《Hive Queen》 Chapter: 1 The great world called Auretia,is a home to many different races and cultures :elf''s,dwarf''s,human''s,demon''s,beast man and many more minor races. Every race had its own kingdom and land to rule,there were war''s between light and dark race''s such as human kingdom''s and demon''s. But all of that changed on a day when a new race appeared,at first they were not considered a treat to the kingdoms,neither the light nor the dark nations considered these new beings a treat but. They were wrong so very wrong.At first these were just mindless creatures that were similar to bugs,but much larger and more dangerous,they lived in what the other race''s called a hive. At first they were hunted for fun,because of their mindless behavior.But that all changed when the first hive mind appeared. The creatures,got violent all of a sudden many,surrounding villages even some smaller town''s were engulfed in the frenzy of the swarm. The first attacks started at the kingdom of elf''s,after hearing of the slaughter,the king of elf''s ordered half of his army to be sent to the hive that was responsible for the attack. Days passed and Elven court did not hear any word from the army sent to destroy the hive. After a few more days a soldier covered in blood and without half of his arm walked in. What the soldier said,made everyone''s blood turn cold. "I.....please forgive me my king....we...have failed you...those things.....they evolved...th....they have a leader....they are called Ter-Mah" This was just the start of the hell for the light and dark races of Auretia. The beings called Ter-Mah rose up from their hive''s under the command of their great hive mind. They moved through Auretia like the swarm,they killed,destroyed and consumed everything that stood in their way. The races both the light and the dark saw that alone they could not stand against the Ter-Mah swarm. The narrative has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident. To counter them they formed the alliance for the first time in the history of Auretia,to stop the swarm. The allied armies numbered several million''s strong soldiers,but the swarm did not lack behind at all,they reproduced fast,the more they consumed the more there were. The allied soldier''s stood their ground in the great desert of Al Sar,the swarm was going to pass through there,and that is where the allied race''s decided to stop once and for all the Ter-Mah swarm and their hive mind. The day of the battle finally arrived,on the horizon the great swarm could be seen rushing towards the brave allied soldiers who stood their ground. They fought and fought for many day''s and night the allied soldiers and the Ter-Mah swarm fought. But in the end the victor was decided,the swarm was stopped,their hive mind defeated the swarm scattered. With his dying breath the hive mind spoke "we.....will.....return....." Those word''s where enough to send the shivers down the spine of the king''s as well as the soldiers that were still alive. Since that day the light and the dark races never warred each other again they all hunted the common enemy of all,and thus came the age of peace and prosperity for all the race''s of Auretia. Chapter: 2 Rebirth My name is or rather was Lucien Strauss,a child of a blacksmith in a little town called Kuzer owned by the human kingdom called Aberavia,nothing remarkable about it was just a simple trading town not much. Like i said my father was a blacksmith,he was a strong and big man like most of the blacksmiths are,my mother died giving birth to me so i never knew mother''s warmth,but i am not complaining father was always there for me. Father told me that mother was a very beautiful woman,i guess that''s where i get my looks from, i was about five and a half feet tall,with a black short hair and a not to bad of a face,at least that''s what the girls think. My body was neither skinny nor fat just right. I loved to fool around with girls that were good looking,but one night while i was drinking with my friend''s a carriage passed and i saw the most beautiful woman ever. She was the daughter of the lord that ruled Kuzer,she had long silver hair,red cheery lips,big brown eyes and long eyelashes truly a beauty out of this world,also she seemed to take an interest in me as well,i fell in love the mistake i should have never made. We started meeting secretly,i confessed my love to her as did she, but that was all a lie. One day while i was waiting for her at our secret place the one who came was not her but the soldiers of the lord. I was brought to the castle,there was my father who was kneeling in front of the lord and beside him was his daughter crying , i had no idea what was happening. But then a knight in silver armor came,he stopped in front of me, he took his helmet off , he had a prince like appearance with a long blond hair. "you scum you dare touch Olicia with your dirty hand''s unforgivable!!" the knight spoke. As soon as he stopped talking i knew what was going on that bitch told her father and this guy who was most likely her fiance that i was the one who seduced her. "i......"as soon as i was about to talk my father spoke. "please my lord forgive my stupid son i shall take the punishment for his deeds he is still to young i beg of you!"Father begged the lord to forgive me,it was a first time i have seen father like this. "hmmm very well than we shall execute you instead of your son." The lord spoke. By the way the lord was nothing like the fairy tales tell of how the evil lord''s looked fat and ugly like pigs,no this lord looked strong and you could even see the muscles on his arms that are well developed. "what father nooo!" i screamed as i was being taken away from the castle i could not do anything. The next day father was executed in front of a large crowd of people,i hated the girl i said i loved and the lord who executed my father. But the change happened when we received the word of strange creatures that attacked the towns and villages of the elven kingdom. And just after few more day''s another word came from the border of Aberavia. Who would have thought that one of the six great elven kingdoms that ruled the forests of Auretia would get destroyed in a matter of days,it was a thing that shook Auretia even more our kingdom Aberavia we were next to the elven kingdom Shal Dui that got destroyed and the people of Aberavia were right to fear. Over the days many of Shal Dui refugees ran to Aberavia as well as other neighboring countries in hope of escaping the nightmare. It did not take long the creatures that were now known as Ter Mah swarm,to reach the Aberavia kingdom,the kingdom gathered all the soldiers that it had in hopes of stopping the swarm but it was all a futile effort they were destroyed in a matter of hours. Panic was spread throughout Aberavia Kingdom as well as Kuzar because the Ter Mah swarm was at it''s gates. It did not take long for the swarm to breach the city and then i saw them with my own eyes the creatures called Ter Mah. They were about three meters tall,there were smaller ones as well,their color was mostly dark green and slightly black,some of them had six legs with a large thick carapace and their upper torso was similar to a humans except it looked more like a dark green armor with spikes sticking out from the sides they had arms but instead fingers they had sharp claws their head''s looked just like an ant''s only even more disgusting ,they had two sharp claw''s sticking from the side''s of the mouth. There were also the ones that walked on two legs but they were smaller but much faster they had similar body structure and head''s like the six legged one''s , but these were different anyone who looked at them would know that these smaller ones were different why, because they carried weapons and armor''s . And lastly the one of Ter Mah swarm that stood out was the humanoid ,that had six arms on three on one side of his body and three on the other side,he wore a dark green robe with a hood on his head was the hive mind the leader of the Ter Mah swarm. Inside of his hood something like countless worms where moving all around everyone who saw this creature would freeze on a spot just like me . He walked towards me and just stood there silently watching me, while his swarm was killing,destroying and consuming everyone and everything. After some time he spoke to me in a cold voice there was nothing humane in his voice "good......healthy.......evolve.......take...." as soon as he stopped talking in the sky countless flying Ter Mah could be seen. They looked like mosquito''s only larger much larger. They swooped down and started taking people from all over the town, they pierced their stomach as they took them,one even came down for me , before he took me away like the rest the hive mind lifted me up and with one of his claws on his hand pierced my neck he injected something inside me i could fall it, after that i was taken away by the giant mosquito, i slowly lost my conscience. "well that''s it so why the hell am inside an egg didn''t i die !!" I tried to push the egg lightly to open but it did not even budge, ughh what a pain i guess i have to break it down. I started to punch on the shell and eventually it started cracking,and after a few more heavy punches on the shell it finally broke down. "fuhh so exhausting hmmm??" "why does my voice sound so strange?" "mehh who cares" I looked behind and saw what a disgusting egg thing i was in it is all green and sticky ughh makes you wanna puke. There were more eggs around,i was in a cave the place was not dark at all as i thought. I moved around the cave until i found a little pond of water,i moved closer and what i saw there made my blood turn cold. I was staring at the pond and what i saw was a woman around one meter and seventy centimeter''s tall with a long black hair small but cute face,not to small breast''s but not to big either,slender legs and body, my body was covered in a green armor like thing only it was sticking to my skin, like ....well skin not heavy at all. And a tail, long tick tail that was covered with spike''s all around and the tip of the tail was more like a spear the tail one meter long was sticking out of my back. "what the hell happened to me !?" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AN: Here a little more for today hope you guys like it . Chapter: 3 Decision "what the hell happened to me !?"I was still standing by the pond and looking at the image in water that was me. "ugh my head hurts from thinking,i first need to calm down,and figure out where the hell am i" I first need to return to where my egg thing is i will start from there. I moved back the way i came from,and as soon as i arrived,i froze on the spot why, well there was a big and i mean really big Ter Mah near the egg i came out from. The Ter Mah looked like a giant dark green worm and had two pair of arms on both sides, on his head were about six maybe seven eyes,ohh and how did i know it was a Ter Mah well simply no other creature would give you shivers just by looking at it. I need to run fast ,crap it seems to have noticed me,dam why won''t my legs move dam dam. The Ter Mah moved closer , i really wanted to escape but i was frozen stiff. The Ter Mah stopped right in front of me, i thought i was dead for sure, i even closed my eyes waiting to die again. Some time passed and nothing,the Ter Mah did not do anything to me i still had my eyes closed,well i guess i should open them right. I opened my eyes and what i saw made me stare with a blank expression. The Ter Mah had its head lowered,it looked like it was bowing,and without thinking i reached out my hand and put it on its head. >wait why the hell am i petting a Ter Mah what am i thinking!?< As i was thinking of my actions,the Ter Mah let out a sound that was like cat purring. ahh why am i petting a Ter Mah and thinking it is cute the hell is wrong with me!?< I moved my hand away, and as soon as i did the creature spoke. "queen......" I looked around but there was no one around just me and this Ter Mah,but he did not have mouth to speak,how was he talking. I remember hearing that the Ter Mah had some kind of telepathic magic or something but i don''t know that kind of magic or any kind of magic. "umm how are you talking is it magic?'' "no.....magic.....link.....mind.....queen...." "ohh i see,but where is this queen you speak of?"I asked the creature. The creature bowed once again and said "you.....queen" "i see.......wait i am the queen ?" Well thinking about i was changed to a woman,i have skin like Ter Mah i have a freaking tail heh. I sat down on the ground to think a little. After some time i got up, "sigh" "i guess there is no use in crying over a spilled milk right."sigh" Well at least this creature wont attack me and eat me i should ask it some question''s. "do i serve the hive mind now than?" i asked the creature after some time of silence he spoke. "no......hive.....mind.....dead.....two....hundred....years....." "ohh i see hehe he died serves him right......wait two hundred years!?" this is when she is thinking.Here a chapter hope you enjoy. Chapter: 4 Exploration The breeder and me where moving around the cave checking it out,when i asked him to show me around,he said he himself did not explore much. >guess it is time to explore a little.< We were moving around the cave,but it was a disappointment the cave was very little no wonder he did not explore he could have told me "sigh", it was about twenty meters length and ten meters wide but there was a very long path which i remembered led to the surface,i will leave it alone for now. There were only two more rooms,the one with a small pond and an empty room. "sigh" " i guess we do not have much do we" ".........."The breeder did not say anything. >ohh well< We walked back to the room where my egg was,and than it hit me what are the other egg''s for are they same like me i decided to ask the breeder. "hey breeder what''s up with the rest of the egg''s are they same as me?" "......no......these......empty......no.......life......" "i see so they are just shell''s for the new Ter Mah?" "yes.....i.....make.....shell" "well than how do we make new Ter Mah?" "queen.......inject.......larvae....inside.....i.......breed.......Ter......Mah...." "i see i see.......wait I inject the larvae how the hell do i do that!?" "queen......produce.....larvae.....inside.......her......inject......tail....." "hmm it''s kind of disgusting to have larvae inside you but i guess it really feels like i am a different being now heh" "ohh i was wondering do all Ter Mah carry larvae inside?" I asked. "......no......hive.....mind......only......now.....queen.....hive.....mind.....give......ability...." But how did he......never mind now i remember when and how he gave me this ability to reproduce,little before i was carried away he injected something inside me,and also if i am correct the thing he injected was a larvae as well,heh it seems i took over the body of both the larvae and Arven, aren''t i lucky. I counted the egg''s inside the room there were about twenty in total not counting the one i was inside,maybe i should inject the larvae now i should get some good minions fast. I moved over to one of the egg''s and lifted my tail,and moved it slowly over to the egg , it pierced it very easily . "hmm nothing is happening i wonder why breeder ?" I turned around and asked the breeder. "....not....yet...queen....first....need.....consume.....to.....produce.....larvae....." "and how do i consume and what do i consume?" "....tail....consume........living.....beings....." A short and simple answer. "sigh" " ok i understand,i am going outside for a little" "......yes...." I walked the long and narrow path for about a half an hour. "really did they need to make it so freaking long,what is wrong with Ter Mah " "sigh" Finally i reached the surface and what greeted me was white....yes simply white everything was covered in snow,the trees the land everything. "ahh that''s right we are in the north,well i guess ill go to the forest for now,i might be able to find some creatures." I entered the deep snowy forest. "hmm i just noticed i am not cold at all,well guess that''s just another ability the Ter Mah posses." As i was moving through the forest i noticed a big foot really big foot tracks in the snow,they were still fresh as the snow has not covered them yet. I was immediately alerted,because i did not know what kind of creature it was,i moved slowly to where the tracks led. What is saw there was almost a three meter tall,blue skinned thing, it''s upper part was naked,the lower half was covered by different creature hind''s,the thing did not any hair at all nor ear''s at least not any visible one''s. The thing was crouching down,beside it was a big wooden club,it was eating a deer. I was hidden in the nearby trees,i moved slowly. Stolen story; please report. >should i try to ambush it,but how strong am i in this body?< As i thought about ambushing it,the thing turned around,as soon as i saw it''s face i new what it was. It was a Rumbler,they were a sub specie of Oger''s ,but much weaker and more dumber,but their destructive power was not something to joke about,the only time i seen a Rumbler was once when the lord of Kuzer returned with it''s body. The Rumbler stood up and picked up its club and charged toward''s the trees where i was hidden. "dam i guess i have to attack first." The rumbler was not that fast,but still not that slow either,he did not know my exact location this was my chance. I charged toward''s him with all my might,and what happened next surprised even me. I was fast i mean really fast in a instant, i was right next to the rumbler he did not even have a chance to turn around , i instinctively pierced his back with my sharp tail. But even with that i thought that he would try to counterattack but i was wrong he did not move at all,when i moved a little closer,the rumbler''s eyes were rolled back and he was foaming from the side''s of his mouth. "poison?" "well that''s convenient heh....well now how do i consume him my tail is still piercing him but nothing is happening?" As soon as i was wondering about how to consume him it hit me,something like an instinct,i knew how to do it. By the way the process of consuming is really disgusting the rumbler''s body was sucked dry of blood and half of his flesh,the only thing that was left was half the flesh,skin and his bones other than that nothing. "hmm it seems like half the flesh was enough,but what should i do with the rest, oh well i will just bring it back to the cave maybe the breeder will have some use of it." On my way back i noticed more similar track''s like the rumbler made,i followed it and i discovered the cave the rumblers were living in. "good more food mean''s more larvae good good." I left the rumbler''s alone for now,i did not need them right now. I returned to the cave where the breeder was making a few more egg''s and when i say making them i mean pooping them there were two more. ".....good....queen....already.....has....larvae.....produced.....inside..." "yeah i consumed the rumbler it''s this creature it is called rumbler." ".....good....big.....full....of.....nutritions...." "by the way can we use his body for something, i think it would have been a waste to just leave it there right?" ".....yes....use.....inject.....larvae....they...grow....but....weak.....they.....good.....for.....work....for.....hive.." "i see so the larvae i inject in to the egg,would become the fighting Ter Mah while the one''s inside the dead body are the work class , good to know" "well now lets get started shall we." I moved closer to the egg,and gently pierced it with my tail,the sensation i got from it was very much different than the last time,the larvae''s got injected inside the egg very easily the once dead grey egg started to glow dark green and pulsate. I also injected some of the larvae inside the dead rumbler,i also need some workers for my new born hive,the breeder tolled me that the fighting Ter Mah would be born in about two day''s and the workers in a day. >wow that''s some fast reproduction system< I also asked the breeder about the amount of the Ter Mah born from one egg,well considering their fast reproduction system his answer did not shock me very much. "......two......hundred......"
