe and my name is Lak Somer." introduces the boy.


    Regis hands him a silver plate. Lak takes the plate and imbues it with mana. Plate gives a soft glow for few second and subsides.


    Another human boy with blond hair, green eyes with slim built stands up. He is slightly shorter than me. He introduces himself:


    "Hi I am Sander Soum."


    Regis hands him another silver plate. He repeats same process as Lak.


    Than a small looking petite girl with raven black short hair, brown eyes, smooth skin stands up. She is short but her breasts are modest and has good curves.


    "Hi, I am Pony Vandal. I come from Dwarven country." says the girl.


    Regis hands her a silver plate.


    Another girl with blond hair, blue eyes and height as tall as me stands up. She has long pointy ears and her breasts are massive to say the least.


    ''Holy cow, they are too huge.'' I thought. I only noticed it after she stood up. She has beautiful face and good curves.


    "Hello, I am Seyma Lagar. I am an elf and come from elven country." she says.


    Regis hands Seyma another silver plate.


    "Hello everyone and miss Regis, I am Anna Hasling and this here is my familiar Lithius." introduces Anna.


    Everyone looks at me and Anna with surprised expression. May be they thought that I was a student.


    "Hello, everyone. I am Lithius." I say.


    "Alright." says Regis and hands over a silver plate to Anna. Anna takes the silver plate and imbues it with mana and plate gives a soft silvery glow. After few seconds it becomes normal again and shows class schedule for both Anna and me.


    ''Ugh I also have classes.'' I thought.


    Anna has 6 hours of wind magic class and 6 hours of water magic class each week. These classes however are not mandatory. You can go to classes if you want to learn about advanced magic theories. Teacher are just guides to help students understand theory. Comprehension and cultivation are entirely dependent on students.


    I have 4 hours of darkness attribute warrior class, 4 hours of lightening attribute warrior class and 4 hours of weapon or combat techniques class. They have warrior classes for familiar because familiars need to protect their masters from enemies and magic beasts who are good at close combat. But like Anna''s class, it is not mandatory because academy believes that students should take the initiative to practise diligently. We didn''t inform academy of my space magic abilities because it would cause a problem.


    "Alright, if you have any kinds of problem in future, you can contact me. I will be in teachers office. Anyone has any questions?" says Regis.


    Everyone shakes their head implying that they have no questions.


    "Alright then. Everyone can leave now. Classes will officially start tomorrow." says Regis and leaves.


    After Regis leaves, we also head out. As we were walking, Seyma passes by. I cannot miss this chance to hara- erm inquire her, so, I called out:


    "Excuse me, miss Seyma." I say seriously.


    She turn and says:


    "Yes?"


    I hear a sigh near me and feel my skin burn due to a vicious glare. I ignore it but Anna opens her mouth:


    "Seyma, I think it would be wise to not listen to him."


    Seyma shows a confused expression but was still about to turn away. I hurriedly call out:


    "Don''t mind her, lady Seyma. I have something on my mind from the moment I saw you. Can I ask about it to you?" I say sincerely and seriously.


    "Sure" says Seyma and another sigh escapes Anna''s mouth.


    "Are you sure, you are an elf?" I ask.


    "Of course, I am. Why do you ask?" says Seyma smiling.


    "ok" I say and show suspicious expression.


    "And I was almost sure, she was some kind of cow beastmen." I mutter "involuntarily".


    Anna and Seyma''s expression freeze.


    Gyahahahaha


    "Sorry, just joking." I say roaring with laughter.


    Seyma is still shocked and Anna is showing an apologetic face.


    Seyma was trying to walk away so, I calm myself down and say:


    "Sorry, that was just a joke. Don''t take it to your heart.


    When I say that, tears start coming down Seyma''s face.


    "Eh, sorry. I didn''t think, it would hurt you so much. I felt you were a girl with strong heart." I say with depressed and apologetic face.


    "Seyma, don''t take it to you heart. Lithius can sometimes go overboard with his joke." consoles Anna.


    "Yeah, yeah. If you like, I can press them for you, to help them look smaller." I say innocently.


    Seyma''s tears stop and her expression freezes once again. Anna is about to explode with anger. After a minute of stillness and sounds of Anna''s clattering teeth, Seyma starts to laugh:


    "You saw through it. You are good. hehehehe" says Seyma.


    Anna looks at Seyma shocked, then turns to me and says:


    "You knew?"


    "Hmnp, such acting won''t work in front of me." I said.


    ''Damn it. She almost got me.'' I thought.
