    1.5oz Midori melon liqueur

    Building the cocktail


    Mix Midori, vodka, sour mix, sour syrup and lime juice in a mixing glass. Add ice, shake vigorously and pour into a miniature cauldron.

    Mix orange juice, 1oz of cherry juice, peach schnapps and vodka in a mixing glass with ice; shake vigorously and add to a clean glass without ice. Optionally, mix champagne with the cocktail for a lighter, bubbly drink.

    Combine all ingredients except club soda and Irish Cream. Stir. Add club soda, stir very gently to combine. Float Irish Cream liquor to resemble the head on a beer.

    Rim a margarita glass in edible glitter. Add champagne. Gently stir in grenadine; do not fully incorporate or stir hard enough to disturb the carbonation of the champagne. Add ice cream scoop to the center of the glass so that it protrudes from the surface of the champagne, and press the cherry into the top of the ice cream scoop. Lightly dust with more edible glitter.
