《The Rise of Black Regalia》 chapter 1 "Russians and the hidden tomb" hi everyone this is my first fiction. YEAR 1943 Location: a hidden underground tomb near Leningrad {GERMAN CONTROLLED RUSSIA} WAR: world war 2 "SIR ADOLF THE LAST PERIMETER IS BREACHED WE HAVE LOST ALL CONTACT WITH THE TROOPS OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE OF THE TOMB" a Nazi soldier was screaming at the top of his voice in order to inform everyone in the large tomb,after hearing the news the face of every soldier turned pale as they know their doom is near among those faces only a single man named adolf nacht was calm and composed as he was trying to revise a strategy to protect himself and his troops also thinking about the circumstances that lead to this situation. adolf nacht a man of age 22 by his appearance he could be considered a handsome man with messy silver hair and a slender figure with a clean shaved and handsome face with blue eyes that reminded anyone looking at them of blue skies with Lilac bags hung under them due to not being able sleep because of constantly being on the front lines, ageing him quite a bit,wearing a uniform of a Nazi major with the insignia of a black swastika "the regalia of the Nazi empire"on his right arm and the sign of a SS paranormal on his left arm ,various badges on his chest shining telling about various valour he committed in order to gain his rank. Adolf belonged to the SS paranormal division that was made by Hitler in order to research about ancient technologies that could be found in ancient ruins that can help the third Riech to turn the tide of war in their favour,Adolf division was tasked to find about the strange ruin that was located near Leningrad ,the ruins of an underground tomb with a strange energy in it caught the attention of the paranormal division ,henceforth Adolf and a small battalion of troops was sent to investigate it. the loss at the battle of Stalingrad was heavy and the German troops were retreating by the second which made the tomb vulnerable to Russian attacks without reinforcements and being surrounded on all sides by Russian troops and tanks had forced the remaining German troops who had survived the previous Russian onslaughts to take shelter in the underground tomb where they were to make their last stand. The tomb by any standards could be considered ancient with a strange aura to it with a palace like interior and various runes being engraved in the wall emitting a strange blue light which was the only source of light in the tomb Adolf and his troops had taken shelter in the deepest floor in the tomb it had a structure like that of a hall with various pillars supporting the roof of the hall and various floor above it.The floor of the hall was littered with various crates and caches behind which about 50 Nazi troops and Adolf had taken cover. a few feet''s away from Adolf 2 soldiers were trying to adjust their 50 cal. gun atop a crate. "S..sir can we survive this b..battle"first soldier blurted out ,his uniform was the most basic one clearly showing that he was a soldier of the lowest rank a private. "I don''t know lad I don''t know ....sighing.... I think we might not be able to see our fatherland again"The second soldier was a corporal of age 27 with many scars that ran along his face showing that he was a seasoned soldier. "sir why is major adolf so calm even after we are in such a dangerous situation"the private was trying to keep his voice as low as possible. after chuckling a little the corporal replied that "lad he is known as the silent butcher of Poland in 1939 in the earlier times of war he and a platoon of 20 soldiers were assigned to wipe out a hidden polish base in the jungle only to ambushed by polish troops when on route to the hidden base he was the only surviving soldier left of his dead platoon even then he wiped out the hidden enemy base with only his combat knife with the help of stealth a base that garrisoned about 65 troops was wiped out in a single night" after listening to the entire story he was now looking directly at Adolf with a tinge of terror and admiration in his eyes only to have his trance broken by a sudden noise coming from the roof. only a few minutes after receiving the message through the radio the roof of the hall had started to tremble clearly announcing that the battle between the German troops defending the upper floor and the invading Russians had started breaking the trance of Adolf as he thought to himself damn -"DAMN these Russians they using grenades in an underground tomb that may fall any moment due to the blast" Adolf started to give orders to his remaining troops to take up certain strategical position in the hall before the Russians came in as everything was set he and his troops were gazing silently towards the entrance of the hall prepared for the Russian troops,after a few second everything went silent as the roof stopped shaking it was clear to everyone the their enemies had wiped out their comrades on the above floor soon their was ticking sound at the entrance before anyone could understand the door at the opposite end of the hall blasted open and about 200 Russian troops flooded in outnumbering the Germans 4 to 1. a strange menacing grin had appeared on Adolf''s face knowing his end was near and it was his final hour as the entrance door of the hall tore open Adolf screamed with all of his might "ANGRIFFEN(translation -attack),ALL HEIL GERMANY" before the Russian troops could understand anything they faced a wall of bullets,every machine gun in the hands of the German troops had started to pour bullets and their enemies and started to scream tearing down the ranks of the enemy after facing a frightening number of casualties the Russians also started to return fire at the Germans,after a few minutes of battle the Germans forces started to face casualties as the Russian bullets and grenades were tearing down their comrades and the cover they have taken to protect themselves alike ,the only source of light in the dark hall was the runes engraved in the walls emitting a faint blue light and the barrels of guns pouring bullets,the number of corpses had started to pile up on both the sides also the tiled floor of the hall was coated red in the blood of both Germans and Russians as the bullets were tearing their bodies apart,as the battle continued the tide of the battle has started to turn against the Germans as the Russians had started to overwhelm them with their sheer numbers ,fatigue has started to build up on the side of the Germans but fresh Russian soldiers were continuously pouring in to take the place of their Support creative writers by reading their stories on Royal Road, not stolen versions.dead comrades. The arms of Adolf had started to scream in pain due to the recoil caused by continuously firing his MP 40 light sub-machine gun he started to sense his doom approaching as one by one his comrades started to fall after several minutes only he himself and 6 of his comrades remained . Adolf eyes widened in terror a grenade landed next to him with a sound of a thud before he knew he was pushed aside by corporal Henrich his close friend and his brother in arms he landed a few feet''s away of from his previous location but was still in the blast radius of the grenade as the grenade went of with a BANGGG his body flew like twig and everything went silent his vision became a blur. it took him a several seconds before he could regain his composer and vision he was not able to feel his left arm as he tried to look at it his eyes widened in terror as his arm was torn apart in the blast what was left was just protruding bones from his shoulder where his arm should have been and a large amount of blood was pouring out of it as he tried look around the numbness from the left side of his body started to spread as he could see rest of his comrades where in a similar state with missing limbs screaming in pain Adolf vision was not clear but he could see the Russian troops have started to reach his comrades and execute them with their hand guns,before he knew a Russian officer has taken position in front of him and was raising his hand holding a hand gun before he knew his entire life flashed in front of him how he joined the army how he enjoyed his life with his family and friends before they had their life stolen by the war, how he lost many of his friends and close comrades during the course of war which made him sad as tears started to form in his eyes but he lips curled up as he was not scared of death and will now be able to meet his family from that point everything went in a slow motion as he could see the Russian officer in front of him raising his arm to pulling his trigger he was grinning but half of face was overshadowed by his officers cap BANG!!! Adolf was shot in his chest before he lost his consciousness . After a few minutes passed he could feel a warm sensation around his body he knew he was alive as he opened his eyes he could see a strange figure in front of him as if it was pure white light in a shape of humanoid asking him to follow as he started to crawl his body was screaming in pain and denying him movement but he knew he had to follow him at all cost as if a strange sensation in his body was telling him to. after crawling for several seconds he could see their was no Russian soldiers in his surrounding only his dead comrades as followed the creature to the central of the hall the hall became to shake he soon realised that the below him started to move upwards after few seconds the hall stopped shaking soon he realised that he was on a circular platform in the centre the creature made was also standing beside him after light from the creature started to surround him soon because of the pain he fainted again. Adolf came back to his senses he soon realised he was laying on a hard surface he tried to move expecting a tremendous amount of pain but nothing happened , not only Adolf felt relieved but he could feel both of his arms he was surprised he felt as he was reborn as he opened his eyes noticed he was lying on similar kind of a platform bot this was entirely different he could see that this platform was in a clearance in a forest . he stood up check his surroundings he was in his tattered uniform with pk 40 attached to him by a strap his knife and his hand gun in his cover he stood up and he thought to himself that the elevated platform in the tomb would have been some kind of escape structure and that the light humanoid was some kind illusion he started to walk around trying to find out where he was and how he should come in contact with any retreating German unit he move in southern direction cutting down over grown bushes with his knife as they obstructed his way after travelling a few hundred meters he heard a scream of a girl and sound of steel clashing against each other. He ran towards the source of the scream with his full strength after a few minutes he could sense as if a battle was going as the sound of clashing blades became louder and louder he spotted a dirt road in front him where the bushes and trees ended he came out of the bushes announcing his entry with a shot in the air from his hand gun what made adolf widen his eyes and gasp in surprise as he saw something that he had never seen in his entire life which made him come to a realization that he was not in his own world. thank you hope you enjoyed it :grin: please comment and rate it illustrator needed please email me if ur interested. The name of the great gods of Tera were ; - Draco the god of dragons Draco was the creator of dragons who were the first beings of Tera and were too powerful and were gifted with a very long life so that even the gods feared if they created too many of them then they might rebel and overthrow them. Layana the god of celestial also known as angles Layana created angels, the very beautiful beings, with wings on their backs with large mana pools inside them and strong bodies who were also granted long life by Layana but with low fertility, hence even their population was low in the entire Tera. After Draco and Layana other gods were permitted by them to create their own races by the most powerful them, Draco. Sylphied the goddess of elf and nymphs Sylphide was the goddess of elves and nymphs elves were the people of the forest. Elves looked like normal humans but were too beautiful they had pointed ears. The nymphs were same as elves but their bodies stopped growing after the age of 15 years. Both the counterparts lived together. A nymph and an elfs can be born in both families of a nymph or a elfs. Could live 800 -900 years. Population 1.5 billion. Bestiam was the creator and god of beasts they had features of animal and were gifted with strong body and had features of both humans and beasts like cats,dogs wolves etc,but were not as intelligent as humans or elfs they lived in tribes and used to follow their own customs. could live up-to the age of 100-110 population 2.6 billion Daiman was the creator of demons demon were like elves with pale skins and black eyes and they had an average life spam like humans beast men and dwarf but had large mana pool and were very good with magic. population 1.6 billion could live up-to the age of 90-100 Thor was the god of dwarfs dwarfs had were small in height and were somewhat stout but were grate craftsmen and were the ones who introduced new tench into the world of Phantasia. population 1.8 billion could live up-to the age of 80-130 Vishnu was the god of humans population 2.8 billion could live up-to the age of 70-110 well humans were as we all know jack of all traits master of none. BUT.......... Vishnu knew that beings like humans did not have any kind of special trait that would help them in their early stage of evolution and they shall perish. So High Humans were created who were granted with high level of mana pool strong but normal looking bodies and long life also intelligence that rivalled angels and dragons. high humans were created in secrecy and other gods didn''t had any knowledge about them ........which led it to their extinction...... HYDRA the god of sea people sea people were like mer-maids/men who lived in the salty oceans. SITH creator of dark beings ..............no info provided............... many other beings like various birds and animals were also created to balance the ecosystem. HISTORY OF TERA Geography- TERA was a divided in 4 continents with central continent being the largest 2 time the size of ASIA was inhabited by elves in the north as northern part of central continent was covered in dense forest that was perfect for them,human kingdoms were situated in the centre of the continent,the beast tribes inhabited the southern part of the continent which were too covered in forest and caves and the dwarfs inhabited the eastern mountain range. the northern continent was equal the size of Australia was inhabited by angels but as their population was low the continent was mostly barren covered with forest and mountains except a few cities of angels in the northern part of the continent. southern continent is inhabited by the demons it is one fourth the size of central continent. Seek out the original to ensure the author gets credit. eastern continent was inhabited by the dark beings and rest of the world was covered in the blue ocean HISTORY- dragons after living and exploring Tera for a 1000 years went into slumber as various other species arrived .As they were too powerful and have lived longer than the other species they viewed them as ants and nothing more,so they didn''t interfere in their matters until and unless they were not disturbed and their lairs were not invaded. the begin of EE Evolution Era which lasted for 1546 years it was when species other than dragons arrived and started to build settlements ,start farming ,trading and expand in the mid EE many cities and town began to rise each species began to expand until they encountered each other which let to the formation of borders that divided the species after a few skirmishes between them,but on the other hand demons and sea people expanded without any restrictions as they were isolated and didn''t faced any kind of strong species that could threaten them and the southern continent was in their control and hence they faced a population explosion. so in the end EE was some what an peaceful era until the Demons invaded the central continent in the year 1546 EE which marked the end Evolution Era and the beginning of EOW Era Of War. ERA lasted 653 years after utilizing the southern continents resources to the fullest the demons life expectancy and fertility rate increased resulting in a population explosion as their population could not be sustain on the resources present in the southern content and hence they needed to expand and gain more territories they saw the inhabitants of the central islands as inferior to them and hence they invaded it with an army of 700 thousand the southern part of the central continent faced the blunt of the entire invasion which was inhabited by the beast men tribes their was a steep decline in their population as they were not able to face a more organised and fearsome army of demons. Before the invasion their population was 4.3 billion which declined to 3 billions by the end of EOW. after loosing the many battles and wars the beast tribes that generally used to live in isolation started to make contact with other species in order to get military aid. after recognising the danger posed by Deamons the dwarf and elves assisted the Beastmen against the demon invasion the human were divided by kingdom and were not able to provide any effective aid and so the demon army faced a combined army but were still able to decimate them in the forest of Selera. The gods were angry at Deman as their creations were being driven to extinction by the demons but they knew that they had to follow the rules made by Draco and hence they wee not able to interfere. The coalition of Beastmen tribes fell only after the demon army started to march towards the human realms only then the humans realised the threat posed by the numerically and magically superior demon army. After the decimation of a few kingdoms the high humans united the entire humanity under one banner of the imperial counsil,they gather the largest army ever seen in the history of Phantasia to fight against the magically advanced demons . near the human capital of tiggr the final battle was fought. 950 thousand VS 564 thousand demons the armies assembled by high humans was a coalition of the 4 species of the central continent also the angels of the northern continent. the battle was the fiercest the coalition army was being devastated,the tide of battle changed only when a small army of angels barely a 1000 and high humans only 450 in numbers with 120 members of the imperial council were able to change the tide of war and gain victory. it took another 49 years to drive the demons out of the central continent and hence marked the end of the EOW. In the wake of the war only death and destruction was left to salvage. it took anther 50 years to rebuild everything back this era was known as Reconstruction Era. In the end of this Era humans under the banner of the imperial council rebuilt itself faster than any other race their cities and prosperity became a subject of envy for other species . now the existence of high humans was clear to other gods so Vishnu was punished by Draco for this disobedience.The other Gods under the orders from Draco ordered their followers to take arms and destroy the high humans. which triggered the 2nd Era Of War or II ERA which lasted 92 years until the last high human was hunted down many even considered it the great purge. after being emphasised by gods ,elves ,Dwarf and Beast-men declared war on humanity their demands were clear either to surrender the high humans or face their wrath ,humans were not ready to surrender their war heroes to the other races and hence the war started humans despite having a more organised army were defeated by sheer numbers. many cities were burned to the ground and battles were lost humans were driven into their strongholds. the high humans for the sake of humanity surrendered themselves and were executed by the coalition army. after this came the Era Of Peace scars inflicted by other races upon humanity was filled by the tide of time after a 1000 years passed came a renaissance in which humanity and the other species together started to exchange culture and knowledge. many universities about magic and combat were built by humans to identify about the talents in the society. populations in various cities diversified and population of various species started to live together. ...................and this is when Adolf Nacht arrived................. thank you for reading please point out the mistakes if possible I need an illustrator if ur interseted please send me an email at [email protected] chapter 3 "enter the new world" this is the link to my 1st chapter due to some error its not visible please check it out http://royalroadl.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=39795[url=http://royalroadl.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=39795][/url] The stories continues from the end of chapter I hope you enjoy it. That dirt road is close. I need to talk to someone so that I can find out where the hell I am but I think I need to rescue them first. But before making entry like a hero I need to check my hand gun. While still running I check my hand gun, it is loaded with ammo. Thank god, I jump onto the road even before checking my surrounding. I shoot by raising my hand in the direction of sky ¡­BANGGG ¡°all heil Hitle¡­¡­ the hell!!!!¡± what I saw made me gasp in terror . I am sure this is neither Russia nor any country near it and I doubt that I am on the earth anymore. Several knights armed with swords and shields with the insignia of a tiger on their chest are in fight against several creatures that were armed with clubs. They had heads that resembled pigs with large humanoid body. Well I think they look like Orcs from fairy tales my mom told me about. It seemed like the knights are defending several carriages on the dirt road against the Orcish onslaught. Before I can realize five orcs armed with crude clubs and swords charge at my direction. They are anyway very sluggish. I take out my knife with my right hand and in my left hand was my hand gun. They are now fifty feet away. I charge at them with full force. I would not waste my bullets on these shits. Sssshhhhaaak¡­. I barely take few steps I am able to cover a distance of 30 feet in a sec, my speed even made the orcs stop on their tracks. Well, it shocks me but a lot of things occur in this short time. First thing first. Let me first take care of these low level shits. I charge again the first orc dashing from my right side and swings its club horizontally in my direction. I duck and slash with my knife which makes a deep cut in his abdomen.Then I quickly move forward and thrust my blade into his back. Four of those orcs are still charging in my direction hence I take out my knife from the back of the orc as he falls down with the sound of a thud then I throw the knife at the nearest orc. The knife pierces through his left eye to its brain. The orc dies instantaneously. Without wasting a second I shoot down the rest of the orcs heading in my direction with my hand gun ¡°TAK..TAK ¡­TAK ¡°all three head shots. After the show of this kind of strength I was now the center of the attention of the entire crowd and now several of the orcs were charging in my direction and now it was clear that I needed to bring in my sub machine gun I take out my PK 40 that was dangling behind my back attached to me by a leather strap, I turned my barrel towards the incoming enemies and..TAK TAK TAK TAK TAK ¡­¡­.. I release hell upon the orcs ,my bullets were tearing through their bodies and dismembering limbs as the magazine emptied after several seconds there was only dead orcs in front of me after watching their comrades die in such a manner the remaining orcs started to retreat into the jungles. The entire event unfolded in barely 2 minutes the knights took a sigh of relief and now their was an awkward silence between me and the knights ,I stood their for several seconds as the knights were starring at me with both terror and admiration in their eyes finally after a few second a knight moved forward and came in front of me and spoke ¡°hdu wiufhih eufwfg fuguwe uhwu¡±I screamed in surprise ¡°the hell¡± and before I could understand anything their was sharp pain in the back of my head and everything went blank. I was surrounded by darkness nothing only darkness until an orb of light appeared in front of my vision ,I don¡¯t know why but it reminded me of the spirit in the tomb and I asked out of curiosity ¡° are you the sprite from the tomb ¡° and strangely the orb replied ¡°yes I am¡± well then I have a few questions like ¡°who are you? What is this world? why am I here? And how come you are in my dream?¡± the orb flickered and replied ¡°I am the sprite of the last high human ,this is the world of Tera ¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­{A.N=please refer to chapter 2 as the sprite is explaining the history of tera to Adolf ,which is mentioned in chapter 2}and YOU are here to unite humanity under one banner or else they will perish, also as you died in your previous life¡± ¡°WHAT!!!!!!¡± ¡°and reincarnated as High Human to bring the corrupted Gods to justice, as your sprite made a contact with me in the tomb ¡°my mind was in turmoil ¡°so I cannot go back to my world¡­.. because I am a dead person their¡° ¡°Yes¡± ¡±well now as I am indebted to you to reincarnating me I should do as you like ¡° ¡°yes¡± the orb replied ¡°and what if I say no¡± ¡°you may Perish as this is your destiny¡± ¡°well as you know how am I supposed unite entire humanity and bring justice to gods if don¡¯t even know about their language¡± ¡°well as for language I have already transferred that into your sub consciousness so you may not face a problem with it as you wake up , as the appearance go it will remain as you were in your previous life with just a few changes that a common high human had and for the gods us high humans have a potential that if we can hone our skills and gain power we might be able to rival the powers of guardians ,Dragons and Gods { A.N- guardians are a group of warriors that every species has and can even fight dragons on equal grounds and are gifted by special weapons given to them by their Gods} but as we were not able to do that and hence were exterminated before we had a chance. It was dark again soon I woke up to find my self in a tent well as the standard for a tent goes it was quiet luxurious I was on a bed in the center of the tent ,well suddenly a girl in a maid outfits enters the room and announces ¡°p..princess Rena Bloodborne has c¡­called you to h..her tent as your are ready please meet her I.. will escort you to her¡± well for some reason her face was red ¨Cmight be the hot weather I thought to myself ¡° I will wait for you outside¡± after saying this the maid went outside. after gaining my senses I realized I am half naked and ,I amlying on the bed in just my underwear well that explains everything about the maids behavior ,well my weapons and cloths were lying on the near by table but their was a strange thing about them they were all repaired and cleaned. After getting ready I went outside to face this new world of which I knew almost nothing but one thing was clear if I will unite entire humanity under one banner,the banner will be of the black Nazi swastika ¡°heil Hitler¡± after whispering these words I went outside to concur this world, With a gentle smile I approach the fidgeting maid and ask her to escort me to princess Rena tent. After coming out of the tent I notice that are in a large encampment with large number of troops and maid servants tending to their jobs also we were on plain grassland with a large forest in the south and a large walled city in the north that was to an extent clearly visible from the encampment after noticing me several people stopped their work and started to stare in my direction with admiration in their eyes. "well isn''t he the magic caster well he must be a nexus level maze to pull that feet" says a knight "well it looks like it and what was with that strange magic wand"whispers a maid nearby "is he an elf he looks too good for a normal human" a female knight "nope his skin is not pale he must be a human and a noble too" says the first knights again after hearing these talks now I have an idea how to present by identity in front of the princess ,it would be strange if I said that I belong to Germany that is not even in this world. I asked her with a smile upon my face ¡°well where are we right now oh!
