 Chapter 1

    Chapter 1:


    As I was being pulled out of this warm and cozy place, I remembered that I was being reborn into a different world. So I figured out that this is my mother''s womb. Thinking about how I''ll finally have a family, I was filled with boundless joy. I then thought that I had to cry when I get pulled out so my parents think there is nothing wrong with me and I''m an ordinary baby.


    After a few more minutes off being pulled, I entered into the world. Bright light invaded into my eyes hurting it, making me close my eyes. I then started to cry to fool them.


    I then hear an elderly voice. " You have a healthy baby Mr. & Mrs. Bluethrone." I''m guessing that is the name of my parents. I hear another voice which sounds like a male which I''m guessing is my father " Lisa look at our son he''s so cute." I then am passed to my father, he gasps and exclaims " Look, I can''t believe it, he has the mark for the purest bloodline on his palm, and the back of the palm as well as his eyes. They exactly like it was said in the legends, purple star outlines on the palm and its back, and purple star outlines in his eyes and his pupils are stars that are purple!"     I then hear a tired but gentle voice which soothes me " Chris, I wouldn''t care if he was like us and had not inherited the bloodline. He is our baby and that is all that matters." I then hear my dad, Chris, " That is true, but having this means he has more talent and a better future. Even though I hate the clan, I think we should show them our sons mark so he can have more help in training." My mother Lisa answers " That will be up to his choice, now hand him to me" He replies "Ok, what is going to be his name?" I am then handed to my mother. She says " Astin, a name for a strong trustworthy leader and as bright as a star. Our son will be name Astin Bluethrone."


    So that was going to be my new name.  As bright as a star and a strong trustworthy leader, not bad, my mother as good naming sense. My father thinks for a while and then says " That''s a great name, as always my wife''s the best." My mother blushes. As I''m still crying my mother rocks me around to sooth me and put me to sleep. I fall asleep since my baby body has its natural instincts.


    When I woke up, I felt uncomfortable. At first I thought it was a cradle, but it wasn''t. I tried to find out what was the problem but I was a newborn and can''t move much.  I felt a connection to something, but I just couldn''t find out what it was. It was like an extra leg or arm. I tried moving it and I felt something cold moving. I moved into my hand, and tried touching it with my feeble hands. It felt like a reptilian tail, when I touched it I felt a sensation. I then recalled I was a dragon demi-human, a Dragunir.


    My mother and father are what people call ground Dragunir while I''m a sky Dragunir the more powerful one. My mother was brunette, with pink eyes and had porcelian-clay skin like me and was fairly beautiful. My father had green hair and hazel brown eyes with a tan skin tone, he was pretty handsome. My mother was a earth ground Dragunir while my father was a fire ground Dragunir. They had 2 horns on the side of their head. My mother;s being brown while my father''s red.


    Since I had a tail I thought I might have wings. So I used my tail until I got used to it, and can move it with some skill, then pushed my tail against the wood of the cradle to turn to my side. As I was turning, I saw myself in the mirror, I had a porcelain skin tone, with black hair and golden eyes. I had the marks my father pointed out before. I then noticed small scaly black wings, which proved I was right, my tail and two small horns above my forehead. If I say so myself, I looked cute and not like a demon.


    After ascertaining about myself, I turned flipped myself over to test my wings out. I tried moving muscles around my back. It was hard, but after a few hours I could move my wings a little. I couldn''t fly since they were small and few but I move it still.


    I felt hungry so I started crying to call my mother here. I heard some footsteps, and my mother opened the wooden door. She looked at me and asked " Is my little baby hungry?" in a joking tone thinking I didn''t understand. To prove her wrong I stopped crying and nodded my head. She then gasped and then happily said " My baby boy understands, he''s a genius!" She then picked me up, pulled her shirt down a little to reveal one breast and put me near it. I was prepared for this, but didn''t think this would happen, I hesitated for a moment before sucking on it. After drinking milk I felt full and sleepy. My mother noticed this and put me in the cradle singing a lullaby. I fell asleep.

    After I woke up again, I looked around my house, It was in bad shape and looked like a poor persons house. I thought maybe this a test the God of the Bible set for me to pass to make sure he did the right thing. Since I was poor in my last life, I was already used to this so I didn''t mind.


    I then remembered there was magic and qi in this world. I wanted to be strong in this world, so that I can protect myself and others; because of that reason I will train now to get a head start. I remembered in light novels in my old world, a protagonist would meditate to absorb energy. I then tried meditating.


    At first I couldn''t get the hand of it, I listened to only my heartbeat and my breathing. I breathed in and out. After a hour, I noticed a slight disturbance in the air. I focused on it and saw colorful lights. It was all kinds of colors like green, blue, red, brown, yellow, white, black etc. I''m guessing these are the elements, green for wind, blue for water, red for fire and brown for earth, etc. I tried drawing them into me, at first they moved at extremely slow speeds, but after some time they started speeding up. After 2 hours, I stopped because I wanted to try qi, before trying out qi I wanted to check what effects the elements had on me.


    My body strengthen when I was absorbing the elements in the air. I could my body around more. I check to see if I can cast magic. I tried imagining a flame in my hand. At first nothing happened but after trying a few more times a tiny flame appeared above the palm of my hand. I tried this for other elements. The elements I found I had affinity for were fire, water, wind, earth, lightning, light, darkness, Ice, wood, sound and gravity. I felt drained from using all my mana so I rested a little before moving on to qi.


    I thought back to Wuxia/Xianxia novels where the people absorb qi energy into their dantain. I knew it was located around below the naval, near the heart and between the eyebrows. I knew the naval comes first so I focused there. After a while, since I was experienced at doing this since I did the same thing for magic, I could do it faster; I somehow moved my consciousness there. I then enter a place similar to the void. I looked around but saw only black nothingness. I wanted to absorb qi so I forgot about where I am, and tried to feel qi. I noticed a transparent energy in air outside my body. I absorbed it at a speed faster than I did magic at first since I already did it. It eventually speeded up since I got used to it. After a few hours I tested out the effects of qi. My body strengthened when absorbing qi, I can enchant my body with the qi I have in my body and I figured out there is elemental qi. I just use my elements with qi. I can only make the qi gain properties of the element like hot qi or cold qi. After testing out a few more things I used up all my qi and felt mentally and physically tired so I went sleep.


    This became my routine for the next 6 months, Wake up, cry for food, sleep, take a bath with parents, listen to their stories, then I would train rest of the day. Half magic, half qi. After 6 months of training something special happened.

 Chapter 2

    Chapter 2:


    It''s been 6 months since I was born and started to train. Today I want to do something different than training all day. Today I will crawl to my mother and say mama. I waited until mother came into the room to feed me.  She sat on the bed besides the cradle and picks me up and sets me on the bed. She starts to pull down her shirt, that''s when I crawled to her and said "Mama."


    Her eyes widen and tears came down her cheek. She then screams " HONEY COME HERE!" My father starts to run into the room and asks " What''s wrong Lisa!" She replies saying " Astin just crawled to me and said mama. HE SAID MAMA! I''m so happy and proud of my genius son." My father then screams " WHAT! He called you mama! Astin call me dada please." He looks at me with sparkly eyes. I say "Dada." to make my father happy. His eyes widen and he starts to grin while he picks me up and hugs me.


    After a few more minutes of happiness my mother fed me and let me sleep. Ever since I crawled and said her name, she started to allow me to wander around the house. I started crawling around to check the rooms out and try to find information about the world. My house has 4 rooms other than the living room, kitchen and washroom. It had my bedroom, my parents bedroom, a tiny library and a room that is locked. I went into the library and looked for a history book. My parents were poor and didn''t have many books but at least they had a history book.


    The title of the book was " History of the Aelius Continent" The name of the continent came from the sun god, Aelius. It was said that the sun god Aelius was born in the Aelius Continent and reached the god level in it. While I was reading my father found me and said " Astin you want to read this? I will read it to you." So my father started reading out to me.


    He said " This is the continent we live on. There were 6 great empires the Heaven Wolf Empire, Royal Dragon Empire, Divine Empire, Blood Empire, Sprit Empire and finally the Nirvana Empire. There was a 3 way war where the Royal Dragon Empire sided with the Divine Empire, Heaven Wolf Empire with the Blood Empire and the Sprit Empire with the Nirvana Empire. Eventually the Royal Dragon Empire and Divine Empire won the war. The Empires combined to create the Kalise Empire. The other 4 Empires followed suit afterwards. The Heaven Wolf Empire and Blood Empire created the Storm Empire and the Sprit Empire combined with the Nirvana Empire to create the Mitha Empire. These are the 3 super power Empires of current times. There is no discrimination of races in the continent and Empires and we currently reside in the Kalise Empire. We use the currency stone, copper, silver, gold, diamond and finally golden diamond. 10 stone makes 1 copper, 10 copper makes 1 silver and it goes on like this. Most families survive on 10 silver a year. Our family survives on 8 silver a year. "


    It took me a while to process all this information. We are poorer than the average family I already guessed that. The Aelius continent by itself is twice the size of the Pangaea of Earth. I just realized how big the world is, and this is just the beginning of my journey. My father started to explain about different things. One of the things he said is that the royal family of all Empires have a royal bloodline and it is the strongest bloodline in the empire. This is why they are the royal family. Father said the royal family of the Kalise Empire has the Phoenix Bloodline which gives them Phoenix flames and extreme regeneration. After explaining a bit more he left.


    I proceeded onwards to find books on the pathways to strength and occupations of this world. I found a book titled " Introduction to Occupations and Paths to strength" I opened the book and read what it has pathways and occupations. There is 2 paths which you can choose, the fighting path and the Utility path, most people choose 1 occupation from the Utility path and 2 occupations from the fighting path. The Utility path is blacksmiths, pill concocters, alchemists, etc. The fighting path has 8 main paths and many minor ones, the major paths are magic, qi, gifts, body/soul, sprits, heavenly god paths, familiar/ beast contractor and formations master.


    Magic and qi  both have 10 ranks in each rank there are levels which are is initial, mid, peak, perfect and if you use a secret manual like the cosmetic manual which was never found, you can reach the ascended stage which is two times stronger or more than perfect. Gifts don''t really have ranks you just train them until you break through the Unrestrained Imagination stage which is where the gift takes the shape of your wishes and stays like that and does not abide to the rules of the universe. You have to evolve it afterwards. Body/Soul, sprit, heavenly god path, familiar/beast contract and finally the formations master all have the same ranks as magic and qi.


    Body/Soul trains the body and soul to be much stronger than any other path. Anyone can take this path even if they don''t have talent as it takes only hard work to train the body and soul.


    A Sprit is a manifestation of a power or form of your soul. It can gain sprit abilities but only at 3rd rank. This is made so people will train to use their sprits and not only its sprit abilities. The 3rd rank is called the unbound stage. there are two types of sprits the merge sprits, sprits that merge with your body like beast sprits and body sprits. The other one is the usage sprit where someone uses it for example a sword. Cultivators can merge with their usage sprits at  6th rank which is called the merge stage.


    The heavenly god path trains your reflexes and lets you use heaven power. Heaven power can control swords, puppets and can also destroy and create. This path increases your regeneration speed each rank you advance eventually making it so you regenerate from only blood faster than the Phoenix and its bloodline.  There are different paths in this path or different methods of training. Some are weaker than the others and the way to train it is harder and more painful. The stronger ones require talent while the weaker ones require endurance, patience and hard work. The strongest one is the Elementalist Path. The world has 2 suns and 4 moons. A sun and moon are different than the rest. The sun is called the Elementalist Flare Star and the moon is called the Elementalist Shine star. They look like all the elements I have combined into a star. The path is extremely  hard to train and requires talent. The amount talent you have for it is decided when you form tatoos on your body from the Elementalist Star and Moon. The type of tatoo decides it. You then use the powers of the tatoo. You then gain low affinities to all these elements.

    The familiar/beast contractors train a little different. They can summon and contract up to 3 familiars. These familiars have their own traits and grow with the contractors. They also summon beasts which they contract with so the beasts fight for them, the higher the rank the stronger the beasts. When they reach 5th rank they can combine with their beasts to gain their skills, abilities and traits.


    The formations master can only be learnt by people with sealing energy. People with this energy appear 1 out of every 10,000 people. It lets them create formations which can create fire, ice, water, etc. It can also create illusions and barriers. You can use it on yourself to amplify your strength, speed, teleport you somewhere, etc. The energy can also be used to spread out to observe your surrounding and notice things others can''t and locate treasures. The higher your rank the better your observation skills are. They are feared most because of this detection power. Most formations masters take the blacksmith occupation because they can undergo a variant of it, spiritual blacksmith. This lets them create special items such as growing swords, soul bound swords, etc. They put formations on to the items to give them special properties. These items are worth a lot in the market and formations masters can be the richest people.


    After reading the book, it felt like an information overload. I also learned another interesting thing. I had affinities to all the elements possible to have. The other affinities only come when they come from sprits, gifts, bloodlines, blessed bodies and from what race you are. They have to be innate. For example you can''t learn Phoenix fire, only people with its bloodline or race can use it. As for gifts, sprits and sealing energy, they can only manifest when you test for your talents at the age 6, the same time I can turn into a Dragon at will. I wonder what my bloodline is, well I''ll find out sooner or later.


    After reading a little more, I went back to my cradle to train. This time when I was training I felt a bottleneck for both my magic and qi. I tried breaking through, but no matter what for both magic and qi I couldn''t break through. So I started thinking of ways to break through. I then thought of a brilliant idea after a few minutes of thinking. I wanted to first breakthrough for magic so I started gathering all the elements into one point and condensing them. I then absorbed it to filter it to remove impurities and then further condensed it to the max. After I couldn''t condense anymore mana I used it to attack and forcibly break through to the first rank. This creates a mana core submerged under a mana pool. The mana core contains my element affinities and the mana pool represents the amount of mana I have. My mana increased tremendously as before I didn''t have a lot of mana. The lighter the mana the more pure it is and my mana in  is transparent which means its the most pure mana.


    I then did the same for qi and when I broke through I created a transparent qi ball which seemed like a sun and a rainbow qi ball which revolved around it in my dantian. The size of the transparent qi ball represents how much qi I have which increased by a lot and the colors of the rainbow qi ball represent the affinities I have. My qi ball was transparent so it was the purest form of qi like my mana.


    The darker the colors of my rainbow qi ball and mana core, the better my affinities are. The affinity levels are low, mid, high, extreme and finally absolute which has absolute control of the element. My rainbow qi core looked like the Elementalist Flare Star and my mana core looked like the Elementalist Shine Star.


    After breaking through in both magic and qi I felt both reinvigorated and tired. I felt much more powerful now then I was before and I can move my limbs much better. I rested a little before trying out the improvements. I can summon up much larger scales of magic and now I can cast spells. As for qi my body enchantment is much stronger and the elemental qi shows more properties and show it on a bigger scale. I crawled out of my cradle and out into my backyard. It was full of trees and I went near a thin one. I focused my elemental qi into my tail and then tried piercing the tree. My tail felt like it went through butter. Luckily my tail in not thick right now or else the tree would have toppled down on top of me. Next I tested the magic my using my elements. The magic doesn''t have as much raw strength as qi but the affects of the elements were much more devastating.  One whole tree was burned down by my fire magic but I quickly stopped it from spreading by using my water magic. After testing out my improvements a little more I went back to my cradle to sleep.

    Chapter 3:


    It has been 4 years since I was born. I can finally train with this weak body of mine. Ever since I started walking at 9 months old, I was able to explore outside my house. I Wasn''t allowed to explore the village since I was not even a 1 year old at that time. One time when I was exploring the outside of the house, I stayed outside to long and my mom got worried. When she found me, I got hit and told never to worry again while she was crying. At the age of 1 I started learning how to speak and write the language of this world, Ligrum.  My parents thought a was a child prodigy.  Also at this time I didn''t need to lie down to meditate and train my qi and magic so I took a stance. It increased my training speed my many folds.


    At the age of 2, I was allowed to explore the village we lived in. The houses in the surrounding looked like everyone living here were all poor. Now I was confused as I didn''t know if this was how all standard houses were like or if this village was just poor. While exploring, I met a child named Vigrel Goldstein. He had a peach skin tone, with Blonde hair and Gold eyes with white horns. He became my best friend and I later found out he was part of the royal family of the country we live in, Amerist, but was banished because he didn''t inherit the bloodline. His mother, a concubine of the king, was also banished alongside with him, shortly after arriving here she feel in love with another man marrying him. He is also a Dragunir like me but was had no wings and was a ground Dragunir like my parents. As for what type we don''t know until the test for what species and bloodline for Dragunir''s at the age 6. The color of his tail is grey. Amerist is a country in the Empire I live in, Kalise Empire.


    The royal family of Amerist country had a long history. The royal family are descents of the dive beast, Angelic Golden Diamond Five Clawed Void Dragon God. They also have its bloodline. It has absolute affinity for void magic, diamond magic and . They scales as strong as golden diamonds. They are angelic looking and also have absolute affinity for light magic. It has good strength, speed and regeneration. It has eyes with the clairvoyant ability as well as the treasure finding ability. As for the innate ability, it is classified information. They were on par with Phoenix''s also known as vermillion bird but the Dragunir blood and bloodline lost purity and became weak. Which is why they are a royal family for a country only.


    At the age 3 I had many more friends which I played with everyday. I tried to act like a normal child and hide my magic and qi. Two of my good friends were Bane Vijra and Sofia Celestine. Bane, a werewolf who had Black hair, olive skin and beautiful emerald green eyes. Sofia Celestine, a nature elf who has Blue hair, pale skin and Azure Blue eyes . We are all 3 years old and we play sports I "invented" like soccer and tag. After half a year passed I reached 2nd rank in both magic and qi. I was 92 cms tall with a rather lean body for my age, Vigrel was 90 cms tall and had a pretty good body for his age. Bane was 94 cms tall and had a body as lean as mine. Sofia was 86 cms tall and had a body little mature for her age.


    My birthday was yesterday, since my family was poor it wasn''t extravagant but it was satisfactory enough for me since It was a party my family threw. My parents did it for my other birthdays as well. My friends came and we went out to play.


    Now that I''m 4 years old, I''m mature enough to train my body and not only my qi and magic. Since I was going to train my body I thought why not my soul as well, so I searched up a book on the path of Body/Soul the next day. The body part was easier since I can just to exercises and use weights. The only problem would be my wings and tail. I got a minor solution though, I would fly with my wings since my body was strong enough now and use my tail to attack with the rest of my body. I will also use it with both my hands to train in the path of swords.


    I still read the body section in a book I found after a few hours. It gave me training methods like continuously jabbing my fingers in to sand to strengthen my fingers.  For soul portion I found a different type of meditation technique as well as different ways of using the soul. I never knew souls had so many purposes, It was the most important part of a person because even if the body gets destroyed you can keep living because of the soul but if the souls gets destroyed you will die for sure and never be reborn or made. I can attack with soul attacks and soul shields. The meditation requires me to tap into my soul and absorb energy from the outside world in to it. My soul is relatively strong compared to others. I also learned that the soul can send out a sense like sealing power, but it''s not as strong or as effective. It also increases your 5 senses like some other paths. It can also be infused into your attacks to be stronger and also do soul damage along with the body damage.


    The meditation technique can also be sustained  while sleeping since I can lie down and do this. The body training will start tomorrow. When the night arrived and I finished training my magic and qi, I tried the meditation technique. I had to envision my soul as everyone''s soul is different and only I would know or feel what it is. At first I got nothing, but after a while I felt this sudden urge like it wanted me to follow it. I let this urge take over and guide me through the process of imagining my soul. When it finished, I looked at its product. It didn''t look hard to imagine or anything special, it was a black hole which looked like it can devour anything and everything.


    I sent my consciousness in a tiny strand to it in hopes of connecting with it. It worked and I got control of it. I started absorbing the energy in my surroundings. The energy suddenly flew towards my soul at a speed many times faster than my magic and qi and probably the most talented people in the world. I then remembered what I was, the Mystic Devourer and my affinity. I knew I can absorb all energies at speeds more than 100 times faster than the fastest absorber when I can control my affinity, and this is only if I didn''t train anything and only tried to control my affinity. As of now I absorb energiy 2 times faster than normal people if I use the devour affinity since I never used it before. I forgot to use it when I was absorbing my magic and qi.


    The good thing about my affinity is that it will instantly filter out all the impurities in the energy and turn it into its purest form. There are side affects though. The affinity has no attacking properties other than I absorb the energy sent at me and send it back at them with my own power. Also it is extremely hard to control and exhausts me thoroughly when I use it. After using it other for purposes other than training like absorbing an attack coming at me I lose all my power for a day as it strains me a lot. It also puts me in a very weakened state. I also can''t absorbing a lot of energy at a time or else my body can''t take all the energy and will explode.


    After a hour of absorbing I felt exhausted and stopped training and using my affinity. I went into the lying meditation form and fell asleep. In the morning I woke up earlier than usual to find out I''m at a bottleneck at my soul. After using my special method of breaking through which I used for magic and qi I went to wash myself then start my training.


    At first I stretched my body so I won''t be stiff and will be flexible in the future. I then strapped rocks on to my body as weights and started running. I ran a mile without rest before falling down from exhaustion. After resting and drinking a little water I did 20 push-ups, 40 sit-ups, 20 pull-ups and 20 chin-ups since I just started training my body. Training the body is a little different than other paths, though the other paths which strengthen the body helping it break through faster. When the body is strong enough or can''t absorb anymore or both It will break through strengthening the whole body including bones tremendously as well as the 5 senses. It will also develop a 6 sense which will further improve through battles. I then, after doing a few more body training, started training in the swords with both hands, practicing martial arts of my old world. My body was not the usual one and not strong enough so the movements were awkward. It was better than an amateur and showed years of experience but was lacking something. If someone was looking at me practice they would think I had chains bound on my hands and legs affecting my movements. After 20 minutes of dual handed sword training , I added in my tail. I did variety of attacks with my tail adding in surprises which can work in my favor. I wanted to develop a new style which included my tail. After another 20 minutes I used my tail to use a sword instead of attacking. At first it was extremely hard and I couldn''t even hold it. After a while I got used to it and got better at using it. I wanted to also make a new style for tri wielding swords with my tail.

    After another 20 minutes I finished that training regimen. Now comes the hard part, doing the exact same thing while flying. I tried flapping my wings to lift me off the ground, at first I had little to no wind with my wings. It took a little time but I was flying in no time. I had no control at first but gradually got the hand of it flapping my wings at the right frequency to catch enough wind to fly and have control. I tried flying at different speeds and directions to familiarize myself with it, which means flapping at different frequencies to get different amounts of wind to fly at different speeds.. It was a nice feeling of the air hitting against my face cooling down my body and looking down on the earth feeling like the god of these lands. Once I calmed down, I started my air training. It was the exact same thing I did on the ground but on the air.


    When I finished my training a hour later my mother called me in to eat. It was bread and omelette. Something I didn''t mind having since we were poor. My parents were happy, proud and at ease that I never complained about our conditions but always tried to help. I would go into the forest with my friends so we can find herbs which can help each of our families respectively.  Once I finished eating my breakfast my friends Vigrel, Bane and Sofia came out so we can find more herbs in the forest.


    Vigrel said excitedly " Come on Astin you slowpoke, all of us are already ready. Let''s go collect herbs."


    I reply " Wait a sec Vigrel, I just finished eating my food. I come in a minute."


    I then leave with my friends when I hear my mother say " Be care everyone. Don''t wander in to far or else you might encounter a beast!"


    I say " Ok mom, we''ll be careful."


    Then we started walking down the road. We talking when Sophia suddenly asked me " Why did you eat breakfast so late today? Normally you would be the first one to be ready."


    I just say " Since my body got strong enough, I wanted to try flying which worked."


    Her eyes started to sparkle and she yelled " Show me show me, then let me piggy back ride you pleaseeeeee!"


    I sigh and give in knowing full well she will throw a tantrum if I didn''t. For the rest of the path I just let her piggy back on me and flew her there. We then searched for a while before Bane said " Guys lets go in deeper, there''s nothing of value here and I want to help my family as much as possible." I said "Ok." because I think I can protect them. So we ventured in deeper. We then split in directions to look for more herbs.


    I then hear a scream from Sophia. I then go into a full on sprint dropping my herbs. When I arrive at the scene I see Sophia, Bane and Vigrel knocked out and a magical beast called the Blood Slime attacking them. I know it''s a blood slime since it''s red and I read a book on beasts and magical beasts.


    I shoot fire magic at it then reinforce myself with qi and charge at it. I grab a stick on the way and try attacking it. It was damaged little by the fire but it did nothing as it healed. The only way to kill a slime is to destroy its core. Soul attacks won''t affect it as it can''t destroy the core. The blood slime the shoots out a blood sphere at me. I slash at with my sword cutting it in half. I then reinforce my sword with wind and strike down on the blood slime. It moves its core to the side as a last minute move.


    Because of my strike the slime splits into two slimes. They both rush at me. I create a wooden stick with my wood magic, but it takes a portion of my mana pool. I then shoot two gravity balls at the slimes to slow them down. I combine my fire qi and wind qi into one and send it into my sticks. I then swing down on both the slimes with all my strength.


    But the blood sphere which I cut into two halves turn into miniature spheres and latch onto both my arms stopping my movement. I then use my tail to grab both my sticks with my fire-wind qi in it and throw them at the two slimes. It manages to slow them down enough for me to freeze the blood spheres off my hands. I then use half my magic to create a gravity field to stop the slimes in their movements. I then use rest of my magic to use the my strongest and only actual spell I know, Lightning Shot. I throw 2 pieces of lightning at it electrocuting them. I then rush at them using all my qi to burn them.


    Finally after a while their core broke and the slime died. Its remains seeped into the ground leaving only its broken cores left. I took one broken core and put it in my pocket. I then picked up my friends and took them home with my last remaining strength.


    When I reached home my mom scream and I fell on the ground unconscious from over exerting my magic and qi.


    When I woke up I went to the living room to check on my friends if they are there. But they weren''t and my mom rushed me crying and hugged me saying " Are you ok my angel, tell me did you get hurt anywhere. Does it hurt anywhere? What happened?"


    I replied to her to calm her down "Mom I''m ok, I''m not hurt. While we were searching for herbs a blood slime attacked us. It made the others unconscious by hitting them or faint from fear. A passing by cultivator killed it for me saving our lives. I then took them home but collapsed from fatigue. Where are the others? Are they ok?" I lied to make sure no one would trouble us trying to know how I did it or my secret. Also to make mom not worry.


    She then said in a relieved but angry tone " They are ok, minor injuries only. Their parents came and picked them up telling me to thank you for bringing them back here to safety. Now tell why did you go so deep in? Didn''t I tell not to go in so deep and get hurt!"


    I quickly say with tears in my eyes " Mom, I only wanted to help you and dad. I know we are a poor family and don''t want to make it hard for you so I wanted to help make money. The herbs on the outskirts aren''t expense so I went in deeper for the more rare ones."


    She then says while crying again " Astin know this, I''m happy with the way we are living right now. To both me and your dad your life is more important than any amount of money."


    I then cry and say "Ok"


    At that moment I hear the door slam and my dad rushing in saying " Are you ok Astin! Tell me your ok!"


    I sigh and say " I''m ok dad. Please don''t worry."


    He then hugs me and lets out a sigh of relief saying " I''m so glad your ok."


    I then say " Mom, dad, I''m tired so I''m going rest in my room don''t disturb me please."


    The both nod and I go back to my room. I then take out the core and place it on the bed. I then think about the ability once more. I then decide to absorb it and say " Devour" with my hand clenching the core. The core then shines before I choose for it to enter me. After a few minutes the glow disappears and I feel tired. I then gain all the information on the blood slime my new form. Before I go out cold I fuse my Dragunir form and my  blood slime form to create the variant Blood Dragunir. The information on it also floods into my mind. I fall into a deep slumber for a day. When I awake I think about the information. The blood slime has the affinity to blood. It can create clones, absorb blood out of its target to grow bigger and stronger and use blood magic. It also has other things it can do. As I get stronger the more abilities I get from it. The Blood Dragunir basically the has all the abilities of my Dragunir form and Blood Slime form.


    After confirming this I check my dantian and mana pool. Its sealed for a week like I thought. I can''t train or use my power for this week, so I''ll just as a normal child for now.


    For the next 2 years I continue training and acting like a normal prodigy child. When I became 6 is when everything changed for the better or for the worse.

 Chapter 4

    Chapter 4:


    It''s been 2 years since the blood slime incident. Ever since that day my friends wanted to grow stronger so they can protect themselves and not worry their parents. I let them join my morning training which is the body building and training my sword skills. I also taught them the soul cultivation technique and how to train in both mana and qi. I don''t know if I''m a genius or they have bad talent but it took them 2 weeks to learn how to do it. I think it was probably because I''m more mature and I had all the time in the world when I was a baby. Sofia had talents for fire, water ,wind, earth and wood; the most surprising part is that she had a innate affinity with metal which some nature elves are born with. It is really rare but it happens. Bane had affinities for darkness, wind, lightning and rare berserk element. It makes you go berserk in exchange for a massive boost in strength, if he can control it will be irreplaceable.  The weird part was that Vigrel had no affinities but I have this weird gut feeling he does has it.


    Because of this he trains harder than anyone in body/soul and qi. He reached the 3rd rank initial stage before them while the others reached 2nd rank initial stage. I stayed at the 2nd rank perfect stage for magic and qi while letting my body/soul reach 3rd rank so that I can train for control and better movements in magic and qi. I want to train so I can use it to its best abilities and have better control. I also trained my devour affinity and can absorb at the speed of 3 times faster than average people.  I stopped using this affinity so that I don''t grow too fast and lose control of my abilities.


    At the age 5, ever since we started this extremely hard training and kept up with for a year our parents let us hunt for beasts in the forest. When we went exploring we encountered beasts but no magical beasts which let us gain combat experience and have knowledge for sure we will live. We also helped make money by selling the corpses easing our parents burden by a bit. I found a cave when we when exploring, it was uninhabited. I then set up my clones there so they can train without others finding out about them. After I reached 2nd rank perfect stage I stopped training my magic and qi I just let them practice hunting and my sword styles.


    I absorbed all the new beasts I hunted and got some skills. I gained no affinity since they weren''t magical beasts or Divine beasts. I also noticed ever since I absorbed that slime core I gained red marking on my black horns, wings and tail. I changed the color of my horns, wings and tail to crimson like blood and told my parents they changed overnight. My parents said they don''t know what happened and they are guessing my Dragunir species evolved.


    I just turned 6 yesterday and the village will be hosting a party today since all the 5 year olds turned six. I''m the youngest 6 year old. The reason the village is hosting a party for all the 6 year olds is because the age 6 is the age the kids find out their talents and what paths they will go down. The village does this every year.


    Over the past year I created my original sword styles. The dual-wielding sword style with my tail is called the Empowered Demonic Dragon Style while the 3 sword style, dual-wielding with my hands and a sword in my tail, is called the Celestial Sword Dancing Style. I also created a assassin art called the Shadow Clutch style since I sometimes assassinate beasts to not alert others in the pack.


    I''m still 2nd rank perfect stage for both magic and qi, but I advance to 3rd rank mid stage for body/soul. Bane and Sofia reached 2nd rank peak stage for magic, qi and body/soul while Vigrel reached 3rd rank peak stage for qi and body/soul. The reason they trained faster than me is because they had better talent than me and also when  I trained my body was too weak to take in a lot of energy so I took in less, while their bodies are strong because of their age and training so they absorb more energy than I did. I also never used my devour affinity because like I said before my body was to weak. Now is the time my body can sustain the sped up absorbing from the devour affinity.


    I also found out that Bane can transform into his werewolf form. Were-wolves have the ranks delta, beta, alpha, supreme delta, supreme beta and finally the strongest form supreme alpha. Omegas are wolves with no packs, it doesn''t necessarily have to be with other were-wolves. Omega''s have blue eyes, deltas have purple eyes, beta''s have golden and finally alpha''s have red. They just get darker when they reach the supreme stage. Were-wolves also have different species in it, bane is the dire-wolf species. After they reach supreme alpha stage they try to train their specie type to the divine stage.


    I reached 120 cm''s tall with a muscular, flexible and lean build. Vigrel was 119 cm''s tall with a more muscular and lean body then me. Bane reached 124 cm''s tall with more lean body with muscles but more for speed. Sofia was 115 cm''s tall with a body more developed than the average 6 year old girl.


    The party is starting in 10 minutes and my mom tells me " Astin hurry up we are leaving for the party now."


    I just reply " Ok mom , I''m done." I step out of my room into the living room in a white party shirt and black party pants.


    My mother then says in a excited voice " Chris look at our son, he''s so handsome!"


    My father says " My son grew up to be as handsome as me."


    I blush and say " Mom, dad cut it out your making me embarrassed also we have to leave now."


    They  just say " Shit we are late." before pulling me by my arms and running. We made it to the party on time. After the announcer announced all the 6 year olds and everyone congratulated us we started the party.  My father approaches me and says " Son I didn''t know what to give you but here are some things I think might help you." My father hands me 3 swords in their sheath, 4 throwing knives and 4 hidden knives. It didn''t cost my father much because he''s the villages blacksmith.


    "Thank you dad." I say before hugging him.


    His face then turns serious before saying " Also we are leaving in a week to go to test your species and if you have a bloodline at Krinat the city where most Dragunirs live. I''m pretty sure you have a bloodline. We are leaving a month before the talent test at the capital because it takes 2 weeks to get to place we will test your bloodline and species and another 2 weeks to go to the capital."


    He then looks around and notices Vigrel coming towards before saying " Well speak of the devil, Vigrel come over here." Vigrel hurries over and says " What is the problem uncle?"


    My father then replies " I was just talking to Astin about the trip to Krinat, did your parents tell you about it?"


    Vigrel says" No uncle they did not."


    Father then thinks a little before saying" Well we are going to there with you and your parents to test Astin''s and your species and bloodlines."


    Vigrel''s eyes then sparkle and he exclaims " Really!"


    And father just replies " Yes go ask your parents."


    Vigrel then starts running towards his parents.


    My father then says " Astin we have something to talk to you about later, also me and Vigrels father will teach both you and Vigrel how to transform into a Dragon in the week we have left here. Tell your friends bye because you will not see them until the test in the capital after today."


    Then my mother walks over here slowly and says in a pained voice "Honey I need a little help." I noticed in the past 8 months that my mother''s belly has been growing and she has been vomiting in the morning. She also feels pains sometimes, so I''m pretty sure she''s pregnant. I never asked her since I wanted to wait for them to tell me on their own. I''m really excited and happy that I will have a sibling. I never had one and I want to take really good care of them.


    I then walk around the place to find Bane and Sofia. I find them talking together. I approach them and they notice me. Sofia then says " Hey Astin come over here."


    I then walk faster there. I came close to them and said " Hey guys, what are guys doing?"


    Sofia responds " Oh we were just talking about how we feel we are going to do on the talent test in the capital."


    I then say with a sad tone " Both me and Vigrel are going to leave to go test our Dragunir species and our bloodline in Krinat. We will leave in a week but me and Vigrel are going train to turn in to dragon this week so this will be the last I will see you until the test. "


    Sofia then has tears in her eyes but she manages to keep her calm because Bane held her shoulder. She says " I would like to tell you to stay but I know it won''t stop both you so I will say you better meet us there or else."


    I then let out a sigh of relief and say "That makes it easier for me."


    Bane than says "We''ll meet you in the capital, you better come." We both shake hands.


    I hug both of them, when I hug Sofia I whisper to her " When are you going to Bane you love him?" She then blushes and whispers in a low voice while looking down " We''re to young, I will confess to him later." I wave goodbye to them and leave.


    Then I  look for my parents. I couldn''t find them in the party so I searched for them at the house. I find them there sitting them. My father was talking to my mom and she was holding her stomach. I then walk in and call out to them " Dad, mom what did you guys want to talk to me about."

    I was expecting them to talk about mother''s pregnancy and I was right. My mother asks me looking like she is going to cry " Astin have you never wondered or worried about my growing stomach, me being in pain and me vomiting all the time?"


    I think she thought I didn''t care about her, so I tell her " Oh that, mother I knew your pregnant ever since your stomach got unnaturally big and of course I was worried at first. I already know that vomiting was a sign of pregnancy and that the pain was from my sibling kicking you in your stomach mother." I say this to calm her down because I know how women get more emotional in their pregnancy.


    My parents  looked surprised and my mother than asked " Then why didn''t you talk to us about it or even ask about it?"


    I just reply saying " Because I was waiting for you guys to tell because that''s when you guys are ready."


    My father looks relieved and my mother cries saying " I''m sorry my baby, I shouldn''t have ever doubted you. I''m sorry. Can you ever forgive me."


    I hug my mother saying " Mother why would I ever get angry at that. You were just worried I never cared about you since I never asked about your health. It''s only normal."


    I then hug her until she then stops crying then I ask " Is that all you wanted to talk to me about?"


    My father then says " You are really smart and yes there''s more." He then walks towards the door that was always locked and opened it. He then waves at me to enter. When I enter I see many drawings, symbols and scrolls. Before I asked my father says " I know you''re wondering what this. Both me and your mother were banished from our clan because we lacked a bloodline. I''m sure you already know this. These were all our belongings from there. I''m sure you don''t know this but you have the purest form of the bloodline. The proof is the markings on your hands."


    I act surprised since I already knew since I was born.


    He then says " That''s not all, both your mother and I came from the clan Blazethrone. This clan is one of top 3 Dragunir clans in the Amerist country. Just know when they find out your bloodline they will recruit you back into the clan, if you want you can join don''t worry about us."


    I then get slightly angry and say " Dad why would I join them, they exiled you from the clan. I don''t need pills and resources I can survive without it. To me nothing is more important to me than you and mom."


    My father starts to shed tears and says " Thank you my son."


    The next day my father, Vigrel''s father take both me and Vigrel to the mountains past the forest.  Mother and his mother also follow. When we arrived at the peak I can notice another town and my father noticed my facial expression. He says " That is the town we will go to take the carriage to Krinat after your week of training.


    We then sit down and Vigrel''s father says " Ok, let''s get started. To become a dragon you have to sense your true self, the dragon form. Move your consciousness into your soul and search for your dragon form. After your near it you will be drawn to it and when you reach it you will turn into a dragon. After that you can turn into a dragon at will with ease."


    I do as he says, I move my consciousness in a tiny strand towards my souls. I reached the soul, I then entered it. The entering of the soul took at least an hour. After I entered I noticed I lost my sense of time. I then started searching. All around me I saw all my memories, experience and senses. I saw all of what I was thinking and the soul was controlling. I started moving around searching for my dragon form. After a long time of searching I found nothing, I then thought of an idea.


    Since I was a human before and for a longer time I still feel human. I just think myself of a dragon. I tried it. It took a while but I finally got it. My sense of direction was better and I felt a pulling sensation but this wasn''t enough. I then started Imagining myself as a dragon in my head. I thought of all my bodies, how I wanted to look like, my strength of the form and how the I thought the body was made. Then the pulling sensation got unbearable I started going towards it. I then saw a dragon, 15 meters tall and 30 meters long excluding the tail which is 10 meters long, sealed in chains. It was black with red markings but it turned crimson. It had spikes on its back and tail. It had huge horns, strong legs and hands with huge claws. It had 5 claws. It had a huge strong tail. It''s teeth were bigger, stronger than a saber tooth''s. It had more teeth than a shark and I felt like it can grow back as fast as a sharks. I went near it, the chains broke and I suddenly got sucked into it.


    I then exited the soul and felt my body changing. After the transformation finished I felt empowered. I felt like I can destroy the world If I wanted to. I started flying around, my speed was much faster than before. I flew a few miles before returning. I learned I gained the capability of breathing fire. I then landed changing back into my human form. I then notice that my parents, Vigrel and his parents had all the luggage ready and were waiting for me. I then ask " How long did I take."


    My father answers saying " You took 6 days, Vigrel had more talent and took 1 day. He knows his dragon self more than you."


    When I heard this I was happy for Vigrel because this means he has talent. My father then says" We are leaving now."


    We went down to the city. It was called Cristin. We found a carriage willing to take us in as they were heading towards Krinat. We had to pay 5 copper to get there. When we were traveling there were beast attacks and bandit attacks, both me and Vigrel fought them to gain more combat experience. We didn''t kill the bandits because we never killed before but we killed the beast. The carriage took 1 copper for our protection.


    On the 2nd  day a Goblin Formation Master attacked us. They had the innate affinity for sealing energy. It summoned a formation that created fire to attack our carriage. I jumped out of the carriage and attacked used wind magic to blow away the magic. I then charged it, but it put a restraint formation on me sealing my movements by a lot for a while. I opened my mouth a breathed fire out it hit the Goblin Formations Master by surprise. It dispelled the formation and I ran at it. I stabbed a sword clad in fire qi into his head. After that I inspected his body. I then cast a light spell, the illuminate spell to blind the others. I then devoured the goblin but left its body, making me fall unconscious.


    After I woke up I asked my parents what happened. They said " The place lit up and we found you unconscious. You were unconscious for a day." I then check what I gained from the Goblin Formations Master. I only got its innate affinity for sealing energy. My power is sealed for a week and I can''t train in that time so I rest for the week.. On the 6th day of the journey I was talking to Vigrel when we suddenly hear a loud rumble coming from outside. We ran outside, what we saw was a Wolf magical beast. It was Sky Wolf infant. They grow up to be hero level beasts. Even as infants it was a 4th rank mid stage beast. It has the innate affinity for wind, light and sky.


    All the guards, drivers, passengers and even the owner were killed by the Sky Wolf. Only my family and Vigrel''s family survived. Both me and Vigrel knew we had to kill it or else our families will die so we charged at it. I gained some of my power back since its been 4 days. Right now I''m at 1st rank perfect stage. Vigrel noticed this, to make him not worry I just said I''m supressing my power to train. Back to the fight, I cast the spell Illuminate at it to blind it, then Vigrel reinforces his body and sword with qi and slashes his sword at the wolf. It only put a little scratch on it, before Its sight returns and it howls.


    Both me and Vigrel get thrown back by the howl. I then get up and launched earth spikes from beneath it I pierces it slight making it bleed. It gets angry and charges at me. It tries to tackle me but I sidestep and attack it with my sword infused with lightning qi. It doesn''t no damage to it but it slightly paralyzes it. Well that''s what I thought, It turned around and swiped at me with its claw. Luckily I reinforce my chest with earth qi in time or else I would have had a serious injury or even died. I get up slowly only to see Vigrel attacking it again. It tries to stab him with its tail, I immediately summon a earthen wall to protect him. The wolfs tail breaks through and hits Vigrel, injuring him. It then turns to me, runs at me and tries to bite me. I get up and use a 1 handed sword technique of the Celestial Sword Dancing Style with all my remaining power, It is called Heavenly Flame Slash. I pierce through the wolfs mouth into its brain killing it right before it tries to bite me. I then devoured it leaving its body before falling unconscious.


    The carriage was destroyed which meant we had no means of transportation to Krinat. To make things even worse, my mother was pregnant and was going to have her baby soon which meant she can''t have excessive excercise. What do I do now?

 Chapter 5

    Chapter 5:


    I woke up, yawning before looking around, I''m currently in a dark cave with tons of moss. I then remember I fought a Sky Wolf Infant, which destroyed the carriages. I look around frantically for my parents and Vigrel and his family. I spot them huddling near a fire behind me. I approach them and Vigrel notices me " Astin, you woke up. How are you feeling?" My mother hears this and reacts to it by jumping up and doing a full-on sprint towards me.


    She hugs me while crying " Astin its all my fault, if I wasn''t so weak you wouldn''t have to go through this!" I hug her back soothing her " Mother it''s not your fault. I''m the one who chose to train and chose to fight." I then ask her " Are you ok? Is the baby fine?" She says yes to both of them and keeps crying. My father looks at me with and just says " I can''t say anything, but I wish I was strong enough to protect you but I can''t." I hug my father and make a group hug before asking " Now what?"


    This makes them think about the situation. We all think for maybe 30 minutes before Vigrel suggests " Why don''t we go to the nearest town and look for a carriage?" We all nod our heads, then I take out a map from my bag. I took track of where when we were traveling and which towns we stopped in. The cave we are in currently is 10 minutes away from the main road we came from. "The last town we were in was Trius, the nearest town is Herium which is a hour away from Trius." While saying this I ponder about if mother can walk that far, "Mother can you walk that far?" I look at mothers stomach. She says " I can walk that far don''t worry, even though I''m not strong I can still walk." We eat some food before setting out. Vigrel brings the Sky Wolf so we can sell it at Herium.


    We have to get a carriage as soon as possible since there''s only a week left. When we get to the main road I loot the people from the carriage and get 2 gold which I give to my father. We walk for about 50 minutes before mother collapses. I catch her before she falls onto the ground, I look at her pained expression " Mother''s in pain, I''m going to rush to Herium." I then take some herbs and feed it to her to reduce the pain and put her on my back before I start sprinting. I reach the town in 12 minutes before stopping and setting mother down. I take more herbs and feed it to her. I go into the town and go to the local herb shop, I buy a couple of herbs for mother before going back to the entrance and waiting for the others. While I was inside the town I look around and found an auction. Although the town was relatively big compared to our village it was small.


    Even though I''m a aerial dragon, my back is to dangerous so I can''t carry anybody on it. This is why we have to take the carriage. I take the remaining coins which I saved up for emergencies out of my bad, and count it. I have 1 silver and 2 copper left. This is a lot of money considering my family uses 8 silver to live a year. This is the money I kept from the beasts I hunted.  I wait for 7 minutes before they arrive.


    I wave to them, they walk towards me. I say to them " Lets sell the Sky Wolf corpse at the auction so we can make a lot of money." They agree with me so we set off to the auction.


    When we arrive there I speak to the female servants " We''re here to sell something. Could you please direct as to where we auction it, we are new to this town."


    The servants say " Sir, you can auction your item over there at the counter."


    She pointed to her left where a counter is. I thank her before walking towards that direction. The guards stare at us for a moment before looking back. I can see a little sneer on their faces, but I ignore it. I reached the counter and said to them " We are here to sell a Sky Wolf Corpse"


    The counter manager said " Don''t joke around kid, come back where you have something to actually sell."


    I wave for Vigrel to place the Sky Wolf corpse on the counter. The counter manager looked surprised to which I smiled at, but he regained his composure fast. He then said " I''m sorry about that I never thought you would actually have the corpse." He gives us a golden card with the number 56 on it. " That is the stall you will sit in, it is where everyone who are auctioning valuable items or are VIPs sit." He takes the corpse inside. We then walk into the auction and search for our stall.


    While we were searching a boy with wealthy clothes comes towards us, his face has an arrogant expression. I think how this is going to be annoying.


    When the boy reaches in front of us and says with a smug face " Yo peasants, you''re in the wrong place, this is the VIP section, you can''t even sit in the normal area why are you here ."


    I knew he was going to be annoying, we just ignore him and walk by.


    "Hey look at me I''m speaking to you, don''t ignore me you filthy peasant." He grabs my hand and tries to hit me. I dodge the punch and strike him in the stomach hard. He flies back and crashes into the chairs.


    My father glares at me " Wasn''t that hitting him a little too hard?"


    I just let out a wry slime before saying " I didn''t think he would be that weak. I only used 4 percent of my power there. He doesn''t train."


    My father sighs and just walks. The kid gets up weakly, he spits out some blood while crying before screaming " Guards there are intruders here, capture them and kill them. Torture the black haired kid!"

    The guards from before came running into the room. They started to surround us, I just took out the golden card with the number 56 on it and showed it to them. The guards had surprised expressions, I hear the irritating voice again " You peasant you dare bring a fake VIP pass here. Guards kill him for slandering the Nightshade Auction houses name!''


    The guards charge at us, both me and Vigrel  dodge them and hit them on the neck knocking them out. After we knocked all of the guards out Vigrel pulls out his sword and starts walking towards the arrogant boy. The boys starts shaking in his boots and pisses in his pants. Seeing this I start snickering before putting my hand on Vigrel shoulder and telling him to stop.


    The counter manger from before comes and mediates the problem. Then they take the guards back and the arrogant boy walks away. We look for our stall, when we find it we walk in and sit down. We wait another 10 minutes and the auction starts.


    " Welcome to the Nightshade Auction House." An announcer announces. The crowds clap.


    " The first item is the famous Heaven Pill it replenishes all your magic and qi and lets you train when fighting. Many people use this pill in fights to get stronger and gain the advantage against the opponent. The starting bid is 100 Gold." A female servant brings the pill and sets it on the table.


    "200 gold" Someone in the crowd bids.


    " 300" "400" "500"


    I then hear a snort and the arrogant boy from before says " The Skyfire Noble house bids "700 gold."


    No one outbids him and the announcer says " Anyone going once going twice, ok the Heaven Pill is sold to the Skyfire Noble house."


    My parents had astonished gazes as they never seen so much money before. The auctions keep on going until our turn comes.


    " Today we have the corpse of a Sky Wolf Infant at the 4th rank mid stage. The pelt is as strong as metal and makes the wearer lighter. The corpse is relatively  undamaged. The starting bid is 50 gold." The female servant brings a guard to help her put the corpse on the table.


    I then hear someone say " 100 gold."


    Then more people bid until the arrogant Skyfire boy bids 500 gold. I think that is a lot of money and sneer thinking about how he''s helping us. We stay a little longer, we get up to leave but I hear something interesting. My parents and Vigrel''s parents have delighted expressions because this is the most money they ever had and this can solve our transportation problem.


    " We have a Formations Master training guide called the Heaven, Earth, Truth guide.  It has seals on how to augment peoples magic and qi and teaches new formation masters how to train. The starting bid is 20 gold."


    I want this guide for later when my sealing energy is unlocked at the capital. I bid " 20 gold"


    No one tries to outbid it. I''m guessing no one trains in that path here.


    The announcer says " Anyone want to outbid it? Going once going twice. The guide goes to the number 56 stall."


    My parents stare at me weirdly but I tell them " I''m getting it in case one of us has sealing energy." My parents sigh and leave it alone. After the auction finishes we collect the money for the corpse and pay for the guide. We then leave the auction.


    When we are leaving I sense people following behind us with my soul sense. I nudge Vigrel and he says " Ya, I sense them to." We then tell our parents and go into an alley to not be seen. We turn around and we see the arrogant boy from before.


    " You think you can escape from what you did before. Well your wrong, men capture them and give the women to me. I''ll rape them in front of them and then kill the all." He says while laughing crazily.


    This pisses Vigrel and I off so much. I grab both my swords and then created all my clones. Both me and Vigrel charge them. I used my Empowered Demonic Dragon style.


    " Empowered Demonic Dragon style, X Peirce!" I used both my swords to slash a x shape on the person and stabbed my tail through the center.


    "Empowered Demonic Dragon style, 3 Clawed slash!" I attack all of the enemies leaving them on the brink of death. I arrive at the boy who is shaking in fear.


    I say in a low voice " You dare threaten my family, don''t think you''re escaping unscathed now!'' I cut both his hands off, Vigrel cuts the legs off. We then spit on him and walk away with our parents.


    After calming down we went to the merchant guild and rented a carriage for 100 gold. The horses cost another 100 gold.


    We then hired drivers for 50 gold and some adventurers from the adventurer guild to protect us for a 100. I''m wasn''t sure both me and Vigrel could protect our family so we had to hire them. We paid the drivers another 50 gold for them to rush us to Krinad. We have 80 gold left.


    A week later we arrived at the Krinad. Today is looking like a good day. Both me and Vigrel will announce ourselves to the world.

 Chapter 6

    Chapter 6:


    Today is a sunny day, the sunlight flowed down creating a glowing pathway. It seemed like the pathway to heaven. All of us were looking around Krinad, taking in the sight. There were any buildings, taverns and bars. Many of the people walking on the streets were Dragunir, while there are other races like werewolves, elves and humans.


    "So where are we headed? What''s the date?" I ask while looking for a place which looks like a testing area.


    "The place where the test will be held is the arena, the date is November, 21st," my mother replies while pointing into the distance where a tall building which looked like the Roman Coliseum.


    The date system of the Magzeel is not that different compared to Earths. It had 12 months instead of 13. On Earth the months were Kros, Chos, Phas, Tron, Fant, Maut, Hap, Gitu, Jom, Yip, Qun, Seti, Nur. Kros was the first month and Nur was the last month. Magzeel''s months were January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December. Here the first month was January and last was December, the year of Magzeel is 323 KL. I was born on 317 KL.


    After hearing mother say that, our group started walking towards the arena. When we got near it, I noticed that the arena was lavishly built. Made out of Golden Marble with Black Diamonds to make the door. Krinad must of spent a lot of money on the arena, as they would have spent at least 100 golden diamonds on the materials only. You can buy 10 blocks of Golden Marble for 1 diamond and 1 black diamond for 5 diamonds.


    "Father look at those peasants looking at the arena. I feel disgusted to even be near them. They are ruining the arenas beauty."


    " Cain, remember what I said. Don''t go near peasants you might catch diseases."


    A man and a child that is the same age as me come towards us. The man has blonde hair, pale skin and blue dragon wings. His eyes are purple and he looked like a body builder of my old world. While his son had blonde hair and blue dragon wings like his father. But he had blue eyes unlike his father. They both had blue horns and snobby, arrogant expressions which annoys me. The man makes the child go behind him. I look up at my parents and see nasty expressions on their face.


    "Hmph, if it isn''t Chris Bluethrone and Liza Bluethrone. Why did you come here, we all know your son is going to inherit your talent. There is no point of wasting other peoples time. You even brought some of your talentless friends." The snobby man looks at everyone arrogantly and when his eyes rest on me a surprised expression appears on his face. " So your son is a aerial dragon and not a land dragon like you. Well at least he has some talent."


    "Father, why even looking at a waste like him. Even if he is a aerial dragon, his talent cannot even come near mine.," the snobby boy said. The father said "That''s true son. I can''t say anything to people who came to embarrass themselves. Well at least it makes my son look better," before walking away.


    I see my parents angry expression and I ask them " Mother, Father who was that?"


    Vigrel''s family also looked interested albeit still angry. My mother respond by saying " That was one of the clan members of the Blazethrone family." Followed up by my father " And also my brother, Axel Blazethrone."


    Feeling curious about why our last name is different, I asked my father " Why is our name Bluethrone and not Blazethrone?"


    "That''s because we got exiled by the family. This means we had to change our last name, so I changed it to something similar."


    Talking for a few more minutes, we entered the arena. Bright light hits me and I squint my eyes. Sun stone was everywhere, lighting up the place. There was a red carpet which was rolled down a staircase which leads to the testing area. There are two orbs on pedestals. One I''m guessing is for the bloodline and the other is for the race. Many other parents and their children are in the arena. Looking around, I notice Axel and his son in the crowd. They notice me back and sneer at me with ridicule in their eyes. Other arrogant and snobby children see me and look at me with disdain.


    "Welcome everyone, today is the Dragunir testing day. Here your background, house, clan or whatever else there is, doesn''t matter. Only your results matter. I''m guessing you all know the testing procedure, but if you don''t I''ll explain.  All of you will sign your name up, when all of you are signed up we will call you out by name. The child we walk up the stairs and place your hands on the left orb. The left orb is for what race you are and the right for what bloodline and your talent for it. After getting the results, we will mark it down and you will go down the stairs. Ok everyone start the signing up process." A examiner announces.


    Both me and Vigrel approach the sign up booth, when a noble bumps into us. "Watch out peasant, this young master is going to sign up, so let me go first."


    This is seriously pissing me off, are all nobles arrogant? Both me and Vigrel just ignore him and keep walking.

    The noble''s face turns tomato red and he screams " You dare ignore the me, the young master and heir of the Bloodstone family."


    Vigrel just turns around and says "Didn''t young master hear what examiner said? Status doesn''t mean shit here. I''m guessing the Bloodstone family gives birth to deaf warriors."


    The noble turns purple from rage and was going to say something but we both just speed walk away so we don''t hear is garbage.


    Signing up took a few minutes, but there were many more people so the process took around a hour before everyone finished. After the process finished the announcer began "Ok since everyone finished signing up we will begin the test." They starting calling up kids, only some were noteworthy when I heard a familiar name. " Egor Blazethrone." The snobby cousin of mine went up the stairs while looking like he owned the place. His arrogant face made him receive many glares from others. He place his hand on the left orb. The orb shined brightly before turning sky blue. The announcer had a stunned face and Egor''s father had a happy face. The announcer came back to his sense and said " A storm aerial dragon, it''s affinities are lighting, wind, water, ice and storm. It''s innate ability is Hurricane defense/attack. He summons a hurricane to defend himself and attack others. Other''s attacks will be used against them if it hits the hurricane."


    Egor then walks toward the right orb with a even more arrogant face and puts his hand on the orb with a "Hmph." The orb shines red, not too bright though. " Egor has mid affinity for the Blazethrone bloodline." Egor looked a little sad at the results but immediately put his head up high and walked down the stairs with arrogance. When he looked at the other people it looked like he was gazing at mere ants he can step on. Axel, looked extremely proud about his son.


    Bored from the lack of excitement, I started looking on the markings on my hand, before looking up and seeing the noble from before. His name is Lexus Bloodstone results were good but not as much as Egor''s. He was a bone aerial dragon and had high affinity for the Bloodstone bloodline. It had innate affinity for bones, undead and darkness. It''s innate ability is bone armour. It summons all the bones underground in the vicinity of 1 km and creates a bone armour around him. He can shoot spikes and protrude spikes from his armour.


    Another 5 names were called up until it was Vigrel''s turn. All of was excited for him and his family and mine gave him encouraging words. I pat his shoulder and say " Go get them." He nods his head and walks up the stair.


    White light shines when he places his hands on the orb. The announcer looks at the orb with a stoic look and announces " Holy ground dragon, innate affinities are light and holy. Innate ability is holy touch, he can rapidly heal anyone and it damages all dark affinity creatures. This person has no affinities for the elements so he can''t use his innate ability. His abilities as a holy dragon are none."


    Vigrel''s face twists and he bites his lips and clenches his fists but keeps on going to the next orb. The orb doesn''t shine this time and the announcer says with disdain and disgust " No affinity for any bloodline."


    Vigrel walks down the stage, hanging his head down in shame. I then hear two snorts, one from Egor, the other from Lexus. Lexus says " Ha, and you were acting so strong and proud. Now look at you, you are trash a waste. Your friend is probably like you. All you are is talk." Egor chimes in " I knew my cousin''s friend is waste. My cousin is probably waste himself." Then both of them start laughing arrogantly.


    I was going to summon my clones both Vigrel places him arm on me and says " Calm down, you don''t want to create trouble for your parents." He looks extremely sad and this causes his parents to be heartbroken. I cheer him up with something I noticed " Vigrel, don''t think your trash. I have this nagging feeling you''re one of the biggest genius''s there is. It feels like something is holding back your talents."


    Vigrel looks a little better but he says " Astin you don''t have to cheer me up with lies. I''m not like you, I don''t have talent."


    I say " Vigrel, don''t give up on hope. I''m not lying trust me."


    "Astin Bluethrone."


    I pat his shoulder to help him and walk up the stairs.

 Chapter 7

    Chapter 7:


    As I walk up the stairs I wave at my family and stare at the examiner''s with resolve in my eyes. Placing my hands on the first orb confidently, the orb shines a bloody red. Turning my head towards the examiner, I see a surprised and excited expression on his face. Regaining his demeanor, he announces the results. " Aerial Blood Dragon, Sky Variant. In addition of its blood, water, wind and fluid affinities, it has the extremely rare but strong affinity, sky. It''s divine ability is the same as a normal blood dragon, it can create clones. The original body will have its strength split evenly between all bodies and maintaining clones stresses the mind out."


    Instantly, I turn my head to my parents and I notice them having a proud look. Seeing their expressions, I get more motivated and I place my hand on the second orb.  A light appears, before rapidly expanding and blinding everyone. I feel a tiny pressure extruding from the orb and I feel like the orb might break. The light dies down and the arena goes silent. Thinking my this is a bad sign as the orb as cracks in it, my expression turns unsightly, but I remember my parents words and I turn towards the examiner.


    Not even trying to hide his expression, the examiner''s mouth open so wide that if it could, it would break through the floor. I look around the arena and notice everyone but my parents have a shocked expression. After maybe around a minute passed, the examiner finally regains his composure and announces the results with a hint of respect and admiration.


    " He has reached a level above the perfect affinity, he has reached the Ascended affinity for the Blazethrone bloodline variant, the legendary Starblaze bloodline!" Hearing this I walk down the stairs with a proud look and send glares to both Egor and Lexus who both have unsightly faces.


    I walk down to my parents and give them a proud look, they look back at me with a serious face and my father says " Son, don''t get arrogant, remember always remain kind and modest to everyone around you and you will make friends and not enemies. But that doesn''t mean be nice to enemies, to enemies be ruthless, don''t show them any weakness." He has a weird glint in his eyes when he says that.


    " It''s time to leave for the capital, we got the results for the Dragunir test. And I don''t want to stay here to offend anymore people." Vigrel''s father says with a slightly unhappy face, probably from Vigrel''s results.


    We get ready before leaving and when we are on the carriage I console Vigrel.


    " Don''t worry Vigrel, like I said before, I have this weird feeling you have something restricting your talent, waiting to erupt at the capital." This helps him a little but he still nonchalantly answers the same as before.

    Blazethrone Clan Headquarters''.


    A messenger appears in a majestic room full of various treasures, antiques and many other items. It has chandeliers and a red carpet rolling down from a throne. The throne is a massive flame shaped, vermillion throne with two servants on either side. Sitting on the throne was a tall burly man, with red hair, red eyes with a few purple tattoos on his body. He has mercury skin and had silky hair which normally you wouldn''t think a warrior like would have. Resting on his throne is a gigantic war axe that 3 meters tall. The axe blade is 1.5 meters wide and half a meter thick. The axe itself is black with extremely intricate red markings carved into it. The red markings unceasing moved and glowed.

    The tall man asked the messenger " Tell me, what is it?"


    " M m m m my lord, at the Dragunir race and bloodline test your third brother and his family were there."


    A expression of disdain appeared on the burly man''s face and he asked " How is news about that waste important?" A strong pressure falls onto the shoulders of the messenger.


    "Heee! M m  m my lord, it is not news about  your third brother that is important, it is about his son. H h h his son was revealed to be a aerial Blood Dragon, Sky variant with ascending affinity for the legendary s Starblaze bloodline." The messenger managed to shutter out.


    "What!" The burly man stood up with a surprised expression and smashed his hand against the throne. " You better not lie to me!"


    The pressure on the poor messenger increased 10 fold and he slammed down onto the ground. " M m my lord, this l l lowly messenger wouldn''t dare lie to you." The pressure disappears and the messenger lets out a sigh.


    "Leave now." The messenger hears this and has a elated expression on his face, running out of the room.


    " Jiro!" The burly man says as he sits down. " My lord." A voices sounds out as a man wearing ninja clothes steps out of the shadows.


    "Jiro go investigate if what that messenger said is true. If it is, go take the other Darkplam Corps and protect that boy from that shadows. I need to somehow recruit him into the clan and raise that talent. If he can grow extremely strong, our clan can become the strongest after the royal family in Amerist."


    "Yes sir!" The ninja slips into the shadows again and disappears.


    The burly man says to himself with a excited and thrilled expression " If it is true, we can defeat the Electricrose clan and the Solarshine clan." He starts laughing crazily.

    Astin''s Pov:


    This time the journey wasn''t as dangerous and we reached the capital relatively safe which is weird. We rarely encounter a beasts and I''m getting a bad feeling about it. Going back to the capital, I look around the capital seeing magnificent buildings in the distance. Knowing this is where my true journey starts, I absorb how my surroundings look, to make sure I know how to navigate through.

 Revised Prologue Part 1

    Revised Prologue part 1:


    I am staring at a blinding light in the blank nothingness, otherwise known as the void. Why am I staring at this blinding light or why am I in the void? It all started on a Planet known as Earth. This planet has 60 minutes in a hour, 24 hours in a day, 36 days in a month and 13 months in a year. I was born on the year 1313, 13th month, 13th day, 13th hour, 13th minute and finally the 13th second. Have you ever heard 13 is a unlucky number, well its true. Ever since I was born I had the worst luck ever.


    My name was Kail Baker, I was born to a prostitute in the red light district and was thrown out the day after. I was taken in by an orphanage and was soon later adopted by abusive parents. Even though they abused me every day I still loved them since they took care of me. One day they were assassinated by loan sharks because of a debt, which I had to inherit. I had to work every day after going to school to get enough money to repay the debt and support myself. Because I was ugly and had bad metabolism the loan shark boss''s son who went to the same school as me, bullied me every day at school which made me a loner. He also didn''t let me get good marks in school in both academics and athletics.


    Even though I had bad luck, was very ugly, had a bad metabolism, and had no talent in anything; I never gave up or got sad, since I knew if I did I would starting falling apart. I never wanted revenge and only looked ahead with bright thoughts. In my free time when I wasn''t working or studying, I practiced martial arts. Training everyday in ways which would make people want to suicide, I eventually got to the peak in all the martial arts on Earth. Never slacking off on school, I studied like no tomorrow, and learned how to survive in the wild; examples such as first aid and how to make a shelter. Although I worked most of the time, I eventually mastered and achieved black belt in all martial arts. Since I practiced martial arts and studied hard, I got fit even with my metabolism, and was smart enough to get 100''s in all subjects if not for the loan sharks son.


    Making money was hard and I had to work in many retail stores, they were pretty much the only people I talked to other than the loan sharks. The other workers and I weren''t really friends, but we didn''t hate each other. Money from working in the retail stores barely sustained my needs.


    Now back to how I got to the void. I was in the last month of high school at the age of 17, before becoming an apprentice since I had marks thanks to the loan shark boss''s son. On a normal day for me, I was out jogging with a sweater , since it''s early winter, early in the morning when I heard a girl scream. I looked towards where the sound came from, a dark alleyway. I went closer to the alleyway, leaned against the wall to inspect and listen to what was happening without being caught. Don''t get me wrong, I''m not those heroes from books, tv shows, manga, anime, etc; I won''t go around saving everyone or forgiving people from their crimes. Being ruthless is not a problem for me but rape is something I despise.

    Peeking around the corner I saw a girl say "Why are you doing this to me!"


    " Bitch shut the fuck up, before I rip that tongue off. Mich get a rag and put in her mouth, I don''t want anyone hearing her moans when we have fun. Hehe." A bald man with scars on his head says with a lecherous face.


    The person who I am assuming is Mich says "Yes boss!"


    The girl screams "NO, don''t rape me please, I''ll do anything!"  while trashing around while they put a rag in her mouth and ripped her clothes.


    That was enough for me to know what was going on, I found a broken pipe to side of the building and took it to fight with and ran in. The thug boss noticed me first and screamed  "Attack!" to his lackeys. They charged me, I ducked under the first lackey and hit him on the neck knocking him out. Then I hit the next with the pipe, sending  him into the others running at me. I fought the others and didn''t notice the thug boss bring out a gun.


    "Motherfucker wanna die!" He points his gun at me and tries aiming.


    Everything around me slow downed and I relied on instinct at this point. For some reason I was abnormally calm which let me react fast, I threw the pipe at him hitting him on the arm making him drop his gun. Noticing that it worked, my perception of the surrounding returned to normal. I was a little shocked but I recover and charged at him. I grabbed him by the collar of the shirt, punched him a few times and threw against the wall knocking him out cold. The slowed perception shocked me, but I quickly realised what it was. It was slow motion perception, it occurs when you''re in a live-threatening situation.


    After making sure all the thugs were out cold I went to the girl who had her clothes ripped, I didn''t know what to do since I didn''t interact with people much. Thinking about what to do for a while, I took my sweater off and gave it to her asking " Are you ok?" in a soft voice trying to sooth her while I took the rag out of her mouth.


    She didn''t answer and still looked terrified, pointing to behind me, I turned around only to find out a massive hand was coming down from the sky and a furious voice screaming " You keep ruining my fun, so you shall die you little ant!" The huge hand descended at a speed faster than sound creating a sonic boom, smashing into me. I then blacked out, which I knew meant I died. Then I appeared where I am now, the void. After, what I assume was a few minutes , a blinding light appeared before me.

    Revised Prologue Part 2:


    I try moving towards the light, but I was could only move my arms. Flailing around a little more, I notice the light coming towards me. This intrigued me, I use my left arm to block out some light as it was too bright, and use the right arm to try and reach out to it. The light stops moving forward right out of my reach, and I hear a faint chuckle. This surprises me since I thought it was an inanimate object.


    " I''m sorry for laughing at you, but it was like looking at a baby reaching out for its mom, it was cute."


    The light then starts changing until it takes the form of a male human. He looks 6.1 feet tall, with porcelain-clay skin, blonde hair and grey eyes. His eyes had stars in it which made it seem like he knew boundless knowledge, while his hair was more silky then most women. Although he is the most handsome guy I ever seen and look delicate, he was also lean and well built.


    Remembering his question, I respond " It''s okay but may I inquire where I am and who you are?"


    The man answers " Oh I forgot, how rude of me. I''m the one people call the God of the Bible, and the place you are right now is the void. I brought you here right after you died, and like I exist, other gods of other religions exist as well."


    I never would have thought that gods existed. I wasn''t an atheist, I believed they existed, but not as living creatures, more like forces of science. Figuring out that gods weren''t forces like the big bang which move everything and hold them together, but were creatures, I was excited.


    But my excitement was short-lived as I asked " Why did you bring me here? Why are you telling me this? What is your goal and what was that huge hand?"


    Question after question bombarded him, making him speechless but he managed to say " Hold off the questions, I brought you here so I will naturally explain everything. Now about the hand, I brought you here exactly because of that huge hand. That hand was the energy manifestation of Cronus, the titan king. He escaped from Tartarus with the help of the evil Egyptian god Apophis, 17 years ago. They both allied with the other evil gods to try to overthrow the other gods. They were to weak so they tried to search for a source which can help defeat us. That is when they found a unique soul, which was neither good or evil. It was neutral , which was not common but not impossible to find either. What made this soul unique and one of a kind, was that it was absorbing all the energy possible to absorb in its vicinity and had a special property; it can turn either good or bad and gain potential to eliminate the opposite karma. When this soul would chooses its karma, it would send ripples across the entire solar system eliminating the other karma. Then the soul will experience massive amounts of change and growth before settling down. These benefits for the soul come with a price, the soul''s true form is sealed. Then Cronus and the others planned to use the soul to eliminate us, so he made the soul be born in a human body on the unluckiest day and time to experience the worst luck. He though this would set it on the wrong path. That day was on the year 1313, 13th month, 13th day, 13th hour, 13th minute and finally the 13th second."


    The story I just heard was unbelievable, it shocked me to my core. After I calmed down from what was like lightning struck me, I asked " Is this soul which you were talking about me?"


    " Yes Kail, it was." The answer was exactly like what I expected.


    It was like a dam inside me which held back my feelings and let me have a cold demeanor broke and my feelings flood out.


    Grief and anger washed over me and my eyes turned red. I screamed " Why did they choose me and make me suffer, WHY! Why was my soul born special, I suffered so many things because of it. "


    Trying to calm me down he said " Calm down Kail, CALM DOWN!"


    Ignoring all his attempts to calm me down, I tried finding someone to blame. " YOU KNEW I WAS SUFFERING AND DIDN''T CARE! WHY DIDN''T YOU HELP ME IF YOU KNEW THIS? TELL ME NOW!"


    He yelled " KAIL, LISTEN!


    It alarmed me and I finally got hold of my emotions, toning down the anger and grief. I listened carefully to his next words.


    Noticing I suppressed my emotions down he continued. " I did help you, the dark alliance (Author: name for the evil gods alliance with each other) cast a curse on you, which have made you a cripple, but I put a blessing to counter-act it. That''s the most I could have done. While you were living I was still helping you, for example helping you study and train in martial arts and survival. You achieved the epitome of martial arts, but you had no talent. Answer me, how was that so? Yes you worked extremely hard, but you didn''t have a lot of time to train. Ingrain this in your brain, I tried my best to help you."


    After a few more minutes, I finally calm down and accept the facts and reality. Then I felt gratitude for the God of the Bible since my life could have been much worse if not for him. So I thank him.


    I say in an embarrassed tone" Thank you for helping me back then and now for calming me down. I''m sorry for that break down, it must have caused you trouble and a headache."


    He says " Your welcome and it was no problem. Now on to the main reason I brought you here making Cronus think his hand disintegrated your soul with your body."


    I then accidentally thought out loud. "Wait there''s more."


    He said " Well of course, I never told you why I brought you here."


    Hearing that, I though back to before and I noticed he never told why he brought me here. I then thought out many possibilities to what it may be, such as making me be his Scion or to joining him in destroying the dark alliance, but my curiosity won out and I asked. " So why did you bring me here?"


    He replies " Ok, finally on to the main issue. Normal people''s souls are created by their mortal plane or it''s keeper ( it''s founder); but yours was created by a dimension keeper. This rarely happens and the souls which dimension keepers make are most of the time either extremely powerful or unique, in your case unique."


    I didn''t understand anything he said so I asked " What''s a mortal plane, a mortal plane keeper and a dimension keeper?"


    He sighs and says" This is going to be a long day. There are many universes which make up one mortal plane. A mortal plane is created by someone or is took (killed the person for it, inherited, etc) from someone. There are many mortal planes in a Cosmo and many Cosmo''s in a dimension.  I''m pretty sure you can guess the ranks, a Cosmo keeper and a


    dimension keeper are beyond that of a mortal plane keeper, as for higher ranks, you don''t need to know as of now."


    I thought for a second. Is there any ranks before it and what rank is the God of the Bible? I asked him the many questions in my head.


    " Is there any ranks before it? What rank are you? What does that relate to you bringing me here?"


    He says " Wow, calm down there. Let me finish explaining before you ask questions as your questions may be answered while I''m explaining."


    Hearing that, I stopped asking him questions and let him explain.


    He continues on:  "There are ranks before it, but it depends on the world. The ranks become the same after you reach Hero level. The ranks are Hero, Saint, Demi-God, God, High-God, Great-God, True-God, Over-God, Sovereign, Immortal, Royal Immortal, Celestial Lord and finally Overseer. From Sovereign level to Celestial Lord, there are sub - levels which are low, mid, high, lord, king and finally emperor. Overseer is the highest rank, there is no sub-divisions. As for what my rank is, you don''t need to know.  As to why you are here, it is because I want to compensate for what the Dark Alliance did to you.  The reasons I explained about the ranks is because I''m letting you be reborn as a baby with your memories in another world. The world might not necessarily from this dimension. While I don''t know which Dimension Keeper made your soul, I don''t want to offend him. Now to explain about keepers (Dimension, Cosmos, etc), when a being reaches a certain level of power they can create, own, steal a plane of existence (Solar System, Universe, Mortal Plane, etc). A dimension keeper has to be atleast a True-God."


    This surprised me but also excited me as I get to have another chance at life with my memories. I can finally live a good life without regrets. I plan to make my parents proud and take care of them, have the strength so that no one can hurt me, my family or friends. I want to reach the peak strength.  Knowing my goals, I ask " Do I have to learn the language on mine own?"


    He nonchalantly replies " Don''t worry I will make it, so you can understand, read and speak the language your parents speak. As for writing, that you will have to learn on your own. Other languages, that you have to learn on your own. Since you''re going to have much more talent than others around you, you are going face harder and more hardships than others. People will try to kidnap you and sell you to Slave Merchants or might hire people to assassinate you. I advise you to keep some of your powers hidden, be careful. "


    Hearing this reminds me about the Dark Alliance. I don''t want others to be affected by other evil gods and suffer like me. Hurting others for their own pleasure disgusts me, I don''t want to be a hero but I will at least be a decent man.

    After igniting my resolve, I experience a pain unimaginable. It feels like my body and soul are being ripped apart and burnt into molecules smaller than atoms; or having me cells explode and my body being compressed by needles. After a while the pain goes away and a new feeling washes over me, a feeling of ecstasy. I think this is what God of the Bible meant by my soul changing and experiencing growth after choosing a karma path. A feeling of power cruised through my veins and I felt much stronger than before. It felt I can crush a person''s bones by just grabbing them.


    After checking out my new changes, I look around and see the God of the Bible staring at me with a excited and happy expression. It exclaims " Kail you finally woke up after a few centuries of growth and change. You chose the good karma path and the dark alliance was destroyed by you! You made the solar system much safer and I can finally rest easy."


    Seeing his happy expression was expected but when I heard it took me a few centuries to finish my growth it surprised me and I asked " Wait what! I was morphing for a few centuries!"


    He says " Well it took you 5 centuries to be exact. Now I will find the world which you will be reborn in."


    A lotto ball machine appears, it seemly has innumerable amount of balls. He then pulls down the lever and a ball falls out. He picks it up and his face shows extreme shock. He then says to me " I don''t know if this could considered good luck or bad, but you got the biggest planet in one  of the major dimensions. The dimensions name is Metaron and the planets name is Magzeel. It is a fantasy world with magic, qi and all other powers of the Xenotra. There are numerous races and beasts in the world. The beasts have different classifications; the classifications are Beast, Magical Beast, Divine Beast and finally Demonic Beast. Beasts are monsters with no intelligence and only sought for destruction and food. Magical Beasts are beasts that have a little intelligence and can have innate affinities. Divine beasts have intelligence similar to humans, they have innate affinities and an innate ability. Demonic Beasts are stronger and smarter version of Magical Beasts. They have innate affinities and qualities similar to the demon race. Demonic Beasts are related to Demons and have special abilities similar to them. Magical beasts, Demonic beasts and Divine beasts can train and get stronger. When they reach a certain rank they will gain a demi-human form (beast-men form. Training even more, they will achieve the human form; the more talent they have, the more ranks it will take to reach the human form."


    All this information interests me and makes me wonder about the world I will live in. I ask the God of the Bible " What is a Xenotra?"


    He answers " That is something you don''t need to know about now. I''ll just say that it is there are realms after dimensions, and Xenotra is the final one, which only Overseers can control."


    This is confuses me a little, but also intrigues me to find out what is after dimensions. I also want to find out how strong the guy who made or owns the Xenotra is. Well I''ll find out later.


    The God of the Bible continues "Humans, Elves, Dwarves and Beast-men are some of the numerous races on the planet, they are the most populated and main stream races. Beast-men are a little special as some of their races can be Divine Beasts, other than that they are same as what Earthlings describe them as; more warriors than mages. Elves have long ears, live long and have more magical oriented; they are like what Earthlings described them as but they have innate affinity to wind. Dwarves are pretty much the same as well; blacksmiths that are short, drink a lot of alcohol. Dwarves are either mages or warriors; if they are mages they are most of the times fire mages or earth mages. They have a innate affinity to metal, which helps them be blacksmiths. Now comes the complicated part; you may think humans are weak compared to other races, well they are not. Some humans are born with a divine body, which gives them special powers and can be trained. Divine bodies can only be born when the Void blesses the soul. The Void is the strongest existence of all creation, Overseers are all ants in front of it. The only thing that can rival it is it''s wife, Time. Void and Time is something you will learn about in Magzeel, so I won''t elaborate about them.  Now, all races have something similar, bloodlines, Bloodlines are like what it sounds like, a special power which you inherit by blood. The most mysterious power, is the Gift, Gifts are something all races can be born with, it something which manifests in a soul of a person. Only a few people have it, most of the time it is old souls as it''s formed from the energy your soul as absorbs when you die. Gifts grant the person different powers, for examples; Super-speed (divine speed) , Super-strength (divine strength), shape-shifting, etc. That is all the information I will tell you, as for the other information you can find out yourself since its more fun that way. Just saying, you have a gift and I will make you born into a family with a bloodline, now let''s find out what is your soul''s true form."


    He then teleports in front of me and pushes his finger down on my forehead. Feeling a change happening to my body, I try to find out what''s happening.  After a hour I take the form of a black hole devouring everything around me before reverting to a human. Then massive amounts of information flood into my mind. I hear a faint mumble from the God of the Bible then he turns to me and says " Information on your race will go into your brain, tell me what it is so I can write it down if it''s a new creature."


    I reply " It''s a divine beast with a innate affinity of devour and its innate ability lets it devour a beast that died, it has to happen in 24 hours after its death or else it won''t work and I will take recoil, taking all the creatures abilities. It only takes innate abilities and affinities not gift, cultivation (Rank) or anything like that. It also takes its form such as a rat or dragon, and I can access it such as turning into the form or combining it with my others. I can create variants if I combine creatures together. It can be either new variants or old variants which already existed. I can choose to leave the body intact or absorb the whole body when devouring it."


    I try to keep a straight face; not trying to show an expression because I didn''t tell the God of the Bible''s the abilities'' weaknesses.  After devouring the creature I will fall unconscious for a day to assimilate it within my body. Then after awakening I will lose all my strength and depending on the creature, will take time to regain my power back. For example, if I devour a rat, a creature not even a beast but just a normal animal, It will take around 1 hour. If it was a Dragon, it can take months or even years. I also can''t train in that period of time. When I regain my strength, it will take a week after it to be able to use the creatures abilities or use its form or combine it with other forms. Combining it with my already existing forms will make me fall unconscious. Also another disadvantage is that I will feel unimaginable pain when I absorb or combine, it is so unbearable that getting you soul shredded to pieces is bliss.


    The God of Bible''s face shows no surprise which confuses me, and he says " I never heard of a creature like that what are you going to name it?"


    I try thinking of different names such as the Abyss or Entity Absorber. I don''t have the best naming sense and took me around 10 minutes to figure out what I''m going to name it. I say " I''ll name it Mystic Devourer."


    He jots it down onto a paper which appears in his hand and states " Ok I noted it down, putting it in the list of existing creatures. I will now transport you to the planet. Your race will be Dragunir. There are two types of dragons, all dragons are divine beasts, normal ones who reach demi-human stage after training and finally human after reaching an even higher stage. The second type is Dragunirs, they already in demi-human stage, but they can turn into a Dragon when they reach the age 6. They can also reach human stage after training, though it take less time than normal Dragons. Dragons gain another form which they mostly use when fighting since it''s as strong as the Dragon form and more easier to fight with. It is the humanoid Dragon form, also known as the battle form, which all Dragons get at the 6th rank. You will be a Dragunir, as I said before, you will have a bloodline. From what I see, you have been bless by Void and have a Divine body, I will seal it until you reach 5th rank in bodily training. Good luck and have a good life with no regrets."


    That''s when my sight goes blank and I faint. I wake up in a dark but warm place, my feeling of strength from before disappeared and is replaced with the feeling of weakness. I see a light in front of me which I''m being pulled towards.

    Sorry I haven''t been updating for a while, I had exams and it just finished. I also had other things which I was busy with in RL. If you haven''t already read it, I suggest you read the revised versions as I made them less confusing and added in some new content. As for those who did read the revised version, you should read about the power levels and divine bodies as I added new content (again).     Prologue Part 3:


    God of Bibles'' Pov:


    I was doing my normal activity of training and watching over the mortals who are part my religion when I sense a presence nearing my estate. I stop training and walk out my room in my estate and go outside. A man in white flies over to me and kneels on the ground. "My lord God of the Bible, the Titan Cronus has escaped from Tartarus with the help of Apophis. My master Zeus wants your lordship to come to Mount Olympus as soon as possible."


    After hearing this news I immediately rushed to Mount Olympus knowing fully what harm Cronus and Apophis can do. When I arrived there I saw many other Gods with grim faces waiting.


    Zeus notices me and his faces turns happy while he motions me towards a seat next to him. "Ah, my friend God of the Bible, sit down."


    His face then turns grim and serious, "Hello everyone, thank you for coming today. I am pretty sure my messengers told you about what happened. I will tell you if they didn''t, Cronus has escaped Tartarus with the help of Apophis. This by its self is already bad news, but they plan on awakening and using 666 to fight with the Apocalyptic Dragon. After destroying it, they want to absorb the Apocalyptic Dragons power to take control of the solar system."


    Once I hear this news, my face turned bleak, knowing fully if 666 is awakened it can mean the destruction of the world, possibly the solar system. I have to warn the Apocalyptic Dragon; even though he is arrogant, he understands the threat of 666.


    " So what do we know about their activities as of now." I ask.


    "I discovered that evil gods banded together to create an association called the Dark Alliance. They plan to take control of this solar system and use the fear, pain and chaos of the mortals to increase their power. They want to use this power in galactic wars against other gods in other solar systems. I am pretty sure Cronus will join the Dark Alliance." replied the Sun God of Egyptian mythology, Ra, in a worried tone.


    This causes nervousness in everyone present and plummets everyone''s moods even further.


    " Ya, I heard of the Dark Alliance as well. Don''t worry I got some of my minions to monitor them and find out their plans so that we can prepare ahead to stop their plans." said the Egyptian Cat and Warfare God, Bastet.


    When she said this, it lessened the heavy atmosphere a little and brought up everyone''s mood.


    " Make sure the spies are not seen as the evil Gods know you and will think your cats are spies." said Neptune, Roman God of freshwater and sea.


    Bastet says " Don''t worry, I didn''t cats. I sent in some of believers. Where is Shiva?"


    Zeus says " He is helping Yama as he created trouble for him again."


    We all sigh at this as it always happens. (Shiva is the Hindu religions God of Destruction and Yama is a God of Death for many religions.)


    After everyone finished talking about information we have, we talked about what each god should do to stop them. I wanted to immediately start, so I tell Zeus to wrap up the meeting. " Ok guys, I think we understand what we must do. The God of the Bible will immediately warn the Apocalyptic Dragon and try to bring him over to our side. We will be called from now forth the Council of Salvation." (Author" Was tempted to call it Salvation Army, Hehe)


    They all nod before going off into their own directions, starting on the tasks they were given. I go to the Bermuda Triangle were a titan of another solar system was sealed in, and also were the Apocalyptic Dragon likes to rest and stay.  I arrived there in a few minutes. Shortly after arriving I spot the Apocalyptic Dragon and I go towards him. He was sleeping.


    When I get near him, his eyes opened. " Who dares enter my domain!" He bellows as a mountain like pressure falls onto me.


    Resisting the pressure as much as I can, I replied " It''s me, the God of the Bible. I have come with some information which will interest you and also a preposition."


    " Tell me weakling, don''t waste my time" He says while resting his head again. The pressure disappears and I heave a sigh.


    I land on the ground next to him and say " Cronus and the other evil Gods created an association called the Dark Alliance with the purpose of  awakening 666 and stealing your power to destroying us. My came to ask whether you like to join the Council of Salvation."


    " Me join you weaklings. Ha, there is more chance of an ant beating a human in a fight then that happening." he says.


    I turn pale thinking of a way of convincing him without angering him. A idea pops into my head and I quickly say " You against 666 ,who is evenly matched against you, and other evil gods will surely lose. If you join us you can finally destroy 666 and become a living thing with no equal in this solar system."


    He thinks for a few moments before saying " That is a interesting proposition, I but no. You guys won''t be helping me, you will only get in my way. I can defeat 666 by myself."


    My complexion turns even worse. That''s when I remembered an event from long ago. "With your current power you can''t defeat 666. That injury from long ago will hinder you."


    He brings his head out in surprise, but he slowly turned angry and yelled "How do you know about it?"


    A pressure falls on me, it was much stronger than the one from before. I quickly replied "I was there spectating the fight between you and  the Sovereign. I can heal it, but you must join the Council of Salvation."


    He once again becomes surprised. "How can you heal it?"


    A orb appears in my hand, his eyes opened wide and his jaw dropped to the ground. He became speechless. After regaining his composure he says " Ok I will join your Council or whatever it is, but you have to promise to Void that you will give me that core of a immortal level Light Elemental."

    I say " I swear on Void that I will give the Apocalyptic Dragon the Core of a immortal level Light Elemental if he joins the Council of Salvation. If I don''t give it to him, destroy my soul a thousand times."


    After saying that he nods his head, I threw the core at him and sigh in relief of my plan working and say " Thank you!" before leaving to do other duties.


    A few weeks later, I noticed suspicious activity from the Dark Alliance I didn''t understand. I monitored the Dark Alliance and found nothing harmful being done so I started working on different activates. A few days later on the year 1313, 13th month, 13th day, 13th hour, 13th minute and finally the 13th second, the unluckiest day and time of the world, the Dark Alliance put a soul into a mortal. I noticed this abnormality and started to inspect the mortal trying to find out what was special about him. I found nothing special about him so I replayed the memory many times in my head. After a few times, I noticed he had a unique soul that absorbed all the energy in its vicinity before being put in the mortal. I thought that was weird since it''s not impossible to find and not that useful for them. I observed the soul in more detail before finally finding its specialty. It was a soul created by a dimension keeper and had the choice of choosing it''s karma path of good or bad. After choosing its path, it will send out energy ripples destroying the anyone of opposite karma path in the vicinity of a solar system to keep it safe. Though it won''t destroy them if they are mortal. The soul will then change and experience growth, breaking out of its cocoon, revealing its true self and unlock its full potential, something 99% of souls don''t have unlocked.


    I then noticed a curse placed on the soul and I placed a blessing to counter-act it. Hopefully the soul will choose the path of good even with all the bad luck it will have as they curse was too strong to fully counter-act.


    17 years later:


    I observed the soul and found out its name, Kail Baker. Kail went down the good path like I wanted and even with all his bad luck, he never gave up. But today Cronus couldn''t take all the good he was doing and killed him attempting to destroy his soul which I quickly and safely retrieved.  I placed him in the void I created so that Cronus can''t sense that he is still alive. I felt bad for him and gave him a chance at a new life, reincarnation. I explained his circumstances and chose a world for him by luck. I truly don''t know if his luck is bad or good because of the world he got. It was the world my friend, a universe keeper, created as the strongest planet in his universe.


    What shocked me the most was his soul''s true form, a creature with the devour ability and affinity. I accidentally mumbled " Finally the first creature with the devour ability and affinity was born. The devour war might happen soon."Luckily judging by his appearance, and by reading his mind, I found out he didn''t hear me.


    I then thought back to his soul''s true form. The almighty existence which owns the Xenotra (Void created the Xenotra), the place that contains the dimension, heaven plane and divine planes, (Author: Heaven plane and Divine planes are the levels after dimension. Heaven plane after dimension and Divine planes after Heaven.) said there will be few mighty creatures, all with different occupations ( gift, magic, qi, creature, etc) have one thing in common the devour ability. When all occupations have a person born with the devour ability, the devour wars will start. The people will fight till they devour all other devourers and take their ability becoming the strongest and reaching the level of creator of the Xenotra. Only one person with the devour ability can exist in that occupation. Only the person with the devour gift has to born, before the devour wars will start. After 20 years of last devourer is born, the Xenotra Keeper (calling the almighty existence that) will send a soul transmission to all the devourers telling them that the devour war will start and the rules of the war. Only the higher echelons of the Xenotra know about the devour war, I happened to stumble across the secret in a lucky encounter. This is was the process Void did to find the Xenotra Keeper, and which the Xenotra Keeper is doing now.


    Another fact which surprised me was his talent. He had the most talent I ever seen before. I guessing it''s because he is a devourer since he is the first devourer I ever seen. It could be considered his fortune and misfortune to be born in a major world like Magzeel, where you can practice all the occupations. After I calmed down from being surprised, I sent him to the world. I then contacted my friend saying "Ryo, I sent a person to your world Magzeel to be reincarnated. Be prepared to be shocked beyond words. The person I am sending over will shock the whole world and Xenotra."


    Ryo replied " What is he, if he can do that.?"


    I said " That''s a surprise for you, but make sure he suffers hardships. If he lives a life with no hardships, he won''t grow and waste his talent. Ryo don''t kill his family though, he grew up with none so I want him to grow up with one now."


    He replied saying " Ok, I will do as you say. I can''t wait till the surprise you mention unfolds itself to me."
